在日常生活中,经常会遇到一些突发紧急情况,届时电力传输受到很大影响,导致停电,影响日常正常生活,在晚上照明都成很大问题,一种小型发电机就能解决很多问题,尤其是照明问题,并且随着现代人生活水平的提高,郊游等户外活动已经非常普遍,在户外也需要小型发电机。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便的小型发电机。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种小型发电机,包括壳体、手柄转动杆,所述壳体内设有驱动齿轮组,所述手柄转动杆穿过壳体驱动连接驱动齿轮组,所述驱动齿轮组连接电机,
所述壳体下部两侧设有两个支撑脚,所述支撑脚包括卡入壳体的支撑卡接部、与支撑卡接部连接的支撑连接部和与支撑连接部连接的支撑底座。
进一步的,所述支撑连接部采用可弯曲的材料。
支撑脚的支撑连接部可以弯曲,用户可以根据需要弯曲支撑脚进而方便调节壳体高度。
进一步的,所述壳体下部两侧设有支撑穿孔,壳体内部设有支撑板,所述支撑卡接部穿过支撑穿孔与支撑板固定连接。
增强支撑脚与壳体的固定强度。
进一步的,所述壳体内还设有支撑脚固定压块,所述支撑脚固定压块包括中间的弧形固定部,所述弧形固定部卡住支撑卡接部,所述支撑脚固定压块两端与支撑板固定连接。
支撑脚固定压块的弧形固定部卡住支撑卡接部,所述支撑脚固定压块两端与支撑板固定连接,增强支撑脚与壳体的固定强度。
进一步的,所述支撑卡接部上设有支撑固定通孔,所述支撑板上设有第一卡位突出部,所述第一卡位突出部卡入支撑固定通孔。
增强定位和固定效果。
进一步的,所述弧形固定部中间设有第二卡位突出部,所述第二卡位突出部卡入支撑固定通孔。

进一步的,所述支撑底座上端包括卡接支撑连接部的支撑插入孔,所述支撑底座下端边缘向下突出形成底座凸起。

增强支撑底座与接触面的固定效果更好,增强小型发电机的稳定性,不容易倒。
进一步的,所述壳体上部两侧设有突出臂,所述突出臂内设有可弯曲的延伸手臂部。
可以增强小型发电机的平衡性和稳定性,不容易倒。
进一步的,所述壳体包括上壳体和主壳体,所述上壳体通过支撑架与主壳体连接,所述支撑架两侧设有突出臂,所述突出臂内设有可弯曲的延伸手臂部,所述支撑脚设置在主壳体中间两侧。
可以增强小型发电机的平衡性和稳定性,不容易倒。
本发明由于壳体下部两侧设有两个支撑脚,支撑脚包括卡入壳体的支撑卡接部、与支撑卡接部连接的支撑连接部和与支撑连接部连接的支撑底座,两个支撑脚可以单独将小型发电机支撑,也可以配合壳体底部一起支撑小型发电机,提高小型发电机的平衡性和稳定性,不容易倒,支撑脚可以将壳体抬高,方便 用户握取和转动手柄转动杆。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至图18所示,一种小型发电机,包括壳体1、手柄转动杆2,所述壳体1内设有驱动齿轮组3,所述壳体1上设有手柄转动杆2穿过的手柄通孔11,所述手柄转动杆2穿过手柄通孔11卡接转向齿轮25,所述转向齿轮25一侧设有与手柄转动杆2卡接的卡接突出部251,另一侧中间设有圆形突出部252,所述圆形突出部252与转向齿轮25边缘设有第一斜齿253,所述第一斜齿253驱动连接驱动齿轮组3,所述驱动齿轮组3连接电机5。
由于手柄转动杆2穿过手柄通孔11卡接转向齿轮25,转向齿轮25一侧设有与手柄转动杆2卡接的卡接突出部251,另一侧中间设有圆形突出部252,圆形突出部252与转向齿轮25边缘设有第一斜齿253,第一斜齿253驱动连接驱动齿轮组3,驱动齿轮组3连接电机5,方便控制,转动力转化成电能效果好,手动摇动手柄转动杆2实现发电,非常适合家庭使用。
所述手柄转动杆2穿过手柄通孔11一端中间设有方形插入孔255,所述方 形插入孔255内插有方形销钉26,所述方形插入孔255侧面设有固定通孔,所述方形销钉26插入方形插孔一端设有与固定通孔对应的固定螺丝孔261,所述方形销钉26插入方形插孔另一端卡接转向齿轮25。通过方形销钉26进行连接,简单易实现,转动过程中,手柄转动杆2带动转向齿轮25更稳定。
所述方形销钉26中间套接连接杆转动套27,所述连接杆转动套27中间为方形穿孔271,所述连接杆转动套27中间直径大于两侧直径,所述壳体1侧边设有容纳连接杆转动套27固定槽12,所述固定槽12设置在手柄通孔11内侧。可以很好的固定方形销钉26,在转动过程中不容易晃动,不会影响转动力转化成电能。
