Abstract
L'invention concerne du gazon artificiel sans adhésif comprenant un tissu de base (1) sur lequel sont tissées des touffes d'herbe (2). Chacune des touffes d'herbe (2) comprend de 2 à 16 fibres de gazon. Le tissu de base (1) comprend des fils de chaîne (11) et des fils de trame (10). Les fils de chaîne (11) comprennent des premiers fils de chaîne et des seconds fils de chaîne séparés par un espace. Les premiers fils de chaîne comprennent 1 à 6 premières lignes de chaîne (110), et les seconds fils de chaîne comprennent 4 à 7 secondes lignes de chaîne (111). Des parties centrales des touffes d'herbe (2) sont tissées et entrelacées avec lesdits 1 à 4 fils de trame (10) le long d'une direction d'extension des fils de chaîne (11), et deux extrémités des touffes d'herbe (2) dépassent respectivement du tissu de base (1) du même côté. Deux touffes d'herbe (2) adjacentes quelconques dans une colonne de touffes d'herbe (2) s'étendant le long de la direction d'extension des fils de chaîne (11) sur le tissu de base (1) sont séparées par un espace ayant une largeur de 4 à 7 fils de trame (10). Un espace entre deux rangées adjacentes de touffes d'herbe sur le tissu de base (1) a une largeur de 1 à 2 fils de trame (10). Le gazon artificiel sans adhésif présente une respirabilité et une évacuation de l'eau avantageuses ainsi qu'une forte adhésivité.
