新的二合一产品希望将两个市场进行统一,以一种产品形态对应办公和娱乐,减少因主板,电池,屏幕等硬件的重复投入,降低消费者成本。二合一产品主流屏幕尺寸定位为12寸左右,介于平板和笔记本之间,且配备实体的磁性键盘保护套,因为屏幕与保护套只是通过磁性吸附,屏幕需要依靠支撑件的支撑实现类似笔记本体验。

二合一的产品主流选择了12寸左右的屏幕,这个尺寸接近常规笔记本尺寸,可以在笔记本模式进行办公作业。而在平板模式下,人眼距离屏幕较近,则感觉屏幕尺寸偏大,需要头部转动来方便观察整个屏幕,且加上磁吸键盘保护套后整机重量超过1kg,手持操作困难,所以12寸级别的二合一产品可以看作主流用途为笔记本的替代产品。但二合一产品重心在平板部分②,其背部需要支持件③,因此需要一个纵深较大的地方进行操作,现有尺寸无法方便在大腿上使用,而在大腿上使用是笔记本形态的一个重要使用情景。

连杆可以是杆状或者平板状或者曲面状,杆状连杆可以是空心杆,让屏幕和触控的数据连接线缆从空心处通过用以连接主板和屏幕,触摸屏,前置摄像头等。平板状或者曲面状连杆的表面,可用来貼附具有一定宽度的FPC,连接主板和屏幕,触摸屏,前置摄像头等,连杆在与转轴连接处附近具有镂空以增加FPC弯折半径,可增加FPC弯折寿命。
键盘和触控板的位置可以互换,触控板也可取消,以方便使用鼠标的用户。
转轴附近留有按钮开关,在连杆收纳的时候触发开关,同时对操作系统发出进入平板模 式指令,禁用键盘及触控板以防误触。在连杆打开时启用键盘,对系统发出指令,启用键盘及触控板,进入支架模式。
屏幕模块可以依靠磁性吸附,弹性卡爪等结构固定于主机之上,加强整机闭合紧密度。主机在上表面可以存在定位槽,以容纳屏幕模块上的定位柱,避免主机和屏幕模块对位不准,无法完全重合。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明一种较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种新型平板电脑,其特征在于,包括主机、连接在所述主机上表面的键盘及通过一可折叠的连接装置与所述主机连接的用于显示的显示屏,所述主机的一侧设置有开关装置,所述折叠装置开启或关闭时触碰所述开关装置,实现平板模式与电脑模式的转换,所述连接装置包括至少一组转轴及连接在所述转轴之间的连杆,平板模式下,平板电脑的厚度为主机加显示屏的厚度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的新型平板电脑,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括一组一端可活动的连接在所述显示屏底部、另一端连接在所述主机一端的转轴,所述转轴之间设置有连杆,所述主机表面的键盘上设置有用于放置所述连杆的凹槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的新型平板电脑,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括两组转轴,其中一组转轴与所述主机的后端可活动的连接,另一组转轴与所述显示屏的底部可活动的连接,平板状态时,所述两组转轴的旋转轴分别位于所述显示屏的上下两端,与所述显示屏并排于同一水平面,所述连杆分别位于所述显示屏的左右两端,与所述显示屏并排于同一水平面,所述主机的一侧设置有开关装置,所述折叠装置开启或关闭时触碰所述开关装置,实现平板模式与电脑模式的转换。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的新型平板电脑,其特征在于,所述开关装置为按钮开关或者霍尔磁性开关中的一种。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的新型平板电脑,其特征在于,所述显示屏上设置有触摸屏及摄像头。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的新型平板电脑,其特征在于,所述两组转轴间连接设置有杆状连杆,所述杆状连杆其中至少有一个为空心杆,所述屏幕、触摸屏、摄像头的数据连接线缆从杆状连杆空心处通过用于与所述主机内的主板连接。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的新型平板电脑,其特征在于,所述两组转轴间连接设置有平板状或者曲面状连杆,所述屏幕、触摸屏、摄像头的数据连接线缆通过贴附在所述连杆表面的FPC与所述主机内的主板连接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的新型平板电脑,其特征在于,所述主机的一侧还设置有方便显示屏开启的避让台阶结构。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的新型平板电脑,其特征在于,所述显示屏为6~12寸。