所述手柄转动杆2包括第一段21,所述第一段21穿过手柄通孔11卡接转向齿轮25,所述第一段21外端部向外90度延伸形成第二段22,所述第二段22向外90度延伸形成第三段23,所述第一段21与第二段22通过第一弯曲部连接,所述第二段22与第三段23通过第二弯曲部连接。手柄转动杆2包括三段,方便转动。
所述第三段23外端部设有所述尾端圆帽24。第三段23外端部有尾端圆帽24不容易划伤用户的手。
所述尾端圆帽24中间设有圆帽通孔241,所述圆帽通孔241包括外层通孔和内层通孔,所述外层通孔直径小于内层通孔,所述第三段23卡入内层通孔。卡接方便。
所述第三段23外端部中间设有螺丝孔。加强固定效果,通过螺栓将尾端圆帽24与第三段23固定起来。
所述圆形突出部252与第一斜齿253之间设有环形底面254,所述第一斜齿253设置在转向齿轮25外边缘和环形底面254之间,所述第一斜齿253由转向齿轮25外边缘向上凸起后向内向上倾斜延伸后再向下向内倾斜延伸至环形底面254。设计简洁,方便传递转动力。
所述驱动齿轮组3上设有固定驱动齿轮组3的齿轮固定盖板4,所述齿轮固 定盖板4上设有卡接座41,所述卡接座41包括第一斜齿穿孔42,所述第一斜齿穿孔42周边设有围板,所述围板包括底边,所述底边设有第一过孔43,所述转向齿轮25内侧中间设有圆形突出部252,所述围板还包括顶边,所述顶边设有凸口44,所述圆形突出部252卡入凸口44内。卡接座41卡接转向齿轮25固定效果好。
所述齿轮固定盖板4上侧设有电机5固定圈45,所述壳体1底部设有电机5固定槽46。两端固定电机5,固定效果好,不容易晃动。
本发明的另一优选实施例,一种小型发电机,包括壳体1、手柄转动杆2,所述壳体1内设有驱动齿轮组3,所述手柄转动杆2穿过壳体1驱动连接驱动齿轮组3,所述驱动齿轮组3连接电机5,
所述驱动齿轮组3包括第一齿31、第二齿轮32和第三齿轮33,所述第二齿轮32连接手柄转动杆2,所述第二齿轮32啮合第一齿31,第一齿31啮合第三齿轮33,所述第三齿轮33啮合电机5上的带动齿轮。
由于手柄转动杆2穿过壳体1驱动连接驱动齿轮组3,驱动齿轮组3连接电机5,驱动齿轮组3包括第一齿31、第二齿轮32和第三齿轮33,第二齿轮32连接手柄转动杆2,第二齿轮32啮合第一齿31,第一齿31啮合第三齿轮33,第三齿轮33啮合电机5上的带动齿轮,手柄转动杆2通过三级齿轮驱动电机5发电,设计简洁易于实现,生产装配方便简单,后期维护维修方便。
所述手柄转动杆2通过转向齿轮25连接第二齿轮32,所述转向齿轮25上设有第一斜齿253,所述第二齿轮32中间设有第二斜齿34,所述第二齿轮32外齿带动第一齿31内齿,所述第二齿轮32外齿带动第三齿轮33内齿,所述第三齿轮33外齿带动电机5的带动齿轮。驱动齿轮组3分工明确,结构简单,方便使用,维修方便。
所述驱动齿轮组3上设有齿轮固定盖板4,所述驱动齿轮组3设置在壳体1上部,所述壳体1上部围绕驱动齿轮组3设有多个固定螺丝柱,所述壳体1上部设有三个齿轮定位销钉13,所述三个齿轮定位销钉13分别卡入第一齿31、 第二齿轮32和第三齿轮33中间,所述齿轮固定盖板4包括与所述固定螺丝柱固定的盖板定位圈,所述齿轮固定盖板4下侧设有三个齿轮定位孔47,所述三个齿轮定位孔47对应三个齿轮定位销钉13设置,所述齿轮固定盖板4中间设有电机5穿孔48。可以很好的固定驱动齿轮组3,不会在使用时偏移。
所述第二齿轮32高度高于第一齿31高度和第三齿轮33高度,所述齿轮固定盖板4下侧对应第二齿轮32的齿轮定位孔47设有凹陷部49,所述对应第二齿轮32的齿轮定位孔47设置在凹陷部49内。设计简洁,节约成本。
所述齿轮固定盖板4上侧设有电机5固定圈45,所述壳体1底部设有电机5固定槽46。可以很好的固定电机5。
所述齿轮固定盖板4对应转向齿轮25设有卡接座41,所述卡接座41包括第一斜齿穿孔42,所述第一斜齿穿孔42周边设有围板,所述围板包括底边,所述底边设有第一过孔43。可以很好的固定转向齿轮25。
所述转向齿轮25内侧中间设有圆形突出部252,所述围板还包括顶边,所述顶边设有凸口44,所述圆形突出部252卡入凸口44内。可以好的固定转向齿轮25。
