本公开由于整个积木块件采用透明材料制作,发光元件的亮光透过积木块件,使整个块件呈现出色彩。具有不同于常见积木块的特别的装饰效果。本公开的积木块件适合于拼装多种透明体的大、中型模型、产品。

具体实施方式
下面结合参考附图来说明本实施方式。在不冲突的情况下,以下实施例和实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例1
参见附图1是实施例1提供的一种带LED灯的透明体积木块件的结构分解图,所述带LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)灯的透明体积木块件,由盒体(又叫盒部件)1、架体2、盖体(又叫盖部件)3和安装在架体上的电池4、LED灯5、微型拨动开关6等组成。电池4、LED灯5和微型拨动开关6通过金属导线连接形成闭合回路。微型开关的按钮或拨杆从盒部件1或盖部件3的开口孔向外伸出;例如盒体1的侧面开有通孔101,微型拨动开关的拨杆从通孔101向外伸出。可选的,盒体1、盖体3均采用透明塑胶材料生产。
盖体3的上表面的边沿具有围合的侧壁7,上表面中线位置均匀地设置一排圆筒形偶合件8,圆筒形偶合件的高度与侧壁相同。盒体1的底面设置两排圆柱状突起9,圆柱状突起的位置对应盖体的圆筒形偶合件和盖体的侧壁之间所形成的空腔,圆柱状突起的直径恰好与该空腔的内切圆的直径是相等的。这样,一个积木块的圆柱状突起可以嵌装到相邻积木块的圆筒形偶合件与侧壁之间的空腔中,形成连接。多个这种积木块顺次拼接,就能够搭建出一件玩具或模型产品。
从盒体的外部扳动微型拨动开关的拨杆,使电回路接通,LED灯呈现持续或间隔的发光状态。光线透过外壳,使积木块形成一个彩色的发光体,具有独特的装饰效果。
本实施例中,示例性的,盒体1的底面设置有圆柱状突起9,实际上突起也可以不是圆柱状,可以是其他柱状突起,比如多边形棱柱状突起。但是圆柱状突起9可以允许与圆筒形偶合件以及侧壁从多个角度嵌装连接,利于不同的透明体积木块相互组合连接形成不同的模型。
本实施例的上表面中线位置均匀地设置一排圆筒形偶合件8,偶合件也可以不是圆筒形,也可以是其他的形状,比如形成横截面为三角形或者是多边形的凹槽,对于圆柱状突起9没有影响,可以紧配并嵌装连接,相邻的两个偶合件和 侧壁之间的空间也可以与圆柱状突起9连接。但是圆筒形偶合件8还能与非圆柱状突起从多个角度连接,利于不同的透明体积木块相互组合连接形成不同的模型。
可选的,本实施例的偶合件(例如圆筒形偶合件)8设置于盖部件3的上表面,突起(例如圆柱状突起9)设置于盒部件1的底面。
示例性的,偶合件8(可以是称为凹陷部)所在的盖部件3的上表面的外边沿和突起(例如圆柱状突起9)所在的盒部件1的底面的外边沿的形状和大小一致,使得相邻的两个透明体积木块件相互连接时,盖部件3的上表面和盒部件1的底面可以完全重合。
实施例2
如附图2、附图3所示,一种带贴片LED发光电路的透明体积木块件,由盒体11、架体12、盖体13、安装在架体上的电池14、微型开关压杆16,和固定在架体底部、盒体内的带有LED贴片的发光电子线路板15组成。发光电子线路板15安装按压式开关元件20和集成电路芯片21(IC)。电池14可以是通过金属弹簧接头连接到发光电子线路板15上。
盒体11、盖体13均采用透明塑胶材料生产。与上述实施例1相同的,盖体13的上表面也形成侧壁17,及盖体13内部的一排圆筒形偶合件18;盒体11的底面设置两排圆柱状突起19。圆柱状突起同样能够嵌装到相邻积木块的圆筒形偶合件与侧壁之间的空腔中,形成连接。
架体12夹装在盒体11与盖体13之间,微型开关压杆16的第一端穿过架体上的通孔102向外伸出,微型开关压杆16的第二端与按压式开关元件20接触。从架体外部按压开关压杆16,能够触发按压式开关元件并接通电路。在集成电路芯片21预先设定的驱动程式的控制下,多个发光元件23例如贴片LED灯分别呈现发光或熄灭状态,使积木块形成动态、多色彩的发光体。
与实施例1类似的是,突起也可以不是圆柱状,偶合件也可以不是圆筒形,此处不再赘述。
实施例3
