本申请实施例提供的拍照方法和装置,根据生物特征的姿态自动调节对应的水印姿态,不需要手动调节水印姿态,操作简单,提高用户拍照操作的便捷性。

述的实施例仅仅用于解释本申请,而非对本申请的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部内容。
在更加详细地讨论示例性实施例之前应当提到的是,一些示例性实施例被描述成作为流程图描绘的处理或方法。虽然流程图将各项操作(或步骤)描述成顺序的处理,但是其中的许多操作可以被并行地、并发地或者同时实施。此外,各项操作的顺序可以被重新安排。当操作完成时所述处理可以被终止,但是还可以未包括在附图中的附加步骤。所述处理可以对应于方法、函数、规程、子例程、子程序等等。
请参考图1,是本申请实施例提供的拍照方法第一个实施例的方法流程图,本实施例的方法可由拍照装置来执行,所述装置可通过软件和/或硬件的方式实现,并一般可集成于移动终端中。
在S110中,对摄像头获取的图像进行识别,判断所述图像中是否存在预定的生物特征。
水印模式拍照是一种拍照模式。例如,用户在拍风景照的时候喜欢附上一串文字的水印,记录心情和生活;又如,用户在自拍的时候,喜欢叠加上卡通的水印,如将猫耳朵水印叠加在自己的头上,而现有的水印模式拍照需要用户根据摄像头获取的图像中自己头的大小和摆拍的角度,调整猫耳朵的大小和角度以和图像中自己的头相匹配。
本申请实施例提供的拍照方法,首先对摄像头获取的图像进行识别,判断所述图像中是否存在预定的生物特征,因为在进行拍照时,需要调整水印的角度和大小与图像中的生物特征相匹配,例如,在图像中用户的下巴上添加胡子水印,需要根据用户的下巴的位置、大小以及角度对胡子水印进行调整,所以要先判断图像中是否存在有关下巴的生物特征,而对于风景类图像则不需要匹配水印的位置。
预定的生物特征可以为脸庞、眼睛、嘴巴、鼻子、胳膊、头发等。生物特征可以选取人的生物特征也可以选取动物的生物特征,此处不作限定。所以可根据图像中生物特征的大小和角度,自动调节水印的大小和角度。在上述添加猫耳朵水印的示例中,则只需用户摆好姿势,猫耳朵水印根据用户的姿势自动与用户的头相匹配。
在S120中,当所述图像中存在预定的生物特征时,获取所述生物特征的姿
态对应的水印姿态,按照所述水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像。
可选的,所述水印姿态包括水印位置、水印大小和水印角度;所述生物特征的姿态包括生物特征位置、生物特征大小和生物特征角度。
摄像头获取的图像中的生物特征的位置、生物特征大小和生物特征角度以数组的形式存储在终端中,若识别到图片中存在预定的生物特征,则获取该生物特征的姿态的相关数组数据,将水印位置、水印大小和水印角度的相关数组数据调整至与生物特征的相关数据相匹配。再将此水印姿态的水印叠加到图像上,获得用户需要的图片。
综上,通过对摄像头获取的图像进行识别,判断该图像中是否存在预定的生物特征,若该图像中存在预定的生物特征,则获取生物特征的姿态,并根据生物特征的姿态获取对应的水印姿态,并按照水印姿态把水印叠加到图像上。本技术方案将水印姿态根据生物特征的姿态自动调节,不需要用户手动调节水印姿态,操作简单,提高用户拍照操作的便捷性。
请参考图2,是本申请实施例提供的拍照方法第二个实施例的方法流程图,本申请实施例在第一个实施例的基础上,在判断是否存在预定生物特征时,使用了系统匹配分值阈值,并增加了终端自动拍照的功能。在S210中,对摄像头获取的图像进行识别。
在对摄像头获取的图像进行识别时,可先识别所述图像中是否具有明显的生物特征。如,与预置的生物特征脸庞相比,明显可以判断出是人的脸部的图片,便于后续对脸部进行判断。
在S220中,判断所述图像中是否存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,若所述图像中不存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,则执行S230,若所述图像中存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,则执行S240。
同摄像机获取的图片中的生物特征姿态一样,预定的生物特征的各项数据也是以数组的形式预置在终端中,例如,对于生物特征嘴巴,预置的生物特征嘴巴的形状、颜色在终端中以数组的形式进行储存,当获取的图片中的一部分的数组数据同预置的生物特征嘴巴的数组数据匹配度超过一定范围,则认为获取的图片中的改部分为生物特征嘴巴。该匹配度用系统匹配分值阈值来进行判断,示例性的,所述系统匹配分值阈值为85分,即获取的图片中的一部分的数组数据同预置的生物特征的数组数据,有超过85%的相似度,则可以确认摄像
头获取的图像中存在预定的生物特征。本领域技术人员可以理解,本申请所述系统匹配分值阈值可以由系统默认设置,可由用户自行设置,本申请不做限定。