所述壳体1内还包括齿轮转轴压块14,所述齿轮转轴压块14两端与卡接座41固定,所述齿轮转轴压块14中间设有与第一斜齿穿孔42配合的第二斜齿34穿孔141,所述齿轮转轴压块14底面顶边设有弧形凹口142,所述齿轮转轴压块14底面底边设有第二过孔143。可以好的固定转向齿轮25。
所述齿轮转轴压块14上面顶边和底边设有弧形连接桥144。加强齿轮转轴压块14的强度。
手柄转动杆2套接有连接杆转动套27,所述连接杆转动套27中间直径大于两侧直径,所述壳体1侧边设有容纳连接杆转动套27固定槽12,所述固定槽12设置在手柄通孔11内侧。可以很好的是手柄转动杆2在使用过程中不便宜,将转动力尽可能的转化成电能,减少损耗。
本发明的另一优选实施例,一种小型发电机,包括壳体1、手柄转动杆2, 所述壳体1包括上壳体6和主壳体7,所述主壳体7内设有驱动齿轮组3,所述手柄转动杆2穿过壳体1驱动连接驱动齿轮组3,所述驱动齿轮组3连接电机5,所述上壳体6设置在主壳体7上方,所述上壳体6内设有LED灯,所述LED灯通过上壳体6下端的LED开口连接电机5。
由于壳体1包括上壳体6和主壳体7,主壳体7内设有驱动齿轮组3,手柄转动杆2穿过壳体1驱动连接驱动齿轮组3,驱动齿轮组3连接电机5,上壳体6设置在主壳体7上方,上壳体6内设有LED灯,LED灯通过上壳体6下端的LED开口连接电机5,可以通过手柄传动杆转动带动电机5发电进而给LED灯供电,提供照明,尤其是晚上停电的时候,非常方便,任何时候拿出来都能用,不像需要电池供电的照明设备还要查看是否有电,适用性广,可以连续长时间使用,而不用担心电池没电的情况。
所述上壳体6通过支撑架8与主壳体7连接。将上壳体6和主壳体7分离,方便LED灯照明能扩散到更多的地方,不会被主壳体7挡住。
所述支撑架8包括对称的前支撑架81和后支撑架8,所述前支撑架81包括卡入上壳体6的第一连接部811、卡入主壳体7的第二连接部812,第一连接部811端部设有第一倒钩813,所述第二连接部812设有第二倒钩814。通过第一倒钩813和第二倒钩814进行固定,固定简单方便,不需要螺栓等其他部件的配合,装配方便,生产节约工序,提高生产效率。
所述前支撑架81还包括中间连接部815,所述第一连接部811与中间连接部815之间设有第一卡位件816,所述第二连接部812与中间连接部815之间设有第二卡位部817。可以很好的限位,第一卡位件816大于LED开口,第二卡位部817直径大于主壳体7让支撑架8通过的开口。
所述中间连接部815两侧设有突出臂82,所述突出臂82内设有延伸手臂部83。延伸手臂部83可以更好的使小型发电机平衡。
所述突出臂82设有环形凹槽821,所述延伸手臂部83表面设有环形凸起部831,所述环形凸起部831卡入环形凹槽821。突出臂82很好的固定延伸手臂部 83。
所述延伸手臂端部设有端部开孔832,所述前支撑架81和/或后支撑架8设有卡入端部开孔832的卡接凸柱84。增强支撑架8对延伸手臂的卡位效果。
延伸手臂部83采用软质材料。可以任意弯曲延伸手臂,增强小型发动机的平衡性,不容易倒。
所述延伸手臂端部设有尾端盖帽85。延伸手臂端部边缘光滑,不容易伤手。
所述尾端盖帽85内设有与电机5连接的LED灯。多两个LED灯,照明效果更好,而且延伸手臂可弯曲,可以任意弯曲,照明效果更好。
本发明的另一优选实施例,一种小型发电机,包括壳体1、手柄转动杆2,所述壳体1内设有驱动齿轮组3,所述手柄转动杆2穿过壳体1驱动连接驱动齿轮组3,所述驱动齿轮组3连接电机5,
所述壳体1下部两侧设有两个支撑脚9,所述支撑脚9包括卡入壳体1的支撑卡接部91、与支撑卡接部91连接的支撑连接部93和与支撑连接部93连接的支撑底座9694。
由于壳体1下部两侧设有两个支撑脚9,支撑脚9包括卡入壳体1的支撑卡接部91、与支撑卡接部91连接的支撑连接部93和与支撑连接部93连接的支撑底座9694,两个支撑脚9可以单独将小型发电机支撑,也可以配合壳体1底部一起支撑小型发电机,提高小型发电机的平衡性和稳定性,不容易倒,支撑脚9可以将壳体1抬高,方便用户握取和转动手柄转动杆2。
所述支撑连接部93采用可弯曲的材料。支撑脚9的支撑连接部93可以弯曲,用户可以根据需要弯曲支撑脚9进而方便调节壳体1高度。
