步骤101:获取用户进行资源下载的操作;
具体地,用户通过用户设备进行资源下载,所述用户设备包括手机、pad、笔记本电脑、台式机、智能电视等终端,所述用户进行资源下载的操作包括用户点击用户设备显示界面上的下载按钮的操作,本申请不做限定;例如用户通过搜索找到了电影“疯狂动物城”的视频资源的下载地址,通过点击用户设备显示界面上标识为“下载”的按钮欲进行下载,用户设备获取用户的点击操作。
步骤102:提示所述用户选择作为下载目的地的终端;
具体地,当获取到用户进行资源下载的操作时,用户设备可以通过在显示界面显示选择菜单的方式提示用户选择作为下载目的地的终端,也可 以通过显示输入菜单的方式提示用户输入其选择的作为下载目的地的终端,本申请实施例不做限定;
步骤103:获取待下载资源的下载地址;
具体地,每个待下载资源都对应至少一个下载地址,所述下载地址可以包括统一资源定位符(Uniform Resource Locator,URL),也可以包括资源在不同服务器上的下载地址,本申请实施例不做限定;
步骤104:根据所述用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端及所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载指令,以使所述作为下载目的地的终端通过所述待下载资源的下载地址下载资源。
具体地,所述下载指令可以通过用户设备建立,也可以通过服务器建立,本申请实施例不做限定;当通过用户设备建立时,用户设备与所述作为下载目的地的终端之间进行无线网络通信,当通过服务器建立时,服务器与用户设备之间进行网络通信,服务器与所述作为下载目的地的终端之间也进行网络通信:
具体地,通过用户设备建立下载指令,对用户设备的硬件要求非常高,图2为本申请实施例提供的一种根据所述用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端及所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载指令的方法的示意图,如图2所示,所述方法包括:
获取用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端的设备标识;
具体地,所述设备标识可以包括设备的MAC地址和/或IP地址等设备特有标识,本申请实施例不做限定;
将所述设备标识及所述待下载资源的下载地址发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述设备标识与所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载链接并下发下载指令。
具体地,服务器可以存储有用户的个人账号下绑定的所有设备的信息,所述设备信息包括设备标识以及所述设备标识对应的通信地址等信息,服务器根据用户设备发送的所述设备标识确定所述设备标识对应的终端的通信地址,建立所述终端的通信地址与所述待下载资源的下载地址之间的链接,并向所述作为下载目的地的终端下发下载所述待下载资源的指令,以使所述终端通过所述下载地址下载所述待下载资源。
本申请实施例提供的资源下载方法,通过提示用户选择作为下载目的地的终端的方式获取作为下载目的地的终端,根据所述作为下载目的地的终端及待下载资源的下载地址建立下载指令,使所述作为下载目的地的终端通过所述待下载资源的下载地址下载资源,资源下载操作简单,即使用户想要用来下载资源的终端不在身边时也可以进行资源下载,用户体验度高。
进一步地,参见图3,当用户仅需要待下载资源的一部分时,对整个待下载资源进行下载既浪费时间又浪费下载目的地的存储空间,为避免上述问题,本申请实施例提供的资源下载方法,在步骤101之后,还包括:
步骤201:提示用户选择开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点;
步骤202:获取所述用户选择的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点;
具体地,所述开始下载节点包括用户开始下载待下载资源时对应的所述待下载资源的位置点、时间点等资源分割节点,所述结束下载节点包括用户结束下载待下载资源时对应的所述待下载资源的位置点、时间点等资源分割节点;例如,用户需要从“疯狂动物城”视频资源的第20分钟开始下载该视频资源,则所述开始下载节点包括“疯狂动物城”视频资源的第20分钟,在一实施例中用户设备可以在显示界面上显示与所述视频资源总时长相对应的滑动按钮,以提示用户滑动所述滑动按钮来选择所述开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点,在其他实施例中,用户设备也可以通过给出节点列表让用户进行选择等方式提示用户选择开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点,本申请实施例不做限定;
具体地,本申请实施例通过下述方法提示用户选择开始下载节点:
获取待下载资源的下载信息;
具体地,所述下载信息包括待下载资源是否已下载以及已下载的内容等。
若所述下载信息显示所述待下载资源已部分下载,则获取已下载部分的结束下载节点;
提示用户是否选择将所述结束下载节点作为开始下载节点。
通过在用户进行资源下载时,提示用户选择是否将在用户设备中被部分下载过的资源的已下载部分的结束下载节点作为开始下载节点,避免了 在用户设备中已下载过的资源被重复下载的问题。
步骤203:获取用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端的设备标识;
步骤204:将所述设备标识、所述待下载资源的下载地址及所述用户选择的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述设备标识与所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载链接,并根据所述开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点确定下载指令及下发所述下载指令。
具体地,服务器对所述下载节点和/或结束下载节点进行数据处理,在下载指令中加入下载的开始点和/或结束点。
通过获取开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点,有针对性的下载资源的特定部分,避免了对整个资源进行下载造成的时间浪费和存储空间的浪费。

