Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système, un appareil et un procédé d'accès à un protocole de communication. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à encapsuler (IPv6) un message de demande de préfixe par l'intermédiaire d'un protocole de commande de port (PCP) ; à envoyer le message de demande de préfixe encapsulé (IPv6) à un serveur d'accès à large bande ; et à recevoir un message de réponse renvoyé par le serveur d'accès à large bande. Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention réalisent la distribution d'un préfixe IPv6 où un protocole d'attribution d'adresse est un protocole de découverte de voisin, et étend l'effet d'accès à IPv6 d'une passerelle domestique.
