Description

扑克机及其进牌装置、出牌机构 技术领域
本发明属于扑克机技术领域,尤其涉及一种扑克机及其进牌装置、出牌机构。
背景技术
扑克牌是人们喜爱的一种娱乐项目,玩完一局牌之后需要玩家自己理牌、洗牌和发牌。为了节省发牌的时间,人们发明了自动发牌机来进行发牌,例如公开号为CN201164714Y的专利文献中公开了一种扑克牌四口发牌机,具有洗牌腔,洗牌腔中央安装由洗牌电机驱动的洗牌差速器,其四周均匀分布四根连接至发牌机构的输送带,该输送带由输送电机驱动,每根输送带一侧安装理牌轮,另一侧安装与理牌轮相配合的挡块,所述理牌轮上安装螺旋形拨杆,发牌机构的输出端安装计数光眼。该发牌机在使用时,将杂乱的牌正面朝下的放入洗牌腔中,通过洗牌差速器、理牌轮、发牌机构后从四个出牌口发出。该发牌机虽然基本上完成了洗牌和发牌的动作,但是仍然无法避免需要玩家自己收拢、整理、翻转正反面朝向不同的扑克牌,导致游戏中劳动强度大,等待时间较长。
公开号为CN102580307A的专利文献中公开了一种全自动扑克机,其包括安装底板以及设置于安装底板底部的复数条支撑腿;在安装底板上设置有平行于桌面开启方式的用于放入扑克牌的进牌口,设置于进牌口一端的用于将杂乱扑克牌初次分离的洗牌及初次分牌设备,设置于洗牌及初次分牌设备另一端的用于将扑克牌调整相同方向的并分离成单张的顺牌及二次分牌设备;设置于顺牌及二次分牌设备另一端的用于将单张正反面不一的扑克调成同向并按照规定发牌的翻牌及发牌设备;设置于翻牌及发牌设备另一端的用于发好扑克牌移动的推牌设备;设置于推牌设备一侧的将扑克牌升上桌面的升牌设备。其中,洗牌及初次分牌设备通过进牌皮带和分牌皮带的不同转速实现初次分牌(将扑克牌分离成少数几张),顺牌及二次分牌设备通过二次分牌皮带运送扑克牌并通过两侧的顺牌皮带和辅助顺牌皮带实现顺牌(将扑克牌调整到相同方向,即理牌),翻牌设备通过翻牌板和下凹设计的三个翻牌皮带配合实现翻牌(将扑克牌翻转到需要的面),发牌设备通过发牌皮带和发牌杆配合实现随机发牌(即洗牌发牌),发出的扑克牌直接落在推牌面板上再由推牌杆推至升牌面板上,由升牌设备将扑克牌升上牌桌桌面。
虽然,上述扑克机基本实现了扑克牌的理牌、洗牌和发牌等动作,但是,受其结构限制存在下述问题:
1、采用输送皮带输送扑克牌,输送皮带与周边壁之间不可避免存在的缝隙容易嵌入扑克牌,这样会造成扑克牌损伤缺失或者设备故障;
2、采用扑克牌平放在输送皮带上、在水平面内拨动扑克牌调整朝向的水平理牌方式,容易导致扑克牌浮起、卡死在两侧顺牌皮带之间甚至嵌入皮带间隙,并且输送皮带的输送速度、长度都有较高的要求,导致理牌效率较低;
3、采用翻牌板和三个翻牌皮带配合实现翻牌,存在翻牌不稳定、翻牌效率低的缺点,并且同样存在扑克牌卡入皮带间隙的缺点;
4、采用发牌皮带和直线排列多个发牌口,存在发牌不稳定、发牌效率低的缺点,并且多个牌位的扑克牌升起在同一个位置,玩家取牌不方便,也存在作弊可能性。
为此,公开号为CN103055499A的专利文献公开了一种全自动扑克机,包括:一用于放入扑克牌的进牌框,进牌框底部设有输送扑克牌的送牌机构;一用于竖立放置扑克牌的理牌槽,理牌槽内设有至少两个 能够产生相对移动从而能够拨动扑克牌使其以长度边竖立的方式移出理牌槽的理牌部件;一用于将从所述进牌框中送出的扑克牌竖立放置在理牌槽内的竖牌移送装置;一用于翻转扑克牌正反面的翻牌装置,翻牌装置安装在理牌槽的出口侧;一安装在翻牌装置后面用于将扑克牌随机发送到多个接牌盒的发牌装置;多个用于分别将各接牌盒内的扑克牌升上桌面的升牌装置。该扑克机使用普通扑克牌,采用竖直理牌方式,极大提高了理牌准确性和效率。但是,该扑克机零部件装置较多,制造成本高,并且对于较多数玩扑克牌的游戏者来说,将大量的扑克牌不分正反面的整理成一摞并不占用多少时间,或者已经成为部分游戏者的习惯,因此,开发一种结构相对简单、能够进行翻牌、发牌的扑克机势在必行。
现有技术中,如公开号为CN2801230Y、CN203303617U等专利文献所公开的发牌机构,采用发牌限制板限制发牌仓的出牌口的出牌高度,或者通过设置上下对滚的上下辊轮间距来限制发牌仓的出牌口的出牌高度,通过这样的结构限制通过发牌仓的出牌口的扑克牌数量,这样的结构当多张扑克牌进入发牌仓的出牌口时非常容易卡死,因而对使用的扑克牌要求非常高,发牌仓的出牌口大小调试也要求与扑克牌厚度完全一致,在使用时也容易因为扑克牌之间的静电或粘力导致多张扑克牌无法分离卡死在发牌仓的出牌口。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种扑克机及其进牌装置、出牌机构,该出牌机构能够从放牌仓内的一摞扑克牌中一张一张的送出扑克牌,并且结构合理、调试方便、可靠性好、稳定性高。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种扑克机的出牌机构,包括进牌压板A(203)、进牌辊A(210)、进牌压板B(204)和进牌辊B(211),进牌辊A(210)和进牌辊B(211)沿扑克牌进牌方向先后设置在进牌框(201)上,进牌辊A(210)和进牌辊B(211)彼此平行并与送牌电机(209)传动连接;进牌压板A(203)固定在进牌框(201)上,进牌压板A(203)与进牌辊A(210)上下对应设置并在两者之间供扑克牌通行,进牌压板A(203)底部设有压板凸条(2031),压板凸条(2031)与进牌辊A(210)的轴线错开一水平距离d并且压板凸条(2031)比进牌辊A(210)的轴线更靠近放牌仓(2011),压板凸条(2031)低于进牌辊A(210)的顶部并且压板凸条(2031)和进牌辊A(210)之间形成供扑克牌通行的间隙;进牌压板B(204)固定在进牌框(201)上,进牌压板B(204)与进牌辊B(211)上下对应设置并且两者之间留有供扑克牌通行的间隙,进牌辊B(211)上设有若干条环形凸起(2111),进牌压板B(204)上设有与环形凸起(2111)相对应的凹槽A(2041)。
