Description

Automatic product unloader
The present invention relates to a product automatic unloader that stores a plurality of products, sequentially transports the stored products, and provides the products to the user.

By the way, a user of this type of apparatus must perform a series of operations (actions) such as inserting money, pressing a product selection button, and receiving returned coins if necessary. There are many cases where the user feels bothersome, and their ingenuity is required.
In this regard, for example, a recording medium such as an IC card in which information about a user's desired purchase product is recorded is issued in advance in a store, etc. It is conceivable that a reading unit for reading information on the recording medium is provided, a product corresponding to the reading information is carried out and provided to the user, and the recording medium is collected on the apparatus side.
However, when the recording medium can be inserted into the apparatus through the insertion port in this way, a malfunction (failure) of the reading unit or the like occurs, or a foreign object is introduced through the insertion port. As a result, there is a possibility that the path for guiding the recording medium into the apparatus is clogged. And when this passage clogging occurs, the outer door can be opened and the clogging can be resolved by the store clerk, etc., but the temperature in the device (internal temperature) exceeds the appropriate temperature range, There is a possibility to reduce the value of goods. In particular, if the product is a supercooled product that has been cooled to a supercooled state, opening the outer door is likely to significantly reduce the value of the product.
Therefore, in view of such a situation, the present invention reduces the number of operations of the user for the device when receiving the product, allows the user to easily receive the product, and records without opening the outer door. An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic product carry-out device that can eliminate clogging of media and the like.
The product automatic carry-out device according to one aspect of the present invention includes a product storage device in an apparatus main body having one side opened, and records on a recording medium input through an input unit provided in an outer door that opens and closes the opening. The read information is read by the reading unit, and the product in the product storage device is carried out based on the read information. The insertion unit passes the recording medium input from the input port through the front area of the reading unit disposed in the apparatus main body and into the apparatus main body. A cover that is disposed so as to cover at least a portion corresponding to the front region, of a guide passage and at least a portion corresponding to the front region of the outer door, from an opening corresponding to the front region. And a panel fixed to the outer wall surface of the outer door, wherein a predetermined portion of the edge portion engages with an outer edge of the cover facing the predetermined portion. The commodity automatic carry-out device has an insertion path through which a release member for releasing the engagement between the panel and the cover can be inserted through the panel or the cover toward the predetermined portion.
According to the product automatic carry-out device according to the one side surface, the recording medium loaded from the loading port of the loading unit provided in the outer door that opens and closes the opening of the device body having the one side surface opened is connected to the device body through the passage. To the front area of the reading section. And the said goods automatic carry-out apparatus reads information by the reading part from the recording medium guide | induced to the said front area | region, and carries out the goods in a goods storage apparatus based on the read information. Therefore, the user can receive the goods carried out simply by inserting the recording medium from the insertion slot. In addition, since the recording medium from which the information has been read is guided and collected through the passage without being returned, the user does not feel bothered by the subsequent processing and management of the recording medium. . Further, during normal times, the cover covers at least the front area of the reading unit, which is the main location of passage clogging, from the outer wall surface side of the outer door, and the cover is engaged with a panel fixed to the outer wall surface of the outer door. By combining, the cover can be held in a state of covering the front area of the reading unit. In addition, when passage clogging occurs, a store clerk or the like causes the release member to be inserted through the insertion path toward a predetermined portion of the edge of the panel that engages with the outer edge of the cover, so that the panel and the cover Can be released. Therefore, when passage clogging occurs, the cover can be removed using the release member to remove foreign matters and the like, so that passage clogging can be eliminated with the outer door closed.

In this embodiment, each product storage device 4 (in FIG. 2, the left side is referred to as “first storage device 41” and the right side is referred to as “second storage device 42”) can store five types of products. Therefore, although a total of ten types of products can be stored in the product storage 1a, in the present embodiment, the same variation of products is stored in each product storage device 4 (41, 42) in the same manner. The case will be described below as an example. That is, the five types of products in the first storage device 41 and the five types of products in the second storage device 42 are the same, and the position in the front-rear direction of the product storage column 4a that stores the same type of products is also the same. Shall. The same column numbers CN are assigned to the product storage columns 4a having the same position in the front-rear direction. That is, for example, the column number CN of the foremost product storage column 4a of the first storage device 41 and the column number CN of the foremost product storage column 4a of the second storage device 42 are the same. As the column number CN, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are assigned in order from the front row side.
