随着科技发展,生活的进步,人们的需求越来越高,针对特定的情况,需求多种不同的满足。需要一种通过光感控制设备启动/关闭,定时器控制时间,而且能实现不同情况不同控制,能够自动控制的光控定时器。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容

手柄与卡槽的匹配,使设定盘13旋装到特定位置时,能有效的固定在准确位置,避免出现松动或相对滑动,手柄与卡槽卡接,便于安装和拆卸。
在设定盘13旋转后,为了将设定盘13稳固,避免设定盘13摇摆,所述的上壳体11上还设有限制旋转盘转动的档位触头116,所述的档位触头116的一端与压缩弹簧117连接,且档位触头116与压缩弹簧117安装在上壳体11的位孔中,所述的旋转盘面对档位触头的一 面上设有与档位触头116另一端匹配的凹槽。上壳体11上的孔位用于安装压缩弹簧117,档位触头116可设置成凸柱状,档位触头116的小柱与压缩弹簧117连接,大柱与设定盘13的凹槽匹配,安装完成档位触头116的一部分处在孔位中,且实际运行中,档位触头116均有一部分位于孔位中,档位触头与凹槽的配合可对旋转盘起到限位的作用,防止旋转盘摇摆、松动。优选地,所述的旋转盘面对上壳体的一面上设有与档位触头另一端匹配的凹槽。
为有利于旋转盘与档位触头116不卡档,所述的档位触头116设有触头斜边,所述的触头斜边设置在旋转盘旋转时利于档位触头滑出凹槽的面。所述的凹槽的开口投影面积大于底面面积,所述的凹槽在旋转盘旋转时利于档位触头滑出凹槽的面为斜面。如此,可利用档位触头116或凹槽的斜边,采取其中一种方式即刻让旋转盘旋转时不出现卡档的现象,优选地,所述的档位触头116的触头斜边与凹槽斜边共同配合,进一步利于旋转旋钮。同时档位触头116可采用一侧或对侧设置触头斜边,凹槽斜边也采用单侧或对侧设置触头斜边,形成不同的配合,优选地,所述的触头斜边与凹槽与旋转方向相匹配,可单向设置,也是双向设置,旋转盘可实现顺时针或逆时针旋转单向旋转,也可实现顺时针、逆时针双向旋转,
旋转设定盘13时,由于施力大于档位触头116卡在凹槽的圆周向作用力,档位触头116会被设定盘13压缩,从而使档位触头116滑出凹槽,实现旋转。当旋转到凹槽位置,档位触头116由压缩弹簧117弹力作用,会被顶在凹槽中,实现卡位。
设定盘13是实现旋转控制的结构,通过简易的机械控制,达到电子定时的准确性,所述的设定盘13包括ON档、OFF档、临界光照的DUSK/DAWN档、hrs档,所述的hrs档可根据需求设定时长,所述的上壳体11上还设有刻度参照点115。优选地,所述的设定盘13包括ON档、OFF档、DUSK/DAWN档、2hrs档、4hrs档、6hrs档、8hrs档、10hrs档,所述的档位触头116和凹槽的个数与档位个数相匹配。
其中,编码开关112与线路板A111可通过焊接、插口连接,所述的编码开关112通过金属片与线路板A111可拆卸连接,优选地,编码开关112通过金属片卡接在线路A上,以便后续设备维修与更换。继电器122与线路板B121可通过焊接、插口连接,所述的继电器122与线路板B121可拆卸连接,优选地,继电器122卡接在线路B上,以便后续设备维修与更换。
线路板A111与上壳体11通过螺钉连接,方便后续拆卸,优选地,所述的线路板A111通过ST2X6螺钉33与上壳体11连接,线路板B121与下壳体12也通过螺钉连接,优选地,所述的线路板B121通过ST2X6螺钉33与下壳体12连接。线路板A111与线路板B121的连接承载输入、输出信号的转化,优选地,所述的线路板A111与线路板B121通过四芯排线125连 接。其中,线路板A111与线路板B121上均设有四芯排线125匹配的插孔或插口,以便更换设备元件。
线路板B121通过导电片123输入、输出信号,即定时器插头1通过导电片123与定时器插座2电连接,实现定时器的工作运转,所述的线路板B121通过绝缘电线124与导电片123连接,所述的导电片123包括输入L极、输出L极、N极,所述的N极为输入、输出共用电极,其中,输入N极为共用导电片,既能输入L极,又能输出L极,导电片通过螺钉与下壳体12连接,优选地,所述的导电片123通过ST2.5X6螺钉32与下壳体12连接,所述的线路板B上设有分别与输入L极导电片、输出L极导电片、输入N极导电片相对应的Line_in接口127、Line_out接口128、N接口129。
本发明采用的是光感控制定时,所述的光电传感装置为光敏电阻113、光敏二极管或光敏三极管。优选地,所述的光电传感装置为光敏电阻113。
光敏电阻113设置在上壳体11内的线路板A111上,所述的设定盘13为透光设定盘,所述的光电传感装置可透过设定盘13感应光源。采用透明或半透明材质,以便于让光线透过设定盘13,如此光敏电阻113直接感光,无需将其外置,提高定时器的整体美观。
在设定盘13操作时,为给予用户提示,所述的线路板A111上还设有用于显示操作的指示装置,需要本领域技术人员理解的是,指示装置可为显示屏或灯光,优选地,所述的指示装置为指示灯114。
