智能随身翻译器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种移动翻译通讯技术领域,是一种能够实现多人语音交流和翻译的即时云端智能翻译功能的随身翻译器。
背景技术
随着国际间的交流的深入,与其他语种人群的交流日益频繁,不同语言之间的交流障碍问题更加突出、严重。即使是使用最为广泛的英语,在母语非英语的国家能够熟练使用的人群依然是少数。现在人们对便捷性的需求越来越多,国际化交流场合遇到的困难也越来越多。
目前在国际性的商贸会谈、会议等场景下,与会人员往往是来自多个国家,这样就需要很多专门的口译人员进行高强度的口译工作。但是这样过于依赖口译人员的专业素养和精力,所耗费的人力财力是很高的。此外,随着国际间旅游等民间往来的频繁,随时随地的交流的现象愈加明显。现如今,计算机、云计算和移动互联网的迅猛发展使得深度学习、智能云端翻译已经拥有相当可观的即时翻译能力。
因此,一种能够不借助人工的翻译、提供高质量与语音翻译服务,并且可以低成本的方式有效解决各语种人群之间交流障碍,就成为一个亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
1、本实用新型的目的。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种智能随身翻译器,从而可以借助当前发展迅速的计算机、云计算和移动互联技术为不同语种人群交流障碍的便携智能翻译器提供一种低成本、高效率的语音翻译服务。智能语音翻译器用户可以握在手里使用,或者夹在用户的衣领或者挂在用户的脖子上使用。
2、本实用新型所采用的技术方案。
本实用新型提出的智能随身翻译器,包括无线局域网模块,处理器单元,语音输入孔;语音输入孔接收语音信息传输至处理器单元;处理器单元本地翻译后发送翻译后的信息,或处理器单元将接收语音信息通过无线局域网模块传送至远程翻译端完成翻译,远程翻译端翻译完成的信息通过无线局域网模块接收后发送翻译后的信息。
更进一步具体实施例中,远程翻译端为云端或手机端。
更进一步具体实施例中,所述的远程翻译端为云端时,处理器单元将接收语音信息通过无线局域网模块传送至手机端,通过手机端将语音信息发送至云端进行翻译,并将翻译完成 的语音信息传输至手机端,手机端再将语音信息发送给多个智能随身翻译器。
为了能够选择无线网络,还包括触摸显示器。
为了能够长时间待机,还包括唤醒待机触摸显示器的唤醒键,使触摸显示器待机耗电量小,使用时才唤醒。
为了智能随身翻译器供电,还包括电源。
更进一步具体实施例中,还包括调节音量的音量加键和音量减键。
更进一步具体实施例中,还包括扬声器,所述的发送翻译后的信息通过扬声器发送。
更进一步具体实施例中,还包括耳机孔连接有线耳机或者无线(如蓝牙)耳机连接至翻译器进行语音的输入和输出。
更进一步具体实施例中,还包括挂钩与表带或绳连接,智能随身翻译器可握在手里使用或者夹在用户的衣领或者挂在用户的脖子上使用。
3、本实用新型的有益效果。
(1)本实用新型通过将翻译器连接至同一网络或不同网络并使用云端翻译的方式大大增加了使用者的数量,使得更多不同语种人群的交谈简单可靠;
(2)本实用新型以其机身小巧、可穿戴性使得使用更方便;
(3)本实用新型同手机APP的连接可以记录下交流的过程,远距离的使用者通过本实用新型将语音信息识别并通过网络将语音信息发送到手机APP上,手机APP再将翻译信息发送至另外翻译器的使用者,这样远程不同语种人群也实现了无障碍交流;
(4)本实用新型的处理器本地化一些常用的场景用语的数据使得没有网络的情况下翻译工作依然可以进行;
(5)使用本实用新型的用户可以握在手里使用,或者夹在用户的衣领或者挂在用户的脖子上使用。

具体实施方式
实施例
