Abstract
The invention is a locating and security system in a refrigerated cabinet (1) comprising at least one refrigerator cabinet door (2) at least one positioning module (5) for determining the position of the refrigerator cabinet (1) in case of relocation of the refrigerating cabinet (1) or after a malfunction of the said refrigerator cabinet (1), said positioning module (5) characterized in that it comprises at least one M2M module (4).
Description
A LOCATING AND SECURITY SYSTEM FOR REFRIGERATOR CABINETS Technical Field:
Invention is in regards to a security system that determines the location of the refrigerated cabinets. More particularly, the invention relates to a location system which automatically locks with the aim of protecting the products in the case of changing the location of the refrigerated cabinets in case of burglary and to provide with the information of the new location of the refrigerated cabinets. Technologically Known Fields :
In the known state of technique; there are refrigerated cabinets for purpose of sales in shopping malls, markets, restaurants and similar places. For the purpose of providing safety padlocks and other kind of manual locking systems are being used on these refrigerated cabinets Especially at night or on weekends when the locations mentioned are closed, the refrigerated cabinets are locked with the lock trying to ensure the safety of the products contained therein.
However, if the refrigerated cabinets are stolen, there is no locking mechanism that protects the products inside. In the case of changing the location of the refrigerated cabinets for the purpose of stealing, the products in the said refrigerated cabinet could spill out due to the unintentional opening of said refrigerated cabinet door and cause the products to be damaged. In the event of any malfunctioning of the refrigerated cabinet, the owner of the refrigerated cabinet must inform the authorized service of the malfunction. Along with the information given about the fault, the owner of the cabinet should also inform the technical service where the cabinet is located. However, business owners who do not have technological equipment, such as mobile devices that give out their location information, experience difficulties in the description of the said
workplace, and it is seen that the technical service is sometimes misguided. This means both work and time loss for both technical service and the business owner.
In the literature, Turkish Patent Institute records TR 2009/03954 in the utility model application on the subject stated that "This invention is a refrigerated cabinet security frame designed for outdoor cabinetry, with side frame, top cover, pin, handle, lock slot, fittings mounting bracket, and pulleys ".
In the mentioned application, the safety of the refrigerator is provided by a security case, which locks the guard with a lock. However, the disadvantages mentioned above cannot be overcome.
In the literature, Turkish Patent Institute records in reference to the application of the utility model of TR 2011 08040 stated that "The invention relates to a cover for protecting single-door refrigerators from external factors along with cabinet profile belt, front floor stabilizers, rear floor stabilizers, hook nests, lids, hooks, handle, profile locking ring and front cover locking ring in sale locations such as grocery stores and supermarkets."
In the said application it is also provided that the said refrigerator cabinet is manually locked with a locking mechanism.
In the literature, Turkish Patent Institute records in reference to the application of the utility model of TR 2015 09647, states that "This invention relates to a horizontal refrigerator with a glass lid and which has a locking mechanism that allows the lid to be locked / unlocked and remains fixed on the glass lid.
The invention relates to a horizontal refrigerator cabinet with at least one opening area to allow putting the products to be cooled in, at least one trunk, at least one movable lid that covers the said opening trunk, at least one gap on the lid, at least one locking mechanism placed in the gap, at least one base to fit and surround the locking mechanism and a locking mechanism seated in the locking mechanism base."
In the said application it is also provided that the said refrigerator cabinet is manually locked with a locking mechanism.
Due to the reasons mentioned above, a new locating and security system for refrigerated cabinets was needed.
Purpose of the Invention:
From this point of view, the aim is to introduce a new locating and security system that eliminates the existing disadvantages.
Another object of the invention is to provide a system for automatically locking the door of said refrigerator door in the event of burglary or location change.
Another object of the invention is to provide a alarm system to the owner of said refrigerator cabinet in case the refrigerator cabinets are displaced or stolen. Another object of the invention is to provide a system which transmits the new position of said refrigerator cabinet to the main center when the refrigerator cabinets are displaced or stolen.
The other object of the invention is; to introduce a system that prevents the stored goods from being stolen in the refrigerated cabinets.
The other objective of the invention is; In the event of a malfunction of a refrigerated cabinet, a system of notifying the technical service of the said refrigerator cabinet. Another object of the invention is to provide a system which prevents the loss of time and work that may occur due to the fact that the malfunction notification is made in a timely and accurate manner.

