如图1所示,为本发明实施例一提供的一种智能终端的控制方法的流程图,本实施例的技术方案适用于智能终端自动根据场景信息执行相关操作的情况。该方法可以由智能终端的控制装置来执行,该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,配置在智能终端中执行,该智能终端可以为智能手机、平板电脑等电子设备。
本实施例提供的智能终端的控制方法,可以包括如下步骤:
步骤110、接收无线网络信息并获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息。
在本实施例中智能终端到达某一场所后,由于该场所以及附近的网关设备如路由器等会不间断的发送无线信号,因此位于该场所或附近的智能终端会接收到附近的至少一个无线网络信息。当智能终端接收到无线网络信息后,智能终端中配置的定位模块、智能终端关联的网络运营服务器或位置服务器可根据智能终端接收的至少一个无线网络信息及每个无线网络信号的强弱程度计算并定位出智能终端的位置信息,通常该位置信息为智能终端的坐标信息。根据坐标信息结合地图可确定智能终端所在位置的场所信息,该场所信息为智能终端接收的无线网络信息关联的场所信息,定位模块、网络运营服务器或位置服务器将智能终端所处位置的场所信息反馈到智能终端上。由此智能终端的控制装置获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息。
本领域技术人员可以理解,根据智能终端接收的无线网络信息定位与无线网络信息关联的场所信息的定位方式有多种,在本发明中不进行限制。此外智 能终端接收无线网络信息并不意味着智能终端已接入无线网络信息,通常用户自行控制智能终端接入其中任意一个无线网络,通常接入信号强度高的一个无线网络,本领域技术人员可以理解,网关设备和智能终端之间的距离是影响智能终端的无线网络信息的信号强弱的一个因素。
步骤120、确定与场所信息对应的控制信息,并控制执行控制信息。
在本实施例中可选智能终端中预先存储有至少一个预设场所信息,以及还存储有每个预设场所信息对应的至少一个控制信息。智能终端的控制装置获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息后,确定与场所信息对应的控制信息,即是从预先存储的多个预设场所信息中查找出与场所信息匹配的预设场所信息。已知预设场所信息对应有控制信息,则控制装置查找出与场所信息匹配的预设场所信息时,该匹配一致的预设场所信息对应的至少一个控制信息即为场所信息对应的控制信息。
当智能终端的控制装置确定与获取的场所信息对应的控制信息后,控制装置控制智能终端执行该控制信息。例如控制装置获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息为某电影院,智能终端中预存有电影院及其对应的控制信息为静音操作,则控制装置控制智能终端执行静音操作,无需用户手动执行静音操作。
示例性的,在上述技术方案的基础上,可选无线网络为通用分组无线服务网络和无线保真中的任意一种。通用分组无线服务网络(GPRS)是智能终端用户可用的一种移动数据业务,智能终端使用GPRS接入网络则可通过基站定位方式进行智能终端的定位,定位过程在此不再详述。无线保真(Wi-Fi)可以将个人电脑、手持设备(如pad、手机)等终端以无线方式互相连接并接入网络,智能终端使用Wi-Fi无线网络则可通过Wi-Fi热点定位方式进行智能终端的定位,在此位置服务器根据智能终端附近的Wi-Fi热点计算并定位智能终端的位置 信息,定位过程在此不再详述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,智能终端接收的无线网络信息包括但不限于以上GPRS和Wi-Fi示例,在本发明实施例中智能终端还可以接收其他无线网络信息,本发明实施例中不对无线网络信息进行限制。此外本领域技术人员可以理解,定位智能终端以使智能终端获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息的定位方式有多种,如采用卫星定位的GPS技术等,在本发明实施例中不进行限制。
示例性的,可选控制信息至少包括:静音操作、关闭摄像头、打开摄像头、提高音量、降低音量、提高亮度、以及降低亮度中的任意一种或多种。本领域技术人员可以理解,控制信息包括但不限于以上示例,本发明实施例中不对控制信息进行限制。
本实施例提供的智能终端的控制方法,智能终端的控制装置通过接收的无线网络信息获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息,并从智能终端预存的信息中确定与场所信息对应的控制信息,以此控制智能终端执行控制信息。该技术方案中智能终端获取场所信息后自动执行与场所信息对应的控制信息,与相关技术相比,无需用户根据场所信息手动执行某些操作,操作过程自动化,提高了用户体验。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明实施例二还提供一种智能终端的控制方法,该方法可以由智能终端的控制装置来执行,该装置可以采用软件和/或硬件的方式实现,配置在智能终端中执行。如图2所示,本实施例提供的智能终端的控制方法,可以包括如下步骤:
