为实现上述目的,本发明提出的光电键盘开关,包括PCB板、中空的壳体、及按压轴,所述按压轴部分容置于所述壳体内并于所述壳体内上下运动,所述壳体可拆卸连接所述PCB板,所述PCB板还电性连接有光发射元件以及光接收元件,所述光发射元件及所述光接收元件相对设于所述按压轴的两侧,所述壳体靠近所述光发射元件的一侧设有反光部以及固定有导光柱,所述光发射元件向上射出的光线一部分由所述导光柱透出所述壳体,另一部分光线经所述反光部反射而射向所述光接收元件,所述按压轴形成有透光孔,当所述按压轴处于下压状态时,所述反光部反射的光线穿过所述透光孔而被所述光接收元件接收,当所述按压轴处于非下压状态时,所述反光部反射的光线被所述按压轴阻挡。
优选地,该光电键盘开关在所述反光部反射的光线的传播路径上还设置有聚光透镜,所述聚光透镜连接于所述导光柱的下端。
优选地,所述壳体或所述按压轴二者之一具有滑槽,二者中之另一具有滑轨,所述滑轨卡入所述滑槽内。
优选地,所述壳体形成有相连通的第一容腔和第二容腔,所述按压轴部分容置于所述第一容腔内,所述导光柱容置于所述第二容腔内,所述反光部形成于所述第二容腔的腔壁。
优选地,所述光发射元件和所述光接收元件均固定于所述PCB板的上表面,并位于所述第一容腔和所述第二容腔所围成的空间内。
优选地,所述按压轴的下端开设有安装槽,该光电键盘开关还包括撞针及套设于所述撞针的第一弹性件,所述撞针和所述第一弹性件的上端均伸入所述安装槽内,所述第一容腔的底部设置有框体,所述撞针的下端限位于所述框体内,所述第一弹性件的下端抵接于所述框体的上端。
优选地,所述撞针的下端开设有限位槽,该光电键盘开关还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件一端抵接所述限位槽的槽壁,另一端抵接所述第一容腔的底壁,所述撞针的下部侧壁还设置有凸块,所述框体的侧壁开设有滑道,所述滑道设置有导向斜面,所述凸块插设于所述滑道内;所述撞针的上端设置有抵接部,所述按压轴于所述安装槽内间隔设置有两顶杆,当所述按压轴处于非按压状态时,所述抵接部的端部与所述顶杆的端部抵接,当所述按压轴处于按压状态时,所述凸块沿所述滑道的导向斜面滑动并驱使所述撞针转动,所述撞针的抵接部脱离两所述顶杆的端部而插入两所述顶杆之间的空位并撞击所述安装槽的顶壁。
优选地,两所述顶杆的端部均形成有第一抵接斜面,所述抵接部的端部两侧均形成有与所述第一抵接斜面相配合的第二抵接斜面,当所述按压轴处于非按压状态时,所述第一抵接斜面与所述第二抵接斜面贴合。
优选地,所述壳体的侧壁形成有卡扣,所述PCB板开设有安装口,所述壳体穿设于所述安装口并体通过所述卡扣扣合于所述PCB板。
本发明还提出一种机械键盘,包括多个光电键盘开关,该光电键盘开关包括PCB板、中空的壳体、及按压轴,所述按压轴部分容置于所述壳体内并于所述壳体内上下运动,所述壳体可拆卸连接所述PCB板,所述PCB板还电性连接有光发射元件以及光接收元件,所述光发射元件及所述光接收元件相对设于所述按压轴的两侧,所述壳体靠近所述光发射元件的一侧设有反光部以及固定有导光柱,所述光发射元件向上射出的光线一部分由所述导光柱透出所述壳体,另一部分光线经所述反光部反射而射向所述光接收元件,所述按压轴形成有透光孔,当所述按压轴处于下压状态时,所述反光部反射的光线穿过所述透光孔而被所述光接收元件接收,当所述按压轴处于非下压状态时,所述反光部反射的光线被所述按压轴阻挡。
优选地,该光电键盘开关在所述反光部反射的光线的传播路径上还设置有聚光透镜,所述聚光透镜连接于所述导光柱的下端。
优选地,所述壳体或所述按压轴二者之一具有滑槽,二者中之另一具有滑轨,所述滑轨卡入所述滑槽内。
优选地,所述壳体形成有相连通的第一容腔和第二容腔,所述按压轴部分容置于所述第一容腔内,所述导光柱容置于所述第二容腔内,所述反光部形成于所述第二容腔的腔壁。
