本申请属于便携式液体分配系统技术领域,具体涉及一种手持式电动喷枪。
背景技术
现有的背包手压式喷雾器使用费力,且流量不可调节;带电瓶喷雾器重量重,体积大,携带不方便;手按式喷瓶容量小,不适合连续工作;高压清洗枪压力大,不适合低压清洗的场合,而且受电源和水源的限制,使用不方便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可调节流量、使用方便的手持式电动喷枪。
为实现以上目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
一种手持式电动喷枪,包括壳体,所述壳体包括一体成型的主体、手持部和连接部,三者依次首尾相连接;所述主体中安装有隔膜泵,所述主体的一端设置有与所述隔膜泵固定连接的连接螺母;所述手持部的一端固定连接有球头组件,所述球头组件与所述隔膜泵之间通过连接管进行连接;
所述连接部中安装有无极调速器,所述连接部的表面设置有旋钮开关,所述连接部的下端固定设置有电池;所述电池、无极调速器和隔膜泵依次电连接,所述旋钮开关与无极调速器电连接。
所述球头组件包括球头主体、连接管接头和进水管接头;所述连接管接头固定设置在所述球头主体中;所述连接管接头的一端与所述连接管固定连接,另一端与所述进水管接头活动连接;所述球头组件还包括两个按钮,所述两个按钮对称设置在所述球头主体中间的两侧;所述两个按钮之间设置有用于卡紧所述进水管接头的弹簧;所述球头主体的下端设置有锁紧螺母。
所述进水管接头上固定连接有进水管。
手持式电动喷枪还包括与所述球头组件固定连接的窄口瓶,所述窄口瓶的瓶口与所述锁紧螺母配套,所述窄口瓶能够拆卸。
所述壳体采用对剖结构,所述壳体的两部分使用螺钉进行固定。

本申请采用以上技术方案,利用隔膜泵和无级调速器实现喷枪的流量调节,并且设置旋钮开关来进行操作,操作简便;省去了扳机结构,手持部的设计符合人体工程学,手感佳。本申请的球头组件使进水管能够快速插拔,便于在不同的场合连续使用;适用于低压清洗的场合,不受电源及水源的限制,携带方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本申请第一实施例提供了一种手持式电动喷枪,包括壳体1,壳体包括一体成型的主体11、手持部12和连接部13,三者依次首尾相连接;壳体1采用对剖结构,壳体1的两部分使用螺钉进行固定。
主体11的一端设置有连接螺母14。手持式电动喷枪还包括出水管7,出水管7的一端与隔膜泵21通过连接螺母14进行固定,出水管7的另一端设置有喷嘴8。手持部12的下端设置有球头组件3,球头组件3的下端连接有进水管5;手持式电动喷枪还包括窄口瓶6,窄口瓶6的瓶口与球头组件3的下端固定连接,进水管5伸入窄口瓶6中。
手持式电动喷枪还包括带电组件2,带电组件2包括隔膜泵21、无极调速器22、旋钮开关23和电池24。隔膜泵21安装在主体11中,无极调速器22安装在连接部13中,旋钮开关23设置在连接部13的表面,电池24固定设置在连接部13的下端。电池24、无极 调速器22和隔膜泵21依次电连接,旋钮开关23与无极调速器22电连接。球头组件3与隔膜泵21之间通过连接管4进行连接。
当旋钮开关23打开时,整个电路导通;隔膜泵21开始工作,将装在窄口瓶6中的液体工作介质依次经过进水管5、球头组件3和连接管4,自吸到隔膜泵21内,并通过出水管7及喷嘴8喷出。通过旋转旋钮开关23调节无级调速器22来改变回路中的电流,隔膜泵21的电机转速会随着回路中的电流的变化而变化,从而调节喷枪的输出流量。隔膜泵21喷出的液体压力小,适用于低压清洗的场合;配备有电池24,喷枪不受电源的限制,携带方便。
隔膜泵21与电池24采用上下布局,并且重心在一个平面上,增强喷枪摆放时的稳定性;旋钮开关23设计在壳体1的面板上并且在隔膜泵21与电池24的中间,方便操作;球头组件3及窄口瓶6的位置在右下方,使用过程中可以避开窄口瓶6与使用者身体的接触;整个布局合理,符合人体工程学,结构紧凑、安全可靠;结构小、重量轻。喷枪的手持部13处空间宽敞,无扳机结构设计,握感轻松、舒适,使用时能够节省传统喷雾装置需要手压或手按的体力。
如图2和图3所示,球头组件3包括球头主体31、连接管接头32和进水管接头33,连接管接头32设置在球头主体31中,连接管接头32通过沟槽卡在球头主体31中间。连接管接头32的一端与连接管4固定连接,另一端与进水管接头33活动连接。进水管接头33与进水管5固定连接。球头组件3还包括两个按钮34,两个按钮34对称设置在球头主体31的中部的两侧;两个按钮34的之间设置有弹簧35。
球头主体31的下端设置有锁紧螺母36,窄口瓶6的瓶口与锁紧螺母36配套;窄口瓶6通过锁紧螺母36固定在球头组件3的下端,且窄口瓶6能够拆卸。球头组件3的设计可以保证喷枪在不同的空间位置下,窄口瓶6始终在竖直的位置,避免瓶内的液体倒流出来。
按钮34设置在球头主体31两侧,同时将弹簧35限位在按钮之间;当按压按钮34时,弹簧35受到挤压,弹簧35两脚撑开,可容进水管接头33接头插入;松开按钮34,进水管接头33被弹簧35卡紧;再次按压按钮34时,进水管接头33可自动脱出。由此实现快速插拔进水管5,便于在不同的场合下快速方便地换接进水管5,使喷枪能够在不同的场合连续使用。
如图4所示,本申请第二实施例提供了一种手持式电动喷枪,该喷枪的球头组件3下端仅连接有进水管5,其余特征与第一实施例提供的手持式电动喷枪相同。该喷枪连接的进水管5长度较长,进水管5直接伸入水桶或者其它容器中,以满足液体介质剂量较大或工作区离液体介质较远的情况下的工作需求。此实施例省去了盛放液体介质的容器,不受容器的容量限制,便于连续工作。

  1. 一种手持式电动喷枪,包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体包括一体成型的主体、手持部和连接部,三者依次首尾相连接;所述主体中安装有隔膜泵,所述主体的一端设置有与所述隔膜泵固定连接的连接螺母;所述手持部的一端固定连接有球头组件,所述球头组件与所述隔膜泵之间通过连接管进行连接;所述连接部中安装有无极调速器,所述连接部的表面设置有旋钮开关,所述连接部的下端固定设置有电池;所述电池、无极调速器和隔膜泵依次电连接,所述旋钮开关与无极调速器电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式电动喷枪,其特征在于:所述球头组件包括球头主体、连接管接头和进水管接头;所述连接管接头固定设置在所述球头主体中;所述连接管接头的一端与所述连接管固定连接,另一端与所述进水管接头活动连接;所述球头组件还包括两个按钮,所述两个按钮对称设置在所述球头主体中间的两侧;所述两个按钮之间设置有用于卡紧所述进水管接头的弹簧;所述球头主体的下端设置有锁紧螺母。

  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的手持式电动喷枪,其特征在于:所述壳体采用对剖结构,所述壳体的两部分使用螺钉进行固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的手持式电动喷枪,其特征在于:所述手持式电动喷枪还包括出水管,所述出水管的一端与所述连接螺母固定连接,二者之间能够拆卸;所述出水管的另一端设置有喷嘴。
