본 발명은 이동 가능한 덮이식 이미용기구용 살균장치에 관한 것으로, 다양한 이미용기구를 간단하고 편리하게 살균할 수 있도록 구조를 개선한 이동 가능하고 덮이식 이미용기구용 살균장치에 관한 것이다.
인간은 외모를 단정하고 깨끗하며 미려하게 가꿀 수 있도록 빗, 가위, 면도기, 헤어 커터기, 헤어 드라이어 등의 다양한 종류의 이미용기구를 사용하고 있다.
그 중 헤어 커터기는 머리털을 깍는 기구로서, 주로 미용실이나 이용실은 물론 각 가정에서도 널리 사용되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 각종 동물병원이나 애견센터 등에서도 동물들의 미용이나 기타 여러 가지 다양한 목적으로 널리 사용되고 있다.
상기와 같이 사용되고 있는 헤어커터기는 수동의 것도 드물게 사용되고 있지만 대부분 핸드링이 용이한 원통형의 몸체를 가지면서 모우터의 동력에 의해 머리털을 자동으로 커터하는 전동식이 최근에는 많이 사용되고 있다.
그리고, 이러한 이미용기구는 특히 미용실, 이용실 등과 같은 영업장에서는 어느 한 사람에게만 사용하는 것이 아니라 하나의 헤어커터기로 많은 사람의 머리카락을 커터함으로써 매우 비위생적인 문제점이 야기되고 있다.
즉, 상기 전동헤어커터기를 이용실 또는 미용실에서 사용할 경우 하루에도 수명 내지 수십명의 손님의 머리카락을 연속적으로 커터하게 되는 것으로, 각종 피부병은 물론이고 여러 가지 바이러스로 인한 환자들의 병균이 다른 사람에게로 손쉽게 전염될 우려가 높다.
따라서, 이러한 이미용기구를 살균할 수 있는 다양한 방안이 모색되고 있다.
이러한 일예로는 등록실용신안공보 제20-0377892호(2005.03.16)가 개시되어 있다.
그러나, 이러한 종래기술은 이미용기구를 수용하는 수용공간이 있고 이러한 수용공간을 밀폐하는 덮개 등을 필요로 하는 다양한 크기의 이미용기구를 살균하기에는 부적절하다는 문제점을 갖는다.
본 발명의 목적은, 다양한 종류, 크기에 대하여 범용적으로 사용될 수 있는 이미용기구용 살균장치를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은, 이동이 자유로운 휴대 가능한 이미용기구용 살균장치를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 구조가 간단하고 사용이 편리한 이미용기구용 살균장치를 제공하는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 장소의 제약이 없고 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있는 이미용기구용 살균장치를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은, 이미용기구용 살균장치에 있어서, 이미용기구를 덮을 수 있도록 함몰 형성되고 이미용기구를 살균 가능하게 자외선을 포함하는 광을 발생시키는 살균부재가 결합된 내부 케이스와; 상기 살균부재에 전원을 공급 가능하게 상기 내부 케이스에 결합된 전원부와; 상기 내부 케이스의 외측 일측에 형성되어 상기 전원부를 덮도록 상기 내부 케이스에 결합되어 외관을 일부를 형성하는 외부 케이스;를 포함하되, 상기 내부 케이스는 이미용기구를 덮을 수 있도록 돔 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이미용기구용 살균장치에 의해서 달성된다.
또한, 상기 내부 케이스는 이미용기구를 충전할 수 있는 충전단자를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 내부 케이스는 이미용기구에 전원을 공급하는 전원케이블이 관통할 수 있는 케이블 통과홀을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 전원부는, 전원을 온-오프하는 스위치와, 동작 상태를 표시하는 표시램프와, 수용된 전자기 부품에 자체적으로 전원을 제공할 수 있는 배터리를 포함하고, 외부 케이스는 상기 스위치와 상기 표시램프나 노출되도록 관통 형성된 영역을 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.

본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 살균 장치(100)는, 이미용기구를 덮을 수 있도록 함몰 형성되고 이미용기구를 살균 가능하게 자외선을 포함하는 광을 발생시키는 살균부재(177)가 결합된 내부 케이스(170)와; 상기 살균부재(177)에 전원을 공급 가능하게 상기 내부 케이스(170)에 결합된 전원부(150)와; 상기 내부 케이스(170)의 외측 일측에 형성되어 상기 전원부(150)를 덮도록 상기 내부 케이스(170)에 결합되어 외관을 일부를 형성하는 외부 케이스(130);를 포함하되, 상기 내부 케이스(170)는 이미용기구를 덮을 수 있도록 돔 형상으로 이루어진 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 적용되는 이미용기구는 가정용, 이미용실 등의 업소에서 사용되는 미용기구뿐만 아니라 애완동물용 이미용기구에도 적용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기 내부 케이스(170)는, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이. 내측에 돔 형상의 돔부(173a, 173b)를 구비하고 돔부(173a, 173b)는 제1 돔부(173a)와 제2 돔부(173b)로 구분될 수 있으며 제1 돔부(173a)는 살균부재(177)가 결합된 영역으로 제2 돔부(173b)보다 다소 더 함몰된 영역의 깊이 내지 높이(도 3a의 'H1' 참조)가 더 크며, 제2 돔부(173b)는 전원을 공급하거나 각종 전자부품을 제어, 조절 등을 할 수 있는 회로기판(157), 전원 스위치(155), 표시램프(153) 등이 상측에 결합되어 있으며 제1 돔부(173a)보다 함몰된 깊이 내지 높이(도 3b의 'H2' 참조)가 더 작다.
