气压缩模块;空气压缩模块的出气口与按摩接触部的内端的进气口连接。以此,通过控制模块对所述电磁驱动模块控制,用于驱动所述活动件进行往复运动,并进一步驱动所述空气压缩模块产生气流变化,使得该按摩器结构简单,使用方便,且容易携带,按摩效果好。

针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提出了一种电磁驱动的按摩装置,通过控制模块对所述电磁驱动模块控制,用于驱动所述活动件进行往复运动,并进一步驱动所述空气压缩模块产生气流变化,使得该按摩器结构简单,使用方便,且容易携带,按摩效果好。
具体的,本发明提出了以下具体的实施例:
实施例1
本发明实施例1提出了电磁驱动的一种电磁驱动的按摩装置,如图1以及图2所示,包括:外壳1、电源模块2、控制模块3、驱动模块4、空气压缩模块5及按摩接触部6。其中,所述电源模块2、所述控制模块3、所述电磁驱动模块4、所述空气压缩模块5及所述按摩接触部6固定连接所述外壳1;所述电磁驱动模块4包括固定件41和活动件42;所述按摩接触部6具体为腔体结构,所述腔体结构的内端设置有进气口,外端设置有出气口,其中,内端的进气口的截面积小于外端的出气口的截面积;该腔体结构设置于该外壳1内部,其出气口外露于该外壳1。
所述电源模块2连接所述控制模块3。
所述控制模块3连接电磁驱动模块4。
所述活动件42固定连接所述空气压缩模块5;所述空气压缩模块5的出气口与所述按摩接触部6的内端的进气口连接。
其中,所述控制模块3对所述电磁驱动模块4控制,用于驱动所述活动件42进行往复运动使得所述空气压缩模块5产生气流;该气流经过按摩接触部6的出气口、进气口及空气压缩模块5的出气口在按摩接触部6及空气压缩模块5中流动。
具体的,在使用该按摩装置时,将所述按摩接触部6贴近待按摩部位,所述控制模块3更改线圈的磁场极性,来控制活动件在变化的磁场驱动下进行往复运动;再通过活动件的往复运动,带动所述空气压缩模块5收缩或者扩展,产生气流变化。具体为,当空气压缩模块5收缩时,产生由从腔体结构的内端的进气口到外端的出气口到方向上的气流,对按摩接触部所对应的按摩部位产生气体的压力,实现按摩;而当空气压缩模块5扩展时,产生从腔体结构的外端的出气口到内端的进气口方向上的气流,也即进行气体的吸收,对按摩接触部所对应的按摩部位产生气体的收缩力,实现按摩;以此两者交替进行,实现按摩。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1所示,所述电源模块2具体包括:电池21、电池充电口22;其中,
所述电池21连接所述控制模块3;
所述电池充电口22与所述电池21连接。
具体的,电源模块2用以给整个按摩装置提供电力支持,考虑到在某些需要中,按摩装置可能是需要随时随地都需要保证工作的,因此可以设置有电池21来为整个按摩装置提高电力支持,一则保证按摩操作的可持续性,且可以在需要的时候就能进行按摩,提高了用户的体验。
具体的电池21,例如可以选取锂电池,其具体的电力容量以及体积需要根据需要进行综合考虑后进行选取,
而除了锂电池以外,还可以有很多其他形式的电池,例如还可以选取铁镍蓄电池、镍镉蓄电池或银锌蓄电池等,只要能满足按摩装置的需要即可,并不限于这几种具体的电池。
考虑到电池的电量有限,再加上环保以及节约成本的考虑,可以通过电池充电口22对电池21进行充电,以此可以实现很多次的充放电的过程,在保障按摩装置正常使用的同时,大大降低了成本。
在一个具体的实施例中,所述控制模块3中预设有多种按摩模式;各所述按摩模式对应有不同的磁场极性变化频率和/或按摩时间,或包括预设的时间段与磁场极性变化频率之间的对应关系;
考虑到要对多种按摩模式进行调整,如图2所示,所述外壳1上设有用于选择或者变更按摩模式的按钮31;
所述按钮31连接控制模块3。
具体的,控制模块3可以通过控制输出给线圈的电流的方向以及电流的大小来对线圈的磁场极性变化频率进行控制,而按钮31为控制模块3提供控制信号。