In this embodiment, each storage room in the product storage 1a is cooled by a cooling device (not shown), and the supercooling chamber that cools the product stored in the product storage 4 to a supercooled state. Is configured to function as: Therefore, the operation of the cooling device is controlled by the control unit 30 so that the temperature in each warehouse is maintained at a set temperature at which the product can be cooled and maintained in a supercooled state.
Here, the set temperature is a temperature below the freezing point of the beverage in a container as a product, and is, for example, around −5 ° C. (−2 ° C. to −8 ° C.), and the temperature is lower than that of a normal cold beverage. In addition, the set temperature range is narrow. The container-containing supercooled beverage as this product has its commercial value by being maintained in a supercooled state for a predetermined time. Therefore, for example, even if a supercooled beverage is stored in a supercooled state in the first storage device 41 and the second storage device 42, the product is replenished when a normal temperature product is replenished by an operator or the like. There is a possibility that the temperature in one storage room changes and the product value of the product in the storage room is impaired.
In this regard, in the present embodiment, one of the product storage devices 4 (41, 42) is set as a device that is being carried out and the other is set as a device that is being prepared to forcibly stop carrying out, The setting target of the device being carried out and the device being prepared can be switched at predetermined time intervals. As a result, the operator or the like replenishes the product in one product storage device (41 or 42) set as the device in preparation, so that the inside of the other product storage device (42 or 41) set as the device in transit It can suppress impairing the merchandise value.
Next, the information recorded on the merchandise exchange card C and the method by which the user obtains the merchandise exchange card C will be described.
The information recorded on the merchandise exchange card C includes at least carry-out permission information for permitting carry-out of the merchandise stored in the merchandise storage device 4. In the present embodiment, the carry-out permission information is a product identification that allows the user to identify the product type (product type) of the carry-out target (purchase target) for which the user communicated the purchase intention to the store clerk at a store counter such as a convenience store. It consists of information and is predetermined for each product type. As the product identification information, for example, a beverage number DN is assigned to each product type. Specifically, in this embodiment in which five types of products are stored in the product storage device 4, for example, a product with a beverage number DN of 1 is stored in a product storage column 4a with a column number CN of 1, and so on. In addition, the products having the beverage numbers DN 2 to 5 are stored in the product storage columns 4a having the column numbers CN 2 to 5, respectively.
For example, at a counter of a store such as a convenience store, the user informs the store clerk about the purchase of the product that he / she wants to purchase and settles the payment for the product in cash (coins, banknotes), electronic money card, credit card, This is performed by a desired method (form) such as a prepaid card or a debit card. Then, after the settlement, the user receives a merchandise exchange card C in which merchandise identification information of the merchandise is recorded from the store clerk. In this way, the user selects the item he wants to purchase and pays for the item not in the apparatus (automatic item unloading apparatus 100) but in a face-to-face manner with the store clerk, so that the commodity exchange card C can be obtained. Obtain. Therefore, for example, when the user also purchases other products displayed on the product shelves in the store, the settlement of the displayed products and the products stored in the automatic product carry-out device 100 is performed. The desired method (form) can also be performed at once. In addition, even for elderly users and foreign users who are unfamiliar with the operation of the device, the product stored in the product automatic carry-out device 100 can be smoothly selected and settled with the support of the store clerk. Can be performed.
Next, the card insertion unit 10 will be described.
4 to 7 are diagrams showing the main parts including the card insertion unit 10 of the automatic product carry-out device 100. FIG. 5 and 6 are enlarged perspective views of the main part, in which the A part shown in FIG. 1 is enlarged. 5 is a diagram viewed from the upper right side as viewed from the front side, and FIG. 6 is a diagram viewed from the lower right side as viewed from the front side. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the main part in the direction of arrows BB shown in FIG.
The card insertion unit 10 is for guiding the merchandise exchange card C to the vicinity of the card reader 6 and paying it out to the collecting unit 20.
In the present embodiment, the card insertion unit 10 includes a card lock unit 11, a cover 12, a panel 13, a support frame 14, and a display unit 15, as shown in FIGS. Yes. The card insertion unit 10 has a front side part (cover 12 and panel 13 etc.) on the outer wall surface side of the outer door 2 and a back side part (support frame 14 etc.) at the part of the opening 2a of the outer door 2. The outer door 2 is disposed on the inner wall surface side. The card insertion unit 10 is fixed to the outer door 2 such that the outer door 2 is sandwiched between the front side portion and the rear side portion. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the card insertion unit 10 is formed such that the central portion (specifically, the support frame 14 or the like) of the front side portion thereof bulges toward the front (user side). ing. A region located in front of (indicated by a dotted line) shall be indicated.
