  4. 一种房地产价格绘制系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    价格单元,用于获取一个区域的房地产价格数据;
    过滤单元,用于对该价格数据进行过滤处理;
    曲线单元,用于将过滤处理后的价格数据生成价格曲线。