具体的,以一个具体的例子来进行说明,例如控制模块3中存在有3中按摩模式,分别为高频模式、中频模式及低频模式,各按摩模式对应的磁场极性变化频率不同,例如高频模式对应的磁场极性变化频率为最高。以此,例如有3个按钮31,这3个按钮31分别对应这3种按摩模式,通过这3个按钮中的一个,可以将按摩模式调整为对应的模式;或者只设置有一个按钮31,通过该按钮31的被按压次数来对按摩模式进行控制,例如按钮31连续被按压一次,对应的按摩模式为高频模式;连续被按压两次,对应的为中频模式等等。而具体的除此以外,还可以设置其他的模式,并不一定是这三种,例如还可以设置4种按摩模式,还可以设置2种按摩模式等等,而与此同时,对按钮31也进行相应的设置。
而除了磁场极性变化频率以外,还可以设置有按摩时间,具体的例如可以设置按摩时间为15分钟。以此具体的通过按钮31进行控制,例如可以设置一个单独的按钮31控制按摩时间,在一个具体的实施例中该按钮31被按压一次,对应的设置时间为5分钟,具体的按摩时间可以基于需要进行灵活地调整。
此外,还可以设置自定义按摩模式,具体的,以一个例子来进行说明,例如通过按钮31设置按摩的总时间可设置25分钟;前5分钟,以较低的磁场极性变化频率进行工作;中间的12分钟,以中等的磁场极性变化频率进行工作;最后的8分钟,则较高的磁场极性变化频率进行工作。
具体的,通过按钮31,设置总的按摩时间,且可以将总的按摩时间划分为多个时间区间,各个时间区间内的磁场极性变化频率也可以基于按钮31进行调整。
而为了使得用户对所选择的按摩模有更直观地感觉,在一个具体的实施例中,如图1以及图2所示,该按摩装置的外壳1上还设置有以不同颜色对应于不同的按摩模式的指示灯7;
所述指示灯7连接所述控制模块3。
在此以一个具体的例子来进行,例如控制模块3中存在有3中按摩模式,分别为高频模式、中频模式、低频模式;以此对应不同的按摩模式,设置不同的指示灯的灯光颜色,例如对应高频模式,指示灯显示为红色;对应中频模式,指示灯显示为绿色;对应低频模式,指示灯显示为黄色;且指示灯随着按摩模式的变化而实时变化。
而具体的指示灯可以为LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)灯。
以上是关于电源模块2以及控制模块3的说明,至于电磁驱动模块4以及空气压缩模块5,相关说明如下:
关于电磁驱动模块4,其包括固定件41和活动件42,在一个具体的实施例中,如图1所示,所述外壳1内部设有环形部11,所述环形部11设置有限位环112;固定件41通过限位环112固定,该活动件42设置于环形部11所形成容纳空间内与限位环112同一侧的位置;在具体的实施例中,电磁驱动模块4的具体实施例可以有以下两种:
实施例1、所述固定件41具体包括线圈;所述活动件42具体包括磁铁;所述控制模块3连接所述线圈;所述磁铁与所述空气压缩模块5固定连接,具体的磁驱动模块4实施例可以如图1所示。
如此具体的工作过程为:控制模块3对线圈上的电流的方向以及大小进行控制,产生极性变化磁场,磁铁在极性变化磁场的驱动下,进行往复运动,进而驱动所连接的空气压缩模块5压缩及伸张产生气流。
实施例2、所述固定件41具体包括磁铁;所述活动件42具体包括线圈421和铁芯422,线圈421缠绕在铁芯422上;所述控制模块3连接所述线圈;所述铁芯与所述空气压缩模块5固定连接。具体的该实施例具体可以如图3所示。
如此具体的工作过程为:控制模块3对线圈上的电流的方向以及大小进行控制,使得线圈421与铁芯422产生极性变化磁场,而磁铁固定在线圈421的两侧,也产生有磁场,以此驱动线圈以及铁芯进行往复运动,进而通过铁芯422驱动所连接的空气压缩模块5压缩及伸张产生气流。
而关于空气压缩模块5,其具体的实施例可以有以下几种:
实施例1,如图1所示,所述空气压缩模块5具体包括:由软胶生成的活动柱51、以及由软胶生成的能够弯曲的环形支腿52;其中,所述环形支腿52之间形成吮吸腔室53;较佳的,所述吮吸腔室53的容积不小于所述按摩接触部6的体积;
所述活动柱51连接所述活动件42;
所述环形支腿52的一端连接所述活动柱51;
