피부 관리기
본 발명은 피부 관리기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 스위치의 온에 따라 배터리의 전원으로 구동되는 모터를 활용하여 자극봉의 자동 승강으로 피부를 마사지할 수 있도록 하여 사용상의 편리함을 크게 증진시킬 수 있는 피부 관리기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 피부는 건조되기 쉬운데, 이러할수록 다양한 마사지나 보습을 통해 건조화 또는 노화 등을 억제할 수 있어야 한다.
피부 중에서도 두피의 건강은 탈모와 직결되기 때문에 매우 중요하다.
탈모의 원인은 크게 유전적인 요인과 비유전적인 요인으로 나눌 수 있으며, 이중에서 유전적인 요인은 선천적이어서 탈모를 막기 위한 노력을 한다하더라도 탈모의 진행을 억제하는 것은 쉽지 않는 일이지만, 비유전적인 탈모의 원인은 각종 질병이나 육체적인 스트레스 또는 정신적인 스트레스의 누적에 의해 탈모가 촉진되곤 한다.
의학적으로 볼 때에 탈모현상을 근본적으로 없앨 수는 없으나, 현 상태에서 탈모가 더 이상 진행되는 것을 억제하기 위한 갖가지 방법이 강구되고 있고, 그 중 두피에 일정한 세기의 자극을 주면서 혈액순환을 촉진하고 모근을 강화시켜 탈모를 줄이기 위한 방안이 제시되고 있다.
도 1은 선행기술문헌(대한민국 등록실용신안 제0439106호)에 따른 마이크로 니들을 이용한 두피 관리기의 사시도이고, 도 2는 선행기술문헌에 따른 마이크로 니들을 이용한 두피 관리기의 분해 사시도이고, 도 3a 및 도 3b는 선행기술문헌에 따른 마이크로 니들을 이용한 두피 관리기의 니들 베이스와 마이크로 니들의 결합의 사시도이며, 도 4a 및 도 4b는 선행기술문헌에 따른 마이크로 니들을 이용한 두피 관리기의 니들 베이스와 본체부의 결합 사시도이다.
선행기술문헌에 따른 마이크로 니들을 이용한 두피 관리기는 도 1 내지 도 4b에 도시된 바와 같이 일정간격으로 마이크로 니들(11)을 형성한 니들 베이스(10)를 반원형태의 본체부(20)의 일측과 타측에 결합하며, 본체부(20)의 좌우 측면에 니들 베이스(10)와 본체부(20)의 이탈을 방지하도록 반원판 디스크(30)를 볼트(32)로서 체결하고, 본체부(20)의 상단에는 손잡이부(40)를 형성하여 두피 관리시 사용자가 손으로 잡아 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하며, 손잡이부(40)와 본체부(20) 사이에 본체부(20)와 손잡이부(40)를 연결하는 수직 지지대(50)를 형성한 구조로 이루어진다.
니들 베이스(10)는 양 측면에 고정 결합돌기(12)를 형성하여 본체부(20)의 일측과 타측에 다수 형성된 고정 결합홈(21)에 결합되도록 구성하고, 반원판 디스크(30)는 테두리에 고정 걸림턱(31)을 형성하여 본체부(20)와 니들 베이스(10)가 이탈되지 않도록 한다.
선행기술문헌에 따른 마이크로 니들을 이용한 두피 관리기는 두피 관리시 손잡이부(40)를 두피와 밀착시킨 후 좌우로 흔들어 니들 베이스(10)의 마이크로 니들(11)이 두피에 맞닿도록 하여야만 하여 긴 시간 사용시 수동 작업에 의한 어깨 통증 등을 유발하여 사용상의 불편함을 초래하고, 나아가 단지 마이크로 니들(11)에만 의존하여 두피에 자극을 주므로 인하여 두피 치료의 효과를 크게 기대할 수 없는 한계를 안고 있다.

