本公开提供的水泵,出水口的位置和方向可以在使用中进行调节,方便出水口与管道连接,水泵的结构简单,简化了泵体与泵座之间的拆装,降低了生产和运行成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水泵,包括泵体、带有进水口和出水口的泵房以及泵座,其中,所述泵座内设置呈圆形的并贯穿所述泵座的安装孔,所述泵体的一端设置有与所述安装孔套接的呈环形的安装台,当所述泵体一端设置的所述安装台插入到所述安装孔内时,所述泵体可绕所述安装孔的轴线相对于所述泵座转动,以及所述泵房设置在所述泵座远离所述泵体的一侧并与所述泵体连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水泵,其中,所述安装台的外径小于所述泵体的直径,所述安装台与所述泵体之间形成有限位面,当所述安装台插入至所述泵座的所述安装孔内时,所述限位面与所述泵座靠近所述泵体的一端的端面抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水泵,其中,所述安装台的外径大于所述泵体的直径,在所述安装孔的内壁并沿其轴线方向设置两个呈圆环形的挡板,所述挡板的内孔直径小于所述安装台的外径,两个所述挡板之间的间距大于所述安装台沿轴线方向的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的水泵,其中,所述安装台与所述泵座之间还设置有用于限制所述泵体的旋转角度的限位部件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的水泵,其中,所述限位部件包括一个或多个沿所述安装孔的周向环形设在所述安装孔的内壁上的限位凸起,以及在所述安装台的外周表面至少设置一个可与所述限位凸起卡接的限位凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的水泵,其中,所述限位部件包括限位螺钉和与其配合的限位螺纹孔,在所述泵座上至少开设一个所述限位螺纹孔,所述限位螺纹孔沿所述安装孔的径向延伸并与所述安装孔连通,所述限位螺钉的第一端设置在所述泵座外,所述限位螺钉的第二端螺纹旋入所述限位螺纹孔内并选择性抵接所述安装台的外周表面。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的水泵,其中,所述限位部件包括限位螺钉和设置 在所述泵座上的第一螺纹孔,所述第一螺纹孔沿所述安装孔的径向延伸并与所述安装孔连通,在所述安装台的外周环形设置多个与所述第一螺纹孔相对应的第二螺纹孔,所述限位螺钉的第一端设置在所述泵座外,所述限位螺钉的第二端穿过所述第一螺纹孔选择性旋入所述第二螺纹孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的水泵,其中,所述限位部件包括环形开设在所述泵座上的定位槽,所述定位槽与所述安装孔连通,在所述安装台上设置定位螺纹孔,所述定位螺纹孔内螺纹旋接有定位螺杆,以及所述定位螺杆远离所述安装台的一端贯穿所述定位槽并与位于所述泵座上的定位螺母螺纹旋接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的水泵,其中,所述定位螺杆的直径小于所述定位槽沿所述安装孔轴线方向的宽度,以及所述定位螺母的宽度大于所述定位槽沿所述安装孔轴线方向的宽度。
  10. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的水泵,其中,所述泵房通过螺钉与所述泵体可拆卸连接。
