Description

电动剪刀 技术领域
本发明涉及林业工具技术,特别是涉及一种电动剪刀。
背景技术
随着林业及种植业的发展,根据需求,需要对枝叶进行修剪,是树木的枝叶能按照管理员的需求生长,随之也出现了电动剪枝机,通过电动剪枝机,可快速将多余的细枝剪除,方便省力。市面上现有的电动剪刀通过一段连接杆后再与刀片连接,整体的结构复杂,体积大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电动剪刀,包括机身壳体,机身壳体的前端的机头主体,后端是电源线,所述机身壳体的内部尾部一侧设置有马达,马达与牙箱齿圈连接,牙箱齿圈与丝杆螺母连接;
所述马达通过其上设置的电机齿轮与行星齿连接,行星齿固定在行星齿架上,行星齿架的一端连接有万向接传动块,万向接传动块的外侧是万向接套管,万向接套管的传动带动丝杆螺母的传动;
第一轴承固定在行星齿架上,并用卡簧进行限位固定,行星齿架前端设置的传动头固定在丝杆的尾端,第一球碗、第一球头及第二轴承分别与设置在丝杆上的第三轴承、第二球头以及第二球碗依次固定;
所述丝杆固定在机头主体上,丝杆在机头主体固定端的下部设置有霍尔板,霍尔板底部设置有扳机,霍尔板和丝杆之间设置有磁铁;
所述机头主体的前端设置有定刀片和动刀片,定刀片设置在动刀片的下端。
优选的,所述定刀片和动刀片通过销钉固定在机头主体的前端。
优选的,所述销钉用销钉螺母紧固。
优选的,所述丝杆与机头主体固定,并通过丝杆螺钉紧固。
优选的,所述扳机的外侧设置有周向的护手。
优选的,所述磁铁设置在霍尔板的前端,霍尔板的底部,与扳机的连接端面设置有霍尔感应点,扳机触碰霍尔感应点实现开启和关闭,磁铁作为霍尔板开启和关闭动作定向。
优选的,所述动刀片通过丝杆固定销与丝杆一体固定在机头主体上。
优选的,所述丝杆固定销与动刀片的底部设置有固定销卡簧,固定销卡簧用于动刀片的限位固定。
优选的,所述万向接传动块安装在行星齿架的前端,行星齿架的前端是两个纵向的万向接传动块的连接臂,万向接传动块固定在连接臂上,所述连接臂的纵向设置使得其轴线区别于马达轴线。
本发明的技术方案把常见的推力丝杆改为拉力丝杆,使得整个剪刀体积做小、手感更好,握起来更舒服,更好操作。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
参照图1至图3,本发明的目的是提供一种电动剪刀,包括机身壳体28,机身壳体28的前端的机头主体,后端是电源线29,所述机身壳体的内部尾部 一侧设置有马达1,马达1与牙箱齿圈3连接,牙箱齿圈3与丝杆螺母19连接;
所述马达1通过其上设置的电机齿轮2与行星齿4连接,行星齿4固定在行星齿架5上,行星齿架5的一端连接有万向接传动块6,万向接传动块6的外侧是万向接套管17,万向接套管17的传动带动丝杆螺母19的传动;
第一轴承7固定在行星齿架5上,并用卡簧8进行限位固定,行星齿架5前端设置的传动头固定在丝杆16的尾端,第一球碗9、第一球头10及第二轴承12分别与设置在丝杆16上的第三轴承13、第二球头14以及第二球碗15依次固定;
所述丝杆16固定在机头主体上,丝杆16在机头主体固定端的下部设置有霍尔板21,霍尔板21底部设置有扳机20,霍尔板21和丝杆16之间设置有磁铁18;
所述机头主体的前端设置有定刀片24和动刀片25,定刀片24设置在动刀片25的下端。
优选的,所述定刀片24和动刀片25通过销钉27固定在机头主体的前端。
优选的,所述销钉27用销钉螺母22紧固。
优选的,所述丝杆16与机头主体固定,并通过丝杆螺钉26紧固。
优选的,所述扳机21的外侧设置有周向的护手。
优选的,所述磁铁18设置在霍尔板21的前端,霍尔板21的底部,与扳机20的连接端面设置有霍尔感应点,扳机20触碰霍尔感应点实现开启和关闭,磁铁18作为霍尔板21开启和关闭动作定向。
优选的,所述动刀片25通过丝杆固定销26与丝杆16一体固定在机头主体上。
优选的,所述丝杆固定销26与动刀片25的底部设置有固定销卡簧23, 固定销卡簧23用于动刀片25的限位固定。
优选的,所述万向接传动块6安装在行星齿架5的前端,行星齿架5的前端是两个纵向的万向接传动块的连接臂,万向接传动块6固定在连接臂上,所述连接臂的纵向设置使得其轴线区别于马达轴线。
应用本发明的技术方案,把常见的推力丝杆改为最新的拉力丝杆,使得整个剪刀体积做小、手感更好,握起来更舒服,更好操作。
应用本发明的技术方案,外壳握手位置与手接触部位有人体工学配合。
应用本发明的技术方案,万向接传动块6的工作作用是解决不在同一轴线的传动问题,即是用万向接来带动丝杆螺母19旋转,因为丝杆16是直线运动方向,刀片是圆周运动方向,使得丝杆16轴线与马达1的轴线不在同一水平线上,用万向接来解决。
应用本发明的技术方案,整个产品的零配件配合使得整体体积和长度所占面积变小,使用操作更轻便顺手。

Claims (9)

  1. 电动剪刀,包括机身壳体,机身壳体的前端的机头主体,后端是电源线,其特征是,所述机身壳体的内部尾部一侧设置有马达,马达与牙箱齿圈连接,牙箱齿圈与丝杆螺母连接;
    所述马达通过其上设置的电机齿轮与行星齿连接,行星齿固定在行星齿架上,行星齿架的一端连接有万向接传动块,万向接传动块的外侧是万向接套管,万向接套管的传动带动丝杆螺母的传动;
    第一轴承固定在行星齿架上,并用卡簧进行限位固定,行星齿架前端设置的传动头固定在丝杆的尾端,第一球碗、第一球头及第二轴承分别与设置在丝杆上的第三轴承、第二球头以及第二球碗依次固定;
    所述丝杆固定在机头主体上,丝杆在机头主体固定端的下部设置有霍尔板,霍尔板底部设置有扳机,霍尔板和丝杆之间设置有磁铁;
    所述机头主体的前端设置有定刀片和动刀片,定刀片设置在动刀片的下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动剪刀,其特征是,所述定刀片和动刀片通过销钉固定在机头主体的前端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动剪刀,其特征是,所述销钉用销钉螺母紧固。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电动剪刀,其特征是,所述丝杆与机头主体固定,并通过丝杆螺钉紧固。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电动剪刀,其特征是,所述扳机的外侧设置有周向的护手。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电动剪刀,其特征是,所述磁铁设置在霍尔板的前端,霍尔板的底部,与扳机的连接端面设置有霍尔感应点,扳机触碰霍尔感应点实现开启和关闭,磁铁作为霍尔板开启和关闭动作定向。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动剪刀,其特征是,所述动刀片通过丝杆固定 销与丝杆一体固定在机头主体上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电动剪刀,其特征是,所述丝杆固定销与动刀片的底部设置有固定销卡簧,固定销卡簧用于动刀片的限位固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电动剪刀,其特征是,所述万向接传动块安装在行星齿架的前端,行星齿架的前端是两个纵向的万向接传动块的连接臂,万向接传动块固定在连接臂上,所述连接臂的纵向设置使得其轴线区别于马达轴线。
