Abstract

一种人造草坪支撑垫,其包括主垫板(1)、主垫板(1)上表面设置的多个上凸部(11)和上沟槽(12)、主垫板(1)下表面设置的多个下凸部(13)和下沟槽(14)。其中,上凸部(11)向上凸起并均匀间隔分布在主垫板(1)的上表面,上沟槽(12)由相邻的上凸部(11)之间的凹陷处连通形成;下凸部(13)向下凸起并均匀间隔分布在主垫板(1)的下表面,下沟槽(14)由相邻的下凸部(13)之间的凹陷处连通形成。另外,主垫板(1)上还设有垂直贯穿连通上沟槽(12)和下沟槽(14)的排水孔(15)。该人造草坪支撑垫具有良好的缓冲性能和排水性能。

Description

一种人造草坪支撑垫 技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造草坪支撑垫,属于工业化学技术领域。
背景技术
随着户外运动的推广和发展,人们喜欢自然环境,而由于天然草坪受季节性的影响,在秋冬季节容易枯萎,所以人造草坪以易安装和耐用为特点,逐渐得到广泛的使用。现有的人造草坪需要借助外力固定于地面,都必须填充石英砂、橡胶粒子等填充物,以提高人造草坪的缓冲性能,而橡胶粒子大多是来自废旧轮胎、电缆等的破碎粒子,给环境带来了不利的影响,同时增加了成本,同时,在气味性等方面都有缺陷,人们吸入挥发性的气味容易对健康造成影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种人造草坪支撑垫,该人造草坪支撑垫具有良好的缓冲性能,并设有排水沟槽和排水孔,具有良好的排水性能。
实现本发明的目的可以通过采取如下技术方案达到:
一种人造草坪支撑垫,包括主垫板;所述主垫板的上表面设有若干个上凸部和上沟槽;所述上凸部向上凸起并均匀间隔分布在主垫板的上表面;所述上沟槽由相邻的两个上凸部之间的凹陷处相连通所形成;
所述主垫板的下表面设有若干个下凸部和下沟槽;所述下凸部向下凸起并均匀间隔分布在主垫板的下表面;所述下沟槽由相邻的两个下凸部之间的凹陷处连通所形成;
所述主垫板上还设有垂直贯穿的排水孔;所述排水孔均匀分布在主垫板上;所述排水孔连通上沟槽和下沟槽。
作为优选,所述上凸部为圆形上凸部。
作为优选,所述下凸部为六角形下凸部。
作为优选,所述主垫板的厚度为0.5~60mm。
作为优选,所述上凸部的厚度为a,下凸部的厚度为b;其中a<b;再优选地,所述上凸部的厚度为0.1~2mm;所述下凸部的厚度为2.1~5mm。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的人造草坪支撑垫中若干个上凸部互相独立,之间形成缓冲的间隙,下凸部的缓冲原理与上凸部相同,上凸部和下凸部起到双重缓冲的效果;同时,在上凸部之间的间隙处为上沟槽,下凸部之间的间隙处为下沟槽,并通过排水孔进行连通,起到排水导流的作用。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
参照图1并结合图2,一种人造草坪支撑垫,包括主垫板1;主垫板1的厚度为20mm;
所述主垫板1的上表面设有若干个圆形上凸部11和上沟槽12;所述圆形上凸部11向上凸起并均匀间隔分布在主垫板1的上表面;所述上沟槽12由相邻的两个圆形上凸部11之间的凹陷处相连通所形成;
所述主垫板1的下表面设有若干个六角形下凸部13和下沟槽14;所述六角形下凸部13向下凸起并均匀间隔分布在主垫板1的下表面;所述下沟槽14由相邻的两个六角形下凸部13之间的凹陷处连通所形成;
所述圆形上凸部11的厚度为0.2mm,六角形下凸部13的厚度为2.5mm;
所述主垫板1上还设有垂直贯穿的排水孔15;所述排水孔15均匀分布在主垫板1上;所述排水孔15连通上沟槽12和下沟槽14。
使用时,将主垫板1平铺在地面上,六角形下凸部13与地面相接触;当人在主垫板1上活动时,对主垫板1产生压力,而圆形上凸部11和六角形下凸部13对压力进行缓冲,由于若干圆形上凸部11为间隔分布,并互不接触,之间有空隙,利于将压力分散并卸出;六角形下凸部13的缓冲原理与圆形上凸部11相同。水流流至主垫板1上,通过上沟槽12导流,然后经过排水孔15流至下沟槽14,再通过下沟槽14将水流导至地面的排水口排出。
实施例2至实施例3:
按以下表1中指定的主垫板1、上凸部11和下凸部13的厚度,分别得到不同的人造草坪支撑垫,其余结构和特征与实施例1相同。

将实施例1-3的人造草坪支撑垫通入水流,对上沟槽12和下沟槽14的水流流速进行检测,测试其排水效果,结果如表2所示:

  1. 一种人造草坪支撑垫,包括主垫板;其特征在于:所述主垫板的上表面设有若干个上凸部和上沟槽;所述上凸部向上凸起并均匀间隔分布在主垫板的上表面;所述上沟槽由相邻的两个上凸部之间的凹陷处相连通所形成;
    所述主垫板的下表面设有若干个下凸部和下沟槽;所述下凸部向下凸起并均匀间隔分布在主垫板的下表面;所述下沟槽由相邻的两个下凸部之间的凹陷处连通所形成;
    所述主垫板上还设有垂直贯穿的排水孔;所述排水孔均匀分布在主垫板上;所述排水孔连通上沟槽和下沟槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的人造草坪支撑垫,其特征在于:所述上凸部为圆形上凸部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的人造草坪支撑垫,其特征在于:所述下凸部为六角形下凸部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的人造草坪支撑垫,其特征在于:所述主垫板的厚度为0.5~60mm。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的人造草坪支撑垫,其特征在于:所述上凸部的厚度为a,下凸部的厚度为b;其中a<b。
