一种通话接入的装置,包括:
第一通话建立模块,用于接收第一用户发起的第一呼叫请求,建立与所述第一用户对应的第一终端之间的第一通话;
呼叫请求检测模块,用于在终端进行第一通话时,检测与所述终端对应呼叫请求;
优先级判断模块,用于在检测到第二用户发起的第二呼叫请求的预设时间内,若检测到第三用户发起的第三呼叫请求,则根据预设的优先级设置判断与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级是否高于与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;
第一通话状态展示模块,用于在所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级时,展示所述第三呼叫请求的通话状态;
所述第一通话状态展示模块还用于在所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级不高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级时,展示所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态。
可选的,在一个实施例中,所述装置还包括第二通话状态展示模块,用于在检测到第二用户发起的第二呼叫请求的预设时间内,在未检测到与所述终端对应的呼叫请求时,展示所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态。
可选的,在一个实施例中,所述优先级判断模块还用于:根据预设的用户优先级设置,确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数;判断所述第三用户的优先级参数是否高于所述第二用户的优先级参数,若是, 则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级。
可选的,在一个实施例中,所述终端包括至少2个eSIM卡;所述优先级判断模块还用于:确定所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡,根据预设的eSIM卡优先级设置确定与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数;确定所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡,根据所述预设的eSIM卡优先级设置确定与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数;若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数低于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级低于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数等于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,执行所述确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数。
可选的,在一个实施例中,所述装置还包括未接来电展示模块,用于在所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态没有被展示时,根据所述第二呼叫请求生成来电提示消息并进行展示。

采用了上述通话接入的方法和装置之后,在终端进行通话的过程中,若有多个电话同时拨打进来,根据预设的优先级设置,对拨打进行的多个电话进行优先级判断,然后在终端上展示优先级更高的电话,以使用户在通过的过程中能够优先接听到优先级更高的第三方来电,即优先处理比较重要的电话;也就是说,对于终端有限的通话资源来讲,即在用户同一时间只能接听一个电话,在接听某一个电话的同时、在终端上显示的来电等待的通话也只能是一个的情况下,使用户尽量有线处理较为重要的电话,使得终端有限的通话资源被更为有效的利用,提高了终端资源的有效利用率,提升了用户体验。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
为解决现有技术的通话处理中在有限的通话资源上无法将有限的资源使用在用户最重要的通话需求上而存在的资源的有效利用率不足的技术问题,在本实施例中,特提出了一种通话接入的方法,该方法的实现可依赖于计算机程序,该计算机程序可运行于基于冯诺依曼体系的计算机系统之上,该计算机程序可以是基于Android系统的应用程序的冻结应用,例如,应用程序的冻结和解冻管理程序。该计算机系统可以是运行上述计算机程序的例如智能手机、平板电脑等终端设备。
具体的,如图1所示,上述通话接入的方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S102:接收第一用户发起的第一呼叫请求,建立与所述第一用户对应的第一终端之间的第一通话。
在具体实现中,终端与终端之间可以进行通话,例如,智能手机与智能手机之间可以通过语音数据网络进行语音通话。在发起呼叫请求的第一用户对应 的终端上接收用户输入的呼叫请求,该呼叫请求中包括了发起呼叫请求的第一用户对应的用户标识以及接收呼叫请求的目标用户对应的用户标识(即当前终端对应的用户标识,也即当前终端的电话号码)。根据呼叫请求中包含的目标用户的用户标识,获取与该呼叫请求对应的目标终端,即目标用户的用户标识对应的目标终端。在本实施例中,呼叫请求对应的目标终端即为当前终端,呼叫请求的发起方即为第一用户,该呼叫请求即为第一呼叫请求。
第一用户对应的终端在接收到用户输入的第一呼叫请求之后,通过语音数据网络向当前终端发送该第一呼叫请求。终端在检测到网络侧发送的呼叫请求时,接收并响应该呼叫请求,即通过相应的基站建立与第一用户对应的第一终端之间的通话连接,即建立第一通话。
步骤S104:在终端进行第一通话时,检测与所述终端对应呼叫请求。
