为解决上述问题,本发明实施例还提供了一种健身器材,该健身器材包括主架和水平装置,主架相对于水平方向倾斜设置,主架上设有制氧模块,水平装置包括铰接单元、导轨和连接架,铰接单元用于将制氧模块的一端铰接设于主架上;导轨形成有预设滑槽,连接架的一端固定设于健身器材的一升降架上,连接架的另一端呈圆弧形,圆弧形与制氧模块的底面相切,连接架上设有固定轴,固定轴套设于预设滑槽内,升降架对主架进行升降时,带动连接架旋转,通过预设滑槽对连接架旋转轨迹的限定,连接架在旋转的过程中连接架呈圆弧形的另一端始终与制氧模块的底面相切,配合制氧模块的铰接运动,使得制氧模块保持水平方向。
其中,水平装置还包括拉紧单元,用于防止在制氧跑步机使用时产生振动使得制氧模块与水平支撑单元分离。
其中,拉紧单元为弹簧,制氧模块底部设有第一钩合部,连接架设有第二钩合部,弹簧分别于第一钩合部以及第二钩合部连接,利用弹簧的弹性变形防止在制氧跑步机使用时产生振动使得制氧模块与连接架分离。
其中,导轨固定设于主架底部。
其中,铰接单元为合页。
其中,制氧模块包括制氧单元和安装制氧单元的安装板,水平支撑单元对安装板进行水平支撑。
其中,安装板和水平支撑单元之间设有缓冲垫。
其中,健身器材为跑步机。
本发明提供的健身器材及其水平装置通过水平装置使得制氧模块保持水平方向,相对于现有技术的健身器材的制氧模块处于与水平方向倾斜的状态,本发明提供的健身器材及其水平装置能够保证制氧效果,延长制氧模块的寿命。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-图3,图1是本发明健身器材第一实施例的立体结构示意图,图2是图1所示的健身器材一视角的部分立体结构示意图,图3是图1所示的健身器材另一视角的部分立体结构示意图。本发明实施例中的健身器材包括但不限于划船器、健身车、健步机、跑步机、美腰机、台阶机以及椭圆机,只要含有本发明保护的使健身器材的制氧模块12保持水平的发明构思均应包括在本发明的保护范围内,现以跑步机为实例做介绍。
在本实施例中,健身器材包括主架11和水平装置,主架11相对水平方向倾斜设置,主架11上设有制氧模块12,水平装置用于保持制氧模块12呈水平方向。现有技术中,因为制氧模块12设于主架11上使得制氧模块12通常也相对水平方向倾斜设置,而制氧模块12的空压机对水平度有相当高的要求,当空压机处于非水平位置时,空压机效率低,寿命短。本实施例通过设置水平装置使得制氧模块12保持水平,从而提高了制氧效率、延长了制氧模块12的寿命。
优选地,在本实施例中,主架11可活动,水平装置在主架11活动过程中保持制氧模块12呈水平方向。现有技术中,健身器材的制氧模块12通常会跟随主架11一起进行升降、摇摆等活动,本实施例的水平装置使得制氧模块12在活动过程中也能保持水平方向,从而适应了更多的使用场景。
进一步优选地,本实施例的主架11进行升降运动,健身器材还包括底座13、升降架14和升降电机15。底座13与地面水平接触,升降架14用于对主架11进行升降,升降架14一端与底座13连接,另一端与主架11连接。请结合参照图4,图4是图1所示的健身器材的升降架14的立体结构示意图。在本实施例中,升降架14包括间隔设置的第一侧框141和第二侧框142以及间隔设置的第三侧框143和第四侧框144,第三侧框143和第四侧框144分别与第一侧框141和第二侧框142连接,第三侧框143和第四侧框144之间设有连接第三侧框143和第四侧框144的间隔设置的第一固定杆145和第二固定杆146。第一固定杆145和第二固定杆146之间固定设有升降电机15,通过升降电机15带动升降架14做高度和角度均变化的仰角运动。