图4为本申请实施例2提供的资源下载方法流程图,如图4所示,本申请实施例提供了一种资源下载方法,包括:
步骤301:提示用户选择是否分开下载第一资源和第二资源;
具体地,例如用户通过搜索找到了电影“疯狂动物城”的视频资源的下载地址,所述“疯狂动物城”的视频资源包括“疯狂动物城A”(第一资源)和“疯狂动物城B”(第二资源)两个文件,所述下载地址包括“疯狂动物城A”和“疯狂动物城B”两个下载地址;用户设备可以通过在显示界面上显示“是/否分开下载”的选择按钮的方式提示用户选择是否分开下载所述第一资源和所述第二资源,当用户点击“是”时,分开下载所述第一资源和所述第二资源,在其他实施例中用户设备也可以通过其他方式提醒用户进行选择,本申请实施例不做限定;
步骤302:若用户选择分开下载,则提示所述用户选择作为所述第一资源的下载目的地的第一终端和作为所述第二资源的下载目的地的第二终端;
具体地,用户设备可以通过在显示界面显示选择菜单的方式提示用户选择作为下载目的地的终端,也可以通过显示输入菜单的方式提示用户输入其选择的作为下载目的地的终端,本申请实施例不做限定;用户设备可以依次提示用户选择作为所述第一资源的下载目的地的第一终端和作为所述第二资源的下载目的地的第二终端,也可以同时提示用户选择作为所 述第一资源的下载目的地的第一终端和作为所述第二资源的下载目的地的第二终端,本申请实施例不做限定;
步骤303:根据所述用户选择的第一终端及所述第一资源的下载地址建立第一下载指令,根据所述用户选择的第二终端及所述第二资源的下载地址建立第二下载指令,以使所述第一终端下载所述第一资源的同时所述第二终端下载所述第二资源。
具体地,每个待下载资源都对应至少一个下载地址,所述下载地址可以包括统一资源定位符(Uniform Resource Locator,URL),也可以包括资源在不同服务器上的下载地址,本申请实施例不做限定;所述下载指令可以通过用户设备建立,也可以通过服务器建立,本申请实施例不做限定;当通过用户设备建立时,用户设备与所述作为下载目的地的终端之间进行无线网络通信,当通过服务器建立时,服务器与用户设备之间进行网络通信,服务器与所述作为下载目的地的终端之间进行网络通信。
本申请实施例提供的资源下载方法,通过选择不同的终端作为不同资源的下载目的地,实现了同时对不同资源的下载,节省了下载时间,提高了用户体验度。
进一步地,本申请实施例提供的资源下载方法,还包括:
提示所述用户选择所述第一资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点,以及所述第二资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点;
具体地,所述开始下载节点包括用户开始下载待下载资源时对应的所述待下载资源的位置点、时间点等资源分割节点,所述结束下载节点包括用户结束下载待下载资源时对应的所述待下载资源的位置点、时间点等资源分割节点;例如,用户需要通过A设备从“疯狂动物城A”视频资源的第10分钟开始下载该视频资源,下载至该视频资源的第40分钟结束下载,则所述开始下载节点包括“疯狂动物城A”视频资源的第10分钟,所述结束下载节点包括“疯狂动物城A”视频资源的第40分钟;在一实施例中用户设备可以在显示界面上显示与所述视频资源总时长相对应的滑动按钮,以提示用户滑动所述滑动按钮来选择所述开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点,在其他实施例中,用户设备也可以通过其他方式提示用户选择开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点,本申请实施例不做限定;用户设备可 以依次提示用户选择所述第一资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点以及所述第二资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点,也可以同时提示用户选择所述第一资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点以及所述第二资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点,本申请实施例不做限定;根据所述用户选择的第一终端、所述第一资源的下载地址以及所述第一资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点建立第一下载指令,根据所述用户选择的第二终端、所述第二资源的下载地址及所述第二资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点建立第二下载指令,以使所述第一终端下载所述第一资源的同时所述第二终端下载所述第二资源。

提示模块20,用于提示所述用户选择作为下载目的地的终端;
处理模块30,用于根据所述用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端及所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载指令,以使所述作为下载目的地的终端通过所述待下载资源的下载地址下载资源。

获取单元,用于获取用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端的设备标识;
发送单元,用于将所述设备标识及所述待下载资源的下载地址发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述设备标识与所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载链接并下发下载指令。
进一步地,当用户仅需要待下载资源的一部分时,对整个待下载资源进行下载既浪费时间又浪费下载目的地的存储空间,为避免上述问题,本申请实施例提供的资源下载装置,还包括:
提示模块20,用于提示用户选择开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点;

获取模块10,用于获取待下载资源的下载信息若所述下载信息显示所述待下载资源已部分下载,则获取已下载部分的结束下载节点;
提示模块20,用于提示用户是否选择将所述结束下载节点作为开始下载节点。
通过在用户进行资源下载时,提示用户选择是否将在用户设备中被部分下载过的资源的已下载部分的结束下载节点作为开始下载节点,避免了在用户设备中已下载过的资源被重复下载的问题。