所述环形支腿52的另一端连接所述按摩接触部6的进气口一侧。
以此,在具体的使用时,结合电磁驱动模块4的实施例1,其工作过程如下:电源模块2给控制模块3供电,控制模块3提供方向变化的电流(对应的电流大小也可以基于需要进行调整)给线圈,线圈产生极性变化的磁场,磁铁在变化磁场驱动下前后运动,而磁铁连接软胶,使软胶内部的吮吸腔室收缩或扩张,产生气流变化,达到吮吸按摩效果。
还一种是结合电磁驱动模块4的实施例2,其工作过程则为:电源模块2给控制模块3供电,控制模块3提供方向变化的电流给线圈,线圈产生极性变化的磁场,与此同时位于线圈的两侧的磁铁,也产生有磁场,以此驱动线圈以及铁芯进行往复运动,进而驱动所连接的空气压缩模块5进行空气压缩,产生气流变化,达到吮吸按摩效果。
实施例2,如图4所示,所述空气压缩模块5具体包括活塞头55及圆柱形缸体56;所述活塞头55与所述圆柱形缸体56组成压缩腔室;所述压缩腔室的容积不小于所述按摩接触部6的体积;
其中,所述活塞头55的一端连接所述活动件42;
所述活塞头55紧密贴合在所述圆柱形缸体56一端的内侧;
所述圆柱形缸体56的另一端通过出气口连接所述所述按摩接触部6的进气口。
结合电磁驱动模块4的实施例1,其具体的工作过程可以包括:电源模块2给控制模块3供电,控制模块3提供方向变化的电流给线圈,线圈产生极性变化的磁场,磁铁在变化磁场驱动下前后运动,而磁铁带动活塞头55在压缩腔室内运动,使压缩腔室发生收缩或扩张产生气流,达到按摩效果。
而结合电磁驱动模块4的实施例2,其具体的工作过程则为:电源模块2给控制模块3供电,控制模块3提供方向变化的电流给线圈,线圈产生极性变化的磁场,与此同时位于线圈的两侧的磁铁,也产生有磁场,以此驱动线圈以及铁芯进行往复运动,进而驱动铁芯所连接活塞头55在压缩腔室内运动,使压缩腔室发生收缩或扩张产生气流,达到按摩效果。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1所示,所述按摩接触部6的剖切面为梯形;
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1所示,所述按摩接触部6与所述空气压缩模块5之间设置有连接孔61,所述连接孔61与所述外壳一体成型;所述空气压缩模块5的出气口与所述连接孔61连接;或
在一个具体的实施例中,如图5所示,所述按摩接触部6与所述空气压缩模块5之间设置有连接管62以及连接孔61,所述所述空气压缩模块5的出气口与所述连接管62的一端连接,所述连接管62的另一端连接所述连接孔61。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图2所示,所述按摩装置还包括遥控模块8、无线信号接收器32;其中,
所述遥控模块8连接所述无线信号接收器32;
所述无线信号接收器32连接所述控制模块3。
具体的,无线信号接收器32与遥控模块8对应,具体的,例如无线信号接收器32可以为蓝牙接收器,对应的遥控模块8则为蓝牙遥控器;当线信号接收器32可以为红外接收器,对应的遥控模块8则为红外遥控器;而除此以外,还可以设置其他的网络通信方式,具体的可以基于需要进行设置。
在一个具体的实施例中,无线信号接收器32还可以是4G网络组件,可以连接到互联网,而遥控模块8则可以是安装有对应APP(其中,APP
为Application的缩写,指的是手机应用程序)的手机,通过手机上的APP,连接到无线信号接收器32,通过该无线信号接收器32对按摩装置进行控制。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例公开了一种电磁驱动的按摩装置,包括:本发明实施例公开了一种电磁驱动的按摩装置,包括:外壳、电源模块、控制模块、电磁驱动模块、空气压缩模块,按摩接触部;电磁驱动模块包括固定件和活动件;按摩接触部具体为腔体结构,其中,腔体结构的内端设置有进气口,外端设置有出气口,内端的进气口的截面积小于外端的出气口的截面积;电源模块连接控制模块;控制模块连接电磁驱动模块;活动件固定连接空气压缩模块;空气压缩模块的出气口与按摩接触部的内端的进气口连接;以此,通过控制模块以预设频率更改线圈磁场极性,来控制磁铁在变化的磁场驱动下进行往复运动,使得该按摩器结构简单,使用方便,且容易携带,按摩效果好。