作为优选,所述进牌压板A(203)在压板凸条(2031)靠近进牌方向一侧形成有斜面或弧面,进牌压板B(204)在靠近进牌方向一侧形成有斜面或弧面,在进牌压板A(203)和进牌压板B(204)之间设有供扑克牌一端翘起的空间,在压板凸条之后形成有向上的斜面或弧面。
作为优选,所述进牌辊B(211)上的环形凸起(2111)突入进牌压板B(204)上相对应的凹槽A(2041)内。
作为优选,所述压板凸条(2031)的横截面呈V形。
作为优选,沿扑克牌进牌方向在进牌辊B(211)之后设置有出牌辊轮(207),出牌辊轮(207)与进牌辊B(211)平行安装在进牌框(201)上并与送牌电机(209)传动连接,进牌框(201)上活动安装一出牌压板(205),出牌压板(205)上安装出牌压辊(206),出牌压辊(206)通过弹性机构赋予其压着出牌辊轮(207)的趋势,出牌压辊(206)与出牌辊轮(207)上下对应转动设置并且两者之间夹持扑克牌从而将单张扑克牌从进牌装置的出牌口送出。
进一步优选,所述出牌压板(205)通过转轴与进牌框(201)铰接并通过扭簧使得出牌压辊(206)压在出牌辊轮(207)上。
进一步优选,所述进牌框(201)的底部壁从放牌仓延伸至进牌辊B(211),进牌辊B(211)和出牌辊轮(207)之间留出供扑克牌的纸质碎屑排出的空间。
进一步优选,所述送牌机构包括多个输送轮(202),进牌框(201)的底面开有多个用于设置输送轮(202)的开口,输送轮(202)凸出所述开口的部分构成有效输送面,输送轮(202)与送牌电机(209)传动连接。
进一步优选,放牌仓(2011)的长度大于扑克牌的长度并小于两倍扑克牌的长度,放牌仓(2011)的宽度大于扑克牌的宽度并小于两倍扑克牌的宽度;并且,进牌框(201)的四周侧壁上设置相应的斜面或者弧面以使得放牌仓(2011)从上往下逐渐缩小;出牌口的大小与扑克牌的宽度或者长度相适应,进牌框(201)靠近出牌口位置的侧壁通过斜面或者弧面过渡至出牌口以将输送的扑克牌逐渐归拢至出牌口。
一种扑克机的进牌装置,包括用于放入扑克牌的进牌框(201),进牌框(201)的出牌口设置如上所述的出牌机构。
一种扑克机,包括如上所述的进牌装置。
本发明由于采用了以上的技术方案,在压板凸条和进牌压板A之间的间隙限制了只能是少数张扑克牌进入,并且通过压板凸条和进牌压板A的前后错位和上下重叠设计,这样,当压板凸条和进牌辊A之间的间隙进入多张扑克牌时,扑克牌的进入端会产生翘起使得上下两张扑克牌产生移位从而避免了上下两张扑克牌静电粘合无法分离,因为压板凸条是静止不动并且与上面的扑克牌的压触面积较小,这样压板凸条与扑克牌之间的静摩擦力远大于上下两张扑克牌之间的摩擦力,而且扑克牌的输送动力来源于进牌辊A,是施加于下面的扑克牌上的,所以,下面的扑克牌被输送继续向前移动,上面的扑克牌被暂时滞留,上下两张扑克牌产生分离。虽然压板凸条和进牌辊A已经将上下叠合的两张扑克牌进行了分离,但是仍难免存在有两张扑克牌先后进入到进牌压板B和进牌辊B之间,本发明通过进牌压板B和进牌辊B上的凹凸错位结构配合使得上下两张扑克牌产生变形从而避免了上下两张扑克牌静电粘合无法分离,并且因为进牌压板B是静止不动并且其凹凸结构与上面的扑克牌的压触面积较小,这样进牌压板B与扑克牌之间的静摩擦力远大于上下两张扑克牌之间的摩擦力,而且扑克牌的输送动力来源于进牌辊B,是施加于下面的扑克牌上的,所以,下面的扑克牌被输送继续向前移动,上面的扑克牌被暂时滞留,仅有下面的一张扑克牌被从进牌压板B和进牌辊B之间送出。结构合理、调试方便、可靠性好、稳定性高。
下面对自动扑克机的具体结构设置进行进一步说明如下:
如图1、图2所示的一种自动扑克机,包括:进牌装置2、翻牌装置3、发牌装置4和升牌装置5,这些装置都安装在机架台面1上。
所述进牌装置,如图3、图4、图5所示,包括用于放入扑克牌的进牌框201,进牌框201底部设有输送扑克牌的送牌机构。所述进牌框201上安装有进牌舱门200。进牌舱门的安装结构参见公开号为CN103157272B的专利文献公开的一种用于扑克机进牌框的盖板装置。所述送牌机构为排列的多个输送轮202,进牌框201的底面开有多个用于设置输送轮202的开口,输送轮202凸出其开口的部分构成有效输送面,输送轮202与送牌电机209传动连接,其中,相邻两个输送轮202的有效输送面的间距小于扑克牌的宽度,靠近进牌框201侧壁的输送轮202的有效输送面与进牌框201侧壁的距离小于扑克牌的宽度,所 述的多个开口的长度和宽度均小于扑克牌的宽度。所述进牌框201内设有用于检测是否有扑克牌的检测元件。相邻两个检测元件的间距小于扑克牌的宽度,靠近进牌框201侧壁的检测元件与进牌框201侧壁的距离小于扑克牌的宽度。进牌框内的扑克牌的输送前进方向可以沿扑克牌的宽度方向,但是优选沿扑克牌的长度方向,本实施例中,送牌机构沿扑克牌的长度方向输送扑克牌。