Specifically, the passage 10b is defined by the front side portion (the cover 12 and the panel 13 and the like) and the back side portion (the support frame 14 and the like) of the card insertion unit 10. The upper portion of the passage 10b is formed between the back surface of the cover 12 and the front surface of the support frame 14, and serves as the insertion guide portion for the commodity exchange card C. A portion of the back surface of the cover 12 corresponding to the upper portion of the passage 10b (specifically, a rib 125 on the back surface of the cover body 121 described later in detail) becomes smaller as the effective passage cross-sectional area at the upper portion of the passage 10b decreases downward. It is formed so as to be inclined. The lower portion of the passage 10b is formed between the back surface of the panel 13 and the front surface of the support frame 14, and extends in the vertical direction.
The card lock portion 11 is for temporarily holding the commodity exchange card C in the front area S in the passage 10b, and is disposed below the card reader 6 on the back surface of the support frame 14, for example.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, the card lock unit 11 moves in the area below the front area S of the card reader 6 in the passage 10b, thereby moving the commodity exchange card C. It has an advance / retreat rod 11a for regulating For example, the card lock unit 11 advances (protrudes) the advance / retreat rod 11a into the passage 10b in the initial state (that is, before and when the product exchange card C is inserted), and advances / retreats the rod 11a to the lower end of the product exchange card C. Abut. As a result, the card lock unit 11 prevents (locks) dropping of the inserted merchandise exchange card C, and stops and temporarily holds the merchandise exchange card C in the front area S of the card reader 6 in the passage 10b. . The operation of the card lock unit 11 is controlled by the control unit 30.
Note that the card reader 6 and the card lock unit 11 are arranged so that the upper end of the product exchange card C is located sufficiently below the insertion port 10a in a state where the advance / retreat rod 11a is advanced and the product exchange card C is positioned. Has been placed. Therefore, in a state where the commodity exchange card C inserted from the insertion slot 10a is located in the front area S, the commodity exchange card C cannot be easily removed from the outside (that is, it is difficult or impossible to access from the outside). ).
The cover 12 is disposed so as to cover at least a portion corresponding to the front region S of the opening 2 a of the outer door 2 from the outer wall surface side of the outer door 2, and engages with the panel 13. The cover 12 constitutes a central portion on the front side of the card insertion unit 10 and is made of a resin member.
The panel 13 is fixed to the outer wall surface of the outer door 2, and a predetermined portion 133 (see FIG. 9 described later) of the edge portion 130 is engaged with the outer edge 120 of the cover 12 facing the predetermined portion 133. To match.
The support frame 14 is a base of the card insertion unit 10 and is fixed to the inner wall surface of the outer door 2.

In this storage unit 31, the beverage number DN and the column number CN are stored in association with each other so that it is possible to determine which product type of product is stored in the product storage column 4a of which column number CN (= 1 to 5). Has been.
The control unit 30 sets one of the product storage devices 4 (41, 42) as a device that is being carried out so that the product can be carried out, and sets the other as a device that is being prepared to forcibly stop the carrying out of the product. The setting target of the device being carried out and the device being prepared can be switched every time. For example, the control unit 30 controls the built-in timer to automatically switch the setting target of the device being carried out and the device being prepared every 24 hours. Immediately before this switching, for example, the unloading device (41 or 42) is in a state in which the remaining number of stored products is reduced, and the preparing device (42 or 41) is in a state in which a supercooled product can be unloaded. Yes. For example, immediately after this switching, a new product in preparation (41 or 42) is replenished with goods by an operator or the like.
Further, the control unit 30 outputs a carry-out permission command for permitting the product carry-out mechanism 4b to carry out the product based on the read information read from the product exchange card C by the card reader 6. Specifically, the control unit 30 corresponds to the beverage number DN (product identification information) in the read information of the card reader 6 among the product storage devices 4 (41 or 42) set as the device being carried out. A carry-out permission command can be output to the product carry-out mechanism 4b of the product storage column 4a with the number CN.
Next, the operation from the reading of the information to the delivery of the product in the automatic product carry-out device 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 3, FIG. 7 and FIG.
