本发明实施例公开了一种客户识别卡复制提醒方法及服务器,能够在用户的SIM卡被复制时,对用户进行提醒,进而减少由于SIM卡被非法复制而给用户造成的经济损失。以下分别进行详细说明。
为了更好理解本发明实施例公开的一种客户识别卡复制提醒方法及服务器,下面先对本发明实施例适用的网络构架进行描述。请参阅图1,图1是本发明第一实施例提供的一种网络构架的结构示意图。如图1所示,该网络构架示意图可以包括服务设备和移动终端,其中,服务设备可以包括服务器、服务主机、服务系统以及服务平台等,而移动终端可以是任何可以安装客户识别卡的终端,包括但不限于移动电话、移动电脑、平板电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、媒体播放器、智能电视、智能手表、智能眼镜、智能手环等用户设备。其中,服务设备可以通过互联网与移动终端进行通信连接。
基于图1所示的网络构架,请参阅图2,图2是本发明第二实施例提供的一种客户识别卡复制提醒方法的流程示意图,如图2所示,本发明第二实施例中的客户识别卡复制提醒方法包括以下步骤:
S201、在检测到目标客户识别卡由基于第一基站与服务器进行数据交互切换至基于第二基站与所述服务器进行数据交互时,所述服务器获取所述第一基站标识与所述第二基站标识。
具体地,目标客户识别卡通过基站与服务器进行数据交互的同时,服务器会对基站的基站标识进行登记,若发现临近两次登记的基站的基站标识不同,则服务器获取所述第一基站标识与所述第二基站标识。其中,所述服务器可以是运营商服务器,例如联通运营商、电信服务器或移动运营商等
S202、所述服务器基于获取的所述第一基站标识和所述第二基站标识,判断所述第一基站与所述第二基站是否是相邻的基站。
可以理解的,所述服务器还可以基于获取的所述第一基站标识和所述第二基站标识,获取所述第一基站的位置信息与所述第二基站的位置信息,判断所述第一基站与所述第二基站之间的距离是否大于预设阈值,若判断出所述第一基站与所述第二基站之间的距离大于或等于预设阈值,则所述第一基站与所述第二基站不是相邻的基站,否则,所述第一基站与所述第二基站是相邻的基站。
S203、若判断出所述第一基站与所述第二基站不是相邻的基站,所述服务器获取所述目标客户识别卡基于第一基站与所述服务器进行最后一次数据交互的第一时间,并获取所述目标客户识别卡基于所述第二基站与所述服务器进行第一次数据交互的第二时间。
其中,可选的,若判断出所述第一基站与所述第二基站是相邻的基站,则所述服务器获取所述目标客户识别卡对应的短信群发次数和/或流量;判断所述目标客户识别卡对应的短信群发系数是否大于或等于预设次数和/或流量是否大于或等于预设流量;若判断出所述目标客户识别卡对应的短信群发系数大于或等于预设次数和/或流量大于或等于预设流量,则所述服务器向所述目标客户识别卡对应的终端发送报警指令。
S204、若所述第一时间和所述第二时间的时间间隔小于第一预设时长,则所述服务器向所述目标客户识别卡对应的终端发送报警指令。
其中,所述第一预设时长由目标客户识别卡对应的终端自行设置,并由终端将所述预设时长发送至所述服务器;或者,所述第一预设时长由所述服务器设置。此处的第一预设时长在设置时,可以考虑所述目标客户识别卡对应的终端的移动速度等因素。
其中,若所述第一时间和所述第二时间的时间间隔大于第二预设时长,则所述服务器获取所述目标客户识别卡对应的业务使用信息;判断所述业务使用 信息是否满足业务异常条件;若判断出所述业务使用信息满足业务异常条件,则所述服务器向所述目标客户识别卡对应的终端发送报警指令。其中,所述业务使用信息包括:短信群发次数和/或流量;所述业务异常条件包括:短信群发系数大于或等于预设次数和/或流量大于或等于预设流量。
其中,所述第二预设时长可以等于所述第一时长。

S301、在检测到目标客户识别卡由基于第一基站与服务器进行数据交互切换至基于第二基站与所述服务器进行数据交互时,所述服务器获取所述第一基站标识与所述第二基站标识。
S302、所述服务器基于获取的所述第一基站标识和所述第二基站标识,判断所述第一基站与所述第二基站是否是相邻的基站。
其中,若所述服务器基于获取的所述第一基站标识和所述第二基站标识,判断所述第一基站与所述第二基站是相邻的基站,则执行步骤S306至S308;若所述服务器基于获取的所述第一基站标识和所述第二基站标识,判断所述第一基站与所述第二基站不是相邻的基站,则执行步骤S303至S304。
S303、若判断出所述第一基站与所述第二基站不是相邻的基站,所述服务 器获取所述目标客户识别卡基于第一基站与所述服务器进行最后一次数据交互的第一时间,并获取所述目标客户识别卡基于所述第二基站与所述服务器进行第一次数据交互的第二时间。

