发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种结构设计简单,调节操作灵活,使用方便,能精确控制喷洒面积的调节,生产成本低的喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器。

所述的摆动齿轮箱2设置在底座1头部,具体是在摆动齿轮箱2的底部设有三个弹性卡板23,相应在底座1顶面设有若干卡孔13,每个弹性卡板23均对应每个卡孔13而作可卸式配插,从而使得摆动齿轮箱2与底座1之间形成连接安装。
所述的摆动齿轮箱2右端设有进水端21,可用于外接进水管道,并为整个摆动喷洒器提供水源;摆动齿轮箱2左端设有摆动输出轴,该摆动输出轴设为空心轴,且空心轴的端部设为出水端22;同时,摆动齿轮箱2设计为可调结构,即能调节摆动角度、频率和幅度等,以适应实际使用需要。
所述的喷洒总成3如图3所示,包括一个圆柱管状的喷管31,在喷管的尾部内塞密封安装的塞轴34,该塞轴作为喷管3其中一端的支承轴而转动安装在底座1上预设的轴座12内;所述的喷管3头部与摆动齿轮箱2之间设有连接套35,且摆动齿轮箱2通过连接套35驱动喷管31、即喷洒总成3形成摇摆动作,该连接套35也起到喷管31另一端的支承作用。
所述的喷管31内部中空形成水腔313,并在喷管31通过连接套35连接摆动齿轮箱2时,使摆动齿轮箱上的出水端22与水腔313密封连通进行供水;所述的喷管31顶面设有若干个固定喷孔311,如图1所示可设有11个,该若干个固定喷孔311是沿喷管31的轴向呈一字型等距排列设置,故若干个固定喷孔内喷出的水流就能形成一道水幕,并在喷管31摇摆时覆盖而形成喷洒面积;因此,喷洒面积大小是与固定喷孔311排列宽度相关的,而固定喷孔311的设置数量也是不受限制的,一般根据实际情况进行调整,如喷洒场地的变化或 摆动喷洒器的设计大小等。
所述的喷管31端部设有多个连通水腔313的通水孔312,该多个通水孔沿喷管31的轴向呈一字型排列设置,还设有转动套装在喷管31端部并将通水孔312封闭在内的调节喷套32,在调节喷套两端的喷管31上设有凸肩314进行阻挡,以防止调节喷套32的轴向窜动。本实施例涉及的喷管31端部主要指喷管头部或喷管尾部,而在实际结构设计中,调节喷套32在喷管31端部的安装具体为调节喷套转动套装在喷管头部或喷管尾部或同时在喷管头部、尾部。
所述的通水孔312设计为连通水腔313的沉孔,在沉孔内嵌装设置有密封垫圈33;所述的调节喷套32上设有多排调节喷孔321,根据实际工作情况的设计,该多排调节喷孔321可以是一排仅有一个调节喷孔的单孔排,或者是一排具有2~10个调节喷孔的多孔排;每条多孔排的多个调节喷孔都是沿调节喷套32的轴向呈一字型排列设置的;所述喷管31端部的通水孔312数量通常会设计为与调节喷孔321最大数量的多孔排相同。
本实施例是在喷管31端部设计有三个呈一字型等距排列的通水孔312,而调节喷套32上则设有三排调节喷孔321,分别为一个调节喷孔、两个呈一字型排列的调节喷孔和三个呈一字型排列的调节喷孔,当转动调节喷套32时,则三排调节喷孔321会与喷管31端部的通水孔312构成依次选择连通,而通水孔312内的密封垫圈33接触在调节喷套32的内表面上,从而起到通水孔312与调节喷孔321连通密封的作用。
例如,当调节喷套32转动至一个调节喷孔321时,则该调节喷孔仅能密封连通其中一个通水孔312,另两个通水孔都被封闭,则调节喷孔321结合固定喷孔311仅增加了一个喷孔的喷洒面积宽度;当调节喷套32转动至三个调节喷孔321时,则三个调节喷孔与三个通水孔312都形成密封连通,故调节喷孔321结合固定喷孔311可增加三个喷孔的喷洒面积宽度,此时属于本实施例中能够调节的最大喷洒面积;当调节喷套32转动至完全封闭通水孔312时,则调节喷孔不起作用,整个喷洒器只能依靠固定喷孔311来确定喷洒面积,此时属于本实施例中能够调节的最小喷洒面积。因此,如以图1所示在喷管31头部、尾部都同时设有转动套装的调节喷套32为例,则两个调节喷套相互转动配合就能使该摆动喷洒器具备更多喷洒面积的组合变化。
