Description
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,具体而言,尤其涉及一种衣物处理装置的热泵模组及衣物处理装置。
洗干一体机是一种在全自动洗衣机基础上增加烘干功能,融合洗衣、甩干、烘干多种功能于一体的智能化新型洗衣机。洗干一体机可以分为直排式洗干一体机和冷凝式洗干一体机两种,直排式工作原理是空气经过加热器被加热后,加热衣服,变成湿热空气排出室外,形成循环,不断地将衣服的湿气排走,达到烘干衣服的目的;冷凝式工作原理是空气经过加热器被加热后,进入筒内加热衣物,筒内变为湿热空气,再通过冷凝系统,将湿气凝固成水收集到蓄水盒中,形成循环,不断将衣物的湿气排走,达到烘干衣物的目的。
热泵洗烘一体机为冷凝式洗干一体机的一种,因受空间限制,热泵组件存在的布局困难的现象。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种衣物处理装置的热泵模组,所述衣物处理装置的热泵模组具有结构简单、安装方便的优点。
本发明还提供一种衣物处理装置,所述衣物处理装置具有如上所述的衣物处理装置的热泵模组。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置的热泵模组,包括:基座,所述基座上设有第一卡接部;顶盖,所述顶盖与所述基座限定出安装腔;压缩机,所述压缩机设在所述安装腔内;以及启动电容,所述启动电容设在靠近所述压缩机的位置处且所述启动电容与所述压缩机电连接,所述启动电容上设有适于与所述第一卡接部卡接的第二卡接部。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置的热泵模组,通过将启动电容设在靠近压缩机的位置处并利用启动电容上的第二卡接部卡接在基座上,一方面便于优化热泵组件的布局方案,另一方面可以减少导线用料,节约生产成本。

具体而言,基座1与顶盖2限定出安装腔,压缩机设在安装腔内,由此便于实现热泵模组100的模块化,从而便于将热泵模组100设置在衣物处理装置。启动电容4设在靠近压缩机的位置处,启动电容4与压缩机电连接。需要说明的是,通过将启动电容4设置在靠近压缩机可以缩短启动电容4与压缩机之间的连线,一方面便于优化热泵组件的布局方案,另一方面可以减少导线用料,节约生产成本。基座1上设有第一卡接部,启动电容4设上设有适于与第一卡接部卡接的第二卡接部。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置的热泵模组100,通过将启动电容4设在靠近压缩机的位置处并利用启动电容4上的第二卡接部卡接在基座1上,一方面便于优化热泵组件的布局方案,另一方面可以减少导线用料,节约生产成本。
根据本发明的一个实施例,第一卡接部和第二卡接部中的一个被构造成卡槽11,另一个被构造成卡凸41,由此可以方便的实现实启动电容4和基座1间的卡接连接,安装方便。例如,在如图1、图2所示的示例中,第一卡接部被构造成卡槽11,第二卡接部被构造成卡凸41;再如,在本发明的另一些示例中,第一卡接部被构造成卡凸41,第二卡接部被构造成卡槽11。