所述壳体1下部两侧设有支撑穿孔15,壳体1内部设有支撑板16,所述支撑卡接部91穿过支撑穿孔15与支撑板16固定连接。增强支撑脚9与壳体1的固定强度。
所述壳体1内还设有支撑脚9固定压块17,所述支撑脚9固定压块17包括中间的弧形固定部171,所述弧形固定部171卡住支撑卡接部91,所述支撑脚9 固定压块17两端与支撑板16固定连接。支撑脚9固定压块17的弧形固定部171卡住支撑卡接部91,所述支撑脚9固定压块17两端与支撑板16固定连接,增强支撑脚9与壳体1的固定强度。
所述支撑卡接部91上设有支撑固定通孔92,所述支撑板16上设有第一卡位突出部161,所述第一卡位突出部161卡入支撑固定通孔92。增强定位和固定效果。
所述弧形固定部171中间设有第二卡位突出部172,所述第二卡位突出部172卡入支撑固定通孔92。增强定位和固定效果。
所述支撑底座9694上端包括卡接支撑连接部93的支撑插入孔,所述支撑底座9694下端边缘向下突出形成底座凸起96。方便支撑底座9694与接触面接触。
所述支撑底座9694凸起围成底座凹槽97,所述支撑底座9694凹槽内设有防滑部件。增强支撑底座9694与接触面的固定效果更好,增强小型发电机的稳定性,不容易倒。
所述壳体1上部两侧设有突出臂82,所述突出臂82内设有可弯曲的延伸手臂部83。可以增强小型发电机的平衡性和稳定性,不容易倒。
所述壳体1包括上壳体6和主壳体7,所述上壳体6通过支撑架8与主壳体7连接,所述支撑架8两侧设有突出臂82,所述突出臂82内设有可弯曲的延伸手臂部83,所述支撑脚9设置在主壳体7中间两侧。可以增强小型发电机的平衡性和稳定性,不容易倒。

  1. 一种小型发电机,其特征在于,包括壳体、手柄转动杆,所述壳体内设有驱动齿轮组,所述手柄转动杆穿过壳体驱动连接驱动齿轮组,所述驱动齿轮组连接电机,所述壳体下部两侧设有两个支撑脚,所述支撑脚包括卡入壳体的支撑卡接部、与支撑卡接部连接的支撑连接部和与支撑连接部连接的支撑底座。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小型发电机,其特征在于,所述支撑连接部采用可弯曲的材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小型发电机,其特征在于,所述壳体下部两侧设有支撑穿孔,壳体内部设有支撑板,所述支撑卡接部穿过支撑穿孔与支撑板固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种小型发电机,其特征在于,所述壳体内还设有支撑脚固定压块,所述支撑脚固定压块包括中间的弧形固定部,所述弧形固定部卡住支撑卡接部,所述支撑脚固定压块两端与支撑板固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种小型发电机,其特征在于,所述支撑卡接部上设有支撑固定通孔,所述支撑板上设有第一卡位突出部,所述第一卡位突出部卡入支撑固定通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种小型发电机,其特征在于,所述弧形固定部中间设有第二卡位突出部,所述第二卡位突出部卡入支撑固定通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种小型发电机,其特征在于,所述支撑底座上端包括卡接支撑连接部的支撑插入孔,所述支撑底座下端边缘向下突出形成底座凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种小型发电机,其特征在于,所述支撑底座凸起围成底座凹槽,所述支撑底座凹槽内设有防滑部件。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的一种小型发电机,其特征在于,所述壳体上部两侧设有突出臂,所述突出臂内设有可弯曲的延伸手臂部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种小型发电机,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上壳体和主壳体,所述上壳体通过支撑架与主壳体连接,所述支撑架两侧设有突出臂,所述突出臂内设有可弯曲的延伸手臂部,所述支撑脚设置在主壳体中间两侧。