步骤101、设置至少一个预设场所信息对应的至少一个控制信息。
如上所述,控制装置中预先设置有至少一个预设场所信息及其对应设置有控制信息,则根据预设场所信息和其对应的控制信息,可确定智能终端获取的 场所信息对应的控制信息。
例如控制装置预先存储电影院,并设置电影院对应的控制信息为静音操作,则控制装置获取无线网络信息关联的场所信息为A电影院时,控制装置直接控制智能终端静音;控制装置还预存其他预设场所信息及其对应的控制信息,如会议中心及其对应的控制信息为铃音振动操作、商场及其对应的控制信息为提高音量操作、以及历史博物馆及其对应的控制信息为降低音量操作和关闭摄像头等等。控制装置可预先设置多个预设场所信息及其对应的控制信息。
本领域技术人员可以理解,用户可自行在智能终端中设置预设场所信息及其对应的控制信息,或者智能终端的出厂设置中设置有多个不同的预设场所信息及其对应的控制信息,如X场所对应设置的控制信息为提高音量,Y场所对应设置的控制信息为提高亮度,Z场所对应设置的控制信息为打开摄像头等,在本发明实施例中不对预设场所信息及其对应的控制信息的设置方式和内容进行限制。
步骤102、存储每个预设场所信息和与预设场所信息对应的控制信息,以及还存储预设场所信息和控制信息的对应关系。
如上所述,控制装置设置至少一个预设场所信息和其对应的至少一个控制信息后,控制装置存储每个预设场所信息、与预设场所信息对应的控制信息、以及预设场所信息和控制信息的对应关系。在此可选控制装置将每个预设场所信息、与预设场所信息对应的控制信息、以及预设场所信息和控制信息的对应关系存储在场所数据库中。
在上述操作之后,执行接收无线网络信息并获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息的操作。在本实施例中,该接收无线网络信息并获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息的步骤可通过以下步骤111~112实现。
步骤111、接收至少一个无线网络信息并将无线网络信息发送至位置服务器。
在本实施例中智能终端接收到至少一个无线网络信息后直接将无线网络信息发送给位置服务器。若智能终端采用GPRS,则基站定位时智能终端测量附件的至少一个基站的下行导频信号,位置服务器获取智能终端附近的至少一个基站的下行导频信号;若智能终端采用Wi-Fi网络,则Wi-Fi定位时位置服务器从智能终端获取智能终端接收到的所有Wi-Fi热点信息。本领域技术人员可以理解,智能终端发送给位置服务器的无线网络信息根据智能终端采用的不同无线联网技术而发生改变,在此不再详述。
步骤112、接收位置服务器定位出的场所信息。
在本实施例中位置服务器从智能终端中获取至少一个无线网络信息后,位置服务器根据无线网络信息定位出智能终端的坐标信息,再结合地图可确定智能终端所在的场所信息。以智能终端接入Wi-Fi为例,位置服务器从智能终端获取智能终端所在位置的多个Wi-Fi热点信息,如Wi-Fi热点信号强弱,位置服务器查询每个Wi-Fi热点在数据库里记录的坐标并结合各Wi-Fi热点的信号强弱进行运算,由此可计算出智能终端所在位置,再结合地图可确定智能终端所在位置对应的场所信息并反馈给智能终端。若智能终端接收到GPRS,位置服务器获取智能终端附近的不同基站的下行导频信号,根据不同基站的下行导频信号的到达时刻或到达时间差,再结合各基站的坐标,采用三角公式估计算法,计算出智能终端的位置信息,并结合地图确定智能终端所在位置对应的场所信息并反馈给智能终端。
本领域技术人员可以理解,确定智能终端所在位置对应的场所信息的方法还有多种,如GPS定位、北斗定位等,本发明实施例中不对智能终端获取场所 信息的方法进行限制,任何能够获取智能终端所在位置的场所信息的方法均落入本发明的保护范围。
智能终端的控制装置通过执行步骤111~步骤112实现了接收无线网络信息并获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息的操作,在该操作完成之后,智能终端的控制装置还执行以下操作。
步骤120、确定与场所信息对应的控制信息,并控制执行控制信息。
在本实施例中,智能终端中的控制装置根据接收到的至少一个无线网络信息,获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息,控制装置再调用场所数据库以从场所数据库中查询出与场所信息匹配的预设场所信息,控制装置再根据场所数据库中预设场所信息和控制信息的对应关系确定场所信息对应的控制信息。由此控制装置确定获取的场所信息对应的控制信息并执行该控制信息,过程与上述实施例相同,在此不再详述。
本实施例提供的智能终端的控制方法,通过设置预设场所信息及其对应的控制信息以建立场所数据库,通过获取无线网络信息关联的场所信息,调用场所数据库查询并确定场所信息对应的控制信息,再执行控制信息。该技术方案中预先设置至少一个预设场所信息及其对应的控制信息,以使智能终端获取无线网络信息关联的场所信息后可自动执行相关控制信息的操作,与相关技术相比,该技术方案中针对不同场所信息自动执行不同的控制信息,解决了现有智能终端需要在不同场所手动执行与场所相关的操作的问题,本实施例的控制方法便捷且提高了用户体验。