终端在与第一用户进行第一通话的过程中,还可以接收其他用户或终端发送的呼叫请求(即第三方用户也能将电话拨打进来),并在终端的显示界面上展示相关的通话状态,用户可以在第一通话和其他通话之间进行切换,例如,暂停第一通话并切换至新的通话,在新的通话结束之后回复第一通话等等。
步骤S106:在检测到第二用户发起的第二呼叫请求的预设时间内,若检测到第三用户发起的第三呼叫请求,则根据预设的优先级设置判断与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级是否高于与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;若是,则执行步骤S108:展示所述第三呼叫请求的通话状态;若否,则执行步骤S110:展示所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态。
在终端在进行第一通话的过程中,可以检测其他用户对于终端的呼叫请求,并且,在此过程中,拨打进来的电话可以是一个(在此种情况下,直接展示该呼叫请求的通话状态即可),也可以是多个(在此种情况下,就需要判定在终端上展示的通话状态是与那一个呼叫请求对应的)。
具体的,若终端在步骤S104中,检测针对终端的呼叫请求的过程中,检测到了第二用户发起的针对当前终端的第二呼叫请求。终端在接收到该呼叫请求之后,并不直接将该呼叫请求的通话状态展示给用户,而是在一定的缓冲时间之内(即预设时间),暂缓展示该呼叫请求的通话状态,待进一步的确认。具体的,在检测到第二呼叫请求之后的预设时间之内,继续检测针对当前终端的呼 叫请求,若未检测到,则直接展示第二呼叫请求的通话状态给用户,例如在“张三:135-1111-2222”拨入电话时,在终端上展示“张三:135-1111-2222”相关的信息以及该呼叫请求对应的状态信息(例如,未接通、已接通等等)。
另一方面,在检测到第二呼叫请求的预设时间内(例如5s),还检测到了第三用户发起的针对当前终端的第三呼叫请求,此时,就需要对在终端上展示的呼叫请求的通话信息是哪一个进行判断。
在本实施例中,为了在有多个通话接入的过程中,用户处理和接听的电话是较为重要的电话,在本实施例中,在多个通话接入的情况下,考虑其对应的优先级,优先级在前的电话优先处理。根据用户预先设置的优先级设置,确定第二呼叫请求和第三呼叫请求对应的优先级(例如,可以是第二用户对应的优先级以及第三用户对应的优先级),若后接入的第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于先接入的第二呼叫请求对应的优先级,则优先处理第三呼叫请求的相关事项,即在终端的显示界面上展示第三呼叫请求对应的通话状态;反之,若后接入的第三呼叫请求对应的优先于并不高于(低于或者等于)第二呼叫请求对应的优先级,则优先处理在先的第二呼叫请求。也就是说,对于先后接入的两个呼叫请求来说,若二者对应的优先级存在差异,则优先处理更高优先级的呼叫请求,在终端的显示界面上展示更高优先级的呼叫请求对应的通话状态;若先后接入的两个呼叫请求的优先级是一样的,则优先处理在先的呼叫请求,即在终端的显示界面上展示在先的呼叫请求对应的通话状态。
在一个可选的实施例中,可以针对终端每一个联系人(即第一用户等用户)设定对应的优先级,并根据每一个用户的优先级确定对应的呼叫请求对应的优先级。具体的,所述根据预设的优先级设置判断与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级是否高于与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级的步骤具体为:根据预设的用户优先级设置,确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数;判断所述第三用户的优先级参数是否高于所述第二用户的优先级参数,若是,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级。
具体实施中,用户预先对所有的联系人根据重要程度的不同设置不同的优先级参数,例如,可以根据重要程度的不同将所有的联系人分为“★”、“★★”、 “★★★”、“★★★★”、“★★★★★”5个优先等级,且其对应的优先级参数为1、2、3、4、5,星级越高代表着对应的联系人越重要,在处理通话等业务的过程中,应该优先处理。
例如,若第二用户对应的优先等级为“★★★”、优先级参数为“3”,第三用户对应的优先等级为“★★★★★”、优先级参数为“5”,则说明在后的第三用户的优先级参数高于第二用户的优先级参数,即第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于第二呼叫请求对应的优先级,应优先处理第三用户发起的第三呼叫请求,即在终端的显示界面上展示第三呼叫请求的通话状态,以便用户确实是否结束第一通话并建立与第三呼叫请求对应的通话。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述呼叫请求的优先级的确定可以是根据存储在eSIM卡中的联系人号码以及优先级设置来确定的,也就是说,上述方法步骤的实现是基于终端中内置的eSIM芯片实现的。所谓基于eSIM卡的终端是相对于传统技术中移动终端常用的SIM卡(Subscriber Identity Module,客户识别模块)来讲,eSIM卡可以将传统SIM卡直接嵌入到设备芯片上,而不是作为独立的可移除零部件加入设备中。也就是说,eSIM卡会集成在手机上,用户无法进行拆卸。但是用户在使用eSIM卡时,用户的身份识别模块允许用户根据自己的需要选择运营商,并允许用户在任意时间任意切换。进一步的,如前所述,eSIM卡试将SIM卡的所有数据均集成在芯片中,从而使得eSIM卡本身就具有一定的数据处理和逻辑判断的能力,因此,在本实施例中,可以将联系人的相关数据以及优先级设置的相关数据均集成在eSIM芯片中,从而使得eSIM卡在检测到呼叫请求时,直接在eSIM中对其进行分析和处理。