优选地,所述按压轴的下端开设有安装槽,该光电键盘开关还包括撞针及套设于所述撞针的第一弹性件,所述撞针和所述第一弹性件的上端均伸入所述安装槽内,所述第一容腔的底部设置有框体,所述撞针的下端限位于所述框体内,所述第一弹性件的下端抵接于所述框体的上端。
优选地,所述撞针的下端开设有限位槽,该光电键盘开关还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件一端抵接所述限位槽的槽壁,另一端抵接所述第一容腔的底壁,所述撞针的下部侧壁还设置有凸块,所述框体的侧壁开设有滑道,所述滑道设置有导向斜面,所述凸块插设于所述滑道内;所述撞针的上端设置有抵接部,所述按压轴于所述安装槽内间隔设置有两顶杆,当所述按压轴处于非按压状态时,所述抵接部的端部与所述顶杆的端部抵接,当所述按压轴处于按压状态时,所述凸块沿所述滑道的导向斜面滑动并驱使所述撞针转动,所述撞针的抵接部脱离两所述顶杆的端部而插入两所述顶杆之间的空位并撞击所述安装槽的顶壁。
本发明技术方案通过在壳体内设置反光部以及导光柱,将光发射元件发出的光线一部分通过导光柱传导而透射出壳体,用于键盘的照明,另一部分光线通过壳体上设置的反光部进行反射,在按压轴处于按压状态时,反光部反射的光线穿过按压轴上开设的透光孔而被光接收元件接收,从而实现光电键盘开关的信号输入。本发明的光电键盘开关通过一个光源实现键盘照明和信号输入,结构简单,成本较低,并且精度较高,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提出一种光电键盘开关。
请结合参照图1和图2,在本发明一实施例中,该光电键盘开关包括PCB板90、中空的壳体10、及按压轴20,按压轴20部分容置于壳体10内并于壳体10内上下运动,壳体10可拆卸连接PCB板,PCB板还电性连接有光发射元件30以及光接收元件40,光发射元件30及光接收元件40相对设于按压轴20的两侧,壳体10靠近光发射元件30的一侧设有反光部13以及固定有导光柱50,光发射元件30向上射出的光线一部分由导光柱50透出壳体10,另一部分光线经反光部13反射而射向光接收元件40,按压轴20形成有透光孔21,当按压轴20处于下压状态时,反光部13反射的光线穿过透光孔21而被光接收元件40接收,当按压轴20处于非下压状态时,反光部13反射的光线被按压轴20阻挡。
壳体10可采用光学级的压克力或者塑料材质通过一体注塑方式生产制成。反光部13可以是壳体10自身结构的一部分,其可在壳体10双色注塑成型完成后,对壳体10对应反光部13区域的壳壁进行表面处理,形成光泽度较高表面以将光发射元件30向上射出的部分光线反射至光接收元件40。当然反光部13也可以是和壳体10相独立的部件,其可以是单独设置的有机玻璃镜片或者其他反光零件,并在壳体10注塑完成后,反光部13通过胶粘方式贴附在壳体10的侧壁上。本实施例的反光部13优选与壳体10一体成型的方式,利用壳体10材料本身特性并进行表面加工形成反光部13,以节省生产成本。反光部13可呈弧面形状,其将光发射元件30向上射出的部分光线的反射至光接收元件40时具有一定的聚光效果。
导光柱50可为透明的PC材质,导光柱50的上端透出壳体10,以将光发射元件30向上发出的部分光线传导出壳体10。按压轴20可采用非透明材质的塑料通过注塑方式生产制成,按压轴20透出壳体10的部分可连接有按键的键帽(未图示),通过导光柱50向上传导出来的光线可实现按键的照明,如照亮键帽上的字母标识,将相邻按键之间的缝隙进行照亮,方便人们使用的同时,也增加了具有本光电键盘开关的键盘的美感。按压轴20于其中部开设贯穿其主体的透光孔21,透光孔21的开口形状可为圆形、方形或者其他多边形形状,本实施例反光部13反射的光线的传播路线位于水平面,透光孔21的轴线也为水平面内的直线,在按压轴20处于非下压状态下,透光孔21位于反光部13光反射路径的上方,反光部13反射的光线被按压轴20阻挡,光接收元件40未能接收到光发射元件30发出的光线,本开关无信号输入。当按下按压轴20时,透光孔21的轴线与反光部13反射的光线的传播路线重合,光接收元件40能接收到光发射元件30发出的光线,本开关实现信号输入。
