本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种SIM卡信息的确定方法及装置。
背景技术
当前虚拟客户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,简称为SIM)卡产品在放号过程中需要预制一张母卡用于连接网络获取当地的接入网络参数,没有真正意义上脱离实卡,母卡需要能在任何地方都有权限接入网络,需要用户联网之后获取当地的SIM卡信息,再使用获取的SIM卡信息接入网络,流程复杂并且没有实现真正意义上的虚拟SIM卡,此外,在虚拟SIM卡应用中还可以是预制大量的SIM卡信息,需要将可能使用区域的SIM卡信息全部包含,一旦用户到一个没有包含的地方就无法使用,并且浪费大量的存储空间来存储SIM卡信息。
针对相关技术中,由于必须通过SIM实卡才能获取到SIM卡信息进而导致的浪费大量存储空间,获取SIM卡信息流程复杂的问题,尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种SIM卡信息的确定方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术中于必须通过SIM实卡才能获取到SIM卡信息进而导致的浪费大量存储空间,获取SIM卡信息流程复杂的问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种客户识别模块SIM卡信息的确定方法,包括:与终端协商建立会话标识ID通道;获取网络侧服务器为终端分配的SIM卡信息;将所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端。
可选地,与终端协商建立会话标识ID通道之前,所述方法还包括:
向所述终端发送广播信息,其中,所述广播信息中携带有用于建立所述会话标识ID通道的会话标识ID。
可选地,获取网络侧服务器为终端分配的SIM卡信息,包括:
在监测到所述终端激活所述会话标识ID时,向广播组播业务中心BM-BC转发所述终端发送的用于请求SIM卡信息的请求信息;
接收BM-BC根据所述请求信息从所述网络侧服务器获取的与所述请求信息对应的SIM信息。
可选地,将所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端,包括:
对获取到的所述SIM卡信息进行加密处理;
将加密处理后的SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,还提供了一种客户识别模块SIM卡信息的确定方法,包括:与基站协商建立会话标识ID通道;接收所述基站通过所述会话标识ID通道发送的所述SIM卡信息。
可选地,与基站协商建立会话标识ID通道,包括:
接收所述基站发送的广播信息,其中,所述广播信息中携带有用于建立所述会话标识ID通道的会话标识ID;
基于所述携带有会话标识ID的广播信息建立会话标识ID通道。
可选地,接收所述基站通过所述会话标识ID通道发送的所述SIM卡信息之后,所述方法还包括:
向所述基站发送反馈信息,其中,该反馈信息中携带有用于指示终端已使用所述SIM卡信息的指示信息。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,还提供了一种客户识别模块SIM卡信息的确定装置,应用于基站,包括:第一建立模块,设置为与终端协商建立会话标识ID通道;获取模块,设置为获取网络侧服务器为终端分配的SIM 卡信息;发送模块,设置为将所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端。
可选地,所述发送模块,还设置为向所述终端广播信息,其中,所述广播信息中携带有用于建立所述会话标识ID通道的会话标识ID。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,一种客户识别模块SIM卡信息的确定装置,应用于终端,包括:第二建立模块,设置为与基站协商建立会话标识ID通道;接收模块,设置为接收所述基站通过所述会话标识ID通道发送的所述SIM卡信息。
在本发明实施例中,还提供了一种计算机存储介质,该计算机存储介质可以存储有执行指令,该执行指令用于执行上述实施例中的SIM卡信息的确定方法的实现。
通过本发明实施例,能够将所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端,进而不需要必须通过SIM实卡的形式才能获取到SIM卡信息,采用上述技术方案,解决了相关技术中必须通过SIM实卡才能获取到SIM卡信息进而导致的浪费大量存储空间,获取SIM卡信息流程复杂的问题。不需要SIM实卡的形式,大大节省成本,同时也简化了获取SIM卡信息的过程。

实施例1
在本发明实施例中,提供了一种SIM卡信息的确定方法,图1为根据本发明实施例的SIM卡信息的确定方法的流程图(一),如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S102,与终端协商建立会话标识ID通道;