所述进牌框201的放牌仓2011适于放入一摞基本叠好的扑克牌。为了避免游戏者混乱放入扑克牌造成机器故障,放牌仓2011的长度大于扑克牌的长度并小于两倍扑克牌的长度,放牌仓2011的宽度大于扑克牌的宽度并小于两倍扑克牌的宽度;并且,进牌框201的四周侧壁上设置相应的斜面或者弧面以使得放牌仓2011从上往下逐渐缩小,即使放入的不够整齐的扑克牌也能够在进牌框的底部逐渐归拢。所述进牌框201的出牌口设置在进牌框的底部一侧,所述进牌框201的出牌口设置用于送出少数张扑克牌的出牌机构,出牌口的大小应与扑克牌的宽度相适应(如是沿扑克牌的宽度方向输送扑克牌,则出牌口的大小应与扑克牌的宽度相适应)。尺寸较大的放牌仓2011靠近出牌口位置的侧壁通过斜面或者弧面过渡至尺寸较小的出牌口以将输送的扑克牌逐渐归拢至出牌口。
如图5、图6、图7、图8所示,所述出牌机构包括进牌压板A203、进牌辊A210、进牌压板B204、进牌辊B211、出牌压板205、出牌压辊206和出牌辊轮207,进牌辊A210、进牌辊B211和出牌辊轮207平行设置在进牌框201上并通过齿轮组208与送牌电机209传动连接;进牌压板A203固定在进牌框201上,进牌压板A203与进牌辊A210上下对应设置并在两者之间供扑克牌通行,进牌压板A203底部设有压板凸条2031,压板凸条2031与进牌辊A210的轴线错开一水平距离d并且压板凸条2031比进牌辊A210的轴线更靠近放牌仓2011,压板凸条2031低于进牌辊A210的顶部并且压板凸条2031和进牌辊A210之间形成供扑克牌通行的间隙;进牌压板B204固定在进牌框201上,进牌压板B204与进牌辊B211上下对应设置并且两者之间留有供扑克牌通行的间隙,进牌辊B211上设有若干条环形凸起2111,进牌压板B204上设有与环形凸起2111相对应的凹槽A2041,其中,如图9所示,进牌辊B211上的环形凸起2111突入进牌压板B204上相对应的凹槽A2041内;出牌压板205活动安装在进牌框201上并通过弹性机构赋予其下压趋势,出牌压板205上安装出牌压辊206,出牌压辊206与出牌辊轮207上下对应转动设置并且两者之间夹持扑克牌从而将单张扑克牌从进牌装置的出牌口送出。
本实施例中,出牌压板205通过转轴与进牌框201铰接并通过扭簧赋予下压趋势(使得出牌压辊206压在出牌辊轮207上);进牌辊B211上设有两条环形凸起2111,进牌压板B204上设有与环形凸起2111相对应的两条凹槽A2041;进牌框201的底部壁从放牌仓延伸至进牌辊B211,进牌辊B211和出牌辊轮207之间留出供扑克牌的纸质碎屑排出的空间,避免纸质碎屑造成运动部件故障或传感器故障。
现有技术中,如公开号为CN2801230Y、CN203303617U等专利文献所公开的发牌机构,采用发牌限制板限制发牌仓的出牌口的出牌高度,或者通过设置上下对滚的上下辊轮间距来限制发牌仓的出牌口的出牌高度,通过这样的结构限制通过发牌仓的出牌口的扑克牌数量,这样的结构当多张扑克牌进入发牌仓的出牌口时非常容易卡死,因而对使用的扑克牌要求非常高,发牌仓的出牌口大小调试也要求与扑克牌厚度完全一致,在使用时也容易因为扑克牌之间的静电或粘力导致多张扑克牌无法分离卡死在发牌仓的出牌口。

在本发明的出牌机构的其他实施方式中,还可以将其中的进牌压板A203与进牌辊A210的上下位置进行互换,或者进牌压板B204与进牌辊B211的上下位置进行互换,或者出牌压板205及出牌压辊206与出牌辊轮207的上下位置进行互换,再或者将进牌辊B211和进牌压板B204上的凹凸结构进行凹凸互换或变形,均可实现上述多张扑克牌的有效分离,都是应用本发明上述扑克牌分离原理的具体实施方式之一。所述的进牌压板A203、进牌辊A210、进牌压板B204、进牌辊B211、出牌压板205、出牌压辊206和出牌辊轮207这几个部件,每个部件可以是一个一体成型部件,也可以是一个由多个零件组成实现同样功能的组合型部件,例如,进牌压板B204可以是一个具有凹凸结构的一体成型部件,进牌压板B204也可以是由一个具有凹凸环的辊式零件固定在一个压板零件上组成,在另一个实施方式中,该具有凹凸环的辊式零件以转动阻力极大的方式安装在压板零件上(即辊式零件可以相对于压板零件转动,但是转动困难阻力大)。
作为优选,进牌压板A203在压板凸条2031靠近进牌方向一侧形成有斜面或弧面,这样多张扑克牌通过阻挡区分后仅有少数张扑克牌进入压板凸条2031和进牌辊A210之间,减轻了出牌机构的扑克牌分离压力。同样的,进牌压板B204在靠近进牌方向一侧形成有斜面或弧面,这样当两三张扑克牌经过压板凸条2031和进牌辊A210后向上翘起的扑克牌可以进一步方便上下两张扑克牌的上下移位,使得经过阻挡仅有一两张扑克牌进入进牌压板B204与进牌辊B211之间,同样可以减轻出牌机构的扑克牌分离压力、避免扑克牌卡死。此外,在进牌压板A203和进牌压板B204之间设有供扑克牌一端翘起的空间,即在压板凸条之后形成有向上的斜面或弧面,这样使得经过压板凸条2031和进牌辊A210的多张扑克牌能够充分翘起彻底分离。
作为优选,压板凸条2031的横截面呈V形,这样具有更好的压牌分离效果。
