Abstract

This invention is related to the connection mechanism connecting buttons which ensure mounting and demounting of the button (15) on the connection unit (16) by linear motion on the button (15) axis through prevention of rotational motion by mounting screw bushing (4). It performs assembly and disassembly (16) function to the button (15) connecting unit with a screwdriver or manually, by converting the circular movement of the screwdriver turning gear (9) into a linear movement with the screw mounting bush.

Technological Area:
This invention is related to an easy connection and disassembly system for the installation of the buttons in all kinds of panels and machines in the industry.
Known Status of the Technique There are many fasteners where are used in the market to open the electrical circuits, and many fasteners that allow the buttons to be connected to the panel in the known status of the technique. Existing fasteners can be made of plastic or metal.
A first example of the disadvantages of known techniques is that the fastening element used in the internal wall connection units is mounted with progressive and point contact with both circular and linear movement during installation. The greatest disadvantage of this technique is that during installation, due to both circular and linear movement, progressive and point contact, permanent deformation occurs in the panel or connection surface.
Another technique commonly used in the market is; It is determined according to the thickness of the panel to be mounted, which direction is to be put forward by making preference of direction. The biggest disadvantage of this technique is that it does not know the thickness of the operator panel to perform the assembly operation, for this reason, both variations must be tested individually to determine which direction is ahead and which direction is behind. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, with the help of a screwdriver or manually, both to make contact block cable connections and convert circular motion into linear motion by means of gears driven by a shaft with a screwdriver mouth, the screw and screw elements provide ease of assembly and disassembly of the button.

Detailed description of the invention This invention
As seen in Figure-2, Figure-4 and Figure-6, the button (15) provides mounting and demounting of the connecting unit (16). 2- Buttons connection mechanism to Electrical Control circuit units is specified in Demand 1 and its specification is characterized with having turning teeth fixing clips (3), panel assembly bushing fixing pin (5), fixing pin ring (6), Adaptor lower cover (7), Button-adaptor locking unit (8), screwdriver shaft (10), Screwdriver shaft fixing ring (11), screwdriver turning gear cover (12), Adaptor top-lower cover fixing screw (13), switch blocks (14). 3- Buttons connection mechanism to Electrical Control circuit units is specified in Demand 1 and its specification is characterized with having cross mounting bushing dowels (5) providing surface compression and not point compression on the mounting surface by prevention of rotational motion withmounting screw bushing (4) on the cross mounting bushing dowels (5) which are fixed on the adaptor top cover (1).
4- Buttons connection mechanism to Electrical Control circuit units is specified in Demand 1 and its specification is characterized with having screw turning gear (9) by positioning to connection unit (16) without making any distinction between panel thicknesses with its motion.
