Abstract

L'invention concerne une armoire de désinfection polyvalente, comprenant un corps d'armoire (1), une porte d'armoire (2), et une chambre de désinfection à l'ozone (3) et une chambre de chauffage (4) disposées à l'intérieur du corps de l'armoire (1) et séparées l'une de l'autre par une plaque verticale (11). Un appareil de chauffage infrarouge à haute température (41) et une pluralité de plaques de support de stockage (42) sont disposés à l'intérieur de la chambre de chauffage (4). Un appareil de désinfection à l'ozone (31) et un support de stockage rotatif (32) sont disposés à l'intérieur de la chambre de désinfection à l'ozone (3). Une pluralité de crochets (321) sont fixés sur le support de stockage rotatif (32). Un disque rotatif (322) est disposé au fond du support de stockage rotatif (32). Une pluralité de protubérances (a) sont disposées sur le disque rotatif (322). L'appareil de désinfection à l'ozone (31) est disposé dans la partie supérieure de la chambre de désinfection à l'ozone (3), et l'appareil de chauffage infrarouge à haute température (41) est disposé en haut de la chambre de chauffage (4). L'armoire de désinfection comprend en outre une unité de commande (5) pour commander le fonctionnement de l'appareil de désinfection à l'ozone (31) et/ou de l'appareil de chauffage infrarouge à haute température (41). L'armoire de désinfection se caractérise non seulement par une structure rationnelle, mais présente également un rapport espace-utilisation élevé, est pratique à utiliser, peut satisfaire aux exigences de désinfection pour des ustensiles constitués de différents matériaux et peut également être utilisée pour la conservation des aliments.