步骤S104,获取网络侧服务器为终端分配的SIM卡信息;
步骤S106,将所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端。
通过上述各个步骤,能够将所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端,进而不需要必须通过SIM实卡的形式才能获取到SIM卡信息,采用上述技术方案,解决了相关技术中必须通过SIM实卡才能获取到SIM卡信息进而导致的浪费大量存储空间,获取SIM卡信息流程复杂的问题。不需要SIM实卡的形式,大大节省成本,同时也简化了获取SIM卡信息的过程。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例的网络侧服务器用于保存、分配以及管理多个终端的SIM信息。
在一个可选示例中,在执行步骤S102之前,还可以执行以下技术方案:向终端发送广播信息,其中,该广播信息中携带有用于建立所述会话标识ID通道的会话标识ID,终端接收到该广播信息之后,激活广播信息中会话ID,进而建立会话标识ID通道。
进一步地,在监测到终端激活会话标识ID时,向广播组播业务中心BM-BC转发终端发送的用于请求SIM卡信息的请求信息;并接收BM-BC根据请求信息从网络侧服务器获取的与请求信息对应的SIM信息。
以增强型多媒体广播多播业务eMBMS为例,以下结合一示例说明上述步骤S102的实现过程,但不用限定本发明实施例。
图2为根据本发明示例的流程图,如图2所示,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤S202:基站广播eMBMS消息;
步骤S204:终端开机接收基站广播的eMBMS消息;
步骤S206:终端按照eMBMS协议激活预制的会话ID。
图2中步骤S202,S204,S206均需要按照eMBMS协议建立终端和基站之间的数据通路,用于完成必要信息的传递。步骤S202要求终端预先写入用于接收SIM卡参数数据包的会话ID,并在步骤S206中使用这个 会话ID进行激活过程。
可选地,步骤S104主要存在以下实现方式:
第一种实现方式
将获取到的SIM卡信息通过会话标识ID对应的通道发送至终端。
第二种实现方式
对获取到的SIM卡信息进行加密处理;
将加密处理后的SIM卡信息发送至终端。
需要说明的是,上述第一种实现方式和第二种实现方式在必要的情况下是可以相互结合使用的。
实施例2
以上实施例主要是基站侧描述上述实施例的技术方案,为了更好的理解上述技术方案,以下从终端侧描述本发明实施例的技术方案,在本发明实施例中,提供了一种SIM卡信息的确定方法,图3为根据本发明实施例的SIM卡信息的确定方法的流程图(二),如图3所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S302,与基站协商建立会话标识ID通道;
步骤S304,接收基站通过所述会话标识ID通道发送的SIM卡信息。
通过上述各个步骤,接收基站通过所述会话标识ID通道发送的SIM卡信息,进而不需要必须通过SIM实卡的形式才能获取到SIM卡信息,采用上述技术方案,解决了相关技术中必须通过SIM实卡才能获取到SIM卡信息进而导致的浪费大量存储空间,获取SIM卡信息流程复杂的问题。不需要SIM实卡的形式,大大节省成本,同时也简化了获取SIM卡信息的过程。
执行步骤S302有多种实现方式,在本发明实施例的一个可选示例中,可以通过以下技术方案实现:接收基站发送的广播信息,其中,广播信息中携带有用于建立所述会话标识ID通道的会话标识ID;基于所述携带有会话标识ID的广播信息建立会话标识ID通道,具体地,终端激活会话标 识ID,进而建立与基站之间的会话标识ID通道。
图4为根据本发明实施例的基站向网络侧服务器获取SIM信息的流程图,如图4所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S402:基站向BM-SC发送请求SIM卡信息;
步骤S404:BM-SC从SIM卡管理服务器(相当于上述实施例中的网络侧服务器)获取SIM卡信息;
步骤S406:SIM卡管理服务器分配SIM卡信息,并将分配的SIM卡信息发送至BM-SC;
步骤S408:BM-SC向基站返回SIM卡信息。
总的来说,图4描述的是基站检查到有终端使用固定预制的会话ID激活之后,向BM-SC请求SIM卡信息,BM-SC接收到请求后,从SIM卡管理服务器获取SIM卡信息,并将分配的SIM卡信息返回给基站。
可选地,接收基站发送的SIM卡信息,可以具体通过以下方案实现:接收基站通过会话标识ID对应的通道发送的SIM卡信息。
在本发明实施例中,接收基站发送的SIM卡信息之后,上述方法还包括:向基站发送反馈信息,其中,该反馈信息中携带有用于指示终端已使用SIM卡信息的指示信息,基站将反馈信息通过BM-BC发送至网络侧服务器,网络侧服务器在接收到反馈信息后,标记SIM卡信息已被使用。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例的方法。