在S230中,获取默认水印姿态,按照所述默认水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像。
若所述图像中不存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,则说明图像中没有与水印对应的生物特征。将水印按照默认水印姿态叠加到所述图像上。默认水印姿态可以为水印居中、不缩放和不旋转。
在S240中,获取所述生物特征的姿态对应的水印姿态,按照所述水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像。
若所述图像中存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,则说明图像中存在与水印对应的生物特征。控制水印添加到图像中生物特征所在位置,并根据生物特征的大小和角度,对水印进行缩放和旋转处理,得到添加水印后的图像。
在S250中,自动对叠加所述水印的图像进行拍照和保存。
当终端得到添加水印后的图像后,自动进行拍照操作,并将叠加水印后的图像进行保存。不需要用户手动点击拍照,避免了因为手动点击拍照时用户身体移位而导致生物特征与水印不匹配的问题。且用户只需选择水印和生物特征,就可以得到自己想要的带有水印的图像,操作简单、便捷。
综上,通过对摄像头获取的图像进行识别,判断该图像中是否存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,若该图像中是存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,则获取生物特征的姿态,并根据生物特征的姿态获取对应的水印姿态,并按照水印姿态把水印叠加到图像上,提高用户拍照操作的便捷性。同时,移动终端获取叠加水印后的图像后,自动进行拍照,不需要用户手动点击拍照,更加提高了拍照的便捷性。
请参考图3,是本申请实施例提供的拍照方法第三个实施例的方法流程图,本申请实施例在第二个实施例的基础上,增加了水印拍照的预设置步骤。在S310中,开启水印模式的拍照功能。
用户需要使用水印模式拍照时,开启水印模式的拍照功能,可选择性地对默认水印姿态、预定生物特征的类型和系统匹配分值阈值进行设置。当用户不需要使用水印模式的拍照时,将水印模式的拍照功能关闭即可。
在S320中,设置所述生物特征的姿态与所述水印姿态的对应关系。
在开启水印模式的拍照功能之后,可以设置脸庞、眼睛、嘴巴等生物特征类型,相应的可设置生物特征的姿态与水印姿态的对应关系。所述水印可以为内置于终端的水印库,也可以由第三方软件下载获取的水印库。示例性的,将生物特征头发与水印库中的王冠、动物耳朵、帽子等水印的相对位置关系进行设置,王冠设置于头顶头发的正上方,而动物耳朵设置于头顶头发上相对的两侧。当用户选取了水印后,则终端可自动将选取的水印添加至生物特征相关位置。
在S330中,对摄像头获取的图像进行识别,判断所述图像中是否存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,若所述图像中不存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,则执行S340,若所述图像中存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,则执行S350。
在S340中,获取默认水印姿态,按照所述默认水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像。
在S350中,接收到用户选择生物特征及水印的指令。
在拍照前,用户可选取自己的生物特征和对应的水印。也可只选取水印,水印自动匹配生物特征。因为之前设置过所述生物特征的姿态与水印姿态的对应关系,所以可由水印自动匹配到生物特征。例如,当用户选取一卡通墨镜,则墨镜自动与生物特征眼睛相匹配。
在S360中,获取所述用户选择的所述生物特征对应的所述用户选择的水印姿态。
首先获取用户选择的生物特征的姿态,或者选取水印,由水印自动对应到生物特征,获取图片中生物特征的姿态,调整水印姿态和生物特征的姿态相匹配。
在S370中,按照所述水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像。
在S380中,自动对叠加所述水印的图像进行拍照和保存。
综上,在用户进行拍照时,开启水印模式的拍照功能后,需要对默认水印姿态、预定生物特征的类型和系统匹配分值阈值进行设置,另外的,可设置生物特征的姿态与水印姿态的对应关系,用户仅需选择自己想用的水印,终端即
可完成整个拍照过程,提高拍照操作的便捷性。
请参考图4,是本申请实施例提供的拍照方法第四个实施例的方法流程图。本申请实施例为在实施例三的基础上的一个示例性实施例。本实施例中,用户可以在自拍图像中给自己加一个万圣节面具的水印。在S410中,检测到用户打开相机。
