目前,在对西林瓶配药时,采用人工方式,一般先利用针筒从输液袋中抽吸药液,再将针筒的针头插入西林瓶将药液注入西林瓶,人工手持西林瓶对瓶内药液左右摇匀,然后再将针头插入西林瓶内倒立西林瓶,将西林瓶内药液抽吸出来;抽吸完成的针筒将其内的药液注入输液袋中,拔出针筒,最终完成西林瓶内药液或药粉的转移配药。这种利用手持针筒人工注入和抽吸西林瓶内药液或药粉,然后将针筒插入输液袋并将药液注入输液袋的配药方法,操作麻烦、效率较低、耗费时间长,尤其在大量的配药场合,其劳动强度较高,而且手持针筒对西林瓶进行抽吸和对输液袋进行注液的方式,具有一定的危险性,容易造成对医护人员的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对现有技术存在的手持针筒人工注入和抽吸西林瓶内药液或药粉,然后将针筒插入输液袋并将药液注入输液袋的配药方法,操作麻烦、效率较低、劳动强度大的问题,提供一种西林瓶配药组件,并同时提供了一种西林瓶配药组件的配药方法,该组件能够实现西林瓶的夹持、药液便捷注入、西林瓶药液或药粉便捷抽吸等配药过程,其便捷化程度高、操作方便,大大提高了配药效率、同时减轻了劳动强度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种西林瓶配药组件,包括三通管和支撑部件,所述三通管的三端分别连接导管一、导管二和针筒,所述导管一的另一端设有用于插入西林瓶的针头一,所述导管二的另一端设有用于插入输液袋的针头二,所述针头一和针头二均为单孔针,所述导管一上设有夹紧件一以及控制所述夹紧件一夹紧或松开所述导管一的控制件一,所述导管二上设有夹紧件二以及控制所述夹紧件二夹紧或松开所述导管二的控制件二,所述支撑部件用于所述西林瓶、输液袋和针筒的夹持,并使所述西林瓶、输液袋和针筒的开口端倒立向下。
采用本发明所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,所述配药组件相对于现有技术中人工手持针筒人工抽吸西林瓶内药液或药粉,再手持输液袋将针筒插入输液袋并注入药液的方法,配药完成后,只需要更换针头一、针头二、导管一、导管二、三通管和针筒,而夹紧件一和夹紧件二由于外置,因此不用更换、可以重复利用,有效节约了配药成本,所述配药组件结构简单、占用空间小,操作简便、实现了西林瓶药液或药粉配药和注入的便捷化,能够有效避免药液回流,有效降低了劳动强度,配药效率高且安全可靠。
优选地,所述控制件一和控制件二通过逻辑开关连接电源驱动装置,即当逻辑开关接通所述控制件一时,电源驱动装置驱动所述控制件一控制所述夹紧件一夹紧所述导管一,此时所述夹紧件二保持对所述导管二松开状态;当逻辑开关接通所述控制件二时,电源驱动装置驱动所述控制件二控制所述夹紧件二夹紧所述导管二,此时所述夹紧件一保持对所述导管一松开状态;通过逻辑开关来连通控制件一或控制件二的作用,其控制更加方便可靠。
优选地,还包括连接所述针筒活塞杆的升降部件,所述升降部件带动活塞杆在筒体内做往复运动,便于实现对针筒的自动化抽吸药液和推送药液。
优选地,所述三通管、导管一和导管二为一体成型构件,形成一个软质的三个端口较长的整体三通管。
优选地,所述针筒、三通管、导管一、导管二、针头一和针头二为一体成型构件。
采用这种结构设置,便于在配药完成后,将该构件进行一次性整体更换,装配更加简单方便、能够节约更换时间。
优选地,还包括导管三,所述导管三用于连接所述针筒和三通管,方便部分条件下所述针筒的延伸设置。
本发明还提供了一种西林瓶配药方法,包括如以上任一所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,其配药方法包括以下步骤:
a、准备,即将所述针头一插入所述西林瓶,将所述针头二插入所述输液袋,此时所述西林瓶、输液袋和针筒保持开口端向下的倒立状态,并且所述针头一保持接触所述西林瓶内药粉或者药液状态,所述针头二保持接触所述输液袋内药液状态;
b、夹紧所述导管一,拉动所述针筒活塞杆将所述输液袋内药液抽吸到所述针筒腔体内;
c、夹紧所述导管二,松开所述导管一,推动所述针筒活塞杆将所述针筒腔体内药液注入所述西林瓶溶解其中药粉或者混合其中药液;
d、拉动所述针筒活塞杆将所述西林瓶内药液抽吸到所述针筒腔体内;
e、夹紧所述导管一,松开所述导管二,推动所述针筒活塞杆将所述针筒腔体内药液注入所述输液袋;
f、取下所述西林瓶和输液袋,完成配药。
采用本发明所述的一种西林瓶配药方法,所述导管一和导管二上分别连接所述针头一和针头二,用于插入所述西林瓶和输液袋,通过连有所述针筒、导管一和导管二的所述三通管来连通所述西林瓶和输液袋,在配药时,将配药组件的所述针头一、针头二分别插入开口端倒立向下的所述西林瓶和输液袋中, 通过控制所述导管一和导管二的开合以及适配所述针筒的抽吸推送,将所述西林瓶内的药粉或者药液配药到所述输液袋内的药液中,最终完成配药;所述针筒在配药时并不会与外界气体接触,避免了感染,而且配药完成后的所述针筒整体更换,避免后续交互感染,同时通过该方法能够有效减少人工劳动强度,提高配药工作效率。
优选地,所述步骤b中,拉动所述针筒活塞杆至最大行程。
