公仔玩具 技术领域
本公开属于儿童玩具产品领域，例如是一种能够快速简易地变换玩具形态的公仔玩具。
背景技术
卡通人物、动植物造型的公仔玩具伴随儿童童年成长的阶段，对于培养儿童的爱心、团队精神的情感教育，具有独特的作用。套装或拼装的玩具产品还能够增强儿童的动手能力。是一类广受欢迎的玩具类型。
常见公仔玩具除了造型的变化，更多的产品注重在增加公仔玩具动态效果和声音、视觉效果上进行开发。而形态变化的创新是玩具开发者缺乏关注的一个方面。因此，市场上具有通过操作玩具本身的结构进行形态变化，来达到一件产品、多种玩法的产品，并不多见。
发明内容
本公开提供一种公仔玩具，结构独特，能够通过翻转公仔的裙装组件，使玩具产品或表现为公仔的形态，或表现为蛋糕杯、蛋糕碗、蛋形玩具的形态，具有多种玩法。同时，这种翻转操作容易实现，适合低年龄段的儿童使用。
一种公仔玩具，包括依次连接的头部、躯干部、臂部，在躯干部底部连接一个圆台状或半圆壳体的裙装件，裙装件采用橡胶或者弹性体合成材料制作的。
通常状态下，采用具有弹性的材料制作的壳状裙装件，作为玩具的组件，能够表现公仔的受儿童喜爱的造型，同时，也作为玩具站立的支撑件。橡胶或弹性体合成材料具有受力拉伸后延长，外力撤销后回复原状的性能，因此，用于制作裙装件，可以方便地使裙装件向上翻转。在操作变换玩具形态的时候，只要抓住公仔的躯干部向下压，同时托住裙装件的沿口向上顶。利用弹性材料弯折后能够自动伸展的性能，裙装件经过躯干部底面后继续向上翻转，并重新围合为一个开口向上的外侧壁，整个玩具产品变化为杯状或蛋形的结构。此时公仔的其它部分被包围在外侧壁的内部，在杯状或蛋形结构的开口上盖合一个盖子，就变成雪糕杯、雪糕桶或蛋形玩具的形状。通过这种简便的操作，一件玩具变化出两种玩法。裙装件形成为圆台状和半圆壳体，翻转时内部的拉力均 匀、伸展自如，使操作更容易。
可选的，上述结构的公仔玩具，还包括一个帽状件，帽状件帽口的形状与裙装件的开口形状相同。
可选的，所述帽状件在直径方向安装有松紧带。
帽状件是一个制作成帽子形状的壳状结构件，帽状件外表面根据公仔玩具的种类，按需要制作或涂装成多种形态。当公仔玩具变化为卡通形象时，作为公仔玩具的装饰组件，同时松紧带用于将帽状件固定在公仔的头部。当公仔玩具翻转变化为雪糕杯、雪糕桶或蛋形玩具的形象时，把帽状件的帽口扣接到经过翻转后的裙装件所形成的向上的开口上，使公仔玩具变化为一个完整的雪糕杯、雪糕桶或蛋形玩具。由于帽状件的帽口形状与裙装件开口相同，扣接后能够形成固定的连接，使玩具的形象更加生动。
可选的，上述结构的公仔玩具，裙装件是具有花纹图案的镂空结构。
裙装部制作为镂空结构，一方面增加玩具外部的通透感，显得更加美观；另一方面，镂空结构与整片密实的结构相比，减少了弹性体材料的面积，能够减少裙装部进行翻转时的阻力，进一步提升了操作的简便程度，适合儿童的年龄特点。
本公开的公仔玩具除了制作为卡通人物，还可以是其他物体的形状，比如动物、植物、自然界的其他多种物体模型替代上述公仔玩具的头部、躯干部、臂部结构；模型底部连接所述的裙装件。裙装件设计为围合的圆台、椭圆台形或半圆壳体，该围合部能够翻转并容纳其他的结构。
本公开克服了相关技术中公仔玩具形象单一、缺乏变化的不足，实现一种产品变换出多种形态的趣味效果。提升玩具产品，尤其是公仔玩具产品的可玩性和吸引力。

具体实施方式
在不冲突的情况下，以下实施例和实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例1
图1是实施例1中公仔玩具的立体图。本实施例提供了一种酒杯公仔玩具，可以是采用橡胶材料浇注成型。如图1所示，公仔结构上包括头部1、躯干部2、手臂部3，躯干部的下端连接一个裙装部4。裙装部4是一个半圆壳状的结构。裙装部内的中轴线位置还连接一个杯脚结构5，杯脚结构5的长度小于裙装部的高度。
通常情况下公仔玩具的裙装部与放置的平面接触，作为支撑结构使玩具直立放置。呈现为卡通造型的玩具形态。在对玩具进行变化时，用户可以是一手抓住公仔的躯干部向下压，同时另一手托住裙装部的沿口向上顶，使裙装部的边缘拉伸、翻转。如附图2所示。裙装部的边缘经过躯干部的底面后继续向上翻转，并围合为开口向上的外侧壁，变化为酒杯的杯体。此时公仔的其它部分被包围在外侧壁的内部，杯脚结构5完全展现出来。整个玩具则变化为一个酒杯的形态。参见图3所示。图4是裙装件完全翻转到另一侧后形成另外一种形象的立体图。可选的，在酒杯的开口上盖合一个盖子6，盖子6是半圆壳体，盖子6的开口是一个帽口结构，帽口的形状和大小与酒杯的开口相同。把帽口扣接到酒杯开口上，整个玩具就变成雪糕杯的形状，这种变化的操作改变了以往的公仔玩具形状单一的不足，趣味性更高。
实施例2
一种蛋糕形状的橡胶浇注玩具产品，包括一个倒圆台形状的蛋糕模型21和盖合在蛋糕模型的上盖体22。蛋糕模型21的侧壁为薄片状的橡胶层，蛋糕模型21的碗状容置腔中生成卡通人物造型或者动物、植物、及自然界的多种物体等具有美观形态的物体的模型。
使用时，移开盖体22，将蛋糕模型21的侧壁橡胶层拉伸并向下翻转，使侧壁在经过蛋糕模型21的底面后继续向下，形成正圆台形的支撑结构。侧壁的橡胶层内侧可以形成为具有花纹图案，使翻转后的支撑结构可以变化为卡通人物的裙装件或者单纯作为安放玩具的基座。经过翻转后的玩具产品呈现为另一种形态。制作为卡通人物造型的玩具产品，经过翻转变化后的形态类似图1所示的结构。
以上，参照附图说明了本公开的部分可选实施方式。本实施例中裙装件的形状还可以是半椭圆壳体、多边形台状壳体等结构。
工业实用性
本公开克服了相关技术中公仔玩具形象单一、缺乏变化的不足，实现一种产品变换出多种形态的趣味效果。提升玩具产品，尤其是公仔玩具产品的可玩性和吸引力。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种公仔玩具，包括依次连接的头部、躯干部和臂部，以及连接在所述躯干部底部的裙装件，所述裙装件为圆台状或半圆壳体，所述裙装件是采用橡胶或者弹性体合成材料制作而成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的公仔玩具，还包括帽状件，所述帽状件的帽口的形状与裙装件的开口形状相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的公仔玩具，其中，所述帽状件还包括安装在直径方向的松紧带。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的公仔玩具，其中，所述裙装件是具有花纹图案的镂空结构。
  5. 一种具有权利要求1或2所述结构的玩具，其中，所述公仔玩具的头部、躯干部、臂部结构采用动物、植物、或者其他物体的模型替代，模型底部连接所述裙装件。