본 발명의 목적은 하부 장축과 승강 회전축이 치합될 경우 하향톱니 및 상향톱니의 맞물림을 보장하여 샤프트의 회전력을 승강 회전축에 그대로 전달될 수 있도록 하는 피부 관리기를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 자극봉으로 피부, 예를 들면 두피를 마사지하면서 피부미용보조액이 피부에 전달될 수 있도록 하여 피부 마사지효과 또는 모발 치료효과를 극대화시킬 수 있는 피부 관리기를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 피부미용보조액이 도넛형 앰플 속에 채워져 1회용으로 보다 위생적으로 사용케 할 수 있는 피부 관리기를 제공함에 있다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 피부 관리기는,

상부 대직경구멍 및 하부 소직경구멍으로 연통됨과 동시에 상기 모터를 직립 고정시키는 상부판을 지지하면서 상기 하우징에 결합된 메인 트렁크와,
싸인파형 구동 캠라인을 지닌 상부 원통축 및 상기 하부 소직경구멍에 이르기까지 끼워져 하부로 노출되는 하부 장축을 지니면서 상기 모터의 구동에 맞추어 회전되는 샤프트와,
상기 하부 소직경구멍 위로 장착되는 상부 스프링과,
상기 싸인파형 구동 캠라인에 연동되는 싸인파형 피동 캠라인을 지닌 상부 승강통 및 상기 하부 장축을 수용함과 동시에 상기 상부 스프링을 통과하여 상기 하부 소직경구멍에 이르기까지 끼워지는 하부 승강통을 구비하여 상기 상부 스프링에 의해 탄성 승강되는 승강통과,

피부를 자극하는 자극봉을 지님과 동시에 상기 하부통홈으로 끼워지면서 상기 승강 회전축에 고정되어 상기 싸인파형 구동 캠라인 및 싸인파형 피동 캠라인의 상호 연동에 따라 순간 승강에 이어 순간 회전되는 승강회전 자극뭉치를 포함하는 것을 그 기술적 구성상의 기본 특징으로 한다.

승강회전 자극뭉치(80)는 승강 회전축(70)에 예를 들면 나사 결합되어 있으므로 승강동작 및 회전동작을 승강 회전축(70)에 의존하게 되며, 이에 따라 자극봉(81)으로 하여금 승강동작을 통해 피부, 예를 들면 두피를 자극하고 회전동작을 통해 위치변경(회전방향 위치변경)을 실현하게 된다.
이때, 자극봉(81)의 승강높이는 도 9의 (가) 및 (나)에 도시된 바와 같이 싸인파형 구동 캠라인(41a) 및 싸인파형 피동 캠라인(51a)의 높이에 비례하며 본 발명에서는 피부, 예를 들면 두피의 상처를 깊게 하지 않는 대신 미세한 깊이로 자극할 수 있는 높이로 할 수 있고, 자극봉(81)의 회전방향 위치변경 각도는 도 9의 (가) 및 (나)에 도시된 바와 같이 싸인파형 구동 캠라인(41a) 및 싸인파형 피동 캠라인(51a)의 산과 산의 간격인 피치에 일치하며 본 발명에서는 상부 원통축(41)의 직경과 원주를 고려하여 약 25°의 간격으로 회전방향 위치변경을 실현케 할 수 있으며, 자극봉(81)의 승강높이 및 위치변경 각도는 모터(13)의 회전수, 싸인파형 구동 캠라인(41a) 및 싸인파형 피동 캠라인(51a)의 높이, 싸인파형 구동 캠라인(41a) 및 싸인파형 피동 캠라인(51a)의 산과 산의 간격인 피치에 따라 결정될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명에서는 스위치(11)의 온에 따라 배터리(12)의 전원으로 구동되는 모터(13)를 활용하여 자극봉(81)의 승강 및 위치변경을 자동적으로 구현토록 하여 피부, 예를 들면 두피를 편리 간단하게 마사지할 수 있도록 함으로써 피부의 적극적 자극으로 혈행을 원활하게 하여 특히 모발을 더욱 튼튼하게 할 수 있음과 동시에 사용상의 편리함까지 보장케 할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 피부 관리기는 메인 트렁크(20)의 상부 대직경구멍(21)의 내주연 하부에 등간격으로 내향 돌출된 내측 수직스토퍼(21a)와, 내측 수직스토퍼(21a)에 걸리면서 승강통(50)의 회전운동을 차단하는 대신 순간 승강운동을 구현하도록 상부 승강통(51)의 하측방향으로 하향 돌출된 외측 수직스토퍼(51b)를 포함한다.