When the product exchange card C is inserted by the user through the insertion port 10a as shown in FIG. 7, the product exchange card C is guided to the front area S of the card reader 6 through the passage 10b. In the initial state (see FIG. 3), since the card lock unit 11 advances the advance / retreat rod 11a into the passage 10b, the merchandise exchange card C stops in the front area S of the card reader 6 in the passage 10b. Then, the card reader 6 reads the information in the commodity exchange card C and outputs it to the control unit 30. Of the product storage device 4 (41 or 42) set as the device being carried out, the control unit 30 performs the product delivery mechanism 4b of the product storage column 4a of the column number CN corresponding to the beverage number DN in the read information. To output a carry-out permission command. When a carry-out permission command is output to the product carry-out mechanism 4b, the product carry-out mechanism 4b rotates in the carry-out direction as shown in FIG. 8, and drops the product downward from the lowermost part of the product storage column 4a. . Thereafter, the product rolls along the slope of the product shooter 5, pushes open the inner door side flap 9 attached to the product carry-out port 3 a, and is delivered into the product receiving unit 8. The user opens the outer door side flap 7 and receives the product in the product receiving unit 8.

Next, a method for releasing the engagement between the panel 13 and the cover 12 will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 13 is a conceptual diagram for explaining the releasing method. FIG. 13 (A) shows a normal state in which the cover 12 is engaged with and attached to the panel 13, and FIG. 13 (B) is a cover. 12 shows a state in which the engagement between the lower engagement claws 126a of the 12 and the panel 13 is released, and FIG. 13C shows a state in which the cover 12 is completely removed. FIG. 14 is a diagram showing the product automatic carry-out device 100 in the state of FIG. In the present embodiment, the release member J for releasing the engagement between the panel 13 and the cover 12 is made of a thin metal plate and is inserted into the insertion groove 135a formed on the lower outer edge 131a of the panel 13. It shall consist of a pair of insertion plate part J1, J1 which has the width | variety and thickness which can be penetrated, respectively, and the connection plate part J2 which connects between the base end part of a pair of insertion plate part J1, J1. The release member J is not limited to a metal thin plate, and may be a resin thin plate plate, a metal or resin round bar, or the like having an appropriate material and shape.
As shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, the cover 12 has a lower engaging claw 126a and an upper engaging claw 126b engaged with predetermined portions 133 of the panel 13, respectively, as shown in FIG. The panel 13 is engaged and attached. In this state, as shown in FIG. 13B, for example, a store clerk or the like inserts the insertion plate portion J1 of the release member J through the insertion groove 135a that is the opening end of the insertion path 135. At this time, the distal end portion of the inserted insertion plate portion J1 reaches the end portion of the lower engagement claw 126a and comes into contact with the end portion of the lower engagement claw 126a. When the clerk or the like further pushes up the release member J, the lower engagement claw 126a is pressed by the release member J, and begins to be elastically deformed in the direction indicated by the white arrow in FIG. When the release member J is pushed up until the amount of elastic deformation in the vertical direction becomes larger than the engagement allowance ta, the lower engagement claw 126a of the cover 12 and the lower inner edge 132a of the panel 13 are predetermined. The engagement with the part 133 is released. Then, in this state, the store clerk or the like draws the cover 12 toward the front as shown in FIG. 13B to incline the cover 12 obliquely, and then moves the cover 12 downward, for example, obliquely. As shown in (C) and FIG. 14, the cover 12 is completely removed from the panel 13.
According to the product automatic carry-out device 100 according to this embodiment, the product put in from the insertion port 10a of the card insertion unit 10 provided in the outer door 2 that opens and closes the opening of the automatic product carry-out device main body 1 having one side opened. The exchange card C is guided to the front area S of the card reader 6 in the product automatic carry-out device main body 1 through the passage 10b. And the goods automatic carrying-out apparatus 100 reads information with the card reader 6 from the goods exchange card C guide | induced to this front area | region S, and carries out the goods in the goods storage apparatus 4 based on the read information. Therefore, the user can receive the product carried out simply by inserting the product exchange card C from the insertion port 10a. Further, since the commodity exchange card C from which the information has been read is not returned and is guided and collected through the passage 10b into the commodity automatic carry-out apparatus body 1 (specifically, the collection unit 20), the user can exchange the commodity. There is no inconvenience in subsequent processing and management of the card C. Further, at the normal time, the cover 12 covers at least the front area S of the card reader 6, which is the main occurrence of passage clogging, from the outer wall surface side of the outer door 2, and the cover 12 is covered on the outer wall surface of the outer door 2. By engaging with the fixed panel 13, the cover 12 can be held in a state of covering the front area S of the card reader 6. Further, when passage clogging occurs, a store clerk or the like inserts the release member J through the insertion path 135 toward the predetermined portion 133 of the edge portion 130 of the panel 13 that engages with the outer edge 120 of the cover 12. By doing so, the engagement between the panel 13 and the cover 12 can be released. Therefore, when passage clogging occurs, the cover 12 can be removed using the release member J to remove foreign matter and the like, so that passage clogging can be eliminated with the outer door 2 closed.
