Description

접이식 의자
본 발명은 접이식 의자에 관한 것으로, 특히 접었을때 차지하게 되는 용적을 최소화하여 휴대하기 간편하고 사용상 편리성을 극대화한 접이식 의자에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 종래의 접이식 의자는 사용자가 앉게 되는 시트부와, 상기 시트부를 받쳐주면서 다리의 역할을 수행하고 접어서 보관 또는 운반하기 편리하도록 하고 사용시엔 펼쳐서 사용할 수 있도록 여러개가 서로 힌지 결합되는 다리골조가 서로 결합된 형태로 구성되어 있다.
그러나, 이러한 다리골조의 경우 여러 프레임 상호간 상부, 중간, 하부가 각각 힌지 결합되어 접거나 펼쳐서 사용할 수 있게 구성이 이루어져 있으나, 그 구조적인 단점으로 인하여 접더라도 차지하게 되는 용적이 어느 한계 이하로는 더 축소할 수 없는 관계로, 휴대시에 차지하게 되는 용적이 상대적으로 커서 불편한 단점이 발생하게 된다.
따라서, 등산이나 트래킹 등 개인물품으로 각자 휴대하게 되는 경우 불편함을 호소하고 있으며, 그 중량도 적지 않아 휴대하는 것을 꺼리게 되는 경우도 발생하게 된다.
본 발명은 이와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 연구 개발이 이루어진 것으로 다음과 같은 목적을 갖는다.
본 발명의 목적은 다리 역할을 하는 하부골조와 시트를 받쳐주는 상부골조의 구성을 단순화하여 중량을 경량화하고, 골조의 경우에도 분리하여 접을 수 있도록 구성하여 접는 경우 차지하게 되는 용적도 최소화하여 휴대하기 용이하고 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 접이식 의자를 제공하고자 함에 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 시트에 별도의 수용부를 구성하여 의자를 접어서 상,하부골조 및 고정부재를 상기 수용부 내측으로 집어넣어 포장할 수 있도록 하여 사용상 편리성을 극대화 하고자 함에 있다.
본 발명은 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 중간의 고정부재를 중심으로 하부엔 다리역할을 수행하는 하부골조를 분리결합이 가능하게 끼워 결합하고, 고정부재의 상부엔 상부골조를 분리결합이 가능하게 끼워 결합하며, 상기 상부골조의 상부엔 앉기 위한 시트부재를 결합하여 구성이 이루어지는 접이식 의자를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 고정부재엔 복수개의 결합홈이 상,하부에 각각 마련되고, 이들 결합홈엔 상기 상,하부골조를 분리 결합이 가능하게 끼워 결합할 수 있게 구성이 이루어지되, 상기 고정부재의 결합홈과 상기 상,하부골조 사이엔 탄성줄을 설치하여 분리 결합이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 접이식 의자를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 고정부재엔 상기 탄성줄을 끼워 결합하기 위한 별도의 탄성줄결합홈을 각각 구성하여 상,하부골조의 분리 결합이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 접이식 의자를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 하부골조는 길이 조절이 가능하게 구성하며, 상기 하부골조의 하부엔 슈우를 결합하여 이루어지는 접이식 의자를 제공한다.