实施例3
在本实施例中还提供了一种SIM卡信息的确定装置,应用于基站,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图5是根据本发明实施例的SIM卡信息的确定装置的结构框图(一),如图5所示,该装置包括:
第一建立模块50,设置为与终端协商建立会话标识ID通道;
获取模块52,设置为获取网络侧服务器为终端分配的SIM卡信息;
第一发送模块54,设置为将所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端。
通过上述各个模块的作用,能够将所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端,进而不需要必须通过SIM实卡的形式才能获取到SIM卡信息,采用上述技术方案,解决了相关技术中必须通过SIM实卡才能获取到SIM卡信息进而导致的浪费大量存储空间,获取SIM卡信息流程复杂的问题。不需要SIM实卡的形式,大大节省成本,同时也简化了获取SIM卡信息的过程。
可选地,第一发送模块54,设置为向终端发送广播信息,其中,所述广播信息中携带有用于建立所述会话标识ID通道的会话标识ID。
图6是根据本发明实施例的SIM卡信息的确定装置的结构框图(二),如图6所示,获取模块52,包括:
第一发送单元520,设置为在监测到所述终端激活所述会话标识ID时,向BM-BC转发所述终端发送的用于请求SIM卡信息的请求信息;
接收单元522,设置为接收BM-BC根据所述请求信息从所述网络侧服务器获取的与所述请求信息对应的SIM信息。
可选地,第一发送模块52,还设置为将获取到的所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID对应的通道发送至所述终端。
图7是根据本发明实施例的SIM卡信息的确定装置的结构框图(三),如图7所示,获取模块52,包括:
加密单元524,设置为对获取到的所述SIM卡信息进行加密处理;
第二发送单元526,设置为将加密处理后的SIM卡信息发送至所述终端。

接收模块82,还设置为接收所述基站广播信息;
激活模块84,设置为在接收到所述指示信息后激活预设的会话标识ID,其中,所述基站在监测到所述终端激活所述会话标识ID时,向广播组播业务中心BM-BC发送请求SIM卡信息的请求信息,并接收BM-BC根据所述请求信息从网络侧服务器获取的与所述请求信息对应的SIM信息。
图10是根据本发明实施例的SIM卡信息的确定装置的结构框图(六),如图10所示,上述装置还包括,第二发送模块86,设置为向所述基站发送反馈信息,其中,该反馈信息中携带有用于指示所述终端已使用所述SIM卡信息的指示信息,所述基站将所述反馈信息通过BM-BC发送至网络侧服务器,所述网络侧服务器在接收到所述反馈信息后,标记所述SIM卡信息已被使用。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述各个模块以任意组合的形式分别位于不同的处理器中。
为了更好的理解上述SIM卡信息的确定流程,以下再结合多个实施例对上述技术方案进行解释说明,但不用于限定本发明实施例。
优选实施例1
图11为根据本发明优选实施例的SIM卡写入终端的方法所应用的结构示意图,如图11所示,包括:
终端110,其可以是手机、无线功能的路由设备,以及其他具有能介入LTE以及支持eMBMS特征的UE。
基站112,需要其支持支持eMBMS。
BM-SC 114:能够支持与SIM卡管理服务器的互通。
SIM卡管理服务器116(相当于上述实施例的网络侧服务器):分配管理,注销SIM卡信息并能接收BM-SC的信息。
基于图11,图12为根据本发明优选是实施例的终端注册网络过程的流程图,如图12所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1202,基站加密数据,通过激活的会话ID通道将加密数据发送给终端;
步骤S1204,终端接收数据后,使用预制的密钥解析出SIM卡信息;
步骤S1206,终端使用SIM卡信息注册网络。
图12中描述基站执行步骤S1202后,将数据发给终端,终端需要执行S1204以及S1206步骤完成注册网络。注册网络过程需要按照图13中过程执行。
图13为根据本发明实施例的终端注册网络的流程示意图,如图13所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1302,终端在注册网络时需要在建立公用数据网(Public Data Network,简称为PDN)的指定字段(例如可以是PCO预留字段)中携带反馈信息;
步骤S1304,基站获取PCO字段信息将信息反馈给BM-SC;
步骤S1306,BM-SC将基站反馈的信息发送至SIM卡管理服务器;
步骤S1308,SIM卡管理服务器标记此SIM信息已经被使用。
