Description

DESCRIPTION
"Condominium multimedia communication system"
~k ~k ~k
The present invention relates to a condominium multimedia communication system.
In particular, the present invention relates to a condominium multimedia communication system, a type of communication system that provides information on a plurality of multiple user services, such as residential condominiums .
As it is well known, communications destined for a single family nucleus or a whole condominium are traditionally sent by ordinary mail, or otherwise in paper form, and placed in traditional mailboxes. Traditional mailboxes consist of spaces where paper communications are located and accumulated for a single recipient or group, such as a condominium.
Often, a substantial part of paper mail is formed by advertising communications that companies or businesses unities distribute in paper form to all residents of a region or city. The main problem of traditional communal communication systems that use postal mailboxes is to be limited to perform the only function of collecting mail addressed to individual users without providing other types of services.
Another issue of well-known condominium communication systems is the bulk generated by the mailboxes and paper mail accumulated there.
Another issue of known condominium communication systems is that the communications distributed to condominiums generate a large volume of waste.
In addition, known communication systems do not guarantee that the communication is actually received and displayed by the recipient, especially in the case of communications of an administrative and / or legal nature.
A first known solution is described in the patent application DE202016000632A which provides a multi-channel video counter-system with access to advanced digital services, comprising a two-wire communication bus arranged to enable audio, video and data communications in various communication channels, at least one road bell camera connected to the communication bus, at least one power supply device connected to the communication bus arranged to power supply, at least one user terminal connected to the at least one road bell camera, and wherein the at least one terminal is a video countercurrent station terminal, characterized in that the at least one terminal is connected to the communication bus . Advanced digital services are provided by the Internet and are accessible from said at least one video terminal by at least one channel of said communication bus when said at least one channel is available for data.
A second solution is provided in the patent application US2005/001717 in which an integrated intercom and security system includes a local integrated intercom and security system and a remote communication in communication with the local intercom and security system via a globally accessible communication network.
A third solution is described in the patent application WO2013/135804, in which an intercom set, of the type comprises at least one external signal transceiver unit, of the type selected among wired units and remotely operated units, which is arranged outside a building, and at least one internal signal transceiver unit, of the type selected among wired units and remotely operated units, which is arranged inside a respective building unit, apartment, which is present in the building; at least one internal unit comprising at least one respective control element for sending an alarm signal; the at least one external unit and the at least one internal unit comprising at least one deterrent device, which is selected among a loudspeaker and a visual indicator, designed to emit an alarm signal.
The problem of these known solutions is that the interface is not easy to use for every kind of information to be received.
Another problem of these known solutions is that it doesn't have any system to localize the condominium and the user and customize the information to be received based on condominium localization.
The object of the present invention is to provide a condominium multimedia communication system and a related method of use that can provide users with a range of information without the use of paper media, that is easy to use and permit the localization of the condominium, having characteristics that overcome the limits that still affect condominium communication systems with reference to the prior art.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a condominium multimedia communication system that allows to limit the size and accumulation of paper waste generated by known condominium communication systems. Still, the object of the present invention is to provide a condominium multimedia communication system that allows receiving a reading confirmation from the recipient.
Further objects of the present invention will be clarified in the following description.
