在STEM(科学(Science)、技术(Technology)、工程(Engineering)、数学(Mathematics))教育中,实践是必不可少的环节之一。而无须过多的限制让学生可以随心所欲的搭建自己心目中的机械装置,是教具设计者的目标。早在1984年,著名积木玩具商丹麦Lego公司与美国麻省理工学院(MIT)合作,在MIT媒体实验室Mitch Resnick及Seymour Papert等教授的共同努力下,利用现代电子和计算机科技与传统玩具相互结合,将计算机与积木有机地结合在一起,研发出智能积木机器人开发套装,经由MIT媒体实验室在教育现场的实际研究发现,通过课程设计的活动,结合计算机程序,控制所创造的模型,训练学生从实际动手做的过程中,学习推理思考、问题解决、创造发明、团队合作,以开拓学生的科学领域、逻辑分析及程序观念的建立、激发学生对科学浓厚的兴趣,并充实学校科技教学课程,使得教学活泼化、学习趣味化。
但是,Lego的智能搭建积木在实际使用中存在许多缺点,比如,零件复杂,种类繁多,基本结构件无法自身扩展,小零件无法顺利搭建,搭建分解困难,分拣整理困难等等。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种方便搭接和整理的积木驱动电机模块构件,使得用户能够随心所欲地学习和尝试搭建自己心目中的结构。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便搭接和整理的积木驱动电机模块构件,使得用户能够随心所欲地学习和尝试搭建自己心目中的结构,并且方便搭建驱动体系并实现电机驱动。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种积木驱动电机模块构件,包括:六面体主体外壳结构;六面体主体外壳结构内部安装有电机驱动构件箱,电机驱动构件箱内安装有电机、编码器、减速器和换向齿轮组,而且其中换向齿轮组包括一个输入锥齿轮、三个输出的锥齿轮;电机的输出轴与减速器连接;减速器的输出轴与换向齿轮组输入,输出锥齿轮与外部轴相连。
优选地,六面体主体外壳结构的表面上布置有与三个输出的锥齿轮相连接的三个相互正交的输出接口,三个输出接口可以同时产生旋转运动,每个旋转运动的力矩和转速相同。

如图1、图2和图3所示,根据本发明优选实施例的积木驱动电机模块构件100包括:六面体主体外壳结构;六面体主体外壳结构内部安装有电机驱动构件箱10, 电机驱动构件箱10内安装有电机、编码器、减速器和换向齿轮组。
其中,换向齿轮组包括一个输入锥齿轮、三个输出的锥齿轮;电机的输出轴与减速器连接;减速器的输出轴与换向齿轮组输入,输出锥齿轮与外部轴(其它积木模块的轴)相连。
优选地,其中,减速器例如为行星减速器。
优选地,六面体主体外壳结构的表面上布置有与三个输出的锥齿轮相连接的三个相互正交的输出接口(图1示出了其中的两个输出接口20和30),三个输出接口可以同时产生旋转运动,每个旋转运动的力矩和转速相同。

  1. 一种积木驱动电机模块构件,其特征在于包括:六面体主体外壳结构;六面体主体外壳结构内部安装有电机驱动构件箱,电机驱动构件箱内安装有电机、编码器、减速器和换向齿轮组,而且其中换向齿轮组包括一个输入锥齿轮、三个输出的锥齿轮;电机的输出轴与减速器连接;减速器的输出轴与换向齿轮组输入,输出锥齿轮与外部轴相连。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的积木驱动电机模块构件,其特征在于,六面体主体外壳结构的表面上布置有与三个输出的锥齿轮相连接的三个相互正交的输出接口,三个输出接口可以同时产生旋转运动,每个旋转运动的力矩和转速相同。