In this way, it is possible to reduce the number of operations of the user for the device when receiving the product, the user can easily receive the product, and the product exchange card C etc. can be clogged without opening the outer door 2. The product automatic carry-out device 100 that can be eliminated can be provided.
Further, in the present embodiment, the predetermined portion 133 that engages with the cover 12 of the panel 13 is located on each of the pair of frame inner edges 132 and 132 of the frame inner edge 132 that face each other, and the insertion path 135 includes a pair of insertion paths 135. It passes through a frame outer edge 131 facing either one of the frame inner edges 132, 132. As described above, by setting the predetermined portion 133 that is the engagement portion as two opposite sides of the four sides of the frame inner edge 132, the insertion path 135 is provided only on one side of the four sides of the panel 13. A structure capable of releasing the engagement between the panel 13 and the cover 12 can be constructed.
In the present embodiment, the pair of frame inner edges 132 and 132 are a lower inner edge 132a and an upper inner edge 132b. Thereby, like this embodiment, the engagement structure suitable for the cover 12 curved so that the center part of an up-down direction may bulge ahead can be constructed | assembled. In addition, by forming the cover 12 in a curved manner in this way, the center portion of the cover 12 can be projected forward from the front surface of the panel 13. As a result, after the engagement between the cover 12 and the panel 13 is released, a store clerk or the like of the store can easily pull the cover 12 forward and remove it.
In the present embodiment, the insertion path 135 is formed on the lower end frame side of the panel 13. Thereby, for example, the insertion groove 135a that is the opening end of the insertion path 135 can be opened at a location where the position of the insertion path 135 is difficult to be visually recognized by a third party such as a user.
In the present embodiment, the panel 13 is fixed to the outer wall surface of the outer door 2 by, for example, the fastening means 136 from the inner wall surface side of the outer door 2, and the cover 12 extends from the outer wall surface side of the outer door 2 to the frame inner edge of the panel 13. It is mated. Thereby, while fixing the panel 13 to the outer door 2 so that it cannot remove from the exterior, about the cover 12, the structure which can be removed from the exterior can be constructed | assembled easily.
Further, in the present embodiment, a collection unit 20 that stores and collects the product exchange card C whose information is read by the card reader 6 is provided in the product automatic carry-out device main body 1, and the passage 10b extends in the vertical direction. The upper end is connected to the input port 10a, and the lower end is opened downward toward the collection unit 20. Thereby, the used commodity exchange card C can be reliably collected with a simple structure.
In the present embodiment, the passage 10b is formed so as to extend in the vertical direction, and is moved forward and backward in a region below the front region S in the passage 10b, thereby restricting the movement of the commodity exchange card C. A card lock portion 11 having 11a is provided. Thereby, the merchandise exchange card C can be stopped in the front area S of the card reader 12 in the passage 10b, and the information in the merchandise exchange card C can be reliably read by the card reader 12. Further, the commodity exchange card C can be easily guided from the insertion port 10a to the collecting unit 20 through the passage 10b.
In the present embodiment, the insertion path 135 passes through the lower outer edge 131a facing the lower inner edge 132a of the pair of frame inner edges 132, 132, and is formed on the lower end frame side of the panel 13. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and it may be formed on the upper end frame side of the panel 13 or may be formed on both the lower end frame side and the upper end frame side of the panel 13. When the insertion path 135 is formed on the upper end frame side of the panel 13, the insertion groove 135 a may be formed on the upper outer edge 131 b (see FIG. 10) of the panel 13.
Further, the predetermined portion 133 that engages with the cover 12 of the panel 13 is located at each of the pair of frame inner edges 132, 132, and the pair of frame inner edges 132, 132 are a lower inner edge 132a and an upper inner edge 132b. did. However, the pair of frame inner edges 132 and 132 are not limited to this, and although not shown in the drawing, the frame inner edges 132 and 132 (that is, the left inner edge and the right inner edge when viewed from the front side) may be extended vertically. Good. In this case, for example, if the cover 12 is formed so as to be smoothly curved in the horizontal direction (width direction) instead of the vertical direction, the left outer edge and the right outer edge thereof are engaged with the left inner edge and the right inner edge of the panel 13. Good.