水平装置包括铰接单元、水平支撑单元和拉紧单元,铰接单元用于将制氧模块12的一端铰接设于主架11上;水平支撑单元用于对制氧模块12进行水平支撑;在升降架14对主架11进行升降的过程中,通过水平支撑单元对制氧模块12进行水平支撑,配合制氧模块12相对制氧模块12与主架11的铰接处进行铰接运动,使得制氧模块12始终呈与铰接处等高的水平方向,拉紧单元用于防止在健身器材使用时产生振动使得制氧模块12与水平支撑单元分离。当然,在其他实施例中,也可利用拉力作用配合铰接单元使得制氧模块12始终保持水平方向,本发明对此不作限定。在本实施例中,铰接单元优选为合页16,合页16结构简单,能够起到是制氧模块12铰接于主架11的效果,合页16的结构请参照现有技术,在此不作赘述。
请结合参阅图5和图6,图5是图1所示的健身器材的连接架的立体结构示意图,图6是图1所示的健身器材的导轨的立体结构示意图。在本实施例中,水平支撑单元包括导轨17和连接架18。导轨17优选固定设于主架11底部,导轨17形成有预设滑槽171;连接架18的一端固定设于升降架14上,优选固定于第二侧框142上,连接架18的另一端设有安装轴19,安装轴19套设有与安装轴19转动连接的圆形滚轮20,圆形滚轮20与制氧模块12的底面相切,连接架18上设有固定轴22,固定轴22套设于预设滑槽171内;其中,升降架14对主架11进行升降时,带动连接架18旋转,通过预设滑槽171对连接架18旋转轨迹的限定,连接架18在旋转的过程中圆形滚轮20始终与制氧模块12的底面相切,配合制氧模块12的铰接运动,使得制氧模块12保持水平方向。值得说明的是,预设滑槽171通过根据实际情况进行设计,该预设滑槽171可使得升降架14在仰角运动的过程中,圆形滚轮20的顶面始终与铰接处保持同一水平高度。在本实施例中,圆形滚轮20优选为滚动轴承。
进一步地,拉紧单元为弹簧21,制氧模块12底部设有第一钩合部,连接架18设有第二钩合部,弹簧21分别于第一钩合部以及第二钩合部连接,利用弹簧21的弹性变形防止在健身器材使用时产生振动使得制氧模块12与连接架18分离。
其中,制氧模块12包括制氧单元和安装制氧单元的安装板(未标示),水平支撑单元对安装板进行水平支撑。安装板和水平支撑单元之间设有缓冲垫(未标示),用于缓冲圆形滚轮20与安装板之间的接触力。
本实施例的健身器材通过将制氧模块的一端铰接于主架上,水平支撑单元在主架升降的过程中始终对制氧模块进行水平支撑,进而配合制氧模块的铰接运动使得制氧模块整体处于与铰接处等高的水平方向相比现有技术中的制氧模块相对于水平方向倾斜设置导致制氧效果差,制氧模块寿命短的情况,本发明实施例提供的健身器材能够保证制氧效果,延长制氧模块的寿命,并且圆形滚轮与制氧模块的底面为滚动接触,摩擦力小,不容易损坏元件。
请参阅图7-图9,图7是本发明健身器材第二实施例的立体结构示意图;图8是图7所示的健身器材一视角的部分立体结构示意图;图9是图7所示的健身器材另一视角的部分立体结构示意图。本发明实施例中的健身器材包括但不限于划船器、健身车、健步机、跑步机、美腰机、台阶机以及椭圆机,只要含有本发明保护的使健身器材的制氧模块32保持水平的发明构思均应包括在本发明的保护范围内,现以跑步机为实例做介绍。
在本实施例中,健身器材包括主架31和水平装置,主架31相对水平方向倾斜设置,主架31上设有制氧模块32,水平装置用于保持制氧模块32呈水平方向。现有技术中,因为制氧模块32设于主架31上使得制氧模块32通常也相对水平方向倾斜设置,而制氧模块32的空压机对水平度有相当高的要求,当空压机处于非水平位置时,空压机效率低,寿命短。本实施例通过设置水平装置使得制氧模块32保持水平,从而提高了制氧效率、延长了制氧模块32的寿命。
优选地,在本实施例中,主架31可活动,水平装置在主架31活动过程中保持制氧模块32呈水平方向。现有技术中,健身器材的制氧模块32通常会跟随主架31一起进行升降、摇摆等活动,本实施例的水平装置使得制氧模块32在活动过程中也能保持水平方向,从而适应了更多的使用场景。