이렇게 제1 돔부(173a)의 높이 내지 깊이가 높고 커서 수용된 이미용기구에 전체적으로 더 넓게 살균용 광을 발산시킬 수 있어 바람직하다. 그리고, 돔과 같은 형상은 내측에 수용된 이미용기구를 살균하는 경우 보다 효과적이면서 골고루 이미용기구 전체에 광을 발산시키고 발산된 광을 효율적으로 반사시킬 수 있는 구조이므로 바람직하다.
다만, 필요에 따라 제1 돔부(173a)의 높이 내지 깊이가 제2 돔부(173b)와 같은 수도 있고, 본 실시에와 받대일 수도 있음을 물론이다.
이러한 내부 케이스(170) 및 후술하는 외부 케이스(130)는 플라스틱 내지 합성수지 필요에 따라 금속을 포함하는 재질로 구성될 수 있다.
내부 케이스(170)의 길이방향을 따른 단부 중 적어도 어느 한 방향에는 이미용기구에 전원을 공급하는 전원케이블이 관통할 수 있는 케이블 통과홀(171)이 개방되어 있는 것이 바람직하다.
내부 케이스(170) 내측에는 전원부(150)에서 공급되는 전원에 의해 작동하여 수용된 이미용기구를 살균할 수 있는 예를 들면 LED 형상의 자외선램프를 포함하는 살균부재(177)가 결합되어 있다. 이러한 살균부재(177)는 돔부(173a, 173b)의 상측에만 도시된 것으로 표시하였으나 돔부(173a, 173b)의 양 측면에도 결합될 수 있음은 물론이다.
또한, 내부 케이스(170) 외측에는 외부 케이스(130)가 결합되고, 전원부(150)가 결합될 수 있는 공간인 외부케이스 결합부재(179)가 마련되어 전원부(150) 및 외부 케이스(130)가 결합될 수 있다. 전원부(150) 및 외부 케이스(130)가 내부 케이스(170)에 결합되는 방식은 나사 결합방식 또는 나사와 같은 별도의 부품을 사용하지 않고 암수가 결합되어 착탈 가능한 다양한 공지의 방식(결합시 딸깍하고 결합하는 방식, 슬라이딩 방식 등)을 포함할 수 있다.
내부 케이스(170)에는 이미용기구를 수용하여 전원부(150)의 미도시된 배터리 등으로 이미용기구를 충전할 수 있도록 전기적으로 연결되는 충전용 충전단자(175)가 마련된 것이 바람직하다.
전원부(150)는, 살균되는 이미용기수에 전원을 공급할 수 있고 각종 전자기부품에 전원을 공급하며 미도시된 배터리에 전원을 외부에서 공급시키도록 마련된 전원 공급단자(159)와, 각종 전자기부품의 제어, 조절 등과 관련된 회로기판(157)과, 살균부재(177)에 전원을 공급하는 살균 전원단자(151)와, 각종 전자기부품의 상태 내지 작동 과정(예를 들면, 전원의 '온' 또는 '오프' 상태, 배터리의 충전량, 살균 등급 표시, 살균시간 경과 표시 등)을 표시하는 표시램프(153)와, 전원을 단속하는 '온' 내지 '오프' 기능의 전원 스위치(155)를 구비한다.
전원부(150)는 전술한 내부 케이스(170)의 외부케이스 결합부재(179)에 결합되어 내부 케이스(170)와 외부 케이스(130) 사이에 수용되는 구조를 갖는다.
이러한 전원부(150)에서는 살균 등급 내지 단계를 예를 들면, 제1 단계에서 제3 단계 등으로 구분하여 살균부재(177)의 광의 밝기, 살균부재(177)의 작동시간 등을 조절함으로 다양하게 조절할 수 있는 기능이 포함되는 것이 바람직하다.
외부 케이스(130)는 내부 케이스(170)의 외부케이스 결합부재(179)에 결합되어 외부 케이스(130)의 일부와 외관을 형성한다.
외부 케이스(130)에는 외부에서 전원이 공급되도록 각종 전기적 연결장치가 전원 공급단자(159)와 결합되도록 관통 형성된 단자홀(137)과, 표시램프(153) 및 전원 스위치(155)가 각각 외부로 노출되도록 관통 형성된 표시램프홀(133) 및 전원스위치홀(135)이 각각 구비되어 있는 것이 바람직하다.
