Description

一种多功能花盆 技术领域
本实用新型涉及花盆或装饰类容器产品技术领域,特别是涉及具有双盆腔的多功能花盆。
背景技术
现有的花盆或者装饰用容器一般采用塑胶、陶瓷、玻璃、金属、木质等材料制作,其通常具有一个盆腔,用于放置花卉、饰物、水等。目前的这类盆体产品主要的改进仅仅是针对产品的造型进行设计,形成不同的外形设计,满足消费者需求。对于盆内产品本身所具有的功能性改进目前并不多。
对于盆类产品的技术改进相对缺乏,已经无法满足消费者需求。本发明人经过不断的设计,提出以下改进型技术方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就在于克服目前产品所存在的不足,提供了一种具有双盆腔的多功能花盆。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:其包括外盆、设置于外盆内部的内盆,并且外盆和内盆的开口方向相同;所述外盆的底部设置有一个腔体。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的腔体内设置有电源电路,于所述的外盆或/和内盆中设置有通过电源电路供电并控制的发光体。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的腔体与外盆或/和内盆之间设置有孔,用于连接发光体与电源电路之间的导线穿过该孔。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的发光体为LED。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的外盆和内盆采用透明材料制作。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的内盆粘接固定在外盆内,或者内盆卡扣固定在外盆内,或者,外盆和内盆一体成型。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述内盆的开口处设置有盖体。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的盖体与内盆之间采用螺纹连接,并且于盖体上设置有插孔。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的内盆位于外盆的盆腔的中心位置,于外盆和内盆之间形成有间隙。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述外盆底部形成有一个向盆内腔体凸起的突起部,该突起部的底部构成所述的腔体。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型采用多功能花盆结构的设计,即外盆内还设置有一个内盆,外盆与内盘相对隔离,可分别放置不同的物品,例如饰物、花卉、香水等。进一步而言,本实用新型在外盆的底部设置有与外盆、内盆隔离的腔体,该腔体可用于安装电源电路,在外盆或内盆上设置通过该电源电路控制的发光体,从而实现产品的发光效果,进一步提升产品的档次。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
见图1所示,这是本实用新型的实施例一。
本实用新型为一种多功能花盆,其包括:外盆1、一体成型于外盆1内部的内盆2,并且外盆1和内盆2的开口方向相同。即内盆2成型于外盆1的盆腔内,并且外盆1与内盘2之间形成有一定的间隔间隙10。
所述外盆1底部形成有一个向盆内腔体凸起的突起部,该突起部的底部构成一个腔体3。腔体3与外盆1和内盆2相对隔离,可以用于安装电源电路4。
参见图4所示,在外盆1或者内盆2内可设置发光体5,该发光体5可采用LED灯串。在腔体3与外盆1(或者内盆2)之间设置有一个孔30,该孔30用于电源电路4与LED灯串导线穿过。使用时,只要将孔30密封,电源电路4就不会受到外盆1或内盘2中可能存在水溶液侵蚀。
参见图4所示,如果在所述的腔体3内设置有电源电路4,就可以于所述的外盆1或/4内盆2中设置有通过电源电路4控制的发光体5,发光体5与电源电路4电性连接。发光体5可采用LED。根据不同的需要,LED可采用普通发光效果的LED,可通过电源电路4进行变色LED。电源电路也可采用声控电路,通过声音触发该电源电路4响应。
该电源电路4采用一体集成的设计,其内设置有电源、电源电路板以及开关。通过电源电路4可控制发光体5的发光效果以及工作状态。
制作时,外盆1、内盆2可采用透明材料一体成型制作,例如采用玻璃、塑胶等 材料。制作时,所述的外盆1通常高于或等于内盆2,这样的优点是,当内盆2内盛装有水溶液时,可放置水溶液浅落到整个盆体外部。当然,根据需要,可以采用内盆2高于外盆的设计,这里并不对其进行限制。