如图10、图11、图12、图13所示,所述翻牌装置,包括与翻牌座301转动连接的翻牌盒308,翻牌盒308具有能够放置扑克牌并供扑克牌移动进出的前后贯通空隙,翻牌盒308的前端设有入牌口,翻牌盒308的后端设有出牌口,翻牌座301在翻牌盒308出牌口外面安装有发牌机构,翻牌盒308与安装在翻牌座301上的翻牌电机302传动连接,翻牌盒308内设有识别扑克牌正反面的识别元件和检测扑克牌位置的检测元件。所述翻牌盒308的入牌口和出牌口的中心均位于其转动轴线上。所述入牌口设有便于扑克牌进 入的坡面。如图12、13所示,所述翻牌座301上沿同一圆周安装有三个定位轮309,其中一个定位轮309与翻牌电机302传动连接,所述翻牌盒308上固定有转盘3081,该转盘3081悬空安装在三个定位轮309中间并与三个定位轮309齿轮传动接触(本实施例)或者滚动摩擦接触,在其他实施方式中,翻牌盒308还可以通过一个大轴承以能够转动的方式安装在翻牌座301上,翻牌盒308上的转盘再和翻牌电机302通过齿轮或摩擦轮传动连接。
翻牌盒308上的推送牌结构可以采用公开号为CN103041579A的专利文献中公开的推牌摇臂形式的推牌机构,也可以采用公开号为CN103083896A的专利文献中公开的送牌轮结构,本实施例采用后者,如图12、图13所示,在翻牌盒308的两侧都开一个与内部相通的宽缝隙,使两侧的送牌轮310都通过宽缝隙可以伸到翻牌盒308内部,两个送牌轮之间留有至少一张扑克牌厚度的间隙,两个送牌轮都能够伸入翻牌盒内,翻牌座301上设置有两套传动机构,两套传动机构分别对应翻牌盒308两侧的送牌轮,翻牌座301上固定有发牌电机303,翻牌盒308翻转后,一侧送牌轮压入翻牌盒308内,发牌电机303通过传动机构驱动一侧送牌轮转动将扑克牌送出。
所述翻牌盒308内设有识别扑克牌正反面的识别元件,所述翻牌盒308内设有多个检测扑克牌位置的检测元件。所述识别元件为摄像头,摄像头与图像识别模块连接。这样,通过对扑克牌进入翻牌盒308内的不同位置时分别进行拍照,从而获取扑克牌同一面不同位置的照片信息,利用扑克牌背面图案为单元图案四方连续各位置重合度高的规律,根据这些照片的图形重合程度确定是扑克牌的正面还是反面。
翻牌盒的进一步设置以及具体翻牌过程可参考公开号为CN103083896A的专利文献以及本发明人的相关专利申请。
如图10、图11所示,翻牌座301在翻牌盒308出牌口外面设置有发牌机构,该发牌机构包括安装在翻牌盒308出牌口外面的发牌支架313,发牌支架313的一端固定在翻牌座301上,发牌支架313上安装一发牌压板306,发牌压板306的一端与发牌支架313铰接,发牌压板306的另一端安装压牌件305,发牌支架313和发牌压板306之间形成供扑克牌通过的通道,一与压牌件305上下对应设置的发牌辊304安装在翻牌座301或发牌支架313上并与发牌电机303传动连接,发牌压板306通过弹性机构赋予压牌件305靠近发牌辊304的趋势。在本实施例中,所述弹性机构是指套设在发牌压板306的铰接轴上的扭簧,扭簧的一端与发牌支架或翻牌座相抵,扭簧的另一端与发牌压板306相抵。发牌机构和翻牌盒中的送牌轮310共用一个发牌电机303。
虽然在进牌装置中已经将上下叠合的两张扑克牌进行了分离,但是在概率极小的情况下仍旧存在同时有两张扑克牌进入到翻牌盒内的可能性,因此在本实施例中,如图15、图16所示,发牌辊304与压牌件305上下对应设置并且两者之间留有供扑克牌通行的间隙,发牌辊304上设有若干条环形凹槽3043,压牌件305上设有与环形凹槽3043相对应的凸起3053,如图14所示,压牌件305上的凸起3053突入发牌辊304上的环形凹槽3043内。所述压牌件305固定在发牌压板306上,或者与发牌压板306一体成型,或者以转动阻力极大的方式安装在发牌压板上,使得压牌件305无法与发牌辊304同步转动。这样,本发明通过发牌辊304与压牌件305上的凹凸结构配合使得上下两张扑克牌产生变形从而避免了上下两张扑克牌静电粘合无法分离,并且因为压牌件305无法与发牌辊304同步转动并且其凹凸结构与扑克牌的压触面积较小,这样压牌件与扑克牌之间的静摩擦力远大于上下两张扑克牌之间的摩擦力,而且扑克牌的输送动力来自发牌辊,所以,与发牌辊接触的扑克牌被输送继续向前移动,与压牌件接触的扑克牌被暂时滞留,仅有 一张扑克牌被从发牌辊304和压牌件305之间送出。
在本实施例中,压牌件305是一个固定在发牌压板上的辊,所述凸起3053呈环形设置在该辊的圆周面上,这样不仅方便加工制造,而且也利于纸质碎屑沿环形凸起两侧排出。在另外的实施方式中,压牌件可以和发牌压板一体成型,在与发牌辊对应的压牌件位置设置相应的凹凸结构。在本发明的其他实施方式中,发牌支架也可以与翻牌座一体成型。
为了避免压牌件以很大的压力压着在发牌辊上造成扑克牌损伤和机器故障,设置有一用于限制压牌件活动范围的压牌限位机构,该压牌限位机构可以是设置在翻牌座或发牌支架上的腰形孔结构或上下限位挡结构,压牌件的两端受到腰形孔结构或上下限位挡结构限制,而本实施例中,如图13、图14所示,该压牌限位机构包括安装在发牌辊304两端的滚轮3042和安装在压牌件305两端的轴承3052,发牌辊的滚轮3042安装在发牌辊的辊轴3041两端,轴承3052安装在压牌件305两端的轴3051上,发牌辊的滚轮3042与压牌件的轴承3052相抵滚动接触,这样通过轴承和滚轮的相抵配合,不仅可以限制压牌件和发牌辊之间的最小间隙,而且具有非常高的配合精度和运转精度。弹性机构施加在压牌件上的作用力可以较大以更精确地控制压牌件和发牌辊之间的间隙,为了避免压牌件在多张扑克牌挤入压牌件和发牌辊之间造成压牌件退回过度,在翻牌座或发牌支架上设置有限制压牌件305或发牌压板306回退的限位杆314以用于限制压牌件和发牌辊之间最大间隙。
