More specifically, the invention relates to an ironing board which accommodates a plurality of functions used in a professional manner, which also facilitates ease of use and storage, provides an advantage of space and facilitates transportation, and which includes a plurality of elements integrated on itself which are necessary for ironing.

Technical Field

The invention is particularly concerned with an innovation in the professional industrial type ironing boards.

Background of The Invention

Especially the home ironing boards used today are produced from light materials to be portable, easy to store and transport, and various folding facilities are provided so that they can be stored after use without too much extra space.

For professional and industrial ironing boards, this situation is not very possible due to the components and technologies that they are accommodating and ironing boards which are in large sizes, heavy and fixed positioned should be used.

Industrial ironing boards with professional equipment are not a problem for production lines that have fixed ironing facilities in terms of technical necessity, but they cannot be sold especially in stores and showrooms where the product is offered to the end users.

In the stores where the mentioned products are presented to the end user, industrial type tables cannot be positioned due to space constraints, while domestic type ironing boards are inadequate for necessary quality ironing.

In such cases, existing ironing systems and home ironing tables may be inadequate, and when professional ironing systems are used, individual uses of steam boilers, irons, hangers, steam brushes etc. may be possible, bringing about the problems of location and usage especially in the stores selling and presenting products.

Products which are not possible to exhibit for a variety of reasons and which need to be ironed again, are provided to tailors close to the point of sale and so on, or they are returned to the factory for ironing. If these and similar situations occur, there can be loss of time and cost due to product shipment, sales interruptions.

Apart from this, it is desirable to use professional ironing systems and ironing boards in many businesses that offer tailor services, dry cleaning services, but the size of professional systems and the need for separate space requirements for many functions can create difficulties in use.

There is no industrial ironing board that can provide the desired professional ironing that can be used quickly and portably. As a result, the technical problem that has been encountered cannot be solved by any of the approaches in the prior art, and a technical field development has become a necessity.

At this point, the inventive apparatus has provided an ironing table as a solution which, unlike all prior art approaches, provides ease of use and storage, which accommodates all the elements necessary for professional ironing.

Summary of The Invention

The present invention is an ironing board that meets the above-mentioned requirements, has all the necessary functions for professional ironing, which removes all disadvantages and adds some additional advantages.

From the known state of the art, the aim is to present a portable ironing board that accommodates professional ironing systems.

Another aim is to provide ease of use by coming out of the known state of the art.

Another aim of the invention is to eliminate the need for space when using professional ironing systems and to provide ease of storage.

In order to fulfill the above-mentioned objects, the invention includes a folding and movable body, a moving hanger system, a steam boiler, a boiler table, a steam brush, a hanger attachment, a cuff, a fan and a heated ironing board.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

In contrast to the methods used in all known applications of the prior art, the invention comprises a multi-functional ironing table (10) which includes at least two wheels (12.1 ) facilitating transport on the lower body (12), at least two fixed feet for maintaining fixed position during use (12.2), a steam boiler plate (17) which the steam boiler (20) is placed on and which is connected to the carrier body (1 1 ), a heated ironing table (13) which includes the carrier body (1 1 ) upper part includes the lower plate (13.2) and the upper plate (13.1 ) connected to the carrier body (1 1 ) and having a resistance (13.3), a fan / motor (16), a control card / sensor (13.4) and can be folded at the points connected to the carrier body (1 1 ), can be heated by means of said resistance (13.3) and can provide air blowing by means of the fan / motor (16), an arm plate (14) rotatable about its axis by means of a rotating body (14.1 ) associated with the carrier body (1 1 ) allowing more detailed ironing such as shirt sleeves, a movable hanger system (15) for steam ironing which can be rotated about 360 degrees on its axis from a top point adjustable at a desired height by means of a fixing screw (15.3), which can be moved backwards and forwards by means of a slider system (15.4) and which can be moved upwards and downwards by means of a sliding body (15.1 ) and a fixed body (15.2), an iron(18), a steam brush (19) connected to a steam boiler (20), a brush hanger (19.1 ) for positioning the steam brush (19), a hanging bracket (13.5) positioned on the lower surface of the lower plate (13.2) of the heated ironing table (13), which allows the ironing articles to hang on the ironing board easily and without the need of extra space, a control card / sensor (13.4) which activates and deactivates the fan / motor (16).