在S420中,检测是否开启水印模式的拍照功能,若检测到开启水印模式的拍照功能,则执行S440,若没有检测到开启水印模式的拍照功能,则执行S430。
在S430中,结束设置,摄像头进行普通模式拍照。
在S440中,设置水印模式拍照的子选项功能,其中,子选项包括默认水印姿态、预定生物特征的类型和系统匹配分值阈值。
本申请实施例中,将默认水印姿态设置为居中、不缩放和不旋转;预定生物特征的类型包括脸庞、眼睛、鼻子、嘴巴、胳膊和腿;系统匹配分值阈值设置为85分。本次设置的记录将会被终端保留,直至用户下次手动去更改。并设置生物特征的姿态与水印姿态的对应关系。示例性的,万圣节面具的水印需要整个铺设到图像中用户的脸庞上,并与眼睛、嘴巴等处相匹配。
在S450中,检测到用户选取了万圣节面具的水印。
在S460中,根据生物特征的姿态与水印姿态的对应关系,检测摄像头获取的图像中是否有明显的脸部轮廓,若检测到摄像头获取的图像中没有明显的脸部轮廓,则执行S470,若检测到摄像头获取的图像中有明显的脸部轮廓,则执行S480。
在S470中,将水印调整为默认水印姿态。
在S480中,检测摄像头获取的图像中的脸部轮廓与终端中预存的生物特征脸庞的匹配度是否超过系统匹配分值阈值,若摄像头获取的图像中的脸部轮廓与终端中预存的生物特征脸庞的匹配度未超过系统匹配分值阈值,则执行S470,若摄像头获取的图像中的脸部轮廓与终端中预存的生物特征脸庞的匹配度超过系统匹配分值阈值,则执行S490。
在S490中,依据生物特征脸庞的姿态,调整万圣节面具的水印姿态,使之与脸庞的姿态相匹配。
例如,用户在拍摄时,歪头姿势进行拍摄,此时脸庞倾斜45度,则终端控
制万圣节面具同样倾斜45度,以和脸庞相匹配。
在S4100中,自动对叠加万圣节面具的水印的图像进行拍照和保存。
在S4110中,恢复预览状态,返回执行S450。
值得说明的是,这里的万圣节面具仅为一个示例,其他水印同样适用本方法。所以本示例中对叠加万圣节面具的水印的图像进行拍照和保存后,恢复预览状态,再次检测用户是否选择了水印,若用户选择了水印,则针对该水印执行S450~S4100的步骤。
综上,通过对摄像头获取的图像进行识别,判断该图像中是否存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,若该图像中存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征,则获取生物特征的姿态,并根据生物特征的姿态获取对应的水印姿态,并按照水印姿态把水印叠加到图像上,并且自动拍照并保存图片,提高用户拍照操作的便捷性。
以下是本申请实施方式中提供的一种拍照装置的实施例,拍照装置的实施例基于前述的拍照方法的实施例实现,在拍照装置的实施例中未尽的描述,请参考前述的拍照方法的实施例。
请参考图5,是本申请实施例提供的拍照装置第一个实施例的结构方框图,该装置可配置于移动终端中,如图5所示,该拍照装置,包括:生物特征识别模块51以及水印添加模块52。
其中,生物特征识别模块51,设置为对摄像头获取的图像进行识别,判断所述图像中是否存在预定的生物特征;以及
水印添加模块52,设置为当所述图像存在预定的生物特征时,获取所述生物特征的姿态对应的水印姿态,按照所述水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像。
综上,通过对摄像头获取的图像进行识别,判断该图像中是否存在预定的生物特征,若该图像中存在预定的生物特征,则获取生物特征的姿态,并根据生物特征的姿态获取对应的水印姿态,并按照水印姿态把水印叠加到图像上。本方案水印姿态根据生物特征的姿态自动调节,不需要手动调节水印姿态,操作简单,提高用户拍照操作的便捷性。
请参考图6,是本申请实施例提供的拍照装置第二个实施例的结构方框图。如图6所示,该拍照装置,包括:

本申请的实施例还提供了一种非瞬时性计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为执行上述任一项的拍照方法。
图8为本申请实施例提供的执行拍照方法的移动终端的硬件结构示意图。本申请实施例中的移动终端可以是任何具备触控显示屏的设备,例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等。如图8所示,本申请实施例中的移动终端包括:至少一个处理器81,例如CPU,至少一个存储器82,还可以包括至少一个接收器83,至少一个发送器84,至少一个通信总线85。其中,通信总线85用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,本申请实施例中装置的接收器83和发送器84可以是有线发送端口,也可以为无线设备,例如包括天线装置,用于与其他节点设备进行信令或数据的通信。存储器82可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非瞬时性存储器(non-transitory memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器82可选的还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器81的存储装置。存储器82中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器81可通过通信总线85,调用存储器82中存储的代码以执行相关的功能。所述存储器82存储有可被所述至少一个处理器81执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器81执行,以使所述至少一个处理器81能够执行上述实施例的拍照方法。