翻牌座301在发牌机构外面安装有发牌罩3011,发牌罩3011限制了从发牌机构送出的扑克牌的飞行范围从而避免扑克牌无法落入接牌盒内,发牌罩3011上设置有用于检测是否有扑克牌送出的检测元件3012。
扑克牌在扑克机运行过程中以及在游戏者游戏过程中,都会产生大量静电,静电是导致上下多张扑克牌产生较大粘合力而无法分离处理的原因,同时静电还会导致传感器等零部件受污染和失效,而在扑克牌从发牌机构送出飞行过程中,带有静电的扑克牌往往会因电场力而产生漂移,无法落入接牌盒内,为此,在本实施例中,压牌件305优选采用导电金属材料制成,并将压牌件305接地以消除扑克牌上的静电。
所述发牌装置,如图1、图2所示,包括安装在翻牌盒308出牌口外面的发牌机构,用于接收发牌机构发出的扑克牌的多个接牌盒401沿同一圆周分布并沿该圆周移动。所述发牌机构位于接牌盒401的转动圆周内,发牌机构的出牌方向与接牌盒401的转动圆周的径向一致。所述的多个接牌盒401固定在一个转动环403上,该转动环403与分牌电机402传动连接。
所述机架台面1上沿同一圆周安装有三个定位轮405,所述转动环403悬空安装在三个定位轮405中间并与三个定位轮405滚动摩擦接触。所述转动环403设有圆周内齿,转动环403与分牌电机402齿轮传动连接。转动环上设有用于定位和识别接牌盒401的磁钢407和挡片404,机架台面上设有相应的磁钢检测元件408和挡片检测元件406,控制模块控制分牌电机随机分配扑克牌至各接牌盒,控制模块记录各接牌盒的接牌数量,最终完成随机发牌过程。
接牌盒的进一步设置以及具体发牌过程可参见公开号为CN103083896A的专利文献以及本发明人的相关专利申请。
所述的升牌装置5和升牌过程参见公开号为CN103055500A、CN103170131A的专利文献以及本发明人的相关专利申请。
如图1、图2所示的扑克机,包括安装在机架台面1上的进牌装置2、翻牌装置3、发牌装置4和升牌 装置5;发牌装置4中的多个接牌盒401沿同一圆周分布,翻牌盒呈水平状态设置并能够翻转180°,用于放入叠成一摞的扑克牌的进牌装置2的进牌框201、用于从进牌框201的出牌口分离出一张扑克牌并送至翻牌盒308的入牌口的出牌机构、用于识别扑克牌并将扑克牌根据需要翻面的翻牌盒308和用于将扑克牌从翻牌盒308发出至接牌盒401的发牌机构依次直线排列在所述的多个接牌盒401分布的圆周的直径上,多个升牌装置5与多个接牌盒401一一对应设置。这样布局不仅可以保证各装置之间的可靠配合和连续性,而且紧凑合理、空间利用率高。
本实施例扑克机的扑克牌整理方法如下:
步骤1),进牌仓门打开,将整理成一摞的扑克牌放入进牌框的放牌仓内,进牌仓门关闭;
步骤2),进牌装置中的出牌机构从放牌仓底部的出牌口分离出一张扑克牌并送至翻牌装置中;;
步骤3)扑克牌进入翻牌装置的翻牌盒内,翻牌装置识别扑克牌的正反面并根据需要对扑克牌进行翻面;
步骤4)从翻牌装置出来的扑克牌通过发牌装置随机发送到多个接牌盒中的一个;
步骤5)放牌仓内的扑克牌全部分发到多个接牌盒后,升牌装置将接牌盒中的扑克牌升上桌面。

如图1、图2所示的一种自动扑克机,包括:进牌装置2、翻牌装置3、发牌装置4和升牌装置5,这些装置都安装在机架台面1上。
所述进牌装置,如图3、图4、图5所示,包括用于放入扑克牌的进牌框201,进牌框201底部设有输送扑克牌的送牌机构。所述进牌框201上安装有进牌舱门200。进牌舱门的安装结构参见公开号为CN103157272B的专利文献公开的一种用于扑克机进牌框的盖板装置。所述送牌机构为排列的多个输送轮202,进牌框201的底面开有多个用于设置输送轮202的开口,输送轮202凸出其开口的部分构成有效输送面,输送轮202与送牌电机209传动连接,其中,相邻两个输送轮202的有效输送面的间距小于扑克牌的宽度,靠近进牌框201侧壁的输送轮202的有效输送面与进牌框201侧壁的距离小于扑克牌的宽度,所述的多个开口的长度和宽度均小于扑克牌的宽度。所述进牌框201内设有用于检测是否有扑克牌的检测元件。相邻两个检测元件的间距小于扑克牌的宽度,靠近进牌框201侧壁的检测元件与进牌框201侧壁的距离小于扑克牌的宽度。进牌框内的扑克牌的输送前进方向可以沿扑克牌的宽度方向,但是优选沿扑克牌的长度方向,本实施例中,送牌机构沿扑克牌的长度方向输送扑克牌。
所述进牌框201的放牌仓2011适于放入一摞基本叠好的扑克牌。为了避免游戏者混乱放入扑克牌造成机器故障,放牌仓2011的长度大于扑克牌的长度并小于两倍扑克牌的长度,放牌仓2011的宽度大于扑克牌的宽度并小于两倍扑克牌的宽度;并且,进牌框201的四周侧壁上设置相应的斜面或者弧面以使得放牌仓2011从上往下逐渐缩小,即使放入的不够整齐的扑克牌也能够在进牌框的底部逐渐归拢。所述进牌框201的出牌口设置在进牌框的底部一侧,所述进牌框201的出牌口设置用于送出少数张扑克牌的出牌机构,出牌口的大小应与扑克牌的宽度相适应(如是沿扑克牌的宽度方向输送扑克牌,则出牌口的大小应与扑克牌的宽度相适应)。尺寸较大的放牌仓2011靠近出牌口位置的侧壁通过斜面或者弧面过渡至尺寸较小的出牌口以将输送的扑克牌逐渐归拢至出牌口。
