Abstract
간단한 공정으로 열방사체의 복사에너지 파장조절이 가능하고, 원하는 파장영역의 복사효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 열방사체 및 그의 제조방법이 제안된다. 본 발명에 따른 열방사체는 내부의 에너지를 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부; 및 열방사부의 복사에너지가 방출되는 에너지방출면에 위치하고, 제1굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상의 제1광결정층 및 제1굴절률과 상이한 제2굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제2광결정층을 포함하는 열방사촉진층;을 포함한다.
Description
본 발명은 열방사체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 간단한 공정으로 열방사체의 복사에너지 파장조절이 가능하고, 원하는 파장영역의 복사효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 열방사체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
열광전 변환장치는 열에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하는 장치로서 높은 에너지 밀도를 가지고 초경량화가 가능하다는 점에서 차세대 2차전지의 후보로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 아직까지는 현재 2차전지로 널리 사용되고 있는 리튬 전지를 대체하기에는 효율 면에서 개선이 필요한 상황이다.
열광전 변환장치는 크게 화석연료를 태워 열에너지를 발생시키는 연소기와 열에너지를 받아 복사에너지를 방출하는 열방사체, 그리고 복사에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하는 광전셀로 이루어져 있다.
열광전 변환 장치는 연소기를 통해 연료를 태워 열방사체의 온도를 올리고, 열방사체에서 방출된 복사에너지를 광전셀이 흡수하여 생성한 전기 에너지를 기기에 공급해주는 방식으로 구동된다. 이 때 연소기, 열방사체, 광전셀, 기기회로 등 각각의 구성요소들의 호환이 열광전 변환장치의 전체 효율을 결정하는데, 특히 열방사체의 파장별 복사 에너지 방출 분포가 에너지 변환 효율의 핵심적인 요소이다.
고효율의 열광전 변환장치를 구현하기 위해서는 열방사체의 최대 복사 방출 구간이 구동 온도의 최대 흑체 복사 파장 대역과 일치하여야 하며, 동시에 광전셀의 양자효율 분포 역시 해당 파장대역과 일치하여야 한다. 이러한 열방사체는 장파장으로 갈수록 복사 효율이 저하된다는 단점이 있다. 또한, 열방사체의 온도가 올라가면 패턴 형상이 무너질 수 있는데, 이를 방지하기 위하여 추가적인 보호막 공정이 요구된다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은, 간단한 공정으로 열방사체의 복사에너지 파장조절이 가능하고, 원하는 파장영역의 복사효율을 증가시킬 수 있는 열방사체 및 그의 제조방법을 제공함에 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 열방사체는 내부의 에너지를 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부; 및 열방사부의 복사에너지가 방출되는 에너지방출면에 위치하고, 제1굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상의 제1광결정층 및 제1굴절률과 상이한 제2굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제2광결정층을 포함하는 열방사촉진층;을 포함한다.
열방사부는 탄탈, 텅스텐, 니켈, 몰리브덴, 실리콘 카바이드 및 실리콘 기판 중 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 제1광결정층은 열방사부와 동일한 물질로 형성될 수 있다.
열방사촉진층은 제1광결정층의 제1광결정구조와 제2광결정층의 제2광결정구조가 서로 맞물려 형성되어 있는 것일 수 있다.
제1광결정층에 형성된 제1광결정구조는 지름이 0.5 내지 4 ㎛이고, 깊이는 0.2 내지 8㎛일 수 있다.
제2광결정층은 산화알루미늄, 실리카, 및 산화하프늄 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것일 수 있다.
제2굴절률은 0.4 내지 2.8일 수 있다.
열방사촉진층의 방사율 스펙트럼은 제1광결정층의 방사율 스펙트럼에 비해 장파장 영역으로 이동될 수 있다.
열방사촉진층의 두께는 2 내지 6 ㎛일 수 있다.
제1굴절률과 제2굴절률의 차이는 0.5 내지 10인 것일 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 측면에 따르면, 제2굴절률을 갖는 제2층 상에 2차원 형상의 제2광결정구조를 형성하는 단계; 및 제2층 상에 제2굴절률과 상이한 제1굴절률을 갖고, 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제1층을 형성하는 단계; 및 제1층 상에 내부의 에너지를 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 열방사체 제조방법이 제공된다.
