实施例1
图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种切换控制权的方法的流程图,该方法可以应用于控制终端,该控制终端可以为控制器、手机、平板电脑、穿戴设备等具有无线通信功能的便携设备,如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S11、向服务器发送控制被控设备的请求,服务器收到请求后向当前控制被控设备的第一控制终端请求转移控制权。
其中,服务器为与被控设备通信的设备,其可以为计算机终端等;被控设备可以为平衡车、无人飞行器等具有受控功能的设备。
S12、接收服务器发送的同意控制被控设备的通知,通知在服务器确定第一控制终端同意转移控制权后发送。
其中,服务器可以在收到第一控制终端发送的同意转移控制权的通知后,确定第一控制终端同意转移控制权。
S13、与被控设备通信连接,对被控设备进行控制。
本发明的实施例提供的方法,通过向服务器发送控制被控设备的请求送控制被控设备的请求,接收控制器在控制被控设备的控制终端同意转移控制权后发送的通知,收到通知后与被控设备通信连接,对被控设备进行控制,从而实现被控设备的控制权切换,从而在不中断被控设备运行的情况下变换控制终端,增强用户体验。

本发明的实施例提供的方法,在检测到被控设备位于可控区域后,发起控制被控设备的请求,由于被控设备位于可控区域内,从而能够增加控制权切换的成功率。

获取被控设备的位置信息及状态信息;
根据位置信息及状态信息,控制被控设备。
在一个实施例中,可以向被控设备获取被控设备的位置信息及状态信息。
在一个实施例中,被控设备实时向服务器发送被控设备的位置信息及状态信息时,可以向服务器获取被控设备的位置信息及状态信息。
本发明的实施例提供的方法通过被控设备的位置信息及状态信息对被控设备进行控制,从而能够精准控制被控设备,从而在不中断被控设备运行的情况下变换控制终端,增强用户体验。
实施例2
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种切换控制权的方法的流程图,该方法可以应用于控制终端,该控制终端可以为控制器、手机、平板电脑、穿戴设备等具有无线通信功能的便携设备,如图2所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S21、在控制被控设备的过程中,接收服务器发送的转移被控设备控制权的请求;转移被控设备控制权的请求由服务器在收到第二控制终端发送的控制被控设备的请求后发送。
S22、向服务器发送同意转移控制权的通知,使得服务器通知第二控制终端与被控设备建立通信连接。
S23、向被控设备发送与第二控制终端连接的指令,使得被控设备收到指令后与第二控制终端建立通信连接,被控设备接收第二控制终端发送的控制指令。
应当理解,上述步骤S22、S23不分先后,可以变更上述步骤S22、S23的顺序,也可以同时执行上述步骤S22、S23。
本发明的实施例提供的方法,在控制被控设备的过程中,根据控制终端发起的转移控制权的请求,在同意转移控制权后向被控设备发送连接指令,从而实现被控设备与控制终端建立通信连接,以便于控制终端控制被控设备,从而在不中断被控设备运行的情况下变换控制终端,增强用户体验。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,上述步骤S23向被控设备发送与第二控制终端连接的指令之后,还包括:
S24、中止控制被控设备。
本发明的实施例提供的方法,在新的控制终端与被控设备成功连接将控制权切换至控制终端后,中止控制被控设备,从而将控制权完全转移至新的控制终端,能够增强新的控制终端的用户体验。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,还包括:
S25、发送第二控制终端与被控设备断开连接的指令,使得第二控制终端与被控设备断开连接。
本发明的实施例提供的方法,通过发送断开连接的指令断开控制终端与被控设备的通信连接,从而实现根据需要断开控制终端与被控设备的通信连接,能够增强用户体验,从而在不中断被控设备运行的情况下变换控制终端,增强用户体验。

利用本发明实施例提供的上述方法,本实施例提供一种具体的应用场景进行详细介绍,本实施例的场景为,本发明实施例提供的上述方法应用于手机,被控设备为平衡车,平衡车的控制权由手机A切换至手机B。
如图5所示,本实施例提供的切换控制权的方法包括:
S51、手机A与平衡车通信连接,由手机A对平衡车进行控制。
本实施例中,在手机A对平衡车控制的过程中,平衡车可以实时将自身的位置信息及状态信息,发送到服务器。其中,服务器为计算机终端等与被控设备通信的设备。
本实施例中,平衡车可以内置定位模块,通过定位模块得到位置信息;状态信息可以包括速度、电量、姿态等。
S52、手机B检测到平衡车位于可控区域内,手机B向服务器发送控制平衡车的请求。
本实施例中,手机B可以通过多种方式检测到平衡车位于可控区域内,例如通过感知平衡车发送的信号检测到平衡车位于可控区域内,例如向服务器获取平衡车的位置,根据平衡车的位置确定平衡车位于可控区域内。
S53、服务器收到控制平衡车的请求后,向手机A发送手机B控制平衡车的请求。
S54、手机A接收手机B控制平衡车的请求后,向服务器返回同意手机B控制平衡车的通知。
S55、手机A向平衡车发送可与手机B连接的指令。