如图5、图6、图7、图8所示,所述出牌机构包括进牌压板A203、进牌辊A210、进牌压板B204、进牌辊B211、出牌压板205、出牌压辊206和出牌辊轮207,进牌辊A210、进牌辊B211和出牌辊轮207平行设置在进牌框201上并通过齿轮组208与送牌电机209传动连接;进牌压板A203固定在进牌框201上, 进牌压板A203与进牌辊A210上下对应设置并在两者之间供扑克牌通行,进牌压板A203底部设有压板凸条2031,压板凸条2031与进牌辊A210的轴线错开一水平距离d并且压板凸条2031比进牌辊A210的轴线更靠近放牌仓2011,压板凸条2031低于进牌辊A210的顶部并且压板凸条2031和进牌辊A210之间形成供扑克牌通行的间隙;进牌压板B204固定在进牌框201上,进牌压板B204与进牌辊B211上下对应设置并且两者之间留有供扑克牌通行的间隙,进牌辊B211上设有若干条环形凸起2111,进牌压板B204上设有与环形凸起2111相对应的凹槽A2041,其中,如图9所示,进牌辊B211上的环形凸起2111突入进牌压板B204上相对应的凹槽A2041内;出牌压板205活动安装在进牌框201上并通过弹性机构赋予其下压趋势,出牌压板205上安装出牌压辊206,出牌压辊206与出牌辊轮207上下对应转动设置并且两者之间夹持扑克牌从而将单张扑克牌从进牌装置的出牌口送出。送牌机构和出牌机构共用一个送牌电机。
本实施例中,出牌压板205通过转轴与进牌框201铰接并通过扭簧赋予下压趋势(使得出牌压辊206压在出牌辊轮207上);进牌辊B211上设有两条环形凸起2111,进牌压板B204上设有与环形凸起2111相对应的两条凹槽A2041;进牌框201的底部壁从放牌仓延伸至进牌辊B211,进牌辊B211和出牌辊轮207之间留出供扑克牌的纸质碎屑排出的空间,避免纸质碎屑造成运动部件故障或传感器故障。
现有技术中,如公开号为CN2801230Y、CN203303617U等专利文献所公开的发牌机构,采用发牌限制板限制发牌仓的出牌口的出牌高度,或者通过设置上下对滚的上下辊轮间距来限制发牌仓的出牌口的出牌高度,通过这样的结构限制通过发牌仓的出牌口的扑克牌数量,这样的结构当多张扑克牌进入发牌仓的出牌口时非常容易卡死,因而对使用的扑克牌要求非常高,发牌仓的出牌口大小调试也要求与扑克牌厚度完全一致,在使用时也容易因为扑克牌之间的静电或粘力导致多张扑克牌无法分离卡死在发牌仓的出牌口。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明在压板凸条2031和进牌压板A203之间的间隙限制了只能是少数张扑克牌(本实施例最多三张)进入,并且通过压板凸条2031和进牌压板A203的前后错位和上下重叠设计(压板凸条2031与进牌辊A210的轴线错开一水平距离d并且压板凸条2031比进牌辊A210的轴线更靠近放牌仓2011,压板凸条2031低于进牌辊A210的顶部),这样,当压板凸条2031和进牌辊A210之间的间隙进入多张扑克牌时,扑克牌的进入端会产生翘起使得上下两张扑克牌产生移位从而避免了上下两张扑克牌静电粘合无法分离,因为压板凸条是静止不动并且与上面的扑克牌的压触面积较小,这样压板凸条与上面的扑克牌之间的静摩擦力远大于上下两张扑克牌之间的摩擦力,而且扑克牌的输送动力来源于进牌辊A210,是施加于下面的扑克牌上的,所以,下面的扑克牌被输送继续向前移动,上面的扑克牌被暂时滞留,上下两张扑克牌产生分离。虽然压板凸条2031和进牌辊A210已经将上下叠合的两张扑克牌进行了分离,但是仍难免存在有两张扑克牌先后进入到进牌压板B204和进牌辊B211之间,本发明通过进牌压板B204和进牌辊B211上的凹凸错位结构配合使得上下两张扑克牌产生变形从而避免了上下两张扑克牌静电粘合无法分离,并且因为进牌压板B是静止不动并且其凹凸结构与上面的扑克牌的压触面积较小,这样进牌压板B与上面的扑克牌之间的静摩擦力远大于上下两张扑克牌之间的摩擦力,而且扑克牌的输送动力来源于进牌辊B,是施加于下面的扑克牌上的,所以,下面的扑克牌被输送继续向前移动,上面的扑克牌被暂时滞留,仅有下面的一张扑克牌被从进牌压板B204和进牌辊B211之间送出;送出的扑克牌被出牌压辊206与出牌辊轮207夹持送出至翻牌装置。
在本发明的出牌机构的其他实施方式中,还可以将其中的进牌压板A203与进牌辊A210的上下位置进行互换,或者进牌压板B204与进牌辊B211的上下位置进行互换,或者出牌压板205及出牌压辊206与出 牌辊轮207的上下位置进行互换,再或者将进牌辊B211和进牌压板B204上的凹凸结构进行凹凸互换或变形,均可实现上述多张扑克牌的有效分离,都是应用本发明上述扑克牌分离原理的具体实施方式之一。所述的进牌压板A203、进牌辊A210、进牌压板B204、进牌辊B211、出牌压板205、出牌压辊206和出牌辊轮207这几个部件,每个部件可以是一个一体成型部件,也可以是一个由多个零件组成实现同样功能的组合型部件,例如,进牌压板B204可以是一个具有凹凸结构的一体成型部件,进牌压板B204也可以是由一个具有凹凸环的辊式零件固定在一个压板零件上组成,在另一个实施方式中,该具有凹凸环的辊式零件以转动阻力极大的方式安装在压板零件上(即辊式零件可以相对于压板零件转动,但是转动困难阻力大)。
作为优选,进牌压板A203在压板凸条2031靠近进牌方向一侧形成有斜面或弧面,这样多张扑克牌通过阻挡区分后仅有少数张扑克牌进入压板凸条2031和进牌辊A210之间,减轻了出牌机构的扑克牌分离压力。同样的,进牌压板B204在靠近进牌方向一侧形成有斜面或弧面,这样当两三张扑克牌经过压板凸条2031和进牌辊A210后向上翘起的扑克牌可以进一步方便上下两张扑克牌的上下移位,使得经过阻挡仅有一两张扑克牌进入进牌压板B204与进牌辊B211之间,同样可以减轻出牌机构的扑克牌分离压力、避免扑克牌卡死。此外,在进牌压板A203和进牌压板B204之间设有供扑克牌一端翘起的空间,即在压板凸条之后形成有向上的斜面或弧面,这样使得经过压板凸条2031和进牌辊A210的多张扑克牌能够充分翘起彻底分离。