본 발명의 또다른 측면에 따르면, 제2굴절률을 갖는 제2층 상에 2차원 형상의 제2광결정구조를 형성하는 단계; 및 제2층 상에 제2굴절률과 상이한 제1굴절률을 갖는 열방사기판을 형성하여 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제1광결정구조를 갖는 열방사기판을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 열방사체 제조방법이 제공된다.
본 발명의 또다른 측면에 따르면, 열에너지를 발생시키는 연소유닛; 연소유닛로부터 열에너지를 전달받아 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부 및 복사에너지가 방출되는 에너지방출면에 제1굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상의 제1광결정층 및 제1굴절률과 상이한 제2굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제2광결정층을 포함하는 열방사촉진층을 포함하는 열방사유닛; 및 열방사부로부터 방출된 복사에너지를 전달받아 전기에너지로 변환하는 광전변환유닛;를 포함하는 열광전변환장치가 제공된다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 열방사체의 표면에 광결정구조를 도입하여 특정파장의 복사효율을 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
아울러, 본 발명에 따른 열방사체는 광결정구조를 덮는 층을 추가적으로 형성하여 복사에너지 파장조절이 용이하여 우수한 복사효율을 나타내는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따라 열방사체를 제조하면, 금속등에 광결정구조를 형성하는 것이 아니라 보다 용이한 유전체 기판에 패턴을 형성하여 광결정구조패턴 형성이 용이하고 패턴이 정밀하여 열방사체의 정밀한 파장제어가 가능하여 신뢰성 높은 열광전변환장치를 얻을 수 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시형태를 설명한다. 그러나, 본 발명의 실시형태는 여러가지 다른 형태로 변형될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 범위가 이하 설명하는 실시형태로 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 실시형태는 당업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 본 발명을 보다 완전하게 설명하기 위해서 제공되는 것이다. 첨부된 도면에서 특정 패턴을 갖도록 도시되거나 소정두께를 갖는 구성요소가 있을 수 있으나, 이는 설명 또는 구별의 편의를 위한 것이므로 특정패턴 및 소정두께를 갖는다고 하여도 본 발명이 도시된 구성요소에 대한 특징만으로 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 열방사체의 단면도이다. 본 실시예에 따른 열방사체(100)는 내부의 에너지를 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부(110); 및 열방사부(110)의 복사에너지가 방출되는 에너지방출면에 위치하고, 제1굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상의 제1광결정층(120) 및 제1굴절률과 상이한 제2굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제2광결정층(130)을 포함하는 열방사촉진층;을 포함한다.
열방사체(100)는 내부의 에너지를 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부(110)를 포함하는데, 열방사부(110)는 탄탈, 텅스텐, 니켈, 몰리브덴, 실리콘 카바이드 및 실리콘 기판 중 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 열방사체(100)는 열방사부(110)의 복사에너지가 방출되는 에너지방출면에 위치하고, 제1굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상의 제1광결정층(120) 및 제1굴절률과 상이한 제2굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제2광결정층(130)을 포함하는 열방사촉진층을 포함한다. 즉 열방사촉진층은 제1광결정층(120) 및 제2광결정층(130)을 포함한다. 방사에너지(ER)은 열방사부(110)에서 제1광결정구조를 지나 제2광결정층(130)을 통해 외부로 방출된다.
광결정이란 가시광영역에 해당하는 나노구조와 빛의 특별한 상호작용을 이용하여 빛을 제어하고자 하는 것으로 입자간의 배열을 변화시킴으로써 반사 및 선택적 광투과 특성의 조절이 가능한 것으로서, 열방사체(100)의 에너지방출면에 광결정구조를 형성하면 원하는 파장대역의 방사에너지 방출효율을 높일 수 있다. 즉, 열방사체(100)에 광결정구조를 형성하면, 열방사체를 구성하는 물질의 포토닉 밴드갭을 제어하여 원하는 파장대역의 방사를 증가시킬 수 있다.
이러한 광결정구조만 형성하여도 열방사체(100)의 파장관련 방사효율을 증가시킬 수 있는데, 광결정구조의 깊이나 직경을 조절하면 복사 스펙트럼 및 컷오프(cut-off) 파장대역을 제어할 수 있다. 그러나, 여전히 광결정구조 형성 후에도 장파장측으로 갈수록 복사효율이 저하되고, 열방사체의 온도가 올라가면 패턴형상이 무너질 수 있게 되어 이를 보완하는 구성요소로 본 실시예에서는 제2광결정층(130)을 더 형성한다.