请参考图5,图5是本发明第五实施例提供的一种客户识别卡复制提醒服务器的结构示意图。如图5所示,本发明实施例中的终端包括:至少一个处理器501,例如CPU,至少一个接收器503,至少一个存储器504,至少一个发送器505,至少一个通信总线502。其中,通信总线502用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,本发明实施例中装置的接收器503和发送器505可以是有线发送端口,也可以为无线设备,例如包括天线装置,用于与其他节点设备进行信令或数据的通信。存储器504可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器504可选的还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器501的存储装置。存储器504中存储一组程序代码,且所述处理器501可通过通信总线502,调用存储器504中存储的代码以执行相关 的功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种客户识别卡复制提醒方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在检测到目标客户识别卡由基于第一基站与服务器进行数据交互切换至基于第二基站与所述服务器进行数据交互时,所述服务器获取所述第一基站标识与所述第二基站标识;
    所述服务器基于获取的所述第一基站标识和所述第二基站标识,判断所述第一基站与所述第二基站是否是相邻的基站;
    若判断出所述第一基站与所述第二基站不是相邻的基站,所述服务器获取所述目标客户识别卡基于第一基站与所述服务器进行最后一次数据交互的第一时间,并获取所述目标客户识别卡基于所述第二基站与所述服务器进行第一次数据交互的第二时间;
    若所述第一时间和所述第二时间的时间间隔小于第一预设时长,则所述服务器向所述目标客户识别卡对应的终端发送报警指令。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一预设时长由目标客户识别卡对应的终端自行设置,并由终端将所述预设时长发送至所述服务器;
    或者,所述第一预设时长由所述服务器设置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述第一基站与所述第二基站是否是相邻的基站之后,所述方法还包括:
    若判断出所述第一基站与所述第二基站是相邻的基站,则所述服务器获取所述目标客户识别卡对应的业务使用信息;
    判断所述业务使用信息是否满足业务异常条件;
    若判断出所述业务使用信息满足业务异常条件,则所述服务器向所述目标客户识别卡对应的终端发送报警指令。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若所述第一时间和所述第二时间的时间间隔大于第二预设时长,则所述服务器获取所述目标客户识别卡对应的业务使用信息;
    判断所述业务使用信息是否满足业务异常条件;
    若判断出所述业务使用信息满足业务异常条件,则所述服务器向所述目标客户识别卡对应的终端发送报警指令。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述业务使用信息包括:短信群发次数和/或流量;
    所述业务异常条件包括:短信群发系数大于或等于预设次数和/或流量大于或等于预设流量。
  6. 一种客户识别卡复制提醒服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于在检测到目标客户识别卡由基于第一基站与服务器进行数据交互切换至基于第二基站与所述服务器进行数据交互时,获取所述第一基站标识与所述第二基站标识;
    判断单元,用于基于获取的所述第一基站标识和所述第二基站标识,判断所述第一基站与所述第二基站是否是相邻的基站;
    所述获取单元,还用于若判断出所述第一基站与所述第二基站不是相邻的基站,获取所述目标客户识别卡基于第一基站与所述服务器进行最后一次数据交互的第一时间,并获取所述目标客户识别卡基于所述第二基站与所述服务器进行第一次数据交互的第二时间;
    发送单元,用于若所述第一时间和所述第二时间的时间间隔小于第一预设时长,向所述目标客户识别卡对应的终端发送报警指令。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述第一预设时长由目标客户识别卡对应的终端自行设置,并由终端将所述预设时长发送至所述服务器;
    或者,所述第一预设时长由所述服务器设置。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元在所述判断单元判断所述第一基站与所述第二基站是否是相邻的基站之后,还用于若判断出所述第一基站与所述第二基站是相邻的基站,获取所述目标客户识别卡对应的业务使用信息;
    所述判断单元,还用于判断所述业务使用信息是否满足业务异常条件;
    所述发送单元,还用于若判断出所述业务使用信息满足业务异常条件,则所述服务器向所述目标客户识别卡对应的终端发送报警指令。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元,当所述第一时间和所述第二时间的时间间隔大于第二预设时长时,还用于获取所述目标客户识别卡对应的业务使用信息;
    所述判断单元,还用于判断所述业务使用信息是否满足业务异常条件;
    所述发送单元,还用于若判断出所述业务使用信息满足业务异常条件,则所述服务器向所述目标客户识别卡对应的终端发送报警指令。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的服务器,其特征在于,
    所述业务使用信息包括:短信群发次数和/或流量;
    所述业务异常条件包括:短信群发系数大于或等于预设次数和/或流量大于或等于预设流量。