定时器插头1通过导电片123与定时器插座2匹配,所述的定时器插座2设有与导电片123相匹配的导电片插孔201,所述的导电片插孔201电连接外电路。通过导电片123与导电片插孔201的匹配,实现定时器插头1与定时器插座2的连接,操作简单方便,若定时器损坏,需要更换或维修,仅将定时器插头1从定时器插座2上拔下即可,再对定时器插头1部分进行更换或维修。
具体实施步骤:
1、自检:
电源接通以后,指示灯闪烁一下,同时继电器开关一次;
用黑色遮挡物遮住光敏部分,指示灯闪烁一下;
在光照强度高于10LUX时,每旋转一下旋钮,指示灯都要闪烁一下。
2、运行:
把定时盘指针旋到“ON”时,定时器打开;
把定时盘指针旋到“OFF”时,定时器关闭;
把定时盘指针旋到“DUSK/DAWN”时,当环境亮度低于10LUX(黑夜)约6分钟后,继电器打开,直到环境亮度高于10LUX(黑夜)后约6分钟,继电器关闭;
把定时盘指针旋到hrs档,根据需求设定hrs档的时间长度,当环境亮度低于10LUX(黑夜)约6分钟后,继电器打开,定时时间到后关闭(在执行倒计时期间,遇到环境亮度高于10LUX,约6分钟后退出倒计时)。当第二天天黑以后(低于10LUX),再次按定时盘旋到的时间进行定时开关。应该被本领域技术人员所理解的是,这里所说的时长和指示灯的闪烁不局限本实施例中设定。
本发明将定时器的构造部分模块化,使定时器与设备的连接简单化,定时器设备损坏时,拔下定时器插头部分单独更换即可,且定时器内部元件之间的连接都是可拆卸连接,拆卸更换更方便,减少设备元件的浪费,节约资源;旋钮式的定时调节将定时器的操作简易、直观化,能够实现360°任意方向旋转,使用简单、快捷、方便,更利于人们对定时器的应用。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种光控定时器,其特征在于:包括定时器插头(1)、定时器插座(2),所述的定时器插头(1)包括设定盘(13)、顶部设有开口的上壳体(11)、与上壳体(11)可拆卸且匹配连接的凹形下壳体(12),所述的上壳体(11)与下壳体(12)对接内部形成空腔,所述的上壳体(11)内设有固定安装在上壳体(11)的线路板A(111),所述的下壳体(12)内设有固定安装在下壳体(12)且与线路板A(111)电连接的线路板B(121)、一端与线路板B(121)连接的导电片(123),所述的线路板A(111)上安装有编码开关(112)、光电传感装置,所述的线路板B(121)上安装有继电器(122),所述的设定盘(13)一端穿过上壳体(11)开口与编码开关(112)旋转连接,所述的导电片(123)另一端伸出下壳体(12)并与定时器插座(2)匹配连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种光控定时器,其特征在于,所述的导电片(123)包括输入L极、输出L极、N极,所述的N极为输入、输出共用电极。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种光控定时器,其特征在于,所述的设定盘(13)为透光设定盘,所述的光电传感装置可透过设定盘(13)感应光源。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种光控定时器,其特征在于,所述的设定盘(13)包括设定盘附件(131)和旋转盘,所述的设定盘附件(131)一端与编码开关(112)旋转连接,另一端与旋转盘可拆卸连接,所述的设定盘附件与编码开关(112)连接的一端设有与编码开关手柄卡合匹配的卡槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种光控定时器,其特征在于,所述的上壳体(11)上还设有限制旋转盘转动的档位触头(116),所述的档位触头(116)的一端与压缩弹簧(117)连接,且档位触头(116)与压缩弹簧(117)安装在上壳体(11)的位孔中,所述的旋转盘面对档位触头的一面上设有与档位触头(116)另一端匹配的凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种光控定时器,其特征在于,所述的档位触头(116)设有触头斜边,所述的触头斜边设置在旋转盘旋转时利于档位触头滑出凹槽的面。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种光控定时器,其特征在于,所述的凹槽的开口投影面积大于凹槽底面面积,所述的凹槽在旋转盘旋转时利于档位触头滑出凹槽的面为斜面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种光控定时器,其特征在于,所述的光电传感装置为光敏电阻(113)、光敏二极管或光敏三极管。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种光控定时器,其特征在于,所述的线路板A(111)上还设有用于显示操作的指示装置,所述的指示装置为指示灯(114)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种光控定时器,其特征在于,所述的设定盘(13)包括ON档、OFF档、临界光照的DUSK/DAWN档、hrs档,所述的hrs档可根据需求设定时长。
