具体实施方式
本申请实施例提供了一种信息传输方法及装置,用以当第一用户设备无法与第二用户设备取得联系时,实现第一用户设备与第二用户设备附近的第三用户设备取得联系,从而使得来自第一用户设备的用户的信息可以及时通过第三用户设备的用户传递给第二用户设备的用户。
下面结合附图对本申请实施例提供的技术方案进行说明。
首先给出本申请实施例中提到的一些用语的解释说明。
载体系统:既可以被内置在手机系统层面,也可以被内置在手机应用(APP)层面,不论手机系统,还是手机APP,以下均用“载体系统”指代,即用户设备侧的功能实体。
云端系统:载体系统之上的云端处理中心,即网络侧的功能实体。
参见图1,本申请实施例提供的信息传输方法包括:
步骤一、人员A通过手机给人员B拨打电话,但是B未接听。
步骤二、人员A的载体系统确定B处于无人接听状态(比如3分钟内2次未接听,或单次始终未接听至拨打结束)后,A的载体系统自动触发“寻找B附近B的好友C”事件,即执行下列过程:
A的载体系统发送事件请求至云端系统(即第一用户设备发送寻找第二用户设备附近的第三用户设备的请求至网络侧),云端系统从所述请求中获取所述B的手机标识,例如B的电话号码,根据B的电话号码,调用B的手机的通讯录和/或APP好友列表,获取一个清单,例如该清单中包括B的好友的手机号列表,然后对清单中的人员进行地 理位置分析(具体地,云端系统可以通过载体系统调用手机的地理位置数据获取手机的地理位置),筛选出在B的手机附近(比如20米之内)的人员C的手机号列表。即通过对与第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备进行定位,从与第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备中筛选出第三用户设备。
进一步地,对人员C的手机号列表进行分类,按照手机屏幕是否处于打开状态(屏幕打开认为用户在使用手机;云端系统通过调用载体系统监听屏幕打开、关闭的系统广播,就可以判断屏幕是否处于打开状态)、是否人员C同时也是人员A的好友(具体地,云端系统通过载体系统调用A的手机通讯录和/或APP好友列表,确定是否是A的好友)分为图2所示的4类。即按照如下条件之一或组合对所述第三用户设备进行分类:
用户设备是否处于使用状态,例如,用户设备屏幕是否处于打开状态,或者音乐APP处于播放状态,或者导航APP处于使用状态等等;
与所述第一用户设备是否存在好友关系;
其中,每一类第三用户设备对应不同的联系优先级。如图2所示,按照优先级由高到低的顺序,分别为1类、2类、3类、4类。
其中,关于获取B的好友C:如果载体系统是系统层面的内置,可调用手机通讯录联系人;如果载体系统是APP层面的内置,除系统通讯录外,还可调用APP内的好友清单。
步骤三、云端系统在获得C的清单后,推送一条消息至A的手机,告知A“B附近发现N名可供联系的人,他们是B的朋友,直接回复短信即可将信息广播给他们,或者也可以直接给他们拨打电话”,即提供给A两个选择:选择一:选择发送短信,短信发送给云端系统,云端系统将短信发送给所有C,选择二:拨打电话,呼叫后,云端系统开始按照1类~4类的先后顺序,轮番呼叫C,直至有一个C接听电话,在此期间A看不到C的名字、号码等个人信息;由云端系统建立A和C的通话链接。而不直接把C的个人信息告诉A,是为了保护C的个人隐私。当然了,为了减轻云端系统压力,也可以直接将C的个人信息告诉A,由A自己直接呼叫C。即云端系统可以基于第三用户设备,为第一用户设备提供信息传输服务。并且,具体地:
云端系统向第一用户设备发送与第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据第一用户设备的反馈消息,与第三用户设备取得联系;
云端系统将第三用户设备通知给第一用户设备。
上述载体系统可以是基于手机系统层面进行内置,也可以是基于手机APP层面进行 内置,均可达到预期效果。
上述本申请实施例中,云端系统通过比对被呼叫人的联系人及其地理位置信息获取被呼叫人附近的好友信息。呼叫人通过云端系统将信息传递至被呼叫人好友的手机上,避开了隐私问题。云端系统在获取到被呼叫人的附近好友后,将其中也是呼叫人好友的部分名单直接推送给呼叫人。此方案涉及一定隐私问题,但是免去了云端系统的短信分发、呼叫分发的工作。
由此可见,在网络侧,例如在云端,参见图3,本申请实施例提供的一种信息传输方法,包括:
S101、接收第一用户设备发送的请求,该请求用于寻找第二用户设备附近的第三用户设备;
例如,所述请求中携带第二用户设备的手机号码、ID、用户名等信息。
S102、根据所述请求,确定至少一个第三用户设备;
例如,所述第三用户设备中包括至少一个第三用户设备的手机号码、ID、用户名等信息。
S103、基于所述至少一个第三用户设备,为所述第一用户设备提供信息传输服务。
本申请实施例通过接收第一用户设备发送的请求,该请求用于寻找第二用户设备附近的第三用户设备,并根据所述请求确定第三用户设备,基于所述第三用户设备,为所述第一用户设备提供信息传输服务,从而当第一用户设备无法与第二用户设备取得联系时,可以实现第一用户设备与第二用户设备附近的第三用户设备取得联系,从而使得来自第一用户设备的用户的信息可以及时通过第三用户设备的用户传递给第二用户设备的用户。

也就是说,本申请实施例中,可以将所述第三用户设备直接通知给第一用户设备,也可以为了保护第三用户设备的用户隐私,不将第三用户设备通知给第一用户设备,而是向所述第一用户设备发送与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据所述第一用户设备的反馈消息,通过网络侧与所述第三用户设备取得联系,即对于第一用户设备的用户而言,在不知道联系的第三用户设备的用户名、手机号等信息情况下, 与第三用户设备的用户取得联系。
可选地,向所述第一用户设备发送与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据所述第一用户设备的反馈消息,与所述第三用户设备取得联系,具体包括:

本申请实施例中所述的网络侧的信息传输装置,例如是网络侧的服务器、基站等。 本申请实施例中所述的终端侧的信息传输装置,例如是用户设备等,所述用户设备,例如是手机、PAD、智能电视、电脑等设备。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本申请是参照根据本申请实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种信息传输方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    接收第一用户设备发送的请求,该请求用于寻找第二用户设备附近的第三用户设备;
    根据所述请求,确定至少一个第三用户设备;
    基于所述至少一个第三用户设备,为所述第一用户设备提供信息传输服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述请求,确定至少一个第三用户设备,具体包括:
    从所述请求中获取所述第二用户设备的标识;
    根据所述第二用户设备的标识,调用所述第二用户设备的通讯录和应用软件中的好友列表中的至少一个,确定与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备;
    通过对与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备进行定位,从与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备中筛选出所述第三用户设备。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,通过对与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备进行定位,从与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备中筛选出所述第三用户设备,具体包括:
    通过对与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备进行定位,从与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备中,筛选出与所述第二用户设备距离在预设范围内的第三用户设备。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,从与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备中,筛选出与所述第二用户设备距离在预设范围内的第三用户设备之后,该方法还包括:
    按照如下条件之一或组合对所述第三用户设备进行分类:
    用户设备是否处于使用状态;
    与所述第一用户设备是否存在好友关系;
    其中,每一类第三用户设备对应不同的联系优先级。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述第三用户设备,为所述第一用户设备提供信息传输服务,具体包括下列步骤之一或组合:
    步骤一:向所述第一用户设备发送与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据所述第一用户设备的反馈消息,与所述第三用户设备取得联系;
    步骤二:将所述第三用户设备的联系信息通知给所述第一用户设备。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,向所述第一用户设备发送与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据所述第一用户设备的反馈消息,与所述第三用户设备取得联系,具体包括:
    向所述第一用户设备发送与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,该选择消息中包括短消息联系方式选项和拨打电话联系方式选项;
    接收所述第一用户设备的反馈消息;
    若所述反馈消息中携带短消息,则向所述第三用户设备发送所述短消息;若所述反馈消息中携带拨打电话的指示信息,则按照所述第三用户设备的联系优先级从高到低的顺序,依次建立所述第一用户设备与第三用户设备的通话链接。
  7. 一种信息传输方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    第一用户设备当满足预设条件时,向网络侧发送寻找第二用户设备附近的第三用户设备的请求;
    所述第一用户设备通过网络侧与所述第三用户设备传输信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设条件包括:所述第一用户设备呼叫所述第二用户设备但未接通,并且在预设时长内未接通的次数达到预设阈值;或者,
    所述第一用户设备单次呼叫所述第二用户设备但未接通。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户设备通过网络侧与所述第三用户设备传输信息,具体包括:
    接收网络侧发送的与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据用户指令向所述网络侧发送反馈消息;
    或者,接收网络侧发送的第三用户设备的联系信息,并根据所述第三用户设备的联系信息,按照用户指令与所述第三用户设备传输信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,接收网络侧发送的与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据用户指令向所述网络侧发送反馈消息,具体包括:
    接收网络侧发送的与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,该选择消息中包括短消息联系方式选项和拨打电话联系方式选项;
    根据用户指令,向所述网络侧发送反馈消息,该反馈消息中携带短消息,或者携带 拨打电话的指示信息。
  11. 一种信息传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一单元,用于接收第一用户设备发送的请求,该请求用于寻找第二用户设备附近的第三用户设备;
    第二单元,用于根据所述请求,确定至少一个第三用户设备;
    第三单元,用于基于所述至少一个第三用户设备,为所述第一用户设备提供信息传输服务。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二单元,具体用于:
    从所述请求中获取所述第二用户设备的标识;
    根据所述第二用户设备的标识,调用所述第二用户设备的通讯录和应用软件中的好友列表中的至少一个,确定与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备;
    通过对与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备进行定位,从与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备中筛选出所述第三用户设备。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二单元通过对与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备进行定位,从与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备中筛选出所述第三用户设备时,具体用于:
    通过对与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备进行定位,从与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备中,筛选出与所述第二用户设备距离在预设范围内的第三用户设备。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二单元从与所述第二用户设备存在好友关系的用户设备中,筛选出与所述第二用户设备距离在预设范围内的第三用户设备之后,还用于:
    按照如下条件之一或组合对所述第三用户设备进行分类:
    用户设备是否处于使用状态;
    与所述第一用户设备是否存在好友关系;
    其中,每一类第三用户设备对应不同的联系优先级。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三单元,具体用于:
    向所述第一用户设备发送与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据所述第一用户设备的反馈消息,与所述第三用户设备取得联系;
    或者,将所述第三用户设备的联系信息的联系信息通知给所述第一用户设备。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三单元向所述第一用户设备发送与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据所述第一用户设备的反馈消息,与所述第三用户设备取得联系时,具体用于:
    向所述第一用户设备发送与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,该选择消息中包括短消息联系方式选项和拨打电话联系方式选项;
    接收所述第一用户设备的反馈消息;
    若所述反馈消息中携带短消息,则向所述第三用户设备发送所述短消息;若所述反馈消息中携带拨打电话的指示信息,则按照所述第三用户设备的联系优先级从高到低的顺序,依次建立所述第一用户设备与第三用户设备的通话链接。
  17. 一种信息传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
    发送请求单元,用于当第一用户设备满足预设条件时,向网络侧发送寻找第二用户设备附近的第三用户设备的请求;
    信息传输单元,用于通过网络侧与所述第三用户设备传输信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预设条件包括:所述第一用户设备呼叫所述第二用户设备但未接通,并且在预设时长内未接通的次数达到预设阈值;或者,
    所述第一用户设备单次呼叫所述第二用户设备但未接通。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息传输单元,具体用于:
    接收网络侧发送的与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据用户指令向所述网络侧发送反馈消息;
    或者,接收网络侧发送的第三用户设备的联系信息,并根据所述第三用户设备的联系信息,按照用户指令与所述第三用户设备传输信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息传输单元接收网络侧发送的与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,并根据用户指令向所述网络侧发送反馈消息时,具体用于:
    接收网络侧发送的与所述第三用户设备联系所采用的联系方式选择消息,该选择消息中包括短消息联系方式选项和拨打电话联系方式选项;
    根据用户指令,向所述网络侧发送反馈消息,该反馈消息中携带短消息,或者携带拨打电话的指示信息。