本实施例光发射元件30可为LED灯(如单色LED灯、双色LED灯、RGB三色LED灯)。光接收元件40可为红外接收管,即光接收元件40通过接收不可见光实现开关信号输入,此时光反射元件的LED灯内可贴设有至少两个发光芯片,其中一个发光芯片发出可见光用于键盘的照明,另一个可发出不可见光(如红外线)照射到光接收元件40实现本开关的信号输入。当然,本实施例光接收元件40也可以采用近似光敏接收管的结构,可接收光发射元件30发出的全波段光线,实现开关的信号输入。
本发明技术方案通过在壳体10内设置反光部13以及导光柱50,将光发射元件30发出的光线一部分通过导光柱50传导而透射出壳体10,用于键盘的照明,另一部分光线通过壳体10上设置的反光部13进行反射,在按压轴20处于按压状态时,反光部13反射的光线穿过按压轴20上开设的透光孔21而被光接收元件40接收,从而实现光电键盘开关的信号输入。本发明的光电键盘开关通过一个光源实现键盘照明和信号输入,结构简单,成本较低,并且精度较高,使用寿命长。
请结合参照图2至图4,为了提高本光电键盘开关的灵敏度,本光电键盘开关在反光部13反射光线的传播路径上还设置有聚光透镜51,聚光透镜51连接于导光柱50的下端。
聚光透镜51可与导光柱50一体注塑成型,当然聚光透镜51也可以单独设置,并通过胶粘或热熔方式与导光柱50的下端连接。由于反光部13通过镜面反射方式将光发射元件30发出的部分光线反射至光接收元件40,镜面反射过程中光线具有一定分散性,可能因为光线能量不强造成本开关使用过程中出现输入过程中信号不灵敏的问题,本实施例将聚光透镜51设于反光部13反射光线的传播路径上,对反光部13反射的光线进行汇聚,提高反射至光接收元件40的光线的能量,从而提高了本开关在信号输入过程中的灵敏度。
请结合参照图1、图2以及图5,,壳体10形成有相连通的第一容腔11和第二容腔12,按压轴20部分容置于第一容腔11内,导光柱50容置于第二容腔12内,反光部13形成于第二容腔12的腔壁。
本实施例将反光部13形成于第二容腔12的腔壁位于壳体10的内部,反光部13处于一个相对封闭的空间内,反光部13在开关使用过程中不容易因异物进入而附着污染,可确保开关持续正常工作。
光发射元件30和光接收元件40均固定于PCB板90,并位于壳体10和PCB所围成的空间内。具体而言,光发射元件30的出光部分位于第二容腔12内,光接收元件40位于第一容腔11内,通过将光发射元件30和光接收元件40设于密闭的空间内,这样可避免光发射元件30和光接收元件40在开关工作过程中受外界异物的干扰,延长开关的正常使用寿命。
请参照图2至图6,第一容腔11的底部设置有框体14,按压轴20的下端开设有安装槽22,该光电键盘开关还包括撞针60及套设于撞针60的第一弹性件70,撞针60和第一弹性件70的上端均伸入安装槽22内,撞针60的下端限位于所述框体14内,第一弹性件70的下端抵接框体14的上端。
第一弹性件70可为弹簧。本光电键盘开关第一弹性件70一直处于压缩状态,第一弹性件70的上端抵接安装槽22的上壁,其下端抵接框体14的上端。框体14由两个固定连接于第一容腔11的底壁的挡板(未标示)围成,挡板近似“L”形,两挡板相对设置,为了实现第一弹性件70下端的固定,本实施例于框体14的上端下沉形成有台阶孔143(参图6),第一弹性件70的下端现位于卡槽17内,则在按压轴20下压过程中,第一弹性件70不易偏移可保持竖直状态,按压轴20的下压和弹起过程比较顺畅。由于第一弹性件70一直处于压缩状态,请结合参照图1、图3及图4,本实施例壳体10还于第一容腔11的腔壁开设有通孔151,并在按压轴20的侧壁设置倒勾24,在按压轴20未下压状态,倒勾24抵接通孔151的孔壁,可避免按压轴20在第一弹性件70弹力作用下弹出第一容腔11。