进一步的,在一个实施例中,在终端的eSIM卡中,对应了两个或者两个以上的号码(即终端包括了至少2个eSIM卡),也就是说,对于本终端的呼叫请求还需要区分其针对的号码(即eSIM卡)。
在此种情况下,上述呼叫请求对应的优先级判定过程可以是:在判断第二用户与第三用户的优先级参数之前,先判断其对应的eSIM卡的优先级参数。具体的,上述确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数的步骤之前还包括:确定所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡,根据预设的eSIM卡优先级设置确定与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数;确定所述第三 呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡,根据所述预设的eSIM卡优先级设置确定与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数;若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数低于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级低于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数等于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,执行所述确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数的步骤。
也就是说,在终端中包括了多个eSIM卡的情况下,用户需要针对这多个eSIM卡设置其对应的优先级。例如,终端包括了第一eSIM卡和第二eSIM卡,且第一eSIM卡为常用卡,第二eSIM卡为上网卡,则第一eSIM卡比第二eSIM卡重要,因此,第一eSIM卡的优先级参数高于第二eSIM卡的优先级参数。再例如,还根据不同的时间或者地点设置不同的优先级,在一个实施例中,若第一eSIM卡为私人卡,第二eSIM卡为工作卡,则可以设置在工作时间或者公司地点时,第二eSIM卡的优先级参数高于第一eSIM卡的优先级参数,在放假时间或者住所地时,第一eSIM卡的优先级参数高于第二eSIM卡的优先级参数。
在检测到第二呼叫请求的预设时间内,还检测到第三呼叫请求的情况下,分别确定第二呼叫请求个第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡,然后获取对应的eSIM卡的优先级参数,并根据预设的eSIM卡的优先级参数的排序设置,确定第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡的优先级参数与第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡的优先级参数之间的大小关系,在此,大小关系包括,低于、高于、等于。在大小关系是低于或者高于时,根据优先级参数更高的eSIM卡所对应的呼叫请求,确定更高优先级的呼叫请求,并在终端的显示界面展示对应的通话状态。在第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡的优先级参数与第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡的优先级参数相同时,或者,第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡与第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡为同一个eSIM卡,则需要再对第二用户与第三用户之间的优先级关系进行进一步的确认,即执行上述确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级 参数的步骤,才能确定第三呼叫请求对应的优先级是否高于第二呼叫请求对应的优先级。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,就算是优先级较低的用户拨打的电话,也可能是比较重要的电话,因此,在上述终端处于第一通话状态下时,且检测到两个或者多个呼叫请求时,在终端的显示界面中仅展示了其中一个呼叫请求的通话状态,而其他呼叫请求则被忽略,在此情况下,还需要将其他呼叫请求的相关信息告知给用户,以便用户在通话结束后进行处理,例如,是否应该回电话。
具体的,在上述展示所述第三呼叫请求的通话状态的步骤之后还包括:根据所述第二呼叫请求生成来电提示消息并进行展示。当然,在检测到第三用户发起的第三呼叫请求、且根据优先级判定展示的为第二呼叫请求的情况下,上述方法还包括,根据第三呼叫请求生成来电提示消息并进行展示。
在终端检测到针对终端的呼叫请求,但是因为某种原因(例如需要展示更为重要的来电信息)并没有在终端进行展示的情况下,根据检测到的呼叫请求的相关信息,例如来电号码、对应的联系人、对应的时间等,生成对应的来电提示消息,并在终端上进行展示,例如以短信的方式进行展示、或者以提示消息的方式进行展示,当然,来电提示消息的展示并不限于上述展示方式。
此外,为解决现有技术的通话处理中在有限的通话资源上无法将有限的资源使用在用户最重要的通话需求上而存在的资源的有效利用率不足的技术问题,在一个实施例中,还提出了一种通话接入的装置,如图2所示,上述装置包括第一通话建立模块102、呼叫请求检测模块104、优先级判断模块106以及第一通话状态展示模块108,其中:
第一通话建立模块102,用于接收第一用户发起的第一呼叫请求,建立与所述第一用户对应的第一终端之间的第一通话;
呼叫请求检测模块104,用于在终端进行第一通话时,检测与所述终端对应呼叫请求;
优先级判断模块106,用于在检测到第二用户发起的第二呼叫请求的预设时间内,若检测到第三用户发起的第三呼叫请求,则根据预设的优先级设置判断 与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级是否高于与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;
