Description
A RETROPUBIC NEEDLE SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION
Technical Field: The invention relates to a retropubic needle system (seperating via water/liquid) with hydrodis sector, which does not cause to bladder injury in connection with passing rack stripe between pubic bone and bladder/vesica safely during urocleusia operations.
Background of the Invention: Retropubic rack techniques are being applied for a long time for the purpose of supporting urinary exit tubulus, namely urethra for the purpose of preventing urocleusia. This rack is being located by means of a needle. Needle, which is employed for progressing rack from both sides of the urinary tubulus till stomach wall, progresses between the bone and bladder. However, this sharp needle has the potential to damage vesica, in other words, bladder.
Technical problems intended to be solved by the invention:lnvention is opening the region, through which it shall pass, without damaging by means of a needle special mechanisms. One of the mechanisms is the mechnical system, keeping organ / bladder away from needle axis by means of a button movement and covering both sides of the needle, and other one is the tubular system, spraying liquid assisting to push organs away with widening the operation area with liquid. In addition to the currently available system, mala, enclosing the need from both sides, are monolithic.Besides, easy cleaning of the apparatus is maintained by the invention.

Description of the Invention:
Body (1) is grasped by hand, and tumb is placed into the indentation (3) on the protective mala movement button (2). Once tumb is pressed downwards, button revolves from its revolving point (4), and pushes protective mala (5) forward at both sides of the needle (6). This action of the button is transmitted to the mala by means of protective mala drive shaft (7). There is a mala drive shaft channel (8)
under the mala movement button. This channel allows protective mala to move downwards during cleaning process. There is a guide shaft (9) at the end sections of mala. Mala are bound to each other from both sides of the needle by means of this shaft. This shaft moves through guide shaft channel (10), located close to the pointed tip of the needle (17). Once finger is lifted up till marked location (11), mala come backwards. There is a protective mala cleaning button channel (12) at the back ends of mala. Cleaning button shaft (13) passes through this channel. Back and forth movements of mala are done on this shaft. This shaft and cleaning button (14) are located slightly constricted at the top horizontal section of cleaning button channel (15) on the body. Thus, they do not prolapse during mala movements. If a tissue, such as facia tissue required to be punctured, is faced other end of the mala movement button (2) is pressed. This section shall be referred as needle extraction button (16), in other words, there is a needle extraction button (16) at the other end of mala movement button (2) for puncturing the tissue. In such case, protective mala shall be fully withdrawn, and the pointed tip of the needle (17) shall emerge. After passing the location to be punctured, organs shall be removed from the movement shaft of the needle by means of up and down repeating movements of the mala movement button. Meanwhile, in order to further increase the security, pressurized water/liquid is given from the liquid input end (18). Liquid which reaches to the liquid output end (20) at the tip from the pipe within the needle (19), forms a pocket, and establishes a security zone between the needle and the organ. Indentations (21 ) just under the swallowed region at the tips of protective mala, maintain support for progression, in other words, they cause swallowed location at the tip to attach to the tissue and maintain protection of current location while returning. Therefore, they at least help system not to return. Rope at the end of material, to be progressed through the tunnel opened by the needle, shall pass through rope hole (22). After completion of the operation, for the purpose of cleaning, cleaning button (14) shal first be pressed forwards and then downwards within the cleaning button channel (15), and pull back parts of the protective mala along with it. Protective mala revolves on the guide shaft (9), and seperate from the needle. Thus, cleaning shall be facilitated. When produced for single- use, mechanism is pressed to the bearing on the body (23), and fixed after passing screw (24) from the hole (25).
Industrial application of the invention:
The retropubic needle system, also appropriate for single -use, which serves to the above mentioned goals can be produced, and used within the corresponding branch of the industry, and has a structure applicable to the industry .