도 2는 도 1의 열방사체에서 제1광결정층 및 제2광결정층을 도시한 도면이다. 제2광결정층(130)은 제1광결정층(120)의 제1광결정구조(121)와 서로 맞닿아 있는 제2광결정구조(131)를 갖는 층이다. 열방사촉진층은 제1광결정층(120)의 제1광결정구조(121)와 제2광결정층(130)의 제2광결정구조(131)가 서로 맞물려 형성되어 있는 것일 수 있다. 다르게 말하면, 제2광결정층(130)은 제1광결정층(120)의 제1광결정구조(121)를 덮는 층이라 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 제1광결정구조(121)는 외부의 공기와 접촉하지 않는다. 제1광결정구조(121)와 제2광결정구조(131)는 동일한 패턴이다.
제2광결정층(130)은 제1광결정층(120)의 제1굴절률과 상이한 제2굴절률을 갖는데, 제2광결정층(130)은 공기의 굴절률과도 상이한 굴절률을 갖는다. 따라서, 제2광결정층(130)은 공기보다 굴절률이 높기 때문에 공기가 아닌 다른 물질에 있을 때의 빛의 파장은 물질의 굴절률에 반비례하는 특성에 따라 열방사체의 복사 구간이 기판이 없는 구조에 비해 장파장대역으로 이동하게 된다.
제2광결정층(130)이 없는 경우, 복사구간을 장파장대역으로 이동하기 위해서는 제1광결정구조(121)의 패턴의 직경을 증가시키는 방법이 있다. 그러나, 패턴의 직경을 증가시키게 되면, 전체 에너지방출면은 한정되어 있기 때문에 패턴의 면적대비 충진률이 감소하게 된다. 따라서, 패턴의 fill factor가 감소하여 복사효율이 감소하게 되므로 패턴의 직경을 증가시키는 방법은 단점이 있다.
그러나, 제2광결정층(130)을 제1광결정층(120) 상에 추가하게 되면, 복사구간을 장파장대역으로 이동하기 위해서는 제2광결정층(130)의 굴절률을 조절하면 되므로 패턴감소로 인한 복사효율저하를 방지할 수 있다.
제2광결정층(130)은 제1굴절률과 상이한 굴절률을 갖는 물질로서, 에너지를 방사하여야 하므로 투명한 것이 바람직하다. 제2광결정층(130)은 유전체 기판일 수 있는데, 예를 들어, 산화알루미늄(Al2O3), 실리카(SiO2) 및 산화하프늄(HfO2) 중 어느 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 제2광결정층(130)의 제2굴절률은 0.4 내지 2.8일 수 있다. 아울러, 제1굴절률과 제2굴절률의 차이는 0.5 내지 10일 수 있다. 또한, 제1광결정층(120) 및 제2광결정층(130)을 포함하는 열방사촉진층의 두께는 2 내지 6 ㎛일 수 있다.
도 3은 도 1의 제1광결정구조를 확대한 도면이다. 제1광결정층(120)에 형성된 제1광결정구조(121)는 지름(W1)이 0.5 내지 4 ㎛이고, 깊이(h1)는 0.2 내지 8㎛일 수 있다. 단일 패턴의 최초 공진모드의 형성 조건을 만족시키기 위해서는 광결정패턴의 지름은 최소 0.5 mm이고, 깊이는 최소 0.2 mm는 되어야 한다. 패턴의 반경이 증가할수록 cut-off 파장의 공진조건에 의해 복사스펙트럼이 장파장대역으로 이동하는데, 열방사체에 구동온도와 광전셀의 흡수파장을 고려했을 때, 최대반지름은 4㎛ 이내면 충분하다. 광결정패턴의 깊이가 증가할수록 패턴 내부에 더 많은 모드가 존재하여 높은 흡수율을 낸다. 따라서 열방사체 물질 별로 달라지는 경향성을 고려하면, 최대 8 mm 까지 깊이를 확보하는 것이 바람직하다.
전술한 바와 같이 제1광결정층(120) 및 제2광결정층(130)을 모두 포함하는 열방사촉진층의 방사율 스펙트럼은 제1광결정층(120)이 단독으로 존재하는 경우의 방사율 스펙트럼보다 장파장 영역으로 이동될 수 있다.