The heated ironing table (13) is made up of the upper (13.1 ) and lower plates (13.2) and is connected to the carrier body 81 1 ). As shown in Fig. 4, it can be folded at the points where it is connected to the carrier body (1 1 ).

The fan / motor (16) is positioned on the lower plate (13.2) of the heated ironing table (13), vacuum and blowing function can be used on this side, and the upper plate (13.1 ) can be heated by the resistance (13.1 ) located inside the lower plate (13.2).

In addition, the control card / sensor (13.4) with the presence / absence logic that detects the presence of the iron (18) is positioned inside the lower plate (13.2). The iron (18) activates the fan (16) when it is picked up through the steam boiler (20), and turns off the fan (16) when the iron (18) is brought back to its previous position.

The arm plate (14), which is connected to the side of the carrier body (1 1 ), can rotate around its axis by means of the rotating body (14.1 ). Cuff detail ironing has been made possible for active use for shirt ironing, and it is possible to provide space by folding when required and to perform the operation without requiring the user to use too much space.

The slider system (15.4) is positioned on the lower body (12). The hanger system (15) is in contact with the slider system (15.4). The hanger system (15) is shown to move forward / backward (b) via the support of slider system. Thus, if desired it can be moved away or pulled over to the ironing board (10).

The movable hanger system (15) consists of a fixed body (15.2) and a sliding body (15.1 ), and the fixed body (15.2) is connected to the sliding system (15.4) at the bottom. When the sliding body (15.1 ) moves up / down (b), the desired point is stopped by the fixing body (15.2). The upper part of the mobile hanger system (15) can make 360 degrees rotational movement in its own axis (a). This makes it easier to iron with steam while on the hanger (15).

In an alternative embodiment, steam can be supplied from the sliding hanger system (15) to enable ironing without use of hands.

The steam brush (19), which allows steam ironing, is connected to the brush hanger (19.1 ) and boiler plate (17). In cases where it is not used, it is kept in the brush holder (19.1 ). The boiler plate (17) is positioned in order to place the steam boiler (20). The steam brush (19) is connected to the steam boiler (20). At this time, the steam brush (19) can be actively used at the same time with the iron (18).

On the bottom of the heated ironing table (13), a hanger bracket (13.5) is placed. Ironing products are easily and without hanging, ironing products can be stacked at the same time without deterioration of ironings.

At least two wheels (12.1 ) and at least two fixed feet (12.2) are positioned on the lower body (12), the wheels (12.1 ) are fixed and the fixed feet (12.1 ) are cut from the floor to make it easy to move the ironing table (10) and it is fixed when it is placed on the fixed legs (12.1 ).

With the invention, the maximum functions combined with the folding and movable body (10), the sliding hanger system (15), the steam boiler (20), the boiler table (17), the steam brush (19), the hanger bracket (13.5), the fan/motor (16) and the heated ironing table (13) are put together in a single body with minimum space.

CLAIMS What claimed is:

1 . The invention is an ironing board integrated with a plurality of elements necessary for ironing, facilitating the use and storage of a combination of functions for professional use, facilitating the storage and transportation of the floor, which includes:

at least two wheels for facilitating transport on said lower body (12), and at least two fixed feet for maintaining fixed position during use;

a steam boiler plate which said steam boiler is placed on and which is connected to said carrier body (1 1 );

a heated ironing table (10) which includes said carrier body (1 1 ) upper part comprising a lower plate and an upper plate (13.1 ) connected to said carrier body (1 1 ) and having a resistance (13.3) , a fan / motor (16) , a control card / sensor (13.4) and can be folded at the points connected to the carrier body (1 1 ) , can be heated by means of said resistance (13.3) and can provide air blowing by means of said fan / motor (16);

an arm plate rotatable about its axis by means of a rotating body associated with said carrier body (1 1 ) allowing more detailed ironing such as shirt sleeves; a movable hanger system for steam ironing which can be rotated about 360 degrees on its axis from a top point adjustable at a desired height by means of said fixing screw, which can be moved backwards and forwards by means of said sliding body (15.1 ) and which can be moved upwards and downwards by means of said sliding body (15.1 ) and said fixed body (15.2);

an iron (18) ;

a steam brush (19) connected to said steam boiler (20) ;

a brush hanger for positioning said steam brush (19);

a hanging bracket positioned on the lower surface of said lower plate (13.2) of said heated ironing table (10), which allows the ironing articles to hang on said ironing board easily and without space;