为了精确定位调节喷套32相对喷管31的转动位置,从而控制喷洒面积的调节变化,在喷管31端部外表面还设有由弹簧36作弹性顶推外露的定位珠37,相应在调节喷套32内表面设有多条圆周均布并供定位珠配装滚动的定位槽322,该定位槽的数量通常会设计为与调节喷孔321的排数数量相同,则每条定位槽322就能精确定位调节喷套32的一个转 动角度,并使通水孔312被封闭或其中一排调节喷孔321进行使用,故通过定位珠37与定位槽322的配装既使得调节喷套32的操作更加省力,也使得喷洒面积的调节定位更加精确。
本发明属于长方形摇摆式喷淋方式,摇摆幅度可以调节,用于园林浇灌喷洒时,能根据花园的大小任意调节喷洒面积,极大方便了用户使用。
以上所述仅是本发明的具体实施例,本领域技术人员应当理解,与本发明类似结构的设计,都应该包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器,包括底座(1)、安装在底座(1)上的喷洒总成(3)和驱动喷洒总成(3)摇摆的摆动齿轮箱(2);所述的喷洒总成(3)具有内设水腔(313)的喷管(31),该喷管上设有多个连通水腔(313)的固定喷孔(311);所述的摆动齿轮箱(2)上设有进水端(21)和密封连通所述水腔(313)的出水端(22),其特征在于所述的喷管(31)端部设有连通水腔(313)的通水孔(312),还设有转动套装在喷管(31)端部并将所述通水孔(312)封闭在内的调节喷套(32),在调节喷套上设有多排调节喷孔(321),该多排调节喷孔受调节喷套(32)的转动而与所述通水孔(312)构成依次选择连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器,其特征在于所述的多排调节喷孔(321)包括一排仅有一个调节喷孔的单孔排和一排具有2~10个调节喷孔的多孔排;所述多孔排的多个调节喷孔(321)沿调节喷套(32)的轴向排列设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器,其特征在于所述的喷管(31)端部是指喷管头部或喷管尾部,所述的调节喷套(32)转动套装在喷管头部或喷管尾部或同时在喷管头部、尾部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器,其特征在于所述的通水孔(312)为连通水腔(313)的沉孔,在沉孔内嵌装设置有密封垫圈(33),该密封垫圈接触在调节喷套(32)的内表面上,并构成通水孔(312)与调节喷孔(321)的连通密封。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器,其特征在于所述的喷管(31)端部设有弹性顶推外露的定位珠(37),相应在调节喷套(32)上设有多条供所述定位珠(37)配装滚动的定位槽(322)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器,其特征在于所述定位槽(322)的数量与调节喷孔(321)的排数数量相同。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器,其特征在于所述的多个固定喷孔(311)沿喷管(31)的轴向排列设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器,其特征在于所述的喷管(31)尾部内塞密封安装的塞轴(34),该塞轴转动安装在底座(1)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器,其特征在于所述的摆动齿轮箱(2)与喷管(31)头部之间设有连接套(35);所述的摆动齿轮箱(2)通过连接套(35)驱动所述喷洒总成(3)摇摆;所述的进水端(21)设置在摆动齿轮箱(2)的其中一端;所述的摆动齿轮箱(2)另一端设有摆动输出轴,该摆动输出轴设为空心轴,且空心轴的端部设为出 水端(22)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的喷洒面积可调式摆动喷洒器,其特征在于所述的摆动齿轮箱(2)底部设有弹性卡板(23),相应在底座(1)顶面设有卡孔(13),所述的弹性卡板(23)可卸式配插在所述卡孔(13)内。