根据本发明的一个实施例,卡凸41上设有螺纹410,卡凸41通过螺纹紧固件固设在支撑板12上。由此,通过卡凸41和卡槽11卡接连接,并结合螺纹410的螺接连接,可以将启动电容4牢固地固定在基座1上。
根据本发明的一个实施例,基座1与顶盖2卡接连接,结构简单,安装方便。基座1上设有限位槽13,启动电容4可以容纳在限位槽13内,由此不但方便将启动电容4的安装至基座1上,还可以使提高启动电容4的装配稳定性。更进一步地,基座1上设有多条间隔开的支撑筋14,每条支撑筋14的自由端设有凹槽,多个凹槽共同构造成限位槽13,启动电容4适于限定在限位槽13内。由此,一方面,不但可以提升基座1的结构强度,还可以节约生产用料,降低生产成本,减轻基座1的重量。
根据本发明的一个实施例,基座1上设有用于将启动电容4和压缩机间隔开的围板15,支撑板12与围板15相连,由此避免部件间的相互干涉。启动电容4设在靠近基座1的拐角处,由此有效利用了压缩机旁边的空间,节约了安装空间。
下面参照图1、图2以一个具体的实施例详细描述根据本发明的衣物处理装置的热泵模组100。值得理解的是,下述描述仅是示例性说明,而不是对本发明的具体限制。
如图1所示,衣物处理装置的热泵模组100包括:基座1、顶盖2、压缩机、启动电容4。
基座1与顶盖2卡接连接,基座1与顶盖2限定出安装腔,压缩机设在安装腔内。启动电容4设在基座1的拐角处靠近压缩机的位置处且启动电容4与压缩机电连接。由此有效利用了压缩机旁边的空间,节约了安装空间。基座1上设有用于将启动电容4和压缩机间隔开的围板15,由此避免部件间的相互干涉。基座1上设有限位槽,更进一步地,基座1上设有多条间隔开的支撑筋14,每条支撑筋14的自由端设有凹槽,多个凹槽共同构造成限位槽13,启动电容4适于限定在限位槽13内。
基座1上设有第一卡接部,启动电容4设上设有适于与第一卡接部卡接的第二卡接部。第一卡接部被构造成卡槽11,第二卡接部被构造成卡凸41。更进一步地,基座1上设有支撑板12,第一卡接部被构造成卡槽11且卡槽11设在支撑板12上。卡凸41上设有螺纹410,卡凸41通过螺纹紧固件固设在支撑板12上。由此,通过卡凸41和卡槽11卡接连接,并结合螺纹410的螺接连接,可以将启动电容4牢固地固定在基座1上。
为方便热泵模组100内部部件布局,基座外周壁在水平面上的投影为方形(即长方形或正方形),压缩机的中心轴线与该四边形的相邻的两边构造成三角形,也就是说,压缩机的中心轴线与基座的侧壁不垂直。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置,包括:壳体、筒体组件和如上述实施例所述的衣物处理装置的热泵模组100。
具体而言,壳体上具有敞开口,筒体组件设在壳体内,筒体组件的敞开端与敞开口相对,热泵模组100为衣物处理装置的热泵模组100,热泵模组100的外壳设在壳体上。
根据本发明实施例的衣物处理装置,通过将启动电容4设在靠近压缩机的位置处并利用启动电容4上的第二卡接部卡接在基座1上,一方面便于优化热泵组件的布局方案,另一方面可以减少导线用料,节约生产成本。
在本发明的一个实施例中,壳体前侧具有敞开口,筒体组件设在壳体内且筒体组件的前端为敞开端,筒体组件的敞开端与敞开口相对,热泵模组100设在壳体内且位

- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理装置的热泵模组,其特征在于,所述卡凸上设有螺纹,所述卡凸通过螺纹紧固件固设在所述支撑板上。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的衣物处理装置的热泵模组,其特征在于,所述基座上设有限位槽,所述启动电容适于限定在所述限位槽内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置的热泵模组,其特征在于,所述基座上设有多条间隔开的支撑筋,每条所述支撑筋的自由端设有凹槽,多个所述凹槽共同构造成所述限位槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理装置的热泵模组,其特征在于,所述基座上设有用于将所述启动电容和所述压缩机间隔开的围板。
- 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的衣物处理装置的热泵模组,其特征在于,所述启动电容设在靠近所述基座拐角的位置处。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的衣物处理装置的热泵模组,其特征在于,所述基座与所述顶盖卡接连接。
- 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于,包括:壳体,所述壳体上具有敞开口;筒体组件,所述筒体组件设在壳体内,所述筒体组件的敞开端与所述敞开口相对;热泵模组,所述热泵模组为根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的衣物处理装置的热泵模组,所述热泵模组设在所述壳体内。