또한, 상기 고정부재(1)엔 복수개의 결합홈(10)이 상하부에 각각 마련되고, 이들 결합홈(10)엔 상기 상,하부골조(2,3)를 분리 결합이 가능하게 끼워 결합할 수 있게 구성이 이루어지되, 상기 고정부재(1)의 결합홈(10)과 상기 상하부골조(2,3) 사이엔 탄성줄(5)을 설치하여 분리 결합이 용이하게 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 고정부재(1)엔 상기 탄성줄(5)을 끼워 결합하기 위한 별도의 탄성줄결합홈(12)을 각각 구성하여 상,하부골조(2,3)의 분리 결합이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 구성이 이루어지게 된다.
이때, 상기 고정부재(1)의 결합홈(10)은 상하부에 각각 복수개로 구성하되, 상,하부골조(2,3)의 수효에 맞게 구성하게 되는데, 예를 들어 첨부도면에 예시한 바와 같이 3 개씩 각각 나누어 구성하는 등 필요에 따라 다양하게 구성할 수 있다.
또한, 상,하부골조(2,3)를 결합홈(10)으로부터 분리하고자 당겨서 분리하게 되면 탄성줄(5)에 의하여 탄성력을 유지하는 상태에서 서서히 분리될 수 있고, 이와 같이 분리된 상태에서 접게 되는 경우, 상,하부골조(2,3)는 고정부재(1)와 서로 인접한 상태로서 탄성줄(5)은 탄성줄결합홈(12)에 끼워 결합된 상태에서 상,하부골조(2,3) 상호간 밀착시켜 접을 수 있게 되어 이들 고정부재(1) 및 상,하부골조(2,3)가 차지하게 되는 용적을 크게 줄일 수 있게 된다.
특히, 하부골조(3)의 길이를 조절할 수 있도록 구성하게 되면, 이들 하부골조(3)을 길이를 축소시킨 상태에서 서로 접게 되면 이들이 차지하게 되는 용적을 크게 줄일 수 있게 되는데, 예를 들면 도 1 내지 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이 하부골조(3)의 길이를 조절할 수 있게 구성하여 활용할 수 있게 되며, 상기 하부골조(3)의 하부엔 슈우(30)를 결합하여 이루어지게 된다.
이때, 상기 하부골조(3)의 길이조절방식은 다양하게 구성할 수 있는데, 예를 들면, 서로 다른 지름의 골조부재(32,34)를 서로 끼우고 빼서 길이를 조절할 수 있게 구성하되, 그 중간에 복수개의 통공(36)과 스토퍼(38)를 설치하여, 상기 스토퍼(38)가 복수개의 통공(36) 중 어느 것과 서로 결합되는지에 따라 하부골조(3)의 전체적인 길이를 조절할 수 있게 구성이 이루어질 수 있다.

또한, 상기 시트부재(4)엔 별도의 수용부(42)를 마련하여 구성이 이루어지게 된다.
즉, 도 4에 예시한 바와 같이, 시트부재(4)의 내측에 내장할 수 있도록 주머니 형태인 별도의 수용부(42)를 마련하고 시트부재(4)의 입구부엔 지퍼를 설치하여 접혀진 상,하부골조(2,3)와 고정부재(1)를 상기 수용부(42)에 넣게 되면 별도의 포장대가 없이도 포장이 가능하여 간편하게 운반 또는 보관이 가능하고, 펼쳐서 사용하는 경우엔 수용부(42)로부터 접혀진 상,하부골조(2,3)와 고정부재(1)를 꺼내서 펼쳐서 세우고 수용부(42)는 시트부재(4)의 내측으로 집어넣고 지퍼를 닫게 되면 시트부재(4)의 내측에 수용부(42)를 내장한 상태로 보관하면서 시트부재(4)와 상부골조(2)를 서로 결합하여 펼쳐진 상태의 의자로서 사용할 수 있게 구성될 수 있다.
그리하여 본 발명인 접이식 의자를 사용하는 경우, 다음과 같이 사용하게 된다.
우선, 펼쳐서 사용하고자 하는 경우엔 복수개의 상,하부골조(2,3)를 고정부재(1)의 결합홈(10)에 각각 끼워 결합하되, 탄성줄(5)의 탄성력에 의하여 손쉽게 결합홈(10)에 상,하부골조(2,3)를 각각 끼워 결합하고, 상부골조(2)의 끝부분엔 시트부재(4)의 결합요홈(40)과 서로 결합하여 상부골조(2)와 시트부재(4)의 결합 상태를 유지하고, 하부골조(3)는 고정부재(1)의 하부에 위치한 결합홈(10)에 끼워 결합하여 접이식 의자로서 의자 형태를 갖추어 사용할 수 있도록 준비한다.

  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 시트부재(4)엔 별도의 수용부(42)를 마련하여 구성이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 의자.