도 4는 탄탈열방사체에 제1광결정구조가 형성된 경우의 방사율 스펙트럼과 산화알루미늄소재의 제2광결정층을 추가로 형성한 경우의 방사율 스펙트럼을 도시한 도면이고, 도 5는 텅스텐열방사체에 제1광결정구조가 형성된 경우의 방사율 스펙트럼과 제2광결정층을 추가로 형성한 경우의 방사율 스펙트럼을 도시한 도면이며, 도 6은 탄탈열방사체에 도 4에서보다 직경이 증가한 제1광결정구조가 형성된 경우의 방사율 스펙트럼과 제2광결정층을 추가로 형성한 경우의 방사율 스펙트럼을 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 깊이 2.2㎛, 반경 380nm인 원통형의 광결정패턴이 1㎛의 주기로 형성된 탄탈열방사체의 방사스펙트럼(검정선)과 이러한 탄탈열방사체에 산화알루미늄이 제2광결정층으로 추가된 경우의 방사스펙트럼(붉은선)을 도시한 그래프이다. 붉은 선의 경우, 검정선으로 도시된 탄탈열방사체의 방사스펙트럼이 장파장 영역으로 이동(shift) 되었음을 알 수 있다.
도 5는 깊이 2.2㎛, 반경 380nm인 원통형의 광결정패턴이 1㎛의 주기로 형성된 텅스텐열방사체의 방사스펙트럼(검정선)과 이러한 텅스텐열방사체에 산화알루미늄이 제2광결정층으로 추가된 경우의 방사스펙트럼(붉은선)을 도시한 그래프이다. 붉은 선의 경우, 검정선으로 도시된 텅스텐열방사체의 방사스펙트럼이 장파장 영역으로 이동(shift) 되었음을 알 수 있다.
도 6은 패턴의 크기를 증가시킨 경우의 방사스펙트럼을 도시한 도면이다. 깊이 2.2㎛, 반경 0.6㎛인 원통형의 광결정패턴이 형성된 탄탈열방사체의 방사스펙트럼(검정선)과 도 4에서의 탄탈열방사체에 산화알루미늄이 제2광결정층으로 추가된 경우의 방사스펙트럼(붉은선)을 도시한 그래프이다. 즉, 본 실시예에서는 탄탈열방사체에서 광결정패턴의 직경을 증가시키면 방사스펙트럼이 장파장영역으로 이동하게 되고, 광결정패턴의 직경을 증가시키는 대신 제2광결정층을 추가하는 경우에도 방사스펙트럼이 장파장영역으로 이동하는 것을 확인할 수있다. 붉은 선의 경우 검정선에 비해 방사스펙트럼이 더욱 장파장쪽으로 확대되었음을 알 수 있다.
도 7은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 열방사체의 단면도이다. 본 실시예에서의 열방사체(200)는 열방사부(210) 상에 제1광결정층(220) 및 제2광결정층(230)이 위치한다.
제2광결정층(230)은 제1광결정층(220)의 제1광결정구조(221)를 따라 박막층 형태로서, 제1광결정구조가 상부표면에 드러나도록 형성된다. 본 실시예의 경우, 제2광결정층(230)을 박막증착등의 공정에 의해 형성하면 제2광결정층(230)의 두께가 얇아 공정시간이 감소하고 공정이 간단해져 제조비용이 절감될 수 있다. 이러한 경우에도 제2광결정층(230)은 제1광결정층(220)을 덮고 있어 복사스펙트럼의 장파장 이동이 가능하고, 고온에서의 제1광결정구조의 무너짐을 방지할 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 또다른 실시예에 따른 열방사체의 단면도이다. 본 실시예에서의 열방사체(300)는 열방사부(310) 상에 제1광결정층(320), 제2광결정층(330) 및 제3층(340)이 위치한다.
제2광결정층(330)은 제1광결정층(320)의 제1광결정구조를 따라 박막층 형태로서, 제1광결정구조(321)가 상부표면에 드러나도록 형성된다. 본 실시예의 경우, 제2광결정층(330) 상에 제3층을 더 포함하여, 고온에서의 제1광결정구조를 더욱 효과적으로 보호할 수 있어서, 패턴의 무너짐을 더욱 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.