승강통(50)은 샤프트(40)의 회전력에 연동되어 회전하는 구성이 아닌 오직 승강하는 구성으로서, 승강통(50)의 상승시에는 하부 장축(42) 및 승강 회전축(70)이 치합되어 샤프트(40)의 회전력이 하부 장축(42)을 통해 승강 회전축(70)으로 전달되도록 하는 반면 승강통(50)의 하강시에는 승강 회전축(70)을 하강시켜 하부 장축(42) 및 승강 회전축(70)이 분리되어 샤프트(40)의 회전력이 승강 회전축(70)으로 전달되지 않도록 함과 동시에 승강회전 자극뭉치(80)의 하강과 더불어 자극봉(81)으로 하여금 피부, 예를 들면 두피를 자극토록 한다.
이때, 자극봉(81)을 바늘(81a)로 사용하여 피부에 바늘(81a)의 승강으로 구현된 미세한 상처를 통해 피부미용보조액이 전량 흡수되도록 하여 피부치료 또는 두피치료의 극대화를 도모케 한다.
승강통(50)의 승강동작에 따라 자극봉(81)이 바늘(81a)일 경우 하강시에는 예를 들면, 피부를 미세하게 찌를 수 있도록 하고 상승시에는 승강회전 자극뭉치(80)의 회전방향 위치변경을 보장하여 바늘(81a)이 피부, 예를 들면 두피를 찌른 상태에서 회전될 경우 상처를 발생할 수 있는 우려를 미연에 방지케 한다.
본 발명에 따른 피부 관리기는 샤프트(40)의 하부 장축(42) 하단에 형성된 하향톱니(42a)와, 승강 회전축(70)의 상단에 하향톱니(42a)에 치합되도록 형성된 상향톱니(71)를 포함하여, 하부 장축(42)과 승강 회전축(70)이 치합될 경우 하향톱니(42a) 및 상향톱니(71)의 맞물림을 보장하여 샤프트(40)의 회전력을 승강 회전축(70)에 그대로 전달될 수 있게 된다.
이때, 서브 트렁크(60)는 피부미용보조액을 내장하면서 하향으로 낙하시키는 하향유로(63)를 구비하고, 승강회전 자극뭉치(80)는 하향유로(63)를 통해 피부미용보조액을 받아들이면서 피부에 전달하는 통공(82)을 구비하여, 자극봉(81)으로 피부를 마사지하면서 피부미용보조액이 피부, 예를 들면 두피에 전달될 수 있도록 함으로써 마사지효과 및 모발 치료효과를 극대화시킬 수 있게 된다.
피부미용보조액(피부, 예를 들면 두피의 가려움을 방지하면서 모발에 영양소를 줄 수 있는 공지의 피부미용보조액을 적용하므로 그 구체적인 설명은 생략)은 하부 스프링(S2) 및 승강 회전축(70)을 수용하면서 서브 트렁크(60)의 상부에 형성된 상부통홈(64)에 안착되는 도넛형 앰플(90) 속에 채워져 1회용으로 보다 위생적으로 사용토록 한다.
도넛형 앰플(90)은 1회용으로 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 상부통홈(64)의 바닥에 돌출됨과 동시에 하향유로(63)에 연통된 돌출 파이프(65)에 찔린 상태로 연통케 하여 그 사용을 1회로 제안할 수 있도록 한다.