请结合参照图1至图4以及图9和图10,撞针60的下端开设有限位槽62,该光电键盘开关还包括第二弹性件80,第二弹性件80的一端伸入限位槽62并抵接限位槽62的顶壁,另一端抵接第二容腔12的底壁,撞针60的下部侧壁还设置有凸块63,框体14的侧壁开设有滑道141,滑道141形成有导向斜面142,凸块63插设于滑道141内;撞针60的上端设置有抵接部61,按压轴20于安装槽22内间隔设置有两顶杆23(参图7和图8),当按压轴20处于非按压状态时,抵接部61的端部与顶杆23的端部抵接,当按压轴20处于按压状态时,凸块63沿滑道141的导向斜面142滑动并驱使撞针60转动,撞针60的抵接部61脱离两顶杆23而插入两顶杆23之间的空位并撞击安装槽22的顶壁。
本实施例于框体14内还设置有定位柱16,第二弹性件80为压簧,其下端套设于定位柱16。在每一次压下按压轴20后,按压轴20的顶杆23推动撞针60的抵接部61使得撞针60下移,撞针60的凸块63则沿滑道141的导向斜面142滑动,凸块63从而驱使撞针60转动。在撞针60转动过程中,抵接部61与两顶杆23错位脱离,抵接部61在第二弹性件80的弹力驱动下瞬间插入两顶杆23之间的空位而撞击至安装槽22的顶壁,从而发出清脆的撞击声,使得本光电键盘开关在使用过程中具有较高的娱乐体验。
请再次结合参照图2、图9和图10,两顶杆23的端部均形成有第一抵接斜面231,抵接部61的端部两侧均形成有与第一抵接斜面231相配合的第二抵接斜面611,当按压轴20处于非按压状态时,第一抵接斜面231与第二抵接斜面611贴合。在按压轴20处于按压状态时,通过第一抵接斜面231与第二抵接斜面611产生相对滑动,使得撞针60错位转动和回弹复位至初始位置过程更顺畅。
本光电键盘开关为了确保按压轴20在按压过程保持动作顺畅,壳体10或所述按压轴20二者之一具有滑槽(未图示),二者中之另一具有滑轨(未图示),滑轨卡入所述滑槽内。具体而言,可于壳体10的第一容腔11的腔壁形成滑槽,在按压轴20的外侧壁形成滑轨,滑槽和滑轨的延伸方向与按压轴20的运动方向相同。通过滑槽和滑轨的配合,可避免按压轴20下压过程中被壳体10的腔壁卡住,按压操作更顺畅。
请结合参照图3至图5,壳体10的侧壁形成有卡扣15,
PCB板90开设有安装口91,壳体10穿设于安装口91并体通过卡扣15扣合于所述PCB板90。本实施例于安装口91的一侧形成有与光发射元件30相配合的缺口92,并且PCB板90向安装口91内延伸有搭接台93,搭接台93两侧形成限位口94,光接收元件40贴设于搭接台93的上表面。壳体10于第一容腔11的下部壳壁形成有卡槽17,在壳体10安装于PCB板90的过程中,搭接台93卡入卡槽17内,卡槽17的两侧壁限位于限位口94,通过以上的配合结构,使得壳体10与PCB板90的连接结构较稳固,并且拆装较方便。
本发明还提出一种机械键盘,该机械键盘包括多个光电键盘开关,该光电键盘开关的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于机械键盘采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

- 一种光电键盘开关,包括PCB板、中空的壳体、及按压轴,所述按压轴部分容置于所述壳体内并于所述壳体内上下运动,所述壳体可拆卸连接所述PCB板,其中,所述PCB板还电性连接有光发射元件以及光接收元件,所述光发射元件及所述光接收元件相对设于所述按压轴的两侧,所述壳体靠近所述光发射元件的一侧设有反光部以及固定有导光柱,所述光发射元件向上射出的光线一部分由所述导光柱透出所述壳体,另一部分光线经所述反光部反射而射向所述光接收元件,所述按压轴形成有透光孔,当所述按压轴处于下压状态时,所述反光部反射的光线穿过所述透光孔而被所述光接收元件接收,当所述按压轴处于非下压状态时,所述反光部反射的光线被所述按压轴阻挡。