本实施例中,手机B与平衡车建立通信连接之后,手机A可以中止控制平衡车,由手机B单独控制平衡车,从而实现控制权转移。
本实施例中,在手机B控制平衡车的过程中,手机A可同时向手机B及平衡车发送终止手机B控制平衡车的指令,以终止手机B对平衡车的控制。该终止手机B控制平衡车的指令可以由手机A通过服务器发送手机B,也可以由手机A直接发送至手机B。
本实施例中,手机A可发送终止手机B控制平衡车的指令之后,手机A可以再次与平衡车建立通信连接,由手机A继续控制平衡车。
本发明实施例的方法,手机检测到平衡位于可控区域内,发起切换控制权的请求,从而获取平衡车控制权。
通过向服务器发送控制被控设备的请求送控制被控设备的请求,接收控制器在控制被控设备的控制终端同意转移控制权后发送的通知,收到通知后与被控设备通信连接,对被控设备进行控制,从而实现被控设备的控制权切换。

    向服务器发送控制被控设备的请求,所述服务器收到所述请求后向当前控制所述被控设备的第一控制终端请求转移控制权;
    接收所述服务器发送的同意控制所述被控设备的通知,所述通知在所述服务器确定所述第一控制终端同意转移控制权后发送;
    与所述被控设备通信连接,对所述被控设备进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与所述被控设备通信连接包括:
    向所述被控设备发送连接请求,使得所述被控设备在收到所述第一控制终端发送的连接指令后,所述被控设备根据所述连接请求建立通信连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向服务器发送控制被控设备的请求之前,还包括:
    确定可控区域;
    在所述可控区域内检测所述被控设备。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述被控设备进行控制包括:
    获取所述被控设备的位置信息及所述状态信息;
    根据所述位置信息及所述状态信息,控制所述被控设备。
  5. 一种切换控制权的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在控制被控设备的过程中,接收服务器发送的转移所述被控设备控制权的请求;所述转移所述被控设备控制权的请求由所述服务器在收到第二控制终端发送的控制所述被控设备的请求后发送;
    向所述服务器发送同意转移控制权的通知,使得所述服务器通知所述第二控制终端与所述被控设备建立通信连接;
    向所述被控设备发送与所述第二控制终端连接的指令,使得所述被控设备收到所述指令后与所述第二控制终端建立通信连接,所述被控设备接收所述第二控制终端发送的控制指令。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述被控设备发送与所述第二控制终端连接的指令之后,还包括:
    中止控制所述被控设备。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送所述第二控制终端与所述被控设备断开连接的指令,使得所述第二控制终端与所述被控设备断开连接。
  8. 一种控制终端,其特征在于,包括:
    发送模块,用于向服务器发送控制被控设备的请求,所述服务器收到所述请求后向当前 控制所述被控设备的第一控制终端请求转移控制权;
    接收模块,用于接收所述服务器发送的同意控制所述被控设备的通知,所述通知在所述服务器确定所述第一控制终端同意转移控制权后发送;

    向服务器发送控制被控设备的请求,所述服务器收到所述请求后向当前控制所述被控设备的第一控制终端请求转移控制权;
    接收所述服务器发送的同意控制所述被控设备的通知,所述通知在所述服务器确定所述第一控制终端同意转移控制权后发送;
    与所述被控设备通信连接,对所述被控设备进行控制。
  16. 一种控制终端,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述存储器被配置为:
    在控制被控设备的过程中,接收服务器发送的转移所述被控设备控制权的请求;所述转移所述被控设备控制权的请求由所述服务器在收到第二控制终端发送的控制所述被控设备的请求后发送;
    向所述服务器发送同意转移控制权的通知,使得所述服务器通知所述第二控制终端与所述被控设备建立通信连接;
    向所述被控设备发送与所述第二控制终端连接的指令,使得所述被控设备收到所述指令后与所述第二控制终端建立通信连接,所述被控设备接收所述第二控制终端发送的控制指令。