如图2和图3所示,本实施例提供了一种透明体积木块件,包括透明的盒部件11和盖部件13,盒部件11和盖部件13连接后形成具有容纳空间的块件本体, 块件本体一般为四方体结构,比较方便组装,但是块件本体的形状也可以根据实际需要进行调整。容纳空间中设置有发光元件23,块件本体的外部设置有可紧配插接的突起和凹陷部,以便于块件本体相互连接。本实施例的凹陷部用于与突起紧配连接,凹陷部与实施例1和实施例2的圆筒形偶合件18作用类似,但是不限于此种圆筒形偶合件18的结构。与实施例1和实施例2不同的是,本实施例的盒部件11和盖部件13连接后形成具有容纳空间的块件本体,容纳空间可以由盒部件11的腔室形成,也可以是由盖部件13的腔室形成,或者是盒部件11和盖部件13的腔室共同形成。
举例而言,盒部件11的外表面围设有外侧壁,外侧壁围设的内部凸设有内侧壁;可选的,外侧壁与内侧壁之间形成凹陷部,内侧壁与内侧壁之间的区域形成凹陷部,以及内侧壁自身围设形成凹陷部。即所述凹陷部包括所述外侧壁与所述内侧壁之间的区域,以及所述内侧壁自身围设的区域。即突起可以插入到外侧壁和内侧壁之间的区域、内侧壁和内侧壁之间的区域,或者是内侧壁自身围设的区域中紧配连接。示例性的,本实施例的突起为圆柱形,内侧壁围设形成圆筒形偶合件18,圆筒形偶合件18的中空部形成凹陷部,圆筒形偶合件18和外侧壁之间形成凹陷部。突起也不一定是圆柱状,可以是其他的柱状突起,比如多边形棱柱状突起。但是圆柱状突起19可以允许与圆筒形偶合件18以及侧壁从多个角度嵌装连接,利于不同的透明体积木块相互组合连接形成不同的模型。偶合件也不一定是圆筒形,也可以是其他的形状,比如形成横截面为三角形或者是多边形的凹槽,对于圆柱状突起19没有影响,可以紧配并嵌装连接,相邻的两个偶合件和侧壁之间的空间也可以与圆柱状突起9连接。但是圆筒形偶合件18还能与非圆柱状突起从多个角度连接,利于不同的透明体积木块相互组合连接形成不同的模型。
可选的,为了便于突起和凹陷部紧配嵌装,突起呈N排设置,其中N为不小于2的自然数,圆筒形偶合件18呈N-1排设置。示例性的,本实施例的N为2,即盖部件13上设置有一排圆筒形偶合件18,盒部件11上设置有两排突起。第一透明体积木块件的盖部件13和第二透明体积木块件的盒部件11完全重合连接时,两排突起分布于一排圆筒形偶合件18的两侧与外侧壁之间。第一透明体积木块件的盖部件13和第二透明体积木块件的盒部件11错位连接时,其中第一排突起可以完全位于一排圆筒形偶合件18中,或者是位于圆筒形偶合件18与外侧壁之间,第二排突起则从侧部不连接此透明体积木块件。同理,当N大于2时,N-1 排圆筒形偶合件18与外侧壁组合可以形成N排凹陷部,与N排突起相对应,既允许相互连接的两个透明体积木块件的盖部件13和盒部件11完全重合时,也允许两个透明体积木块件错位连接。
除了上述描述的凹陷部设置于盒部件11的外表面,突起设置于盖部件13的外表面,本实施例的凹陷部也可以设置于盖部件13的外表面,突起相应的设置于盒部件11的外表面,将凹陷部和突起的位置互换后,并不影响透明体积木块件之间的连接。
本实施例中,还包括架体12,所述架体12可以是包括外框架121和与外框架连接并位于外框架内侧的固定部122,发光元件连接有电池14和开关(包括微型开关压杆16和按压式开关元件20);开关、发光元件23和电池14均设置于架体12的固定部122,并且开关、发光元件23和电池14位于盒部件11、外框架121以及盖部件13连接后形成的块件本体的容纳空间内,且开关的控制端(微型开关压杆16的一端)从块件本体穿出,方便用户通过开关对发光元件23进行控制。举例而言,开关一般为体积比较微小的微型开关,以适应体积较小的透明体积木块件。开关可以是按压式开关,按压式开关的按钮从块件本体的底面或顶面伸出。开关也可以是拨杆式开关,拨杆式开关的拨杆从块件本体的侧面伸出。均可以方便用户从外部对开关和发光元件进行控制。可选的,所述外框架121也是采用透明材料制作。
本实施例的发光元件23可以为贴片式LED,便于安装,占用空间小。此外,发光元件也可以是直插式LED灯,也能达到相同的效果。
以上,参照附图说明了本公开的部分可选实施方式,在上述实施例的基础上还可以是做出多种修改、等同替换和增加,比如,在满足相邻积木块能够嵌接实现固定拼接的情况下,调换盒体、盖体上圆筒形偶合件、圆柱状突起的设置位置;增加或减少圆筒形偶合件、圆柱状突起的数量等。
工业实用性