- 如权利要求1所述的光电键盘开关,其中,该光电键盘开关在所述反光部反射的光线的传播路径上还设置有聚光透镜,所述聚光透镜连接于所述导光柱的下端。

- 如权利要求4所述的光电键盘开关,其中,所述按压轴的下端开设有安装槽,该光电键盘开关还包括撞针及套设于所述撞针的第一弹性件,所述撞针和所述第一弹性件的上端均伸入所述安装槽内,所述第一容腔的底部设置有框体,所述撞针的下端限位于所述框体内,所述第一弹性件的下端抵接于所述框体的上端。
- 如权利要求6所述的光电键盘开关,其中,所述撞针的下端开设有限位槽,该光电键盘开关还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件一端抵接所述限位槽的槽壁,另一端抵接所述第一容腔的底壁,所述撞针的下部侧壁还设置有凸块,所述框体的侧壁开设有滑道,所述滑道设置有导向斜面,所述凸块插设于所述滑道内;所述撞针的上端设置有抵接部,所述按压轴于所述安装槽内间隔设置有两顶杆,当所述按压轴处于非按压状态时,所述抵接部的端部与所述顶杆的端部抵接,当所述按压轴处于按压状态时,所述凸块沿所述滑道的导向斜面滑动并驱使所述撞针转动,所述撞针的抵接部脱离两所述顶杆的端部而插入两所述顶杆之间的空位并撞击所述安装槽的顶壁。
- 如权利要求7所述的光电键盘开关,其中,两所述顶杆的端部均形成有第一抵接斜面,所述抵接部的端部两侧均形成有与所述第一抵接斜面相配合的第二抵接斜面,当所述按压轴处于非按压状态时,所述第一抵接斜面与所述第二抵接斜面贴合。
- 如权利要求1所述的光电键盘开关,其中,所述壳体的侧壁形成有卡扣,所述PCB板开设有安装口,所述壳体穿设于所述安装口并通过所述卡扣扣合于所述PCB板。
- 一种机械键盘,其中,包括多个光电键盘开关,所述光电键盘开关包括PCB板、中空的壳体、及按压轴,所述按压轴部分容置于所述壳体内并于所述壳体内上下运动,所述壳体可拆卸连接所述PCB板,所述PCB板还电性连接有光发射元件以及光接收元件,所述光发射元件及所述光接收元件相对设于所述按压轴的两侧,所述壳体靠近所述光发射元件的一侧设有反光部以及固定有导光柱,所述光发射元件向上射出的光线一部分由所述导光柱透出所述壳体,另一部分光线经所述反光部反射而射向所述光接收元件,所述按压轴形成有透光孔,当所述按压轴处于下压状态时,所述反光部反射的光线穿过所述透光孔而被所述光接收元件接收,当所述按压轴处于非下压状态时,所述反光部反射的光线被所述按压轴阻挡。

- 如权利要求13所述的机械键盘,其中,所述按压轴的下端开设有安装槽,该光电键盘开关还包括撞针及套设于所述撞针的第一弹性件,所述撞针和所述第一弹性件的上端均伸入所述安装槽内,所述第一容腔的底部设置有框体,所述撞针的下端限位于所述框体内,所述第一弹性件的下端抵接于所述框体的上端。
- 如权利要求14所述的机械键盘,其中,所述撞针的下端开设有限位槽,该光电键盘开关还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件一端抵接所述限位槽的槽壁,另一端抵接所述第一容腔的底壁,所述撞针的下部侧壁还设置有凸块,所述框体的侧壁开设有滑道,所述滑道设置有导向斜面,所述凸块插设于所述滑道内;所述撞针的上端设置有抵接部,所述按压轴于所述安装槽内间隔设置有两顶杆,当所述按压轴处于非按压状态时,所述抵接部的端部与所述顶杆的端部抵接,当所述按压轴处于按压状态时,所述凸块沿所述滑道的导向斜面滑动并驱使所述撞针转动,所述撞针的抵接部脱离两所述顶杆的端部而插入两所述顶杆之间的空位并撞击所述安装槽的顶壁。