作为优选,压板凸条2031的横截面呈V形,这样具有更好的压牌分离效果。

翻牌盒的进一步设置以及具体翻牌过程可参考公开号为CN103083896A的专利文献以及本发明人的相关专利申请。
如图10、图11所示,翻牌座301在翻牌盒308出牌口外面设置有发牌机构,该发牌机构包括安装在翻牌盒308出牌口外面的发牌支架313,发牌支架313的一端固定在翻牌座301上,发牌支架313上安装一发牌压板306,发牌压板306的一端与发牌支架313铰接,发牌压板306的另一端安装压牌件305,发牌支架313和发牌压板306之间形成供扑克牌通过的通道,一与压牌件305上下对应设置的发牌辊304安装在翻牌座301或发牌支架313上并与发牌电机303传动连接,发牌压板306通过弹性机构赋予压牌件305靠近发牌辊304的趋势。在本实施例中,所述弹性机构是指套设在发牌压板306的铰接轴上的扭簧,扭簧的一端与发牌支架或翻牌座相抵,扭簧的另一端与发牌压板306相抵。
虽然在进牌装置中已经将上下叠合的两张扑克牌进行了分离,但是在概率极小的情况下仍旧存在同时有两张扑克牌进入到翻牌盒内的可能性,因此在本实施例中,如图15、图16所示,发牌辊304与压牌件305上下对应设置并且两者之间留有供扑克牌通行的间隙,发牌辊304上设有若干条环形凹槽3043,压牌件305上设有与环形凹槽3043相对应的凸起3053,如图14所示,压牌件305上的凸起3053突入发牌辊304上的环形凹槽3043内。所述压牌件305固定在发牌压板306上,或者与发牌压板306一体成型,或者以转动阻力极大的方式安装在发牌压板上,使得压牌件305无法与发牌辊304同步转动。这样,本发明通过发牌辊304与压牌件305上的凹凸结构配合使得上下两张扑克牌产生变形从而避免了上下两张扑克牌静电粘合无法分离,并且因为压牌件305无法与发牌辊304同步转动并且其凹凸结构与扑克牌的压触面积较小,这样压牌件与扑克牌之间的静摩擦力远大于上下两张扑克牌之间的摩擦力,而且扑克牌的输送动力来自发牌辊,所以,与发牌辊接触的扑克牌被输送继续向前移动,与压牌件接触的扑克牌被暂时滞留,仅有一张扑克牌被从发牌辊304和压牌件305之间送出。
在本实施例中,压牌件305是一个固定在发牌压板上的辊,所述凸起3053呈环形设置在该辊的圆周面上,这样不仅方便加工制造,而且也利于纸质碎屑沿环形凸起两侧排出。在另外的实施方式中,压牌件可以和发牌压板一体成型,在与发牌辊对应的压牌件位置设置相应的凹凸结构。在本发明的其他实施方式中,发牌支架也可以与翻牌座一体成型。
为了避免压牌件以很大的压力压着在发牌辊上造成扑克牌损伤和机器故障,设置有一用于限制压牌件活动范围的压牌限位机构,该压牌限位机构可以是设置在翻牌座或发牌支架上的腰形孔结构或上下限位挡结构,压牌件的两端受到腰形孔结构或上下限位挡结构限制,而本实施例中,如图13、图14所示,该压牌限位机构包括安装在发牌辊304两端的滚轮3042和安装在压牌件305两端的轴承3052,发牌辊的滚轮3042安装在发牌辊的辊轴3041两端,轴承3052安装在压牌件305两端的轴3051上,发牌辊的滚轮3042与压牌件的轴承3052相抵滚动接触,这样通过轴承和滚轮的相抵配合,不仅可以限制压牌件和发牌辊之间的最小间隙,而且具有非常高的配合精度和运转精度。弹性机构施加在压牌件上的作用力可以较大以更精确地控制压牌件和发牌辊之间的间隙,为了避免压牌件在多张扑克牌挤入压牌件和发牌辊之间造成压牌件退回过度,在翻牌座或发牌支架上设置有限制压牌件305或发牌压板306回退的限位杆314以用于限制压牌件和发牌辊之间最大间隙。
翻牌座301在发牌机构外面安装有发牌罩3011,发牌罩3011限制了从发牌机构送出的扑克牌的飞行 范围从而避免扑克牌无法落入接牌盒内,发牌罩3011上设置有用于检测是否有扑克牌送出的检测元件3012。
扑克牌在扑克机运行过程中以及在游戏者游戏过程中,都会产生大量静电,静电是导致上下多张扑克牌产生较大粘合力而无法分离处理的原因,同时静电还会导致传感器等零部件受污染和失效,而在扑克牌从发牌机构送出飞行过程中,带有静电的扑克牌往往会因电场力而产生漂移,无法落入接牌盒内,为此,在本实施例中,压牌件305优选采用导电金属材料制成,并将压牌件305接地以消除扑克牌上的静电。
所述发牌装置,如图1、图2所示,包括安装在翻牌盒308出牌口外面的发牌机构,用于接收发牌机构发出的扑克牌的多个接牌盒401沿同一圆周分布并沿该圆周移动。所述发牌机构位于接牌盒401的转动圆周内,发牌机构的出牌方向与接牌盒401的转动圆周的径向一致。所述的多个接牌盒401固定在一个转动环403上,该转动环403与分牌电机402传动连接。
所述机架台面1上沿同一圆周安装有三个定位轮405,所述转动环403悬空安装在三个定位轮405中间并与三个定位轮405滚动摩擦接触。所述转动环403设有圆周内齿,转动环403与分牌电机402齿轮传动连接。转动环上设有用于定位和识别接牌盒401的磁钢407和挡片404,机架台面上设有相应的磁钢检测元件408和挡片检测元件406,控制模块控制分牌电机随机分配扑克牌至各接牌盒,控制模块记录各接牌盒的接牌数量,最终完成随机发牌过程。
