Description

一种带气枪的吸尘装置 技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种带气枪的吸尘装置。
背景技术
吸尘器利用电动机带动叶片高速旋转,在密封的壳体内产出空气负压,进而吸取尘屑,是目前居家必不可少的一种生活电器;在实际使用中时,如果杂物与地板连接较紧或杂物较大时,往往无法获得很好的吸取效果。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种带气枪的吸尘装置。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种带气枪的吸尘装置,包括尘箱、吸气筒和连接所述尘箱和所述吸气筒的吸气管;其中,还包括用于为所述吸气管吸气提供动力的吸气装置;所述吸气筒内部设置有气枪,所述气枪工作时喷射的气流流速高于所述吸气装置运行时所述吸气管内气流流速;还包括用于控制所述吸气装置和所述气枪运行或停止的控制装置。
本发明所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其中,所述吸气筒背离与所述吸气管连接一端设置有侧壁设置有进气孔。
本发明所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其中,所述吸气筒内还设置有喷雾器,所述喷雾器连接设置有用于存储污渍溶解剂的储药盒;所述喷雾器与所述控制装置电连接并受其控制运行或停止。
本发明所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其中,所述喷雾器喷嘴口设置在所述气枪枪嘴处。
本发明所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其中,所述吸气筒内设置有推拉气缸,所述推拉气缸推拉端连接有支杆,所述支杆背离所述推拉气缸一端设置有转动电机,所述转动电机转动端连接设置有刮刀;所述推拉气缸与所述转动电机均与所述控制装置电连接并受其控制运行或停止。
本发明所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其中,所述刮刀背离与所述转动电机转动端连接一面设置有缓冲垫。
本发明所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其中,所述吸气筒内设置有吹风装置,所述吹风装置内设置有发热丝;所述吹风装置与所述控制装置电连接并受其控制。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:在吸尘遇到难以吸走的杂物时,将气枪对准杂物进行喷气打散,而后将打散后的杂物吸走即可,提高了吸尘效率,减少了人工劳动;整体结构简单,成本低。

本发明较佳实施例的带气枪的吸尘装置,如图1所示,包括尘箱1、吸气筒2和连接尘箱1和吸气筒2的吸气管3;还包括用于为吸气管3吸气提供动力的吸气装置4;吸气筒2内部设置有气枪5,气枪5工作时喷射的气流流速高于吸气装置4运行时吸气管3内气流流速;还包括用于控制吸气装置4和气枪5运行或停止的控制装置6;在吸尘遇到难以吸走的杂物时,将气枪5对准杂物进行喷气打散,而后将打散后的杂物吸走即可,提高了吸尘效率,减少了人工劳动;整体结构简单,成本低。
如图1所示,吸气筒2背离与吸气管3连接一端设置有侧壁设置有进气孔20,吸气的同时在吸气筒2内壁表面形成气流层,避免杂物在被气枪5吹散四处飞散或粘在吸气筒2内壁。
如图1所示,吸气筒2内还设置有喷雾器21,喷雾器21连接设置有用于存储污渍溶解剂的储药盒22;喷雾器21与控制装置6电连接并受其控制运行或停止。
如图1所示,喷雾器21喷嘴口设置在气枪5枪嘴处。
本发明另一较佳实施例的带气枪的吸尘装置,如图2所示,包括尘箱1、吸气筒2和连接尘箱1和吸气筒2的吸气管3;还包括用于为吸气管3吸气提供动力的吸气装置4;吸气筒2内部设置有气枪5,气枪5工作时喷射的气流流速高于吸气装置4运行时吸气管3内气流流速;还包括用于控制吸气装置4和气枪5运行或停止的控制装置6;在吸尘遇到难以吸走的杂物时,将气枪5对准杂物进行喷气打散,而后将打散后的杂物吸走即可,提高了吸尘效率,减少了人工劳动;整体结构简单,成本低。

如图2所示,吸气筒2内设置有推拉气缸21,推拉气缸21推拉端连接有支杆22,支杆22背离推拉气缸21一端设置有转动电机23,转动电机23转动端连接设置有刮刀24;推拉气缸21与转动电机23均与控制装置6电连接并受其控制运行或停止,通过转动电机23驱动刮刀24转动,对于一些顽固杂物有很好的清洁效果,提高了除尘效率。
如图2所示,刮刀24背离与转动电机23转动端连接一面设置有缓冲垫25,避免刮刀24直接接触地面造成刮刀24损伤或地板损伤。
本发明另一较佳实施例的带气枪的吸尘装置,如图3所示,包括尘箱1、吸气筒2和连接尘箱1和吸气筒2的吸气管3;还包括用于为吸气管3吸气提供动力的吸气装置4;吸气筒2内部设置有气枪5,气枪5工作时喷射的气流流速高于吸气装置4运行时吸气管3内气流流速;还包括用于控制吸气装置4和气枪5运行或停止的控制装置6;在吸尘遇到难以吸走的杂物时,将气枪5对准杂物进行喷气打散,而后将打散后的杂物吸走即可,提高了吸尘效率,减少了人工劳动;整体结构简单,成本低。
如图3所示,吸气筒2背离与吸气管3连接一端设置有侧壁设置有进气孔20,吸气的同时在吸气筒2内壁表面形成气流层,避免杂物在被气枪5吹散四处飞散或粘在吸气筒2内壁。
如图3所示,吸气筒2内设置有吹风装置21,吹风装置21内设置有发热丝22;吹风装置21与控制装置6电连接并受其控制,通过向杂物吹较热的空气,使其软化,便于气枪5能快速使其分解,提高吸尘效率。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种带气枪的吸尘装置,包括尘箱、吸气筒和连接所述尘箱和所述吸气筒的吸气管;其特征在于,还包括用于为所述吸气管吸气提供动力的吸气装置;所述吸气筒内部设置有气枪,所述气枪工作时喷射的气流流速高于所述吸气装置运行时所述吸气管内气流流速;还包括用于控制所述吸气装置和所述气枪运行或停止的控制装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述吸气筒背离与所述吸气管连接一端设置有侧壁设置有进气孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述吸气筒内还设置有喷雾器,所述喷雾器连接设置有用于存储污渍溶解剂的储药盒;所述喷雾器与所述控制装置电连接并受其控制运行或停止。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述喷雾器喷嘴口设置在所述气枪枪嘴处。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述吸气筒内设置有推拉气缸,所述推拉气缸推拉端连接有支杆,所述支杆背离所述推拉气缸一端设置有转动电机,所述转动电机转动端连接设置有刮刀;所述推拉气缸与所述转动电机均与所述控制装置电连接并受其控制运行或停止。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述刮刀背离与所述转动电机转动端连接一面设置有缓冲垫。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的带气枪的吸尘装置,其特征在于,所述吸气筒内设置有吹风装置,所述吹风装置内设置有发热丝;所述吹风装置与所述控制装置电连接并受其控制。