第一通话状态展示模块108,用于在所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级时,展示所述第三呼叫请求的通话状态;
所述第一通话状态展示模块108还用于在所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级不高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级时,展示所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态。
可选的,在其中一个实施例中,如图2所示,上述装置还包括第二通话状态展示模块110,用于在检测到第二用户发起的第二呼叫请求的预设时间内,在未检测到与所述终端对应的呼叫请求时,展示所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态。
可选的,在其中一个实施例中,所述优先级判断模块106还用于:根据预设的用户优先级设置,确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数;判断所述第三用户的优先级参数是否高于所述第二用户的优先级参数,若是,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级。

采用了上述通话接入的方法和装置之后,在终端进行通话的过程中,若有多个电话同时拨打进来,根据预设的优先级设置,对拨打进行的多个电话进行优先级判断,然后在终端上展示优先级更高的电话,以使用户在通过的过程中能够优先接听到优先级更高的第三方来电,即优先处理比较重要的电话;也就是说,对于终端有限的通话资源来讲,即在用户同一时间只能接听一个电话,在接听某一个电话的同时、在终端上显示的来电等待的通话也只能是一个的情况下,使用户尽量有线处理较为重要的电话,使得终端有限的通话资源被更为有效的利用,提高了终端资源的有效利用率,提升了用户体验。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,图3展示了一种运行上述通话接入的方法的基于冯诺依曼体系的计算机系统的终端。该计算机系统可以是智能手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑等终端设备。具体的,可包括通过系统总线连接的外部输入接口1001、处理器1002、存储器1003和输出接口1004。其中,外部输入接口1001可选的可至少包括网络接口10012。存储器1003可包括外存储器10032(例如硬盘、光盘或软盘等)和内存储器10034。输出接口1004可至少包括显示屏10042等设备。
在本实施例中,本方法的运行基于计算机程序,该计算机程序的程序文件存储于前述基于冯诺依曼体系的计算机系统的外存储器10032中,在运行时被加载到内存储器10034中,然后被编译为机器码之后传递至处理器1002中执行,从而使得基于冯诺依曼体系的计算机系统中形成逻辑上的第一通话建立模块102、呼叫请求检测模块104、优先级判断模块106、第一通话状态展示模块108、第二通话状态展示模块110以及未接来电展示模块112。且在上述通话接入的方法执行过程中,输入的参数均通过外部输入接口1001接收,并传递至存储器1003中缓存,然后输入到处理器1002中进行处理,处理的结果数据或缓存于存储器1003中进行后续地处理,或被传递至输出接口1004进行输出。

  1. 一种通话接入的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一用户发起的第一呼叫请求,建立与所述第一用户对应的第一终端之间的第一通话;
    在终端进行第一通话时,检测与所述终端对应呼叫请求;
    在检测到第二用户发起的第二呼叫请求的预设时间内,若检测到第三用户发起的第三呼叫请求,则根据预设的优先级设置判断与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级是否高于与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;
    若是,则展示所述第三呼叫请求的通话状态;若否,则展示所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的通话接入的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到第二用户发起的第二呼叫请求的预设时间内,若未检测到与所述终端对应的呼叫请求,则展示所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的通话接入的方法,其特征在于,所述根据预设的优先级设置判断与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级是否高于与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级的步骤具体为:
    根据预设的用户优先级设置,确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数;
    判断所述第三用户的优先级参数是否高于所述第二用户的优先级参数,若是,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的通话接入的方法,其特征在于,所述终端包括至少2个eSIM卡;
    所述确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数的步骤之前还包括:
    确定所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡,根据预设的eSIM卡优先级设置确定与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数;