도 9 내지 도 12는 본 발명의 또다른 실시예들에 따른 광결정구조들을 도시한 도면들이다. 도 9 내지 도 12에는 광결정구조, 즉 광결정패턴의 예를 도시하고 있다. 도 9의 광결정패턴은 원통형구조이고, 도 10의 광결정패턴은 반구형이며, 도 11의 광결정패턴은 원뿔형이고, 도 12의 광결정 패턴은 원뿔형의 상단이 잘려나간 형상이 패턴이다. 패턴의 형상이나 크기는 원하는 복사스펙트럼이나 파장영역을 고려하여 선택될 수 있다.
도 13 내지 도 15는 본 발명의 또다른 실시예에 따른 열방사체 제조방법의 설명에 제공되는 도면들이다. 본 실시예에 따르면, 제2굴절률을 갖는 제2층(430) 상에 2차원 형상의 제2광결정구조(431)를 형성하는 단계; 및 제2층(430) 상에 제2굴절률과 상이한 제1굴절률을 갖고, 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제1층(420)을 형성하는 단계; 및 제1층(420) 상에 내부의 에너지를 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부(410)를 형성하는 단계;가 수행되어 열방사체(400)가 제조된다.
본 실시예에서 열방사체(400)를 제조하기 위해서는 열방사부(410)가 아닌 제2굴절률을 갖는 제2층(430)을 먼저 준비하여, 표면에 2차원 형상의 제2광결정구조(431)를 형성한다(도 13 참조). 즉, 제1층에 먼저 제1광결정구조를 형성하는 것이 아니라 제2층(430)을 준비하여 제2광결정구조를 형성하고, 이러한 제2광결정구조(431) 상에 제1층을 형성하여 제2광결정구조(431)가 전사된 제1층을 형성하게 된다.
제1층은 열방사체와 접촉하고 있으므로 내부의 열에너지가 전달될 수 있도록 금속으로 구현될 수 있다. 금속인 경우, 금속 표면에 패턴을 만들기 위해서 포토리소그래피 혹은 레이저 간섭 리소그래피와 같은 직접적으로 금속을 식각하여 패터닝 하는 방식이 사용된다. 광결정패턴의 구조적 변수(주기, 지름, 깊이)가 복사 스펙트럼을 결정하기 때문에 패턴의 형상을 정교하게 조절하는 것이 요구되나, 금속 특유의 물성때문에 식각 등의 방법으로 패턴을 정밀하게 조절하는 데는 한계가 있다.
반면에 유전체는 금속과는 달리 상대적으로 패턴의 형상을 자유롭게 조절할 수 있기 때문에 원하는 패턴의 유전체 기판을 제2층으로 제작한 뒤에, 그 위에 제1층을 적층하면(도 14참조) 제1층에 제1광결정구조를 형성할 수 있으므로, 기존의 직접 식각하는 방식에서는 구현하기 어려웠던 다양한 구조와 세밀한 크기의 광결정을 구현할 수 있다.
따라서, 유전체 표면에 패턴을 형성하고 열방사체 물질을 적층하는 방식을 사용함으로써 기존의 식각을 통한 패터닝 공정에 비해 시간과 비용을 절감하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
제1층(420) 상에 내부의 에너지를 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부(410)를 형성하여 열방사체(400) 제조한다(도 15). 방사에너지(ER)은 열방사부(410)에서 제1광결정구조를 지나 제2층(430)을 통해 외부로 방출된다.
도 16은 본 발명의 또다른 실시예에 따른 열방사체의 단면도이다. 본 실시예에 따르면, 제2굴절률을 갖는 제2층(530) 상에 2차원 형상의 제2광결정구조(521)를 형성하는 단계; 및 제2층(530) 상에 제2굴절률과 상이한 제1굴절률을 갖는 열방사기판(510)을 형성하여 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제1광결정구조를 갖는 열방사기판을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 열방사체(500) 제조방법이 제공된다.
본 실시예에서는 제2층(530) 상에 제1층을 형성하고 상부에 열방사체를 형성하는 것이 아니라 제2층(530) 상에 제1층 및 열방사체를 함께 포함하는 열방사기판(510)을 형성한다. 따라서, 본 실시예에서 제1층 및 열방사체는 동일한 물질로 형성되어 있다.
