实施例1
如图1至7所示,本实施例包括一种红酒真空瓶塞,包括,外壳1、固定座2、橡胶塞3、限位圈4以及弹性件5,橡胶塞3固定安装在固定座2中心位置上,限位圈4套设在固定座2上,限位圈4用于控制橡胶塞3的压人深度,固定座2和橡胶塞3以及限位圈4一起安装在外壳1的内部, 固定座2与外壳1之间安装有弹性件5,橡胶塞3用于插入红酒瓶瓶口,橡胶塞3上设有排气孔33,外壳1上设有开口,排气孔33与外壳1内部连通。
在橡胶塞3塞入红酒瓶瓶口,通过按压外壳1,使得外壳1跟随弹性件5相对固定件运动,这样外壳1的内部产生负压,将红酒瓶中的空气通过排气孔33排出,保持红酒瓶内部分真空的状态,减少空气对酒瓶内红酒的氧化,延长红酒保质期,保持红酒口感,同时因为采用这种结构的真空瓶塞,不仅结构简单,不需要采用真空泵,就能达到抽取瓶内气体的效果,节省了成本,有益市场的普及使用,同时将橡胶塞3插入红酒瓶,限位圈4控制橡胶圈的压入深度,这样可以既保证橡胶塞3不会插入过深而不容易拨出,同时又保证在橡胶塞3插入红酒瓶瓶口足够牢固。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,限位圈4为一个圆筒形结构,限位圈4靠近固定座2的一端设置热熔台阶41,密封圈6与热熔台阶41热熔连接。限位圈4热熔连接在热熔台阶41上这样的连接方式连接牢固,同时又不需要其他的连接结构来实现两者的连接,使得真空瓶塞更加轻便。
具体的,限位圈4靠近固定座2的底面外侧均布有穿孔42。这样保证抽取气体时,气体能够通过穿孔42排出。
具体的,限位圈4的外侧设有日期丝印43。这样可以通过日期丝印43,标记到红酒真空瓶塞塞入红酒瓶的时间,从而提醒红酒的开瓶时间。
实施例2
与实施例1相比,该真空瓶塞也可以没有限位圈,如图1至7所示,本实施例包括一种红酒真空瓶塞,该红酒真空瓶塞包括外壳1、固定座2、橡胶塞3、以及弹性件5,橡胶塞3固定安装在固定座2上,固定座2和橡胶塞3一起安装在外壳1的内部,固定座2与外壳1之间安装有弹性件5,橡胶塞3用于插入红酒瓶瓶口,橡胶塞3上设有排气孔33,外壳1上设有开口,排气孔33与外壳1内部连通。
在橡胶塞3塞入红酒瓶瓶口,通过按压外壳1,使得外壳1跟随弹性件5相对固定件运动,这样外壳1的内部产生负压,将红酒瓶中的空气通过排气孔33排出,保持红酒瓶内部分真空的状态,减少空气对酒瓶内红酒 的氧化,延长红酒保质期,保持红酒口感,同时因为采用这种结构的真空瓶塞,不仅结构简单,不需要采用真空泵,就能达到抽取瓶内气体的效果,节省了成本,有益市场的普及使用。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,该真空瓶塞还包括密封圈6,密封圈6安装在靠近橡胶塞3一侧的固定座2上。密封圈6安装在靠近橡胶塞3的一侧,密封圈6能够使得抽取红酒瓶内的气体时,气体从排气孔33抽出,而不会让气体从地方跑出,影响抽取瓶内气体的效果。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,固定座2包括安装座21和排气筒22,排气筒22设置在安装座21的中心位置,安装座21上包括橡胶塞3放置槽211和密封圈6放置槽212,橡胶塞3放置槽211相对于密封圈6放置槽212更靠近排气筒22,橡胶塞3安装在橡胶塞3放置槽211内,密封圈6安装在密封圈6放置槽212内。
具体的,排气筒22的靠近橡胶塞3的一端设置有通气塞7入槽221,通气塞7入槽221用于安装通气塞7。通气塞7安装在通气塞7入槽221中,这样使得橡胶塞3通气塞7形成一个单向阀的作用,使得从红酒瓶中抽出的气体不会回流到红酒瓶中,保证红酒瓶中的真空状态。
具体的,通气塞7入槽221上设置有通气孔71。保证抽取气体时,气体能够从通气塞7通过。
具体的,通气孔71与排气孔33在同一直线上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其中,橡胶塞3包括台阶31,台阶31上延伸出套筒32,套筒32外侧设有密封凸台321。使得橡胶塞3与瓶口的配合更加紧密,使得空气不会从橡胶塞3与瓶口的连接处进入红酒瓶,进一步保护空气对红酒瓶内红酒的氧化,从而延长红酒的保质期,保持红酒的口感。
具体的,外壳1的内部设置有定位柱11,定位柱11用于安装弹性件5。
具体的,弹性件5为弹簧,弹簧一端安装在定位柱11上一端固定连接在固定座2上。弹簧为更加可靠的弹性装置,不仅安装简单,且效果很好。
作为本发明的进一步改进,外壳1的外侧设有日期显示框12,日期显示框12用于显示日期丝印43。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还包括底盖8,底盖8与外壳1固定连接,底盖8用于固定固定座2、限位圈4以及弹性件5组成的内部活动件。
底盖8可以进一步固定固定座2、限位圈4以及弹性件5组成的内部活动件。保证结构更加牢固。

  1. 一种红酒真空瓶塞,其特征在于,包括,外壳、固定座、橡胶塞、限位圈以及弹性件,所述橡胶塞固定安装在所述固定座中心位置上,所述限位圈套设在所述固定座上,所述限位圈用于控制所述橡胶塞的压人深度,所述固定座和橡胶塞以及限位圈一起安装在所述外壳的内部,所述固定座与所述外壳之间安装有弹性件,所述橡胶塞用于插入红酒瓶瓶口,所述橡胶塞上设有排气孔,所述外壳上设有开口,所述排气孔与所述外壳内部连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种红酒真空瓶塞,其特征在于,还包括密封圈,所述密封圈安装在靠近所述橡胶塞一侧的固定座上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种红酒真空瓶塞,其特征在于,所述限位圈为一个圆筒形结构,所述限位圈靠近所述固定座的一端设置热熔台阶,所述密封圈与所述热熔台阶热熔连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3所述的一种红酒真空瓶塞,其特征在于,所述限位圈靠近所述固定座的底面外侧均布有穿孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种红酒真空瓶塞,其特征在于,所述限位圈的外侧设有日期丝印。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种红酒真空瓶塞,其特征在于,所述外壳的外侧设有日期显示框,所述日期显示框用于显示所述日期丝印。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6所述的一种红酒真空瓶塞,其特征在于,还包括底盖,所述底盖与所述外壳固定连接,所述底盖用于固定所述固定座、限位圈以及弹性件组成的内部活动件。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种红酒真空瓶塞,其特征在于,所述固定座包括安装座和排气筒,所述排气筒设置在所述安装座的中心位置,所述安装座上包括橡胶塞放置槽和密封圈放置槽,所述橡胶塞放置槽相对于密封圈放置槽更靠近所述排气筒,所述橡胶塞安装在橡胶塞放置槽内,所述密封圈安装在所述密封圈放置槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种红酒真空瓶塞,其特征在于,所述排气筒的靠近所述橡胶塞的一端设置有通气塞入槽,所述通气塞入槽用于安装通气塞。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种红酒真空瓶塞,其特征在于,所述通 气塞入槽上设置有通气孔,所述通气孔与所述排气孔在同一直线上,所述通气塞塞入所述通气塞入槽。