    确定所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡,根据所述预设的eSIM卡优先级设置确定与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数;
    若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;
    若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数低于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级低于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;
    若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数等于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,执行所述确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的通话接入的方法,其特征在于,所述展示所述第三呼叫请求的通话状态的步骤之后还包括:
    根据所述第二呼叫请求生成来电提示消息并进行展示。
  6. 一种通话接入的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一通话建立模块,用于接收第一用户发起的第一呼叫请求,建立与所述第一用户对应的第一终端之间的第一通话;
    呼叫请求检测模块,用于在终端进行第一通话时,检测与所述终端对应呼叫请求;
    优先级判断模块,用于在检测到第二用户发起的第二呼叫请求的预设时间内,若检测到第三用户发起的第三呼叫请求,则根据预设的优先级设置判断与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级是否高于与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;
    第一通话状态展示模块,用于在所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级时,展示所述第三呼叫请求的通话状态;
    所述第一通话状态展示模块还用于在所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级不高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级时,展示所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的通话接入的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第二通话状态展示模块,用于在检测到第二用户发起的第二呼叫请求的预设时间内,在未检测到与所述终端对应的呼叫请求时,展示所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的通话接入的装置,其特征在于,所述优先级判断模块还用于:
    根据预设的用户优先级设置,确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数;
    判断所述第三用户的优先级参数是否高于所述第二用户的优先级参数,若是,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的通话接入的装置,其特征在于,所述终端包括至少2个eSIM卡;
    所述优先级判断模块还用于:
    确定所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡,根据预设的eSIM卡优先级设置确定与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数;
    确定所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡,根据所述预设的eSIM卡优先级设置确定与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数;
    若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的优先级高于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;
    若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数低于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,则判定所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的 优先级低于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的优先级;
    若所述与所述第三呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数等于所述与所述第二呼叫请求对应的eSIM卡优先级参数,执行所述确定所述第二用户的优先级参数以及所述第三用户的优先级参数。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任一所述的通话接入的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括未接来电展示模块,用于在所述第二呼叫请求的通话状态没有被展示时,根据所述第二呼叫请求生成来电提示消息并进行展示。