提示模块20,用于提示用户选择是否分开下载所述第一资源和所述第二资源;若用户选择分开下载,则提示所述用户选择作为所述第一资源的下载目的地的第一终端和作为所述第二资源的下载目的地的第二终端;

存储器502作为一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非暂态软件程序、非暂态计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的资源下载方法对应的程序指令/模块。处理器501通过运行存储在存储器502中的非暂态软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例资源下载方法。

  1. 一种资源下载方法,应用于电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户进行资源下载的操作;
    提示所述用户选择作为下载目的地的终端;
    获取待下载资源的下载地址;
    根据所述用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端及所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载指令,以使所述作为下载目的地的终端通过所述待下载资源的下载地址下载资源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端及所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载指令,包括:
    获取用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端的设备标识;
    将所述设备标识及所述待下载资源的下载地址发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述设备标识与所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载链接并下发下载指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待下载资源包括第一资源和第二资源,所述方法还包括:
    提示用户选择是否分开下载所述第一资源和所述第二资源;
    若用户选择分开下载,则提示所述用户选择作为所述第一资源的下载目的地的第一终端和作为所述第二资源的下载目的地的第二终端;
    根据所述用户选择的第一终端及所述第一资源的下载地址建立第一下载指令,根据所述用户选择的第二终端及所述第二资源的下载地址建立第二下载指令,以使所述第一终端下载所述第一资源的同时所述第二终端下载所述第二资源。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    提示用户选择开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点;
    获取所述用户选择的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点;
    所述根据所述用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端及所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载指令,包括:
    获取用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端的设备标识;
    将所述设备标识、所述待下载资源的下载地址及所述用户选择的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述设备标识与所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载链接,并根据所述开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点确定下载指令及下发所述下载指令。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取待下载资源的下载信息;
    若所述下载信息显示所述待下载资源已部分下载,则获取已下载部分的结束下载节点;
    提示用户是否选择将所述结束下载节点作为开始下载节点。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    提示所述用户选择所述第一资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点,以及所述第二资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点;
    根据所述用户选择的第一终端、所述第一资源的下载地址以及所述第一资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点建立第一下载指令,根据所述用户选择的第二终端、所述第二资源的下载地址及所述第二资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点建立第二下载指令,以使所述第一终端下载所述第一资源的同时所述第二终端下载所述第二资源。
  7. 一种资源下载装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取用户进行资源下载的操作及获取待下载资源的下载地址;
    提示模块,用于提示所述用户选择作为下载目的地的终端;
    处理模块,用于根据所述用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端及所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载指令,以使所述作为下载目的地的终端通过所述待下载资源的下载地址下载资源。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端的设备标识;
    发送单元,用于将所述设备标识及所述待下载资源的下载地址发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述设备标识与所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载链接并下发下载指令。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待下载资源包括第一资源和第二资源,所述装置还包括:
    所述提示模块,用于提示用户选择是否分开下载所述第一资源和所述第二资源;若用户选择分开下载,则提示所述用户选择作为所述第一资源的下载目的地的第一终端和作为所述第二资源的下载目的地的第二终端;
    所述处理模块,用于根据所述用户选择的第一终端及所述第一资源的下载地址建立第一下载指令,根据所述用户选择的第二终端及所述第二资源的下载地址建立第二下载指令,以使所述第一终端下载所述第一资源的同时所述第二终端下载所述第二资源。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述提示模块,用于提示用户选择开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点;
    所述获取模块,用于获取所述用户选择的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点;
    所述处理模块的获取单元,用于获取用户选择的所述作为下载目的地的终端的设备标识;
    所述处理模块的发送单元,用于将所述设备标识、所述待下载资源的下载地址及所述用户选择的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述设备标识与所述待下载资源的下载地址建立下载链接,并根据所述开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点确定下载指令及下发所述下载指令。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述获取模块,用于获取待下载资源的下载信息若所述下载信息显示所述待下载资源已部分下载,则获取已下载部分的结束下载节点;
    所述提示模块,用于提示用户是否选择将所述结束下载节点作为开始下载节点。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述提示模块,用于提示所述用户选择所述第一资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点,以及所述第二资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点;
    所述处理模块,用于根据所述用户选择的第一终端、所述第一资源的 下载地址以及所述第一资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点建立第一下载指令,根据所述用户选择的第二终端、所述第二资源的下载地址及所述第二资源对应的开始下载节点和/或结束下载节点建立第二下载指令,以使所述第一终端下载所述第一资源的同时所述第二终端下载所述第二资源。
  13. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括权利要求7-12任一项提供的资源下载装置。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-6任一所述方法。
  15. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行如权利要求1至6任一所述的方法。
  16. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令使所述计算机执行如权利要求1至6任一所述的方法。