Further, the predetermined portion 133 that engages with the cover 12 of the panel 13 is located at each of the pair of frame inner edges 132 and 132 of the frame inner edge 132 that are opposed to each other. The inner edge 132 may be provided on three or four sides. In these cases, the insertion path 135 may be appropriately formed, and an appropriate number of engagement claws 126 may be appropriately provided.
Moreover, although the panel 13 shall be fixed to the outer wall surface of the outer door 2 by the fastening means 136 from the inner wall surface side of the outer door 2, it does not restrict to this and should just be fixed to the outer door 2 suitably.
The cover 12 has an engaging claw 126, and the engaging claw 126 is pressed and elastically deformed by the release member J inserted through the insertion path 135, whereby the cover 12 and the panel 13 are engaged. Although it was set as the structure canceled, it is not restricted to this. Although illustration is omitted, for example, the panel 13 protrudes from the predetermined portion 133 and has an appropriately shaped engagement claw that engages with the outer edge of the cover 12, and the engagement claw on the panel 13 side is inserted into the insertion path 135. The engagement between the cover 12 and the panel 13 may be released by abutting and elastically deforming the release member J inserted through the cover 12.
Further, the case where the panel 13 is formed in a substantially rectangular frame shape and the outline of the frame outer edge 131 and the outline of the frame inner edge 132 are each substantially rectangular has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, an appropriate shape such as a circle can be applied as the contour. Further, the outline shapes of the frame outer edge 131 and the frame inner edge 132 may be different. That is, for example, the outline of the frame outer edge 131 may be a circular shape, and the outline of the frame inner edge 132 may be a shape imitating the outer shape of a container-containing beverage to be carried out. In these cases, the cover 12 may be formed in an appropriate shape according to the outline of the frame inner edge 132 of the panel 13. Further, the panel 13 is not limited to a frame shape, and for example, an appropriate shape such as a gate shape in which one side portion (a lower end frame or the like) of a rectangular frame is opened can be applied. In the case of the gate-shaped panel 13, for example, a predetermined portion 133 that engages with the outer edge 120 of the cover 12 may be appropriately set on the inner edge portion of the edge portion 130 of the panel 13.
Further, the insertion path 135 is configured by opening the insertion groove 135a in the frame outer edge 131 of the panel 13, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a small hole may be opened in front of the panel 13 as the insertion path 135 and a round bar-shaped release member J may be inserted so that the engagement between the panel 13 and the cover 12 can be released. Further, the insertion path 135 is not limited to the panel 13 and may be provided in the cover 12. In this case, for example, a small hole may be opened in front of the cover 12 as the insertion path 135.
Further, the card reader 12 has only the information reading function. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the card reader 12 may have an information writing function for the commodity exchange card C.
In addition, the product identification information is a simple beverage number DN (1 to 5) consisting of a single digit, but is not limited thereto, and appropriate identification information such as a JAN code can be used. The carry-out permission information is made up of product identification information, but is not limited to this, and may be a column number CN in which the product is stored. Further, the carry-out permission information is not limited to the product identification information and the column number CN. For example, if there is only one type of product to be stored, it is not necessary to transmit to the control unit 30 the type of product and the position of the product storage column 4a in which the product is stored, so that the identification of permitting unloading is performed. Possible predetermined information may be used.
Moreover, although the goods automatic carrying-out apparatus 100 was supposed to store and carry out supercooled drinks as goods, it is not limited to this, and normal cold drinks and hot drinks having a wide set temperature range (loose) are stored and carried out. You may comprise. In this case, both the first storage device 41 and the second storage device 42 may be always set as devices being carried out. Moreover, as goods, not only a drink in a container but an appropriate goods can be accommodated and carried out.
Further, the product automatic carry-out device 100 is configured to provide the product to the user via the product exchange card C without performing the money settlement process for the device. In other words, the product automatic carry-out device 100 does not include a money processing device including a product selection button, a coin slot, a bill slot, and the like provided in a conventional vending machine. The apparatus 100 may include the money processing apparatus. In this case, the product automatic carry-out device 100 enables, for example, products that are popular with the elderly or foreigners who are unfamiliar with the operation of the device to be carried out via the product exchange card C, and the remaining products or all products are conventionally used. Similarly to the vending machine, the product selected through the product selection button by the user may be configured to be paid via the money processing apparatus.