采用这种方法,在将所述针筒中药液注入所述西林瓶时,推动所述针筒活塞杆,由于所述西林瓶内存在空气正压,推动的所述针筒活塞杆在空气正压作用下会自动回复一段距离,拉动所述针筒活塞杆至最大行程有利于后序推动所述针筒活塞杆时增大所述西林瓶内空气压缩体积使空气正压更大,从而使所述针筒活塞杆回复距离更加显著,有利于所述针筒中药液反复进入所述西林瓶,显著溶解所述西林瓶中药粉或者混合所述西林瓶中药液。
优选地,重复所述步骤c和d,直到药液完全溶解药粉。
优选地,所述步骤f中,仅取下所述西林瓶,准备另一个所述西林瓶,重复所述步骤a-e,直到将所有需要的药粉溶解或者药液混合并注入所述输液袋后,执行所述步骤f,完成配药。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、运用本发明所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,所述配药组件相对于现有技术中人工手持针筒人工抽吸西林瓶内药液或药粉,再手持输液袋将针筒插入输液袋并注入药液的方法,配药完成后,只需要更换针头一、针头二、导管一、导管二、三通管和针筒,而夹紧件一和夹紧件二由于外置,因此不用更换、可以重复利用,有效节约了配药成本,所述配药组件结构简单、占用空间小,操作简便、实现了西林瓶药液或药粉配药和注入的便捷化,能够有效避免药液回流,有效降低了劳动强度,配药效率高且安全可靠;

3、运用本发明所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,所述针筒、三通管、导管一、导管二、针头一和针头二为一体成型构件,采用这种结构设置,便于在配药完成后,将该构件进行一次性整体更换,装配更加简单方便、能够节约更换时间;

实施例1
如图1-2所示,本发明所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,用于连通西林瓶1和输液袋2来完成配药,该配药组件包括针筒3、三通管4、导管一41、导管二42、针头一5、针头二6、夹紧件一7、夹紧件二8、控制件一9、控制件二10和支 撑部件。
所述三通管4的三端分别连接所述导管一41、导管二42和针筒3,所述导管一41的另一端设有用于插入所述西林瓶1的所述针头一5,所述导管二42的另一端设有用于插入所述输液袋2的所述针头二6,所述针头一5和针头二6均为单孔针,所述导管一41上设有夹紧件一7以及控制所述夹紧件一7夹紧或松开所述导管一41的控制件一9,所述导管二42上设有夹紧件二8以及控制所述夹紧件二8夹紧或松开所述导管二42的控制件二10,所述支撑部件用于所述西林瓶1、输液袋2和针筒3的夹持,并使所述西林瓶1、输液袋2和针筒3的开口端倒立向下。
所述控制件一9和控制件二10通过逻辑开关连接电源驱动装置,即当逻辑开关接通所述控制件一9时,电源驱动装置驱动所述控制件一9控制所述夹紧件一7夹紧所述导管一41,此时所述夹紧件二8保持对所述导管二42松开状态;当逻辑开关接通所述控制件二10时,电源驱动装置驱动所述控制件二10控制所述夹紧件二8夹紧所述导管二42,此时所述夹紧件一7保持对所述导管一41松开状态;通过逻辑开关来连通控制件一9或控制件二10的作用,其控制更加方便可靠。
还包括连接所述针筒3活塞杆的升降部件,所述升降部件带动活塞杆在筒体内做往复运动,便于实现对针筒3的自动化抽吸药液和推送药液。
还包括导管三43,所述导管三43用于连接所述针筒3和三通管4,方便部分条件下所述针筒3的延伸设置。

实施例2
如图1-2所示,本发明所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,用于连通西林瓶1和输液袋2来完成配药,该配药组件包括针筒3、三通管4、导管一41、导管二42、导管三43、针头一5、针头二6、夹紧件一7、夹紧件二8、控制件一9、控制件二10和支撑部件。
与实施例1的不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述针筒3、三通管4、导管一41、导管二42、导管三43、针头一5和针头二6为一体成型构件。
运用本发明所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,所述针筒3、三通管4、导管一41、导管二42、导管三43、针头一5和针头二6为一体成型构件,采用这种结构设置,便于在配药完成后,将该构件进行一次性整体更换,装配更加简单方便、能够节约更换时间。
实施例3
如图1-10所示,本发明所述的一种西林瓶配药组件的配药方法,该配药组件用于连通西林瓶1和输液袋2来完成配药,该配药组件包括针筒3、三通管4、导管一41、导管二42、针头一5、针头二6、夹紧件一7、夹紧件二8、控制件一9、控制件二10和支撑部件。
其配药方法包括以下步骤:
a、准备,即将所述针头一5插入所述西林瓶1,将所述针头二6插入所述输液袋2,此时所述西林瓶1、输液袋2和针筒3保持开口端向下的倒立状态,并且所述针头一5保持接触所述西林瓶1内药粉或者药液状态,所述针头二6保持接触所述输液袋2内药液状态;
b、夹紧所述导管一41,拉动所述针筒3活塞杆将所述输液袋2内药液抽吸 到所述针筒3腔体内;
