参见图1至图9及图12,根据本实用新型上述的实施例,所述粗料刀环3和所述细料刀环4的高度之比为1∶1-10∶1。本实施例优选为5∶2。该种结构在保证垃圾粉碎效率的同时,可有效防止大块垃圾与细料刀齿41的接触,从而延长细料刀环4的使用寿命。
参见图12,根据本实用新型上述的实施例,所述粗料刀环3和所述细料刀环4的外径相等。所述刀环2的壁厚由上至下逐渐变小。所述粗料刀环3和细料刀环4的壁厚均是由上至下逐渐变小。该种结构便于粗料刀环3和细料刀环4与固定环的装配,在提高装配效率的同时,保证了粗料刀环3和细料刀环4的机械强度。
参见图1至图11,根据本实用新型上述的实施例,所述粗料刀齿31的横向截面为三角形或梯形或矩形,所述细料刀齿41的横向截面为三角形。本实施例优选为三角形。可根据日常垃圾的种类选择不同粗料刀齿31的粗料刀环3,有助于扩大本实用新型的适用范围。
参见图4至图8,根据本实用新型上述的实施例,所述粗料刀齿31上设有疏槽32。由于粗料刀齿31的刀体较大,在粗料刀齿31上开设疏槽32,可以防止垃圾在粉碎的过程中,卡滞在粗料刀环3与刀盘组件之间,影响刀盘51的旋转速度,从而影响产品的粉碎效率。
参见图4至图7,根据本实用新型上述的实施例,所述粗料刀齿31和/或所述细料刀齿41倾斜设置。所述粗料刀齿31和所述细料刀齿41可以同向倾斜也可以逆向倾斜。该种结构再次提高了产品的粉碎效率。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行变化,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种垃圾处理器,包括罐体、设在所述罐体内的刀环、与所述刀环配合的刀盘组件和驱动所述刀盘组件的电机,所述刀环的上端内径小于所述刀环的下端内径,其特征在于:所述刀环的内壁至少设有一组粗料刀齿和一组细料刀齿,所述粗料刀齿位于所述细料刀齿上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述刀环包括粗料刀环和细料刀环,所述粗料刀环内壁设有所述粗料刀齿,所述细料刀环内壁设有所述细料刀齿,所述粗料刀环位于所述细料刀环上方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于:还包括固定环,所述粗料刀环和所述细料刀环均设在所述固定环内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述粗料刀环的上端内径小于所述粗料刀环的下端内径;所述细料刀环的上端内径小于所述细料刀环的下端内径。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述粗料刀环和所述细料刀环的高度之比为1∶1-10∶1。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述粗料刀环和所述细料刀环的外径相等。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述粗料刀齿的横向截面为三角形或梯形或矩形。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述刀环的外侧设有防锈干燥装置。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述粗料刀齿上设有疏槽。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的垃圾处理器,其特征在于:所述粗料刀齿和/或所述细料刀齿倾斜设置。