所述终端还可以包括输入/输出装置,例如触控显示屏,所述触控显示屏为所述触控屏和所述显示屏的集成,该触控显示屏中可以设置有压力传感器阵列,终端能够通过该压力传感器阵列检测压力参数,其中,上述压力传感器例如可以是电阻应变片压力传感器、半导体应变片压力传感器、压阻式压力传感器、电感式压力传感器、电容式压力传感器、谐振式压力传感器等,本申请实施例中采用但不限于上述方式来获取触控力度。
举例来说,所述触控显示屏可以包括:屏面;设置于所述屏面下方的铟锡氧化物图形;设置于所述铟锡氧化物图形下方的触摸传感器;设置于所述触摸传感器下方的铟锡氧化物基板;以及设置于所述铟锡氧化物基板的上表面或者下表面的压力传感器;或者

处理器81设置为对摄像头获取的图像进行识别,判断所述图像中是否存在预定的生物特征;以及当所述图像中存在预定的生物特征时,获取所述生物特

处理器81还可以设置为在所述按照所述水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像之后,自动对叠加所述水印的图像进行拍照和保存。可选地,所述水印姿态包括水印位置、水印大小和水印角度;以及所述生物特征的姿态包括生物特征位置、生物特征大小和生物特征角度。

- 一种拍照方法,包括:对摄像头获取的图像进行识别,判断所述图像中是否存在预定的生物特征;以及当所述图像中存在预定的生物特征时,获取所述生物特征的姿态对应的水印姿态,按照所述水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述按照所述水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像之后,还包括:自动对叠加所述水印的图像进行拍照和保存。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中:所述水印姿态包括水印位置、水印大小和水印角度;以及所述生物特征的姿态包括生物特征位置、生物特征大小和生物特征角度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述判断所述图像中是否存在预定的生物特征,包括:判断所述图像中是否存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述判断所述图像中是否存在预定的生物特征之后,还包括:若所述图像中不存在预定的生物特征,则获取默认水印姿态,按照所述默认水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像。

- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述生物特征识别模块,设置为:判断所述图像中是否存在满足系统匹配分值阈值的生物特征。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述水印添加模块,还设置为:在所述判断所述图像中是否存在预定的生物特征之后,当所述图像中不存在预定的生物特征时,获取默认水印姿态,按照所述默认水印姿态将水印叠加至所述图像。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,还包括:水印模式开启模块,设置为在所述对摄像头获取的图像进行识别之前,开启水印模式的拍照功能。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,还包括:对应关系设置模块,设置为在所述对摄像头获取的图像进行识别之前,设置所述生物特征的姿态与所述水印姿态的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中:所述水印添加模块,还设置为:当所述图像中存在预定的生物特征之后,获取所述生物特征的姿态对应的水印姿态之前,接收选择生物特征及水印的指令;所述获取所述生物特征的姿态对应的水印姿态,包括:获取选择的所述生物特征对应的水印姿态。
- 一种非瞬时性计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为执行权利要求1-8中任一项拍照方法。