c、夹紧所述导管二42,松开所述导管一41,推动所述针筒3活塞杆将所述针筒3腔体内药液注入所述西林瓶1溶解其中药粉或者混合其中药液;
d、拉动所述针筒3活塞杆将所述西林瓶1内药液抽吸到所述针筒3腔体内;
e、夹紧所述导管一41,松开所述导管二42,推动所述针筒3活塞杆将所述针筒3腔体内药液注入所述输液袋2;
f、取下所述西林瓶1和输液袋2,完成配药。
在本实施例中,所述步骤b中,拉动所述针筒3活塞杆至最大行程。
在本实施例中,重复所述步骤c和d,直到药液完全溶解药粉。
在本实施例中,所述步骤f中,仅取下所述西林瓶1,准备另一个所述西林瓶1,重复所述步骤a-e,直到将所有需要的药粉溶解或者药液混合并注入所述输液袋2后,执行所述步骤f,完成配药。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种西林瓶配药组件,包括三通管(4)和支撑部件,其特征在于,所述三通管(4)的三端分别连接导管一(41)、导管二(42)和针筒(3),所述导管一(41)的另一端设有用于插入西林瓶(1)的针头一(5),所述导管二(42)的另一端设有用于插入输液袋(2)的针头二(6),所述针头一(5)和针头二(6)均为单孔针,所述导管一(41)上设有夹紧件一(7)以及控制所述夹紧件一(7)夹紧或松开所述导管一(41)的控制件一(9),所述导管二(42)上设有夹紧件二(8)以及控制所述夹紧件二(8)夹紧或松开所述导管二(42)的控制件二(10),所述支撑部件用于所述西林瓶(1)、输液袋(2)和针筒(3)的夹持,并使所述西林瓶(1)、输液袋(2)和针筒(3)的开口端倒立向下。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,其特征在于,所述控制件一(9)和控制件二(10)通过逻辑开关连接电源驱动装置,即当逻辑开关接通所述控制件一(9)时,电源驱动装置驱动所述控制件一(9)控制所述夹紧件一(7)夹紧所述导管一(41),此时所述夹紧件二(8)保持对所述导管二(42)松开状态;当逻辑开关接通所述控制件二(10)时,电源驱动装置驱动所述控制件二(10)控制所述夹紧件二(8)夹紧所述导管二(42),此时所述夹紧件一(7)保持对所述导管一(41)松开状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,其特征在于,还包括连接所述针筒(3)活塞杆的升降部件,所述升降部件带动活塞杆在筒体内做往复运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,其特征在于,所述三通管(4)、导管一(41)和导管二(42)为一体成型构件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,其特征在于,所述针筒(3)、三通管(4)、导管一(41)、导管二(42)、针头一(5)和针头 二(6)为一体成型构件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,其特征在于,还包括导管三(43),所述导管三(43)用于连接所述针筒(3)和三通管(4)。
  7. 一种西林瓶配药方法,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6任一所述的一种西林瓶配药组件,其配药方法包括以下步骤:
    a、准备,即将所述针头一(5)插入所述西林瓶(1),将所述针头二(6)插入所述输液袋(2),此时所述西林瓶(1)、输液袋(2)和针筒(3)保持开口端向下的倒立状态,并且所述针头一(5)保持接触所述西林瓶(1)内药粉或者药液状态,所述针头二(6)保持接触所述输液袋(2)内药液状态;
    b、夹紧所述导管一(41),拉动所述针筒(3)活塞杆将所述输液袋(2)内药液抽吸到所述针筒(3)腔体内;
    c、夹紧所述导管二(42),松开所述导管一(41),推动所述针筒(3)活塞杆将所述针筒(3)腔体内药液注入所述西林瓶(1)溶解其中药粉或者混合其中药液;
    d、拉动所述针筒(3)活塞杆将所述西林瓶(1)内药液抽吸到所述针筒(3)腔体内;
    e、夹紧所述导管一(41),松开所述导管二(42),推动所述针筒(3)活塞杆将所述针筒(3)腔体内药液注入所述输液袋(2);
    f、取下所述西林瓶(1)和输液袋(2),完成配药。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种西林瓶配药方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中,拉动所述针筒(3)活塞杆至最大行程。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种西林瓶配药方法,其特征在于, 重复所述步骤c和d,直到药液完全溶解药粉。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种西林瓶配药方法,其特征在于,所述步骤f中,仅取下所述西林瓶(1),准备另一个所述西林瓶(1),重复所述步骤a-e,直到将所有需要的药粉溶解或者药液混合并注入所述输液袋(2)后,执行所述步骤f,完成配药。