살균부재(179)는 예를 들면 본 발명의 실시예에서와 같이 다수의 Led 램프를 두 열로 배치하였으나, 이러한 실시예는 한 줄의 Led 램프로도 변경을 할 수 있음을 물론이다. 또한, 살균부재(179)는 자외선 램프를 포함할 수 도 있고 필요에 따라 Led 램프나 자외선 램프를 혼용할 수도 있다.
다른 한편, 본 발명에 따른 살균 장치(100)는 이미용기구를 살균뿐만 아니라 가열하여 건조할 수 있도록 건조부재(178) 및 건조부재에 전원을 공급하는 건조단자(152)를 구비하는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 건조부재(178)는, 세라믹히터, LED 히터(예를 들면, PTC 히터, IR 히터 등)를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 구성을 갖는 본 발명에 따른 살균 장치(100)의 작동 방법을 도 4를 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 살균 장치(100)를 살균 내지 소독을 필요로 하는 예를 들면, 빗, 가위, 헤어커터기, 헤어드라이어 등과 같은 이미용기구를 덮으면 이미용기구는 함몰 형성된 돔부(173a, 173b) 내측으로 수용된다. 이러한 살균 장치(100)는 내측에 배터리 등이 내장되어 있어 휴대하고 이동하여 사용할 수 있으므로 살균을 필요로 하는 이미용기구로의 접근이 매우 용이하다.
다음, 사용자가 전원을 인가하고 원하는 살균 등급, 살균 시간 등을 설정하면 표시램프(153)에 표시되고 살균이 시작된다.
그리고, 사용자가 설정한 살균, 충전 등의 과정이 완료된 경우 살균 장치(100)에서 표시램프(153)가 점멸되거나 미도시된 스피커 등을 통해 완료된 상태를 빛 또는 소리로 나타낼 수 있다.
그리고, 충전을 필요로 하는 이미용기구는 충전단자(175)와 결합하여 충전시킬 수 있다.
이러한 구조에 의하여 본 발명에 따른 살균 장치(100)로 휴대하면도 또는 이동하여 살균 내지 소독을 필요로 하는 이미용기구를 덮어서 사용할 수 있으므로 다양한 종류, 크기에 대하여 범용적으로 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 이동이 자유롭고 휴대 가능하므로 사용이 매우 간단하고 편리하다.
그리고, 구조가 간단하여 부품이 적어 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 장소의 제약이 없어 최근에 증가하는 캠핑 등의 경우에도 활용할 수 있어 그 적용범위가 매우 광범위하다.
여기서, 본 발명의 여러 실시예들을 도시하여 설명하였지만, 본 발명의 속하는 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 당업자라면 본 발명의 원칙이나 정신에서 벗어나지 않으면서 본 실시예를 변형할 수 있음을 알 수 있을 것이다. 발명의 범위는 첨부된 청구항과 그 균등물에 의해 정해질 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 휴대하면서 또는 이동하여 살균 내지 소독을 필요로 하는 이미용기구를 덮어서 사용할 수 있으므로 다양한 종류, 크기에 대하여 범용적으로 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 이동이 자유롭고 휴대 가능하므로 사용이 매우 간단하고 편리하다.
그리고, 구조가 간단하여 부품이 적어 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 장소의 제약이 없어 최근에 증가하는 캠핑 등의 경우에도 활용할 수 있어 그 적용범위가 매우 광범위하다.

Claims (6)

  1. 이미용기구용 살균장치에 있어서,
    이미용기구를 덮을 수 있도록 함몰 형성되고 이미용기구를 살균 가능하게 자외선을 포함하는 광을 발생시키는 살균부재가 결합된 내부 케이스와;
    상기 살균부재에 전원을 공급 가능하게 상기 내부 케이스에 결합된 전원부와;
    상기 내부 케이스의 외측 일측에 형성되어 상기 전원부를 덮도록 상기 내부 케이스에 결합되어 외관을 일부를 형성하는 외부 케이스;를 포함하되,
    상기 내부 케이스는 이미용기구를 덮을 수 있도록 돔 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이미용기구용 살균장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내부 케이스는 이미용기구를 충전할 수 있는 충전단자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미용기구용 살균장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내부 케이스는 이미용기구에 전원을 공급하는 전원케이블이 관통할 수 있는 케이블 통과홀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미용기구 살균장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 전원부는, 전원을 온-오프하는 스위치와, 동작 상태를 표시하는 표시램프와, 수용된 전자기 부품에 자체적으로 전원을 제공할 수 있는 배터리를 포함하고,
    외부 케이스는 상기 스위치와 상기 표시램프나 노출되도록 관통 형성된 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미용기구 살균장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 전원부에서는 상기 살균부재의 살균시간, 살균 등급이 표시 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 이미용기구 살균장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 내부케이스에는 수용된 이미용기구를 건조할 수 있는 건조부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이미용기구 살균장치.
