Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif orthopédique (100) comprenant un premier corps (160) ayant une première couche de surface (106) configurée pour venir en prise avec un deuxième corps (130), un deuxième corps (130) ayant une deuxième couche de surface (106) configurée pour venir en prise avec une partie de la première couche de surface du premier corps, le deuxième corps étant configuré pour se déplacer par rapport au premier corps, au moins l'une de la première couche de surface et de la deuxième couche de surface comprenant un ou plusieurs ions provenant d'une implantation ionique par immersion plasma. Dans un mode de réalisation, les ions comprennent l'un ou plusieurs parmi le carbone, l'oxygène, l'azote ou l'argon. Dans un mode de réalisation, la couche de surface traitée par PHI présente une dureté supérieure à 15 GPa, une épaisseur comprise entre 1 µm et 10 μm, et un coefficient de frottement inférieur à 0,30. Le dispositif orthopédique comprend un clou intramédullaire, un dispositif de lame de résection endoscopique, ou d'autres dispositifs d'ajustement osseux.
