一种移动设备及其位置共享方法、装置,其中,所述方法包括:监测移动设备的电量值;当电量值小于或等于预设值时,获取移动设备的当前的地理位置信息;启动移动互联网通讯服务,将当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人。由于在电量值小于或等于预设值时,将当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人,从而,在手机停机可以通过移动互联网通讯服务共享地理位置信息。

Description

移动设备及其位置共享方法、装置 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信领域,具体涉及一种移动设备及其位置共享方法、装置。
背景技术
目前,移动设备的应用呈普及的趋势,尤其是服务性电子设备的应用愈加广泛。现在的移动设备(例如:智能手机,平板电脑等)上使用的电池电量不够,当电池电量不够又不能及时充电时就会自动关机,而且,如果亲朋好友或恋人给用户致电不通时,会担心对方的人身安全;容易给不法分子可乘之机,给对方的亲朋好友或恋人打诈骗电话骗取钱财;另外,当电池电量较低时,可以提示用户节约用电或及时给移动设备充电。
为实现移动设备持有者的位置共享,消除在移动设备电量低时亲朋好友的顾虑,现有技术中,也存在了一些通过监测电量变化共享位置的方法,譬如申请公布号CN104754503A的中国专利公开了一种通过监测电量变化获取位置信息的方法、装置及移动设备,当移动设备电量值等于电量阈值时,启动GPS定位服务,获取移动设备当前位置信息,启动短信服务将获取的位置信息发送给预设联系人信息相应的联系人。虽然这种方法能够实现移动设备持有者的位置发送共享,但是,由于其发送位置的方式为基于SMS业务,假如手机SIM卡停机,会导致此项发送共享方式(数据业务用不了)运行失败。
如何在SIM卡停机后,依旧能够实现移动设备持有者的位置共享,成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的在手机停机时难以共享地理位置信息的缺陷。
根据第一方面,本发明实施例公开一种移动设备位置共享方法,包括:
监测移动设备的电量值;当电量值小于或等于预设值时,获取移动设备的当前的地理位置信息;启动移动互联网通讯服务,将当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人。
进一步,启动移动互联网通讯服务,将当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人包括:启动WiFi并连接至附近的WiFi接入点;将当前的地理位置信息基于WiFi通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人。
进一步,当电量值小于或等于预设值时,获取移动设备的当前的地理位置信息包括:当电量值小于或等于预设值时,启动WiFi并搜索附近的WiFi接入点;根据连接上的WiFi接入点获取WiFi接入点的地理位置,该地理位置为移动设备的当前的地理位置。
进一步,在启动移动互联网通讯服务,将当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人之后,还包括:关闭移动互联网通讯服务。
进一步,在监测移动设备的电量值之前,还包括:启动广播接收机,用于实时监测并获取移动设备的电量值。
根据第二方面,本发明实施例公开一种移动设备位置共享装置,包括:
监测单元,用于监测移动设备的电量值;地理位置信息获取单元,用于当所述电量值小于或等于预设值时,获取所述移动设备的当前的地理位置信息;发送单元,用于启动移动互联网通讯服务,将所述当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人。
本发明技术方案,具有如下优点:
根据本发明实施例提供的移动设备位置共享方法及装置,由于在电量值小于或等于预设值时,将当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人,从而,在手机停机可以通过移动互联网通讯服务共享地理位置信息。
作为优选的技术方案,根据连接上的WiFi接入点获取WiFi接入点的地理位置,该地理位置为移动设备的当前的地理位置,从而实现了当移动设备被遮挡物遮挡难以通过GPS定位时,能够通过WiFi接入点对移动设备进行定位。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考图1,为本实施例公开的一种移动设备位置共享方法,该位置共享方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S100,监测移动设备的电量值。在本实施例中,移动设备可以是手机、平板电脑等智能终端,通常,智能终端能够监测到其电池的电量值。
步骤S200,当电量值小于或等于预设值时,获取移动设备的当前的地理位置信息。在本实施例中,预设值可以根据经验来设置,当然,也可以由移送设备持有者自行设置预设值。在具体实施例中,可以通过电量百分比的形式来表征电量值,也可以通过电池的毫安来表征电量值。由于WiFi热点(WiFi接入点)通常带有地理位置信息,因此,在优选的实施例中,移动设备的当前的地理位置信息可以通过WiFi来获取,具体地,当电量值小于或等于预设值时,启动移动设备的WiFi并搜索附近的WiFi接入点,根据连接上的WiFi接入点获取WiFi接入点的地理位置,该地理位置为移动设备的当前的地理位置。
步骤S300,启动移动互联网通讯服务,将当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人。在具体实施例中,移动互联网通讯服务可以是QQ、MSN、E-mail、微信等能够通过移动互联网传递信息的通讯工具。在本实施例中,预设联系人可以由用户进行设置,具体地,可以对欲发送的联系人进行筛选分组,在启动移动互联网通讯服务后,即可直接向筛选分组出来的预设联系人发送当前的地理位置信息。在优选的实施例中,可以基于WiFi实现移动互联网通讯,具体地,启动WiFi并连接至附近的WiFi接入点;将当前的地理位置信息基于WiFi通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人。
由于实时监测电量可能会损耗较多的能量,因此,在优选的实施例中,通过事件触发的形式来监测移动设备的电量值,即在执行步骤S100之前,还可以 包括:
步骤400,启动广播接收机,用于实时监测并获取移动设备的电量值。本实施例中,启动广播接收机后,当接收到新事件的触发,则获取移动设备的电量值,而后判断获取的电量值是否小于或等于预设值。通常,该新事件由移动设备的电量变化所引起的,例如,当电量降到某一值时或者当电量发生突变时则引起新事件。
在优选的实施例中,为了进一步减少移动设备的能耗,在步骤S300之后,还可以进一步包括:
步骤S500,关闭移动互联网通讯服务,从而减少移动设备的能耗,当然,在优选的实施例中,还可以进一步关闭WiFi等通讯网络。
本实施例还公开了一种移动设备位置共享装置,请参考图2,该移动设备位置共享装置包括:监测单元100、地理位置信息获取单元200和发送单元300,其中:
监测单元100用于监测移动设备的电量值;地理位置信息获取单元200用于当电量值小于或等于预设值时,获取移动设备的当前的地理位置信息;发送单元300用于启动移动互联网通讯服务,将当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人。
在优选的实施例中,该移动设备位置共享装置还可以进一步包括:广播接收机启动单元,用于启动广播接收机,用于实时监测并获取移动设备的电量值。
请参考图3,本实施例还公开了一种移动设备,包括:电池1、通讯装置2、 存储装置3和处理器4,其中:
电池1用于为所述移动设备提供电源;通讯装置2用于实现移动设备的互联通讯服务;存储装置3用于存储预设联系人信息;处理器4用于执行程序实现上述的移动设备位置共享方法。
本实施例公开的移动设备及其位置共享方法、装置,由于在电量值小于或等于预设值时,将当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人,从而,在手机停机可以通过移动互联网通讯服务共享地理位置信息。
作为优选的技术方案,根据连接上的WiFi接入点获取WiFi接入点的地理位置,该地理位置为移动设备的当前的地理位置,从而实现了当移动设备被遮挡物遮挡难以通过GPS定位时,能够通过WiFi接入点对移动设备进行定位。