进一步优选地,本实施例的主架31进行升降运动,健身器材还包括底座33、升降架34和升降电机35。底座33与地面水平接触,升降架34用于对主架31进行升降,升降架34一端与底座33连接,另一端与主架31连接。请结合参照图10,图10是图7所示的健身器材的升降架的立体结构示意图。在本实施例中,升降架34包括间隔设置的第一侧框341和第二侧框342以及间隔设置的第三侧框343和第四侧框344,第三侧框343和第四侧框344分别与第一侧框341和第二侧框342连接,第三侧框343和第四侧框344之间设有连接第三侧框343和第四侧框344的间隔设置的第一固定杆345、第二固定杆346和第三固定杆347,第二固定杆346和第三固定杆347之间固定设有升降电机35,通过升降电机35带动升降架34做高度和角度均变化的仰角运动并带动连接架38旋转。
水平装置包括铰接单元、水平支撑单元和拉紧单元,铰接单元用于将制氧模块32的一端铰接设于主架31上;水平支撑单元用于对制氧模块32进行水平支撑;在升降架34对主架31进行升降的过程中,通过水平支撑单元对制氧模块32进行水平支撑,配合制氧模块32相对制氧模块32与主架31的铰接处进行铰接运动,使得制氧模块32始终呈与铰接处等高的水平方向,拉紧单元用于防止在健身器材使用时产生振动使得制氧模块32与水平支撑单元分离。当然,在其他实施例中,也可利用拉力作用配合铰接单元使得制氧模块32始终保持水平方向,本发明对此不作限定。在本实施例中,铰接单元优选为合页36,合页36结构简单,能够起到是制氧模块32铰接于主架31的效果,合页36的结构请参照现有技术,在此不作赘述。
请结合参阅图11,图11是图7所示的健身器材的连接架的立体结构示意图。在本实施例中,水平支撑单元包括导轨37和连接架38。导轨37优选固定设于主架31底部,导轨37形成有预设滑槽,导轨37的结构请参照上一实施例;连接架38的一端固定设于升降架34上,优选固定于第一固定杆345上,连接架38的另一端呈圆弧形,圆弧形与制氧模块32的底面相切,连接架38上设有固定轴39,固定轴39套设于预设滑槽内;其中,升降架34对主架31进行升降时,带动连接架38旋转,通过预设滑槽对连接架38旋转轨迹的限定,连接架38在旋转的过程中连接架38呈圆弧形的另一端始终与制氧模块32的底面相切,配合制氧模块32的铰接运动,使得制氧模块32保持水平方向。值得说明的是,预设滑槽通过根据实际情况进行设计,该预设滑槽可使得升降架34在仰角运动的过程中,连接架38呈圆弧形的另一端始终与制氧模块32的底面相切,从而使得制氧模块32始终与铰接处保持同一水平高度。
进一步地,拉紧单元为弹簧(图未示,结构与上一实施例相同),制氧模块32底部设有第一钩合部,连接架38设有第二钩合部,弹簧分别于第一钩合部以及第二钩合部连接,利用弹簧的弹性变形防止在健身器材使用时产生振动使得制氧模块32与连接架38分离。
其中,制氧模块32包括制氧单元和安装制氧单元的安装板(未标示),水平支撑单元对安装板进行水平支撑。安装板和水平支撑单元之间设有缓冲垫(未标示),用于缓冲圆形滚轮与安装板之间的接触力。
本实施例的健身器材通过将制氧模块的一端铰接于主架上,水平支撑单元在主架升降的过程中始终对制氧模块进行水平支撑,进而配合制氧模块的铰接运动使得制氧模块整体处于与铰接处等高的水平方向相比现有技术中的制氧模块相对于水平方向倾斜设置导致制氧效果差,制氧模块寿命短的情况,本发明实施例提供的健身器材能够保证制氧效果,延长制氧模块的寿命。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种水平装置,用于具有一主架的健身器材上,所述主架相对于水平方向倾斜设置,所述主架上设有制氧模块,其特征在于,所述水平装置包括:
    铰接单元,用于将所述制氧模块的一端铰接设于所述主架上;
    导轨,所述导轨形成有预设滑槽;
    连接架,所述连接架的一端固定设于所述健身器材的一升降架上,所述连接架的另一端呈圆弧形,所述圆弧形与所述制氧模块的底面相切,所述连接架上设有固定轴,所述固定轴套设于所述预设滑槽内;