综上,上述技术方案可以大致总结为:需要终端上报已经在使用获取的SIM卡,基站获取到此信息后需要立即标记此信息,并将之后其他上报的终端拒绝注册,被拒绝的终端需要从新等待接收新的SIM卡信息的下发。基站从终端发起的PDN建立请求中解析反馈的SIM卡信息并将信息通过BM-SC反馈给SIM卡管理服务器。SIM卡管理服务器通过反馈的SIM卡信息标记此卡信息是否被使用,PCO预留字段反馈信息包含国际用户识别码(International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number,简称为IMSI)以及获取SIM卡信息成功标记等信息,用于SIM卡管理服务器标示本地管理的SIM卡分配。
如果终端使用SIM卡信息注册网络被拒绝,终端需要继续等待网络下发新SIM卡参数循环以上步骤S1202~S1206直到注册成功。
本发明优选实施例的技术方案不需要母卡,节省成本;也不需要连接网络就能实现SIM卡放号;不需要预制大量SIM卡信息,节省终端存储空间,比传统虚拟SIM卡方式节省硬件成本,也能在不同区域获取相关本地网络上网的SIM卡信息注册网络。
优选实施例2
本发明优选实施例2基于eMBMS协议,不需要终端注册到LTE网络上获取SIM卡参数。本发明优选实施例的终端需要预制一套解码秘钥用于解析网络下发数据包。终端建立PDN时能在PCO预留字段携带固定意义的参数给网络。本发明优选实施例的网络侧设备能通过eMBMS协议固定的会话ID下发SIM卡参数给终端,并且下发数据的需要加密。网络端能获取终端PDN请求的PCO预留字段获取解析固定意义参数用于记录SIM卡信息已经被下发并被终端使用。其中PCO预留字段携带的参数为获取小区ID以及IMSI等信息。
在具备以上能力的终端和网络下,按照以下步骤完成SIM卡参数更新。
第一步:终端接收网络广播消息,按照eMBMS协议获取支持的会话列表并默认选择固定的会话ID,进行尝试激活。
第二步:激活会话之后,终端接收网络下发的数据包,使用预制的秘钥解析数据,并解析相关SIM卡信息。
第三步:使用SIM卡信息重新注册LTE网络,并在PDN请求时PCO预留字段携带相关信息。
第四步:网络收到PCO预留字段的信息,并解析出相关信息,并反馈SIM卡管理服务器,此SIM卡已经被使用。
综上所述,解决了相关技术中必须通过SIM实卡才能获取到SIM卡信息进而导致的浪费大量存储空间,获取SIM卡信息流程复杂的问题。不需要SIM实卡的形式,大大节省成本,同时也简化了获取SIM卡信息的 过程。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,与终端协商建立会话标识ID通道;
S2,获取网络侧服务器为终端分配的SIM卡信息;
S3,将所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,与基站协商建立会话标识ID通道;
S2,接收所述基站通过所述会话标识ID通道发送的所述SIM卡信息。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种客户识别模块SIM卡信息的确定方法,包括:
    与终端协商建立会话标识ID通道;
    获取网络侧服务器为终端分配的SIM卡信息;
    将所述SIM卡信息通过所述会话标识ID通道发送至所述终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,与终端协商建立会话标识ID通道之前,所述方法还包括:
    向所述终端发送广播信息,其中,所述广播信息中携带有用于建立所述会话标识ID通道的会话标识ID。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,获取网络侧服务器为终端分配的SIM卡信息,包括:
    在监测到所述终端激活所述会话标识ID时,向广播组播业务中心BM-BC转发所述终端发送的用于请求SIM卡信息的请求信息;
    接收BM-BC根据所述请求信息从所述网络侧服务器获取的与所述请求信息对应的SIM信息。

    接收所述基站发送的广播信息,其中,所述广播信息中携带有用于建立所述会话标识ID通道的会话标识ID;
    基于所述携带有会话标识ID的广播信息建立会话标识ID通道。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,接收所述基站通过所述会话标识ID通道发送的所述SIM卡信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    向所述基站发送反馈信息,其中,该反馈信息中携带有用于指示终端已使用所述SIM卡信息的指示信息。
  8. 一种客户识别模块SIM卡信息的确定装置,应用于基站,包括:
    第一建立模块,设置为与终端协商建立会话标识ID通道;

  10. 一种客户识别模块SIM卡信息的确定装置,应用于终端,包括:
    第二建立模块,设置为与基站协商建立会话标识ID通道;
    接收模块,设置为接收所述基站通过所述会话标识ID通道发送的所述SIM卡信息。