도 17은 본 발명의 또다른 실시예에 따른 열광전변환장치를 도시한 도면이다. 본 실시예에 따르면, 열에너지를 발생시키는 연소유닛(1100); 연소유닛(1100)로부터 열에너지(EH)를 전달받아 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부(1210) 및 복사에너지(ER)가 방출되는 에너지방출면에 제1굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상의 제1광결정층(1220) 및 제1굴절률과 상이한 제2굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제2광결정층(1230)을 포함하는 열방사촉진층을 포함하는 열방사유닛(1200); 및 열방사유닛으로부터 방출된 복사에너지를 전달받아 전기에너지(EE)로 변환하는 광전변환유닛(1300);를 포함하는 열광전변환장치(1000)가 제공된다.
본 실시예의 열광전변환장치(1000)는 광결정(photonic crystal) 구조가 도입된 열방사체 구조를 포함하는 장치이다. 열광전변환장치(1000)는 연소기를 통해 연료를 태워 열방사체의 온도를 올리고, 열방사체에서 방출된 복사에너지를 광전변환소자가 흡수하여 생성한 전기 에너지를 기기에 공급해주는 방식으로 구동된다.
열광전변환장치(1000)의 효율을 높이기 위해서는 열방사체의 최대 복사 방출 구간이 구동 온도의 최대 흑체 복사 파장 대역과 일치하며, 동시에 광전셀의 양자효율 분포 역시 해당 파장대역과 일치하는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서, 본 실시예에 따른 열방사유닛(1200)은 에너지 방출면에 열방사촉진층이 형성되어 이러한 조건을 최대한 만족시킬 수 있어 열광전변환장치(1000)의 효율을 증가시킬 수 있다.
이상, 본 발명의 실시예들에 대하여 설명하였으나, 해당 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서, 구성 요소의 부가, 변경, 삭제 또는 추가 등에 의해 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있을 것이며, 이 또한 본 발명의 권리범위 내에 포함된다고 할 것이다.
Claims (12)
- 내부의 에너지를 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부; 및상기 열방사부의 상기 복사에너지가 방출되는 에너지방출면에 위치하고, 제1굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상의 제1광결정층 및 상기 제1굴절률과 상이한 제2굴절률을 갖는 상기 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제2광결정층을 포함하는 열방사촉진층;을 포함하는 열방사체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 열방사부는 탄탈, 텅스텐, 니켈, 몰리브덴, 실리콘 카바이드 및 실리콘 기판 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것인 열방사체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1광결정층은 상기 열방사부와 동일한 물질로 형성되는 것인 열방사체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1광결정층에 형성된 제1광결정구조는 지름이 0.5 내지 4 ㎛이고, 깊이는 0.2 내지 8㎛인 열방사체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제2광결정층은 산화알루미늄, 실리카, 및 산화하프늄 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것인 열방사체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제2굴절률은 0.4 내지 2.8인 것인 열방사체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 열방사촉진층의 방사율 스펙트럼은 상기 제1광결정층의 방사율 스펙트럼에 비해 장파장 영역으로 이동되는 것인 열방사체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 열방사촉진층의 두께는 2 내지 6 ㎛인 것인 열방사체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1굴절률과 상기 제2굴절률의 차이는 0.5 내지 10인 것인 열방사체.
- 제2굴절률을 갖는 제2층 상에 2차원 형상의 제2광결정구조를 형성하는 단계;상기 제2층 상에 상기 제2굴절률과 상이한 제1굴절률을 갖고, 상기 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제1층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제1층 상에 내부의 에너지를 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 열방사체 제조방법.
- 제2굴절률을 갖는 제2층 상에 2차원 형상의 제2광결정구조를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제2층 상에 상기 제2굴절률과 상이한 제1굴절률을 갖는 열방사기판을 형성하여 상기 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제1광결정구조를 갖는 열방사기판을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 열방사체 제조방법.
- 열에너지를 발생시키는 연소유닛;상기 연소유닛로부터 열에너지를 전달받아 복사에너지로 방출하는 열방사부, 및 상기 복사에너지가 방출되는 에너지방출면에 제1굴절률을 갖는 2차원 형상의 제1광결정층 및 상기 제1굴절률과 상이한 제2굴절률을 갖는 상기 2차원 형상과 대응하는 형상의 제2광결정층을 포함하는 열방사촉진층을 포함하는 열방사유닛; 및상기 열방사부로부터 방출된 복사에너지를 전달받아 전기에너지로 변환하는 광전변환유닛;를 포함하는 열광전변환장치.