Description of the Invention in Detail:
In this detailed description, the innovation of the invention is described only by way of examples which will not have any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject.
The invention is a locating and safety device with at least one refrigerator cabinet door (2) on a refrigerated cabinet (1) comprising at least one position determining module (5) for determining the position of the refrigerator cabinet (1) after replacement of the refrigerating cabinet (1) or after the breakdown of said refrigerator cabinet (1), said locating module (5) characterized in that it comprises at least one M2M module (4).

The invention is a locating and security system in refrigerator cabinets (1) comprising at least one refrigerator cabinet door (2) characterized in that the position of said refrigerator (1) is determined by means of at least one positioning module (5) in the case of a change of location of said refrigerator (1), said location change being detected by the positioning module(5) located on said refrigerator door (2), and delivered to the main center (6) via an M2M module (4), the M2M module (4) being located on said refrigerator door (2) when it detects that said main center (6) is outside said
predetermined location limit of said refrigerator (1) is characterized by the fact that said magnetic lock (3) comprises the process steps of locking said refrigerator door (2).
The magnetic lock (3) is located in the refrigerator door (2) which is located on the front side of the refrigerator cabinet (1) according to the invention. Said magnetic lock (3) automatically locks when the position of the refrigerating cabinet (1) is changed, thereby ensuring the safety of the products contained in the refrigerating cabinet (1). When said refrigerator cabinet (1) undergoes a change of position, the position determining module (5), which is on it, detects this change and reports the new position via the M2M module (4) delivering to said main center (6). If said position is a position outside of the predetermined location of the refrigerating cabinet (1), the M2M module (4) provides a closure instruction for the magnetic lock (3) via main center (6) positioned on the refrigerator door (2). Said magnetic lock (3) locks said refrigerator door (2) preventing unauthorized access to the products contained in said refrigerator (1).

Claims
1- The invention is characterized as a locating and safety device with at least one refrigerator cabinet door (2)) on a refrigerator cabinet (1) comprising at least one position determining module (5) for determining the position of the refrigerator cabinet (1) after relocation of the refrigerating cabinet (1) or after the malfunction of said refrigerator cabinet (1), said locating module (5) characterized in that comprises at least one M2M module (4) relating to the main center (6). 2- According to claim 1, a refrigerator cabinet (1), characterized in that locating and safety device, with a magnetic lock (3) located on said refrigerator door (2) that locks said refrigerator door (2) with the locking order received by said M2M module (4) from said main center (6) after said position change. 3- The invention is a locating and security system in refrigerator cabinets (1) comprising at least one refrigerator cabinet door (2) characterized in that the position of said refrigerator (1) is determined by means of at least one positioning module (5) when said refrigerator (1) changes location, said location information is detected by the location determination module (5) ) to the main center (6), the magnetic lock (3) located on said refrigerator door (2), via the M2M module (4) being arranged to detect and relay to said main center (6) when the unit is outside the predetermined location limit of said refrigerator (1) characterized in that said magnetic lock (3) is characterized by the steps of locking said refrigerator door (2). 4- According to claim 3, a locating and security system in a refrigerator cabinet (1) characterized in a detecting module M2M (4) that is situated in the refrigerator (1) contains the processing step of detecting a malfunction to the refrigerator cabinet (1) and informing the main center (6) of the fault information via the M2M module (4). 5- According to claim 3 or 4, a locating and security system in a refrigerator cabinet (1) characterized in detecting module M2M module (4) comprises a process of steps of step
synchronizing with the locking of the refrigerator cabinet (1) and alerting the user (7) with an alarm by sound and sending a verbal or written message to a mobile device.
6- According to claim 3, locating and security system in a refrigerator cabinet (1) characterized by comprises the process step of notifying the main center (6) via the M2M module (4) to follows the location and the route of the refrigerator cabinet (1) travels.