如图3所示,为本发明实施例三提供的一种智能终端的控制装置的示意图,本实施例的技术方案适用于智能终端自动根据场景信息执行相关操作的情况。该装置可以执行上述任意实施例所述的智能终端的控制方法,该装置可以采用 软件和/或硬件的方式实现,配置在智能终端中执行,该智能终端可以为智能手机、平板电脑等电子设备。
本实施例提供的智能终端的控制装置包括:获取场所信息模块210和确定控制信息模块220。
其中,获取场所信息模块210被配置为接收无线网络信息并获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息;确定控制信息模块220被配置为确定与场所信息对应的控制信息,并控制执行控制信息。
无线网络为通用分组无线服务网络和无线保真中的任意一种。
获取场所信息模块210包括:发送网络信息子模块211和接收场所信息子模块212。
其中,发送网络信息子模块211被配置为接收至少一个无线网络信息并将无线网络信息发送至位置服务器;接收场所信息子模块212被配置为接收位置服务器定位出的场所信息。
控制信息至少包括:静音操作、关闭摄像头、打开摄像头、提高音量、降低音量、提高亮度、以及降低亮度中的任意一种或多种。
获取场所信息模块210之前,该控制装置还包括:设置控制信息模块201。其中,设置控制信息模块201被配置为设置至少一个预设场所信息对应的至少一个控制信息。
该控制装置还包括:存储信息模块202。其中,存储信息模块202被配置为存储每个预设场所信息和与预设场所信息对应的控制信息,以及还存储预设场所信息和控制信息的对应关系。
本实施例提供的智能终端的控制装置,通过接收的无线网络信息获取与无线网络信息关联的场所信息,并从智能终端预存的信息中确定与场所信息对应 的控制信息,以此控制智能终端执行控制信息。该技术方案中智能终端获取场所信息后自动执行与场所信息对应的控制信息,与相关技术相比,无需用户根据场所信息手动执行某些操作,操作过程自动化,提高了用户体验。
本申请实施例提供了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行本申请实施例中任一的智能终端控制方法。
图4是本发明的智能终端的控制电子设备的硬件结构示意图,如图4所示,该电子设备包括:
至少一个处理器410以及存储器420,图4中以一个处理器410为例。
执行智能终端控制方法的设备还可以包括:输入装置430和输出装置440。
处理器410、存储器420、输入装置430和输出装置440可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图4中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器420作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的智能终端控制方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图3所示的模块)。处理器410通过运行存储在存储器420中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例的智能终端控制方法。
存储器420可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据智能终端控制装置的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器420可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器420可选包括相对于 处理器410远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至智能终端控制装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入装置430可接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与智能终端控制装置的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置440可包括显示屏等显示设备。
所述至少一个模块存储在所述存储器420中,当被所述至少一个处理器410执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的智能终端控制方法。
上述产品可执行本申请实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本申请实施例所提供的方法。
本申请实施例的电子设备以多种形式存在,包括但不限于:
(1)移动通信设备:这类设备的特点是具备移动通信功能,并且以提供话音、数据通信为主要目标。这类终端包括:智能手机(例如iPhone)、多媒体手机、功能性手机,以及低端手机等。
(2)超移动个人计算机设备:这类设备属于个人计算机的范畴,有计算和处理功能,一般也具备移动上网特性。这类终端包括:PDA、MID和UMPC设备等,例如iPad。
(3)便携式娱乐设备:这类设备可以显示和播放多媒体内容。该类设备包括:音频、视频播放器(例如iPod),掌上游戏机,电子书,以及智能玩具和便携式车载导航设备。
(4)服务器:提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服 务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。
(5)其他具有数据交互功能的电子设备。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
上述仅为本发明的实施例。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明实施例的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。
工业实用性
本申请无需用户根据场所信息手动执行某些操作,操作过程自动化,提高了用户体验。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种智能终端的控制方法,应用于电子设备,所述方法包括:
    接收无线网络信息并获取与所述无线网络信息关联的场所信息;
    确定与所述场所信息对应的控制信息,并控制执行所述控制信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述接收无线网络信息并获取与所述无线网络信息关联的场所信息包括:
    接收至少一个无线网络信息并将所述无线网络信息发送至位置服务器;
    接收所述位置服务器定位出的场所信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述控制信息至少包括:静音操作、关闭摄像头、打开摄像头、提高音量、降低音量、提高亮度、以及降低亮度中的任意一种或多种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述接收无线网络信息之前,还包括:
    设置至少一个预设场所信息对应的至少一个控制信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的控制方法,还包括:
    存储每个所述预设场所信息和与所述预设场所信息对应的控制信息,以及还存储所述预设场所信息和所述控制信息的对应关系。
  6. 一种智能终端的控制装置,包括:
    获取场所信息模块,被配置为接收无线网络信息并获取与所述无线网络信息关联的场所信息;
    确定控制信息模块,被配置为确定与所述场所信息对应的控制信息,并控制执行所述控制信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的控制装置,其中,所述获取场所信息模块包括:
    发送网络信息子模块,被配置为接收至少一个无线网络信息并将所述无线网络信息发送至位置服务器;
    接收场所信息子模块,被配置为接收所述位置服务器定位出的场所信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的控制装置,其中,所述控制信息至少包括:静音操作、关闭摄像头、打开摄像头、提高音量、降低音量、提高亮度、以及降低亮度中的任意一种或多种。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的控制装置,其中,所述获取场所信息模块之前,还包括:
    设置控制信息模块,被配置为设置至少一个预设场所信息对应的至少一个控制信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的控制装置,还包括:
    存储信息模块,被配置为存储每个所述预设场所信息和与所述预设场所信息对应的控制信息,以及还存储所述预设场所信息和所述控制信息的对应关系。
  11. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
  12. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非易失性计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括至少一个处理器和与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器,所述存储器被配置为存储可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行时,使所述至少一个处理器执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
