Abstract

The electronic module has a circuit carrier and at least two or more electronic components, each having a flat face, the electronic components being carried by the circuit carrier such that the flat faces of at least two of the electronic components extend on extension planes running obliquely, more particularly perpendicularly, to one another. In the method for producing an electronic module of this type, firstly the circuit carrier is provided and vias are subsequently introduced into the circuit carrier, and/or firstly a conductor track arrangement is provided and the circuit carrier is subsequently arranged on the conductor track arrangement.