    其中,所述升降架对所述主架进行升降时,带动所述连接架旋转,通过所述预设滑槽对所述连接架旋转轨迹的限定,所述连接架在旋转的过程中所述连接架呈圆弧形的另一端始终与所述制氧模块的底面相切,配合所述制氧模块的铰接运动,使得所述制氧模块保持水平方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水平装置,其特征在于,所述水平装置还包括拉紧单元,用于防止在所述制氧跑步机使用时产生振动使得所述制氧模块与所述水平支撑单元分离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的水平装置,其特征在于,所述拉紧单元为弹簧,所述制氧模块底部设有第一钩合部,所述连接架设有第二钩合部,所述弹簧分别于所述第一钩合部以及所述第二钩合部连接,利用所述弹簧的弹性变形防止在所述制氧跑步机使用时产生振动使得所述制氧模块与所述连接架分离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的水平装置,其特征在于,所述导轨固定设于所述主架底部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的水平装置,其特征在于,所述铰接单元为合页。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的水平装置,其特征在于,所述制氧模块包括制氧单元和安装所述制氧单元的安装板,所述水平支撑单元对所述安装板进行水平支撑。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的水平装置,其特征在于,所述安装板和所述水平支撑单元之间设有缓冲垫。
  8. 一种健身器材,其特征在于,所述健身器材包括主架和水平装置,所述主架相对于水平方向倾斜设置,所述主架上设有制氧模块,所述水平装置包括:
    铰接单元,用于将所述制氧模块的一端铰接设于所述主架上;
    导轨,所述导轨形成有预设滑槽;
    连接架,所述连接架的一端固定设于所述健身器材的一升降架上,所述连接架的另一端呈圆弧形,所述圆弧形与所述制氧模块的底面相切,所述连接架上设有固定轴,所述固定轴套设于所述预设滑槽内;
    其中,所述升降架对所述主架进行升降时,带动所述连接架旋转,通过所述预设滑槽对所述连接架旋转轨迹的限定,所述连接架在旋转的过程中所述连接架呈圆弧形的另一端始终与所述制氧模块的底面相切,配合所述制氧模块的铰接运动,使得所述制氧模块保持水平方向。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的健身器材,其特征在于,所述水平装置还包括拉紧单元,用于防止在所述制氧跑步机使用时产生振动使得所述制氧模块与所述水平支撑单元分离。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的健身器材,其特征在于,所述拉紧单元为弹簧,所述制氧模块底部设有第一钩合部,所述连接架设有第二钩合部,所述弹簧分别于所述第一钩合部以及所述第二钩合部连接,利用所述弹簧的弹性变形防止在所述制氧跑步机使用时产生振动使得所述制氧模块与所述连接架分离。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的健身器材,其特征在于,所述导轨固定设于所述主架底部。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的健身器材,其特征在于,所述铰接单元为合页。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的健身器材,其特征在于,所述制氧模块包括制氧单元和安装所述制氧单元的安装板,所述水平支撑单元对所述安装板进行水平支撑。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的健身器材,其特征在于,所述安装板和所述水平支撑单元之间设有缓冲垫。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的健身器材,其特征在于,所述健身器材为跑步机。