도 10은 본 발명에 따른 피부 관리기 및 자외선 방사뭉치(100)를 나타내는 사시도이다.
본 발명에 따른 피부 관리기는 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 승강회전 자극뭉치(80)를 받아들이면서 자극봉(81)에 자외선을 방사하는 자외선 방사뭉치(100)를 더 포함하여 본 발명을 사용하지 않는 동안 보다 위생적으로 관리토록 할 수 있음은 물론이다.
본 발명은 피부를 자극하여 혈행을 월활하게 할 수 있기 위한 산업분야에 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 스위치의 온에 따라 배터리의 전원으로 구동되는 모터를 내장한 하우징과,
    상부 대직경구멍 및 하부 소직경구멍으로 연통됨과 동시에 상기 모터를 직립 고정시키는 상부판을 지지하면서 상기 하우징에 결합된 메인 트렁크와,
    싸인파형 구동 캠라인을 지닌 상부 원통축 및 상기 하부 소직경구멍에 이르기까지 끼워져 하부로 노출되는 하부 장축을 지니면서 상기 모터의 구동에 맞추어 회전되는 샤프트와,
    상기 하부 소직경구멍 위로 장착되는 상부 스프링과,
    상기 싸인파형 구동 캠라인에 연동되는 싸인파형 피동 캠라인을 지닌 상부 승강통 및 상기 하부 장축을 수용함과 동시에 상기 상부 스프링을 통과하여 상기 하부 소직경구멍에 이르기까지 끼워지는 하부 승강통을 구비하면서 상기 상부 스프링에 의해 탄성 승강되는 승강통과,
    센터홀을 지님과 동시에 하부통홈을 구비하여 상기 메인 트렁크에 장착되는 서브 트렁크와,
    상기 센터홀 위로 장착되는 하부 스프링과,
    상기 하부 스프링을 통과하면서 상기 센터홀을 경유하여 상기 하부통홈으로 노출되며 상기 승강통의 하부 승강통이 하강할 경우 순간 하강하고 상기 하부 승강통이 상승할 경우 상기 하부 스프링에 의해 탄성적으로 상승하여 상기 샤프트의 하부 장축에 치합됨과 동시에 순간 회전되는 승강 회전축과,
    피부를 자극하는 자극봉을 지님과 동시에 상기 하부통홈으로 끼워지면서 상기 승강 회전축에 고정되어 상기 싸인파형 구동 캠라인 및 싸인파형 피동 캠라인의 상호 연동에 따라 순간 승강에 이어 순간 회전되는 승강회전 자극뭉치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 관리기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 메인 트렁크의 상부 대직경구멍의 내주연 하부에 등간격으로 내향 돌출된 내측 수직스토퍼와,
    상기 내측 수직스토퍼에 걸리면서 상기 승강통의 회전운동을 차단하는 대신 순간 승강운동을 구현하도록 상기 상부 승강통의 하측방향으로 하향 돌출된 외측 수직스토퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 관리기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 샤프트의 하부 장축 하단에 형성된 하향톱니와,
    상기 승강 회전축의 상단에 상기 하향톱니에 치합되도록 형성된 상향톱니를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 관리기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 서브 트렁크는 피부미용보조액을 내장하면서 하향으로 낙하시키는 하향유로를 구비하고,
    상기 승강회전 자극뭉치는 상기 하향유로를 통해 피부미용보조액을 받아들이면서 피부에 전달하는 통공을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 관리기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 피부미용보조액은 상기 하부 스프링 및 승강 회전축을 수용하면서 상기 서브 트렁크의 상부에 형성된 상부통홈에 안착되는 도넛형 앰플 속에 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 관리기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 도넛형 앰플은 상기 상부통홈의 바닥에 돌출됨과 동시에 상기 하향유로에 연통되는 돌출 파이프에 찔려서 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 관리기.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 자극봉은 바늘인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 관리기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 승강회전 자극뭉치를 받아들이면서 상기 자극봉에 자외선을 방사하는 자외선 방사뭉치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 관리기.