本公开提供的透明体积木块件,改变了相关技术中积木块件所拼装的玩具产品、模型产品形象单调、视觉上缺乏吸引力的不足。发光装置的色彩表现结合整体透明的结构设置,使每个积木块件具有独特的装饰效果,能够应用于拼装、搭建用途更为广泛的产品,增加产品的趣味性和竞争力。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种透明体积木块件,为四方体结构,由盒部件、盖部件连接组成,盖部件上表面的边沿具有侧壁,侧壁围合的内部均匀地设置有圆筒形偶合件,盒部件的底面设置多个圆柱状突起,相邻的积木块通过圆柱状突起与圆筒形偶合件嵌装形成连接,其中,
    盒部件、盖部件均采用透明材料制作;盒部件的腔室内安装发光装置,包括架体、安装在架体上的电池、微型开关和发光元件,微型开关的按钮或拨杆从盒部件或盖部件的开口孔向外伸出;电池、微型开关和发光元件电连接形成闭合回路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述的盒部件的底面的圆柱状突起替换为沿边沿围合的侧壁,侧壁内部均匀分布圆筒形偶合件,盖部件的上表面的侧壁和圆筒形偶合件结构替换为均匀分布的圆柱状突起,相邻的积木块件通过圆柱状突起与圆筒形偶合件嵌装形成连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述的发光元件是带有LED灯的灯条或电子线路板,安装在盒部件内,与电池、微型开关电连接形成闭合回路。
  4. 一种透明体积木块件,包括透明的盒部件和盖部件,所述盒部件和盖部件连接后形成具有容纳空间的块件本体,所述容纳空间中设置有发光元件,所述块件本体的外部设置有可紧配插接的突起和凹陷部,以便于所述块件本体相互连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述凹陷部所在的外表面围设有外侧壁,所述外侧壁围设的内部凸设有内侧壁;
    所述凹陷部包括所述外侧壁与所述内侧壁之间的区域,以及所述内侧壁自身围设的区域。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述突起为圆柱形,所述内侧壁围设形成圆筒形偶合件,所述圆筒形偶合件的中空部形成所述凹陷部,所述圆筒形偶合件和所述外侧壁之间形成所述凹陷部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述突起呈N排设置,其中N为不小于2的自然数,所述圆筒形偶合件呈N-1排设置。
  8. 如权利要求4-7任一项所述的透明体积木块件,还包括设置在所述容纳空间中的架体,与所述发光元件连接的电池和开关;所述发光元件和所述电池均固定于所述架体,所述开关位于所述容纳空间内,且所述开关的控制端从块件 本体穿出。
  9. 如权利要求4-7任一项所述的透明体积木块件,还包括架体,
    其中,所述架体包括外框架和与外框架连接并位于外框架内侧的固定部;
    盒部件、外框架以及盖部件依次连接后形成具有所述容纳空间的所述块件本体;
    开关、发光元件和电池均设置于固定部上并且位于容纳空间内,且所述开关的控制端从所述块件本体穿出;
    开关、发光元件和电池相互连接。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述开关为拨杆式开关或按压式开关;
    所述开关为拨杆式开关时,所述拨杆式开关的拨杆从所述块件本体的侧面伸出;
    所述开关为按压式开关时,所述按压式开关的按钮从所述块件本体的底面或顶面伸出。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述发光元件为直插式LED灯或贴片式LED。
  12. 如权利要求4-7任一项所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述凹陷部设置于所述盒部件的外表面,所述突起设置于所述盖部件的外表面。
  13. 如权利要求4-7任一项所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述突起设置于所述盒部件的外表面,所述凹陷部设置于所述盖部件的外表面。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述突起所在的盒部件的表面的外边沿与所述凹陷部所在的盖部件的表面的外边沿的形状和大小一致。
  15. 如权利要求4-7任一项所述的透明体积木块件,其中,所述块件本体为四方体结构。