如图1所示,使用者通过无线耳机或者有线耳机将语音信息输入至智能随声翻译器的处 理器单元3,智能随声翻译器的处理器单元3将语音信息传送至云端完成翻译,云端翻译完成的信息发送至智能随声翻译器,智能随身翻译器将语音信息发送给使用者,完成不同语种用户之间的交流。如需要对话记录同时也可以同步到用户手机端的应用程序上,使用者可以通过手机应用程序查看整个对话记录。
如图2所示,为产品的使用案例图。有线耳机接入耳机孔7或蓝牙耳机通过蓝牙模块1接入智能随身翻译器,用户通过随身翻译器的触摸显示屏5选择无线局域网,通过无线局域网模块2其接入网络,使用者使用耳机输入语音信息至智能随身翻译器中的处理器单元3,随身翻译器中的处理器单元3将语音信息通过网络传输至云端,在云端完成识别、翻译、合成,通过网络将语音信息传回至各个智能翻译器终端,翻译器将传输回来的通过耳机或扬声器8输出给各个翻译器终端的使用者。在此过程中,通过手机的应用程序也可以将对话信息以文字和语音的方式进行记录。随身翻译器的处理器3内部也可实现一些常用的场景用语信息的本地化数据存储,语音信息在处理器进行识别,并调出响应的翻译信息合成通过耳机或者扬声器8发送给使用者,电源4为翻译器提供电量。
本实用新型的智能翻译器可采用如下多种选择进行翻译:
第一种方式:本实用新型通过将两个或者多个智能随身翻译器连接至同一个网络或者不同形式的网络下实现智能语音翻译,并将有线耳机或者无线(如蓝牙)耳机连接至翻译器进行语音的输入和输出。当使用者通过耳机输入语音信息时,智能翻译器通过其内部处理芯片将语音信息传输至云端进行翻译,并将翻译后在云端合成的语音信息传输至多个智能随身翻译器,再通过无线耳机或者有线耳机输出给用户。语音的识别、合成也可以在随身翻译器内或者手机端进行。如需要智能语音翻译器也可以同时通过无线网络的方式连接至手机,手机应用程序将整个对话记录以文字和语音的方式进行记录。
第二种方式:使用者通过无线或者有线耳机输入语音信息时,智能翻译器通过其内部处理芯片将语音信息传输至手机端进行,手机端将语音信息传至云端进行翻译,并将翻译完成的语音信息传输至手机端,手机端再将语音信息发送给多个智能翻译器终端,从而使用者可以要通过有线或者无线耳机听取翻译信息,实现不同语种的人相互之间的无障碍交流。语音信息的识别与合成也可以在手机端或智能翻译器中完成。
第三种方式:智能翻译器也可以通过离线的方式进行语音的识别、翻译、合成,实现智能语音翻译为不同语种的人提供对话服务。
第四种方式:通过无线耳机或者有线耳机和同一部手机完成不同语种之间的用户交流。用户通过无线耳机或者有线耳机将语音信息输入到手机端,手机应用程序将语音信息发送云端进行翻译与合成,合成后的语音信息可以通过手机应用程序通过手机扬声器播放给其他不 同语种的用户听,其他用户可以直接通过同一个手机的应用程序输入语音信息,手机应用程序将语音信息发送至云端翻译合成,发送到手机端,手机端可以通过有线耳机或者无线耳机输出给用户。
第五种方式:通过有线或无线耳机连接至智能随身翻译器,翻译器通过如WiFi连接至网络。使用者通过耳机将语音信息输入至翻译器,翻译器通过其处理器将语音信息识别,并传输至云端,云端将翻译完成的信息发送至同一网络下的各个智能翻译器终端,翻译器将翻译的信息在本地合成,并通过耳机输送至各使用者,智能翻译器本身也可以通过自身扬声器进行播放翻译合成以后的语音。同时手机应用程序也可以完整的记录下了各翻译器所传输和接收到的语音信息,以同样的方式发送信息给各个翻译器的使用者。另外手机APP的使用使得不同网络下的使用者也可以加入到语音信息的交流中来,在手机上完成语音信息的识别与合成,并将信息传输。处理器本地储存翻译训练好的结果或一些简单的日常用语数据,使得在没有网络情况下也可以进行简单的翻译工作。

  1. 一种智能随身翻译器,其特征在于:包括无线局域网模块(2),处理器单元(3),语音输入孔(12);语音输入孔(12)接收语音信息传输至处理器单元(3);处理器单元(3)本地翻译后发送翻译后的信息,或处理器单元(3)将接收语音信息通过无线局域网模块(2)传送至远程翻译端完成翻译,远程翻译端翻译完成的信息通过无线局域网模块(2)接收后发送翻译后的信息。
