Description

Carry Bag
The present invention relates to a carry bag that can be transported in a grounded state.
The carry bag is a bag having a plurality of wheels attached to the bottom surface of the bag body and can be transported in a grounded state, so that it is widely used as a travel bag or a work bag with a large capacity. Among such carry bags, large carry bags with a large capacity usually have 4 to 6 wheels attached to the bottom of the bag body so that the bag body can be transported in a vertical position. ing.
On the other hand, a small carry bag with a small amount of storage has two wheels attached to the bottom surface of the bag body, and is carried by pulling a handle while the bag body is tilted obliquely. . This is because the bag body can be transported faster and more easily than when the bag body is stood vertically. Because of such a transport mode, in a small carry bag, two wheels are attached to both ends of the back surface (the surface positioned below when tilted obliquely) of the bottom surface of the bag body. It is mounted so that it can rotate around a parallel axle. And the protrusion is being fixed to the front side among the bottom surfaces of a bag main body so that it can be made to stand in the state which stood the bag main body perpendicularly | vertically. The protrusion also functions as a stopper that prevents the carry bag that is self-supporting from moving.
The above-mentioned small carry bag is usually sold as a bag that can be carried on an airplane. However, since the passage in an airplane is often narrower than the width of a small carry bag and may pass by other passengers in the passage, it is difficult to carry the bag with the bag body tilted down. The wheels of the small carry bag are configured to rotate in the moving direction when the bag body is pulled and transported in an inclined state, and thus cannot be rotated in any other direction.
On the other hand, Patent Document 1 discloses a carry bag in which two ball wheels and two feet (stoppers) are attached to the bottom surface of the bag body. The two ball wheels and the two legs are arranged opposite to each other. Each of the two legs is composed of a member having a semicircular cross section, and is attached to the bottom surface of the bag body so as to be in contact with the ground with an arc surface. When the two ball wheels and the two feet are in contact with the ground, the bag body stands upright.
The carry bag of Patent Document 1 uses a ball wheel that can rotate 360 ° in any direction, so the bag body can be moved in any direction by tilting the bag body and separating the two feet from the ground. Can be moved.
However, in order to move the bag body by separating the two feet from the ground contact surface, it is necessary to incline the bag body and maintain the inclined state while the bag body is being transported. In order to maintain the inclined state of the bag body, a load corresponding to the weight of the bag body is applied to the holder of the bag body, so it is not easy to move the bag body in any direction while maintaining the inclined state. There was a problem.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a carry bag that can easily carry a bag body in an arbitrary direction with a light load.
The present invention made to solve the above problems is a carry bag that can be transported in a grounded state on a running surface,
a) the bag body;
b) two casters attached to the left and right sides of either the front half or the rear half of the bottom surface of the bag body so as to be rotatable about an attachment axis perpendicular to the bottom surface;
and c) a stopper fixed to the other of the front half and the rear half, and having a height that allows the bag body to stand up in an inclined state when grounded to the running surface together with the casters. To do.
In the present invention, when the carry bag is not transported, both the caster and the stopper are grounded. At this time, the bag body is self-supporting in an inclined state and does not fall down. The stopper having such a height that the bag body is self-supporting in an inclined state means that the length of the stopper protruding from the bottom surface of the bag body toward the running surface is smaller by a predetermined dimension than the caster. The contact state between the stopper and the running surface when the bag body is in an inclined state may be any of surface contact, line contact, and point contact, but the bag body is stabilized and the bag body moves. In order to prevent this, it is preferable that the stopper and the running surface are in surface contact. On the other hand, when carrying the carry bag, the bag body is made to stand vertically from the state where the bag body is inclined and self-supporting. Since the stopper is smaller in length than the caster and protrudes from the bottom surface of the bag body toward the traveling surface side, the stopper is separated from the traveling surface when the bag body is vertically set. Thereby, a bag main body can be moved to arbitrary directions in the state stood vertically, without being disturbed by a stopper. Further, when the bag is erected vertically, the load on the bag body is hardly applied to the holder of the bag body. Furthermore, the bag body can be pulled and transported by tilting the bag body diagonally so that the portion (front half or rear half) on which the casters are attached is on the lower side.
In the carry bag, the caster includes a wheel support portion that is rotatable about the mounting shaft, and a wheel that is rotatably supported by the wheel support portion around a rotation axis that is parallel to the bottom surface of the bag body. It is preferable that the axial center line of the mounting shaft does not intersect the axial center line of the rotating shaft.
In this configuration, the attachment shaft of the wheel support portion is typically located below the rotation shaft of the wheel so that the wheel rotates in the direction of carrying the bag body when the bag body is tilted obliquely. Thus, the wheel support portion rotates around the mounting shaft. In addition, when the bag body is moved in an upright state, the wheel support portion rotates around the attachment shaft so that the rotation shaft of the wheel faces an appropriate direction according to the moving direction. For this reason, a bag main body can be easily conveyed in arbitrary directions.
In the carry bag, it is preferable that an inclination angle of the bag body when the wheels of the caster and the stopper are grounded is in a range of 5 ° to 15 °. By setting to such an angle range, the carry bag in a self-supporting state can be stabilized and prevented from falling down with a slight force.
According to the carry bag of the present invention configured as described above, both the operation of pulling and transporting the bag body in an inclined state and the operation of transporting it in an arbitrary direction in an upright state can be easily performed with a light load. It can be carried out.