见图2所示,这是本实用新型实施例二,本实施例二与实施例一不同之处在于,本实施例二中内盆2与外盆1分别成型,然后通过胶水粘接,或者卡扣连接的方式将内盆2固定在外盆1内。采用这种方式的好处时,便于加工制作,并且可根据需要选择外盆1和内盆2的制作材料。
见图3所示,这是本实用新型本实施例三,本实施例三与上述实施例一、实施例二的不同之处在于:内盆2的开口处设置一个盖体21,该盖体21不仅可以防止外界的杂质进入内盆2内,同时该盖体21上可设置一些插孔,用于对植物、花卉、饰物等枝条状物体进行固定,以便于造型设计。同时如果需要更换植物、花卉时,直接将盖体21由内盆2上取下即可,非常方便。
本实用新型实施例三可作为一般的花盆使用,其中内盆2可放置花卉7等植物或饰物。如果采用的是真实花卉植物,可在内盆2内可盛装一定的水8,维持植物的生长。如果采用的是仿真花卉或者饰物,可在内盆2内放置香水。外盆1内可放置各种饰物9,提升整个产品美观度。
见图4所示,本实用新型四具有发光效果。在外盆1或/和内盘2内设置LED发光体5。根据不同的需要,LED可采用普通发光效果的LED,可通过电源电路4进行变色LED。电源电路也可采用声控电路,通过声音触发该电源电路4响应。
该发光体5可采用LED灯串,也可以采用直接贴片的方式集成在外盆1或内盆2的盆壁上。
综上所述,本实用新型在使用时具有如下功能:
1、可直接作为普通的花盆使用,分别在内盆2内放置花卉、植物等,在外盆1内放置一些装饰性的饰物。
2、通过设置在外盆1与内盆2之间的发光体5产生发光效果,并且该发光体5直接通过电源电路4控制。并可根据需要将发光体5设置成可变换色彩的LED,或者声控LED等。
3、外盆1内可根据需要放置饰物,并且可随时更换。
4、内盆2内可根据需要放置水(如果插入鲜花)、放置香水(如果插入人造花卉),并可根据需要更换香水。同时,由于内配2上设置有盖体21,可保持香水不会快速散 发,保持持久的芳香效果。盖体21可以用来固定人造花,并可以根据需要进行更换。
当然,以上所述仅为本实用新型的具体实施例而已,并非来限制本实用新型实施范围,凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所述构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均应包括于本实用新型申请专利范围内。

  1. 一种多功能花盆,其特征在于:其包括外盆(1)、设置于外盆(1)内部的内盆(2),并且外盆(1)和内盆(2)的开口方向相同;所述外盆(1)的底部设置有一个腔体(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能花盆,其特征在于:所述的腔体(3)内设置有电源电路(4),于所述的外盆(1)或/和内盆(2)中设置有通过电源电路(4)供电并控制的发光体(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能花盆,其特征在于:所述的腔体(3)
    与外盆(1)或/和内盆(2)之间设置有孔(30),用于连接发光体(5)与电源电路(4)之间的导线穿过该孔(30)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能花盆,其特征在于:所述的发光体(5)为LED。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能花盆,其特征在于:所述的外盆(1)和内盆(2)采用透明材料制作。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能花盆,其特征在于:所述的内盆(2)粘接固定在外盆(1)内,或者内盆(2)卡扣固定在外盆(1)内,或者,外盆(1)和内盆(2)一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种多功能花盆,其特征在于:所述内盆(2)的开口处设置有盖体(21)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种多功能花盆,其特征在于:所述的盖体(21)
    与内盆(2)之间采用螺纹连接,并且于盖体(21)上设置有插孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种多功能花盆,其特征在于:所述的内盆(2)位于外盆(1)的盆腔的中心位置,于外盆(1)和内盆(2)之间形成有间隙(10)。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种多功能花盆,其特征在于:所述外盆(1)底部形成有一个向盆内腔体凸起的突起部,该突起部的底部构成所述的腔体(3)。