  1. 一种移动设备位置共享方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    监测移动设备的电量值;
    当所述电量值小于或等于预设值时,获取所述移动设备的当前的地理位置信息;
    启动移动互联网通讯服务,将所述当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动设备位置共享方法,其特征在于,所述启动移动互联网通讯服务,将所述当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人包括:
    启动WiFi并连接至附近的WiFi接入点;
    将所述当前的地理位置信息基于WiFi通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的移动设备位置共享方法,其特征在于,所述当所述电量值小于或等于预设值时,获取所述移动设备的当前的地理位置信息包括:
    当所述电量值小于或等于预设值时,启动WiFi并搜索附近的WiFi接入点;
    根据连接上的所述WiFi接入点获取所述WiFi接入点的地理位置,该地理位置为所述移动设备的当前的地理位置。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的移动设备位置共享方法,其特征在于,在所述启动移动互联网通讯服务,将所述当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人之后,还包括:
    关闭移动互联网通讯服务。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的移动设备位置共享方法,其特征在于,在所述监测移动设备的电量值之前,还包括:
    启动广播接收机,用于实时监测并获取所述移动设备的电量值。
  6. 一种移动设备位置共享装置,其特征在于,包括:
    监测单元,用于监测移动设备的电量值;
    地理位置信息获取单元,用于当所述电量值小于或等于预设值时,获取所述移动设备的当前的地理位置信息;
    发送单元,用于启动移动互联网通讯服务,将所述当前的地理位置信息通过移动互联网通讯服务发送给预设联系人。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的移动设备位置共享装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    广播接收机启动单元,用于启动广播接收机,用于实时监测并获取所述移动设备的电量值。
  8. 一种移动设备,其特征在于,包括:
    电池,用于为所述移动设备提供电源;
    通讯装置,用于实现移动设备的互联通讯服务;
    存储装置,用于存储预设联系人信息;
    处理器,用于执行程序实现如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的方法。