接牌盒的进一步设置以及具体发牌过程可参见公开号为CN103083896A的专利文献以及本发明人的相关专利申请。
所述的升牌装置5和升牌过程参见公开号为CN103055500A、CN103170131A的专利文献以及本发明人的相关专利申请。
如图1、图2所示的扑克机,包括安装在机架台面1上的进牌装置2、翻牌装置3、发牌装置4和升牌装置5;发牌装置4中的多个接牌盒401沿同一圆周分布,翻牌盒呈水平状态设置并能够翻转180°,用于放入叠成一摞的扑克牌的进牌装置2的进牌框201、用于从进牌框201的出牌口分离出一张扑克牌并送至翻牌盒308的入牌口的出牌机构、用于识别扑克牌并将扑克牌根据需要翻面的翻牌盒308和用于将扑克牌从翻牌盒308发出至接牌盒401的发牌机构依次直线排列在所述的多个接牌盒401分布的圆周的直径上,多个升牌装置5与多个接牌盒401一一对应设置。这样布局不仅可以保证各装置之间的可靠配合和连续性,而且紧凑合理、空间利用率高。
本实施例扑克机的扑克牌整理方法如下:
步骤1),进牌仓门打开,将整理成一摞的扑克牌放入进牌框的放牌仓内,进牌仓门关闭;
步骤2),进牌装置中的出牌机构从放牌仓底部的出牌口分离出一张扑克牌并送至翻牌装置中;;
步骤3)扑克牌进入翻牌装置的翻牌盒内,翻牌装置识别扑克牌的正反面并根据需要对扑克牌进行翻面;
步骤4)从翻牌装置出来的扑克牌通过发牌装置随机发送到多个接牌盒中的一个;
步骤5)放牌仓内的扑克牌全部分发到多个接牌盒后,升牌装置将接牌盒中的扑克牌升上桌面。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种扑克机的出牌机构,其特征在于,包括进牌压板A(203)、进牌辊A(210)、进牌压板B(204)和进牌辊B(211),进牌辊A(210)和进牌辊B(211)沿扑克牌进牌方向先后设置在进牌框(201)上,进牌辊A(210)和进牌辊B(211)彼此平行并与送牌电机(209)传动连接;进牌压板A(203)固定在进牌框(201)上,进牌压板A(203)与进牌辊A(210)上下对应设置并在两者之间供扑克牌通行,进牌压板A(203)底部设有压板凸条(2031),压板凸条(2031)与进牌辊A(210)的轴线错开一水平距离d并且压板凸条(2031)比进牌辊A(210)的轴线更靠近放牌仓(2011),压板凸条(2031)低于进牌辊A(210)的顶部并且压板凸条(2031)和进牌辊A(210)之间形成供扑克牌通行的间隙;进牌压板B(204)固定在进牌框(201)上,进牌压板B(204)与进牌辊B(211)上下对应设置并且两者之间留有供扑克牌通行的间隙,进牌辊B(211)上设有若干条环形凸起(2111),进牌压板B(204)上设有与环形凸起(2111)相对应的凹槽A(2041)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扑克机的出牌机构,其特征在于,所述进牌压板A(203)在压板凸条(2031)靠近进牌方向一侧形成有斜面或弧面,进牌压板B(204)在靠近进牌方向一侧形成有斜面或弧面,在进牌压板A(203)和进牌压板B(204)之间设有供扑克牌一端翘起的空间,在压板凸条之后形成有向上的斜面或弧面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扑克机的出牌机构,其特征在于,所述进牌辊B(211)上的环形凸起(2111)突入进牌压板B(204)上相对应的凹槽A(2041)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扑克机的出牌机构,其特征在于,所述压板凸条(2031)的横截面呈V形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种扑克机的出牌机构,其特征在于,沿扑克牌进牌方向在进牌辊B(211)之后设置有出牌辊轮(207),出牌辊轮(207)与进牌辊B(211)平行安装在进牌框(201)上并与送牌电机(209)传动连接,进牌框(201)上活动安装一出牌压板(205),出牌压板(205)上安装出牌压辊(206),出牌压辊(206)通过弹性机构赋予其压着出牌辊轮(207)的趋势,出牌压辊(206)与出牌辊轮(207)上下对应转动设置并且两者之间夹持扑克牌从而将单张扑克牌从进牌装置的出牌口送出。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种扑克机的出牌机构,其特征在于,所述出牌压板(205)通过转轴与进牌框(201)铰接并通过扭簧使得出牌压辊(206)压在出牌辊轮(207)上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种扑克机的出牌机构,其特征在于,所述进牌框(201)的底部壁从放牌仓延伸至进牌辊B(211),进牌辊B(211)和出牌辊轮(207)之间留出供扑克牌的纸质碎屑排出的空间。
  8. 一种扑克机的进牌装置,其特征在于,包括用于放入扑克牌的进牌框(201),进牌框(201)的出牌口设置如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的出牌机构。
  9. 一种扑克机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求8所述的进牌装置。
