Abstract
一种加热地板,包括:地板本体(10),采用导热材料制成,其中,所述地板本体内开设有电热管收容孔(11);以及绝缘膜(20),涂布在地板本体的上表面。通过在地板本体上设置绝缘膜,以及设置了开关电路模块,从而能够提供双重触电保护效果,提供了加热地板的安全性。
Description
本发明涉及一种家居用品,具体涉及一种加热地板以及地板加热系统。
现有的加热地板通常是通过市电对地板下方的电热导体进行通电,使得电热导体产生的热量分布到地板上,从而实现地板加热。然而,此种方式由于采用了高电压供电方式,容易产生安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明一实施例提供一种加热地板,包括:地板本体,采用导热材料制成,其中,所述地板本体内开设有电热管收容孔;以及绝缘膜,涂布在地板本体的上表面。本发明还提供一种地板加热系统。
本发明另一实施例提供一种地板加热系统,包括电源模块、开关电路模块以及上述的加热地板。所述电源模块通过所述开关电路模块与所述加热地板内的电热管并联连接,当所述电热管的电压大于等于一额定电压时,所述开关电路模块断开所述电压模块与所述电热管之间的电连接。
本发明具有以下有益效果:通过在地板本体上设置绝缘膜,以及设置了开关电路模块,从而能够提供双重触电保护效果,提供了加热地板的安全性。
图1为本发明一实施例提供的加热地板的结构示意图;
图2是本发明实施例提供的地板加热系统的结构示意图。
本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
以下结合说明书附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明,并且在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种加热地板100,至少包括地板本体10以及绝缘膜20,所述绝缘膜20涂布在地板本体10的上表面。
具体的,所述地板本体10采用导热材料制成,其中,所述地板本体10内开设有电热管收容孔11。本实施例中,所述收容孔11贯穿所述地板本体10两端。本实施例中,所述收容孔的数量为2个。
此外,所述地板本体10的边缘上设置有多个电连接接口12,地板本体10内收容的电热管之间通过所述接口实现电连接。
请参阅图2,本发明还提供一种地板加热系统200,其包括电源模块201、开关电路模块202以及上述的加热地板100。所述电源模块201通过所述开关电路模块202与所述加热地板100内的电热管并联连接,当所述电热管的电压大于等于一额定电压时,所述开关电路模块30断开所述电压模块与所述电热管之间的电连接。
本实施例中,所述电源模块201的能量来自一地源热泵供热系统。
本发明的地板加热系统200,通过在地板本体10上设置绝缘膜20,以及设置了开关电路模块202,从而能够提供双重触电保护效果,提供了加热地板100的安全性。

Claims (4)
- 一种加热地板,包括:地板本体,采用导热材料制成,其中,所述地板本体内开设有电热管收容孔;以及绝缘膜,涂布在地板本体的上表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的加热地板,其特征在于,所述地板本体边缘上设置有多个电连接接口,地板本体内收容的电热管之间通过所述接口实现电连接。
- 一种地板加热系统,包括电源模块、开关电路模块以及如权利要求1~2项任一项所述的加热地板,所述电源模块通过所述开关电路模块与所述加热地板内的电热管并联连接,当所述电热管的电压大于等于一额定电压时,所述开关电路模块断开所述电压模块与所述电热管之间的电连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地板加热系统,其特征在于,所述电源模块的能量来自一地源热泵供热系统。