As shown in FIG. 2, the caster 14 includes a mounting seat 141 fixed to the bottom surface of the bag main body 11, a bracket 143 having a triangular shape in side view, which is rotatably attached to the mounting seat 141 via a bearing 142, The bracket 143 includes a wheel 145 that is rotatably supported via a rotating shaft 144. In this embodiment, the bearing 142 corresponds to the mounting shaft. The caster 14 is configured such that the rotation center L1 of the bracket 143 (indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2B) and the rotation shaft 144 do not intersect. With such a configuration, when the bag body 11 is in a vertical state, the vertical line L2 (shown by a one-dot chain line in the drawing) passing through the center of the rotation shaft 144 and the rotation center L1 of the bracket 143 are at different positions.
The height of the stopper 15 is set to be shorter than the distance from the bottom surface of the bag main body 11 to the lower end of the wheel 145 of the caster 14, and the bag main body 11 stands upright with the wheel 145 of the caster 14 grounded. In this case, the stopper 15 is not grounded (see FIG. 1 (a)). For this reason, when both the stopper 15 and the wheel 145 of the caster 14 are grounded, as shown in FIG. 3, the bag body 11 is inclined by a predetermined angle θ from the vertical direction. At this time, the stopper 15 is configured to come into surface contact with the traveling surface. In addition, the inclination angle θ of the bag body 11 when both the stopper 15 and the wheel 145 of the caster 14 are grounded is such that the bag body 11 falls when both the stopper 15 and the wheel 145 of the caster 14 are grounded. Considering the difficulty, the range of 5 ° to 15 ° is preferable. However, when the capacity of the bag body 11 is large, θ may be smaller than 5 °, and when the capacity of the bag body 11 is small, θ may be larger than 15 °. That is, the angle θ may be set to an appropriate value according to the capacity of the bag body 11 (an appropriate angle at which the bag body 11 is not easily tilted when both the stopper 15 and the wheel 145 of the caster 14 are in a grounded state).
A method of using the carry bag 10 having the above configuration will be described. First, when the carry bag 10 is not transported, both the wheel 145 and the stopper 15 of the caster 14 are grounded to the traveling surface. As a result, the bag body 11 is self-supporting in an inclined state (FIG. 3). At this time, since the stopper 15 is in surface contact with the running surface, the bag body 11 is prevented from moving.
When the bag body 11 is tilted obliquely so that the casters 14 are on the lower side from the state in which the bag body 11 is self-supporting, the handle 13 can be pulled and transported. At this time, the two casters 14 are positioned so that the rotation shaft 144 of the wheel 145 is horizontal with the ground, and the rotation center L1 of the bracket 143 is positioned below the rotation shaft 144 of the wheel 145. Thus, the bracket 143 rotates. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 4, the rotating shaft 144 of the wheel 145 becomes perpendicular to the traveling direction A of the bag body 11, and the bag body 11 can be smoothly transported.
On the other hand, when the bag main body 11 in a self-standing state is raised by an angle θ to stand vertically, the stopper 15 is separated from the running surface as shown in FIG. In this state, when the bag body 11 is moved to the left (the direction indicated by the arrow B1 in FIG. 5), the two casters 14 are connected to the vertical line L2 passing through the rotation shaft 144 of the wheel 145, as shown in FIG. The bracket 143 rotates so that is positioned on the right side of the rotation center L1 of the bracket 143. Further, when the bag body 11 in a vertically standing state is moved to the right (in the direction indicated by the arrow B2 in FIG. 5), the two casters 14 have a vertical line L2 passing through the rotating shaft 144 of the wheel 145 so that the bracket 143 The bracket 143 rotates so as to be located on the left side of the rotation center L1. Further, although not shown, even when the bag body 11 in a vertically upright state is moved in a direction other than left and right, the vertical line L2 passing through the rotation shaft 144 of the wheel 145 is more than the rotation center L1 of the bracket 143. However, the brackets 143 of the two casters 14 rotate so as to be opposite to the moving direction.
In the state where the bag body 11 stands vertically, the load on the bag body 11 hardly applies to the holder of the bag body 11. For this reason, the bag main body 11 in a vertically upright state can be easily moved in any direction with a light load.
In addition, this invention is not limited to an above-described Example, A suitable change is possible.
For example, the stopper 15 may be attached to the side of the bottom surface of the bag body 11 where the handle 13 is attached, and the two casters 14 may be attached to the opposite side. In the carry bag 10 having such a configuration, when the bag body 11 is transported in an inclined state, as shown in FIG. 6, the bag body 11 so that the surface to which the handle 13 is attached is on the top. Tilt diagonally.
In the above embodiment, the stopper has a cross-sectional shape that comes into surface contact with the running surface when grounded together with the caster. However, the stopper has a shape that makes a line contact (for example, a semicircular stopper in cross section) or a point contact. It may be a simple shape (for example, hemispherical). Alternatively, the stopper may be made of an elastic member such as resin, and when it is grounded, it receives the load of the bag body and is elastically deformed to make surface contact. Furthermore, you may comprise a stopper from two or more members.
In the above embodiment, a caster is used in which the attachment shaft and the wheel rotation axis do not intersect. However, a caster having a configuration in which the attachment shaft and the wheel rotation axis intersect may be used. In the case of such a caster, compared with the caster shown in the above embodiment, when the carry bag is moved, there is a possibility that the timing at which the caster rotates around the attachment shaft is slightly delayed according to the moving direction. In the end, since the moving direction of the carry bag is orthogonal to the rotation axis, the carry bag can be moved in any direction.
