本发明涉及物品承装袋技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑料袋。
塑料袋是人们日常生活中必不可少的物品,常被用来装物品。因其廉价、重量极轻、容量大、便于收纳的优点被广泛使用。通常塑料袋包括多个塑料面,各个塑料面连接在一起后围成的空间,可以承装物品。塑料面之间的连接,目前大多采用热合的方式粘接在一起。而各塑料面经过热合粘接在一起后,形成的粘接边为一条直线。当塑料袋内承装物品后,物品对该粘接边所施加的力过于集中,导致该粘接边非常容易开裂。使塑料袋不能很好的承装物品,给人们生活、工作带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料袋,该塑料袋封口端侧用于连接的粘接线可分散应力,使封口侧袋体的连接处不易损坏,从而提高了实用性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种塑料袋包括:袋体,所述袋体的一端为封口端,其特征在于,所述封口端侧的所述袋体上设有粘接线;所述袋体的两侧侧壁分别伸入所述袋体的内部形成折叠区域,所述折叠区域与非折叠区域的交界区域的所述粘接线呈弧线,所述弧线的两端点位于所述折叠区域的内边缘的两侧。
优选方式为,所有所述弧线均向同一侧弯曲。
优选方式为,所有所述弧线均向所述封口端侧弯曲。
优选方式为,所有所述弧线均向远离所述封口端侧弯曲。
优选方式为,所述弧线为圆弧形。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:因塑料袋折叠区域的封口端侧的粘接线呈弧线,使粘接线处被施力时,力度会被分散开来,不会造成因力量过于集中而使某处的粘接线断裂,塑料袋连接处裂开的情况发生。因此本发明的塑料袋,使用时底部不会轻易发生损坏,提高了实用性。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1和图3所示,一种塑料袋包括袋体1,袋体1的一端为封口端2,封口端2侧的袋体1上设有粘接线4。袋体1的两侧侧壁分别伸入袋体1的内部形成折叠区域10,也就是袋体1的两侧为折叠区域10,中间为非折叠区域11。折叠区域10与非折叠区域11的交界区域的粘接线4呈弧线5,弧线5的两端点位于折叠区域10的内边缘的两侧。
所有弧线5均向同一侧弯曲,使应力分散更加均匀,进一步避免了断裂。图1中所有弧线5均向封口端2侧弯曲,弧线5优选圆弧形,还可以为其他弧形。
本实施例的塑料袋由塑料薄膜制成,袋体1还包括开口端,开口端侧袋体1的两侧设有提手3,中间设有挂孔6;每个提手3端部的袋体1连接在一起。
如图2所示,本发明的塑料袋所有弧线5均向远离封口端2的一侧弯曲。
本发明的塑料袋使用时,在未装物品时可通过挂孔6挂在某处,便于管理,同时塑料袋中间的两层塑料薄膜11上均设有一挂孔6,一个挂孔6用于固定,
一个挂孔6用于打开塑料袋,非常方便。当塑料袋打开后,两侧的折叠区域10被展开,使塑料袋围成空间去承装物品。再手提两侧的提手3时,在重力的作用下物品对封口端2侧的粘接线4施加压力,同时物品还对折叠区域10对应的粘接线4施加横向的拉力。因本发明的粘接线4包括弧线5,尤其是弧线5的两端部位于折叠区域10和非折叠区域11的交界区域的内边缘的两侧,将所承受的压力和拉力均匀的分散开来,避免了因应力过于集中而导致粘接线4裂开的情况发生。因此本发明的塑料袋,其非常耐用,不易损坏。
采用本发明所揭示的结构,使得塑料袋封口端侧的粘接线不易断裂,提高了实用性。
Claims (5)
- 一种塑料袋,包括:袋体,所述袋体的一端为封口端,其特征在于,所述封口端侧的所述袋体上设有粘接线;所述袋体的两侧侧壁分别伸入所述袋体的内部形成折叠区域,所述折叠区域与非折叠区域的交界区域的所述粘接线呈弧线,所述弧线的两端点位于所述折叠区域的内边缘的两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的塑料袋,其特征在于,所有所述弧线均向同一侧弯曲。
- 根据权利要求2所述的塑料袋,其特征在于,所有所述弧线均向所述封口端侧弯曲。
- 根据权利要求2所述的塑料袋,其特征在于,所有所述弧线均向远离所述封口端侧弯曲。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的塑料袋,其特征在于,所述弧线为圆弧形。