本领域技术人员可以理解附图只是一个优选实施场景的示意图,附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本发明所必须的。
本领域技术人员可以理解实施场景中的装置中的模块可以按照实施场景描述进行分布于实施场景的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施场景的一个或多个装置中。上述实施场景的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。

Claims (10)
- 一种电磁驱动的按摩装置,其特征在于,包括:外壳、电源模块、控制模块、电磁驱动模块、空气压缩模块及按摩接触部;所述电源模块、所述控制模块、所述电磁驱动模块、所述空气压缩模块及所述按摩接触部固定连接所述外壳;所述电磁驱动模块包括固定件和活动件;所述按摩接触部具体为腔体结构,其中,所述腔体结构的内端设置有进气口,外端设置有出气口,内端的进气口的截面积小于外端的出气口的截面积;所述电源模块连接所述控制模块;所述控制模块连接电磁驱动模块;所述活动件固定连接所述空气压缩模块;所述空气压缩模块的出气口与所述按摩接触部的内端的进气口连接;其中,所述控制模块对所述电磁驱动模块控制,驱动所述活动件进行往复运动使得所述空气压缩模块产生气流变化;所述按摩接触部通过内端的进气口接收所述空气压缩模块产生的变化的气流,该气流经过所述按摩接触部的出气口、进气口及空气压缩模块的出气口在按摩接触部及空气压缩模块中流动。
- 如权利要求1所述的按摩装置,其特征在于,所述电源模块具体包括:电池、电池充电口;其中,所述电池连接所述控制模块;所述电池充电口与所述电池连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的按摩装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块中预设有多种按摩模式;各所述按摩模式对应有不同的磁场极性变化频率和/或按摩时间,或包括预设的时间段与磁场极性变化频率之间的对应关系;所述控制模块上设有用于选择或者变更按摩模式的按钮。
- 如权利要求3所述的按摩装置,其特征在于,还包括:以不同颜色对应于不同的按摩模式的指示灯;所述指示灯连接所述控制模块。
- 如权利要求1所述的按摩装置,其特征在于,所述外壳内部设有环形部,所述环形部设置有限位环;所述固定件通过所述限位环固定,所述活动件设置于环形部所形成容纳空间内与限位环同一侧的位置。
- 如权利要求1或5所述的按摩装置,其特征在于,所述固定件具体包括线圈;所述活动件具体包括磁铁;所述控制模块连接所述线圈;所述磁铁与所述空气压缩模块固定连接。
- 如权利要求1或5所述的按摩装置,其特征在于,所述固定件具体包括磁铁;所述活动件具体包括线圈和铁芯,所述线圈缠绕在所述铁芯上;所述控制模块连接所述线圈;所述铁芯与所述空气压缩模块固定连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的按摩装置,其特征在于,所述空气压缩模块具体包括:由软胶生成的活动柱、以及由软胶生成的能够弯曲的环形支腿;其中,所述环形支腿之间形成吮吸腔室;所述吮吸腔室的容积不小于所述按摩接触部的体积;所述活动柱连接所述活动件;所述环形支腿的一端连接所述活动柱;所述环形支腿的另一端连接所述按摩接触部的进气口一侧。
- 如权利要求1所述的按摩装置,其特征在于,所述空气压缩模块具体包括:活塞头、圆柱形缸体;所述活塞头与所述圆柱形缸体组成压缩腔室;所述压缩腔室的容积不小于所述按摩接触部的体积;其中,所述活塞头固定连接所述活动件,且所述活塞头紧密贴合在所述圆柱形缸体一端的内侧;所述圆柱形缸体的另一端连接所述所述按摩接触部的进气口。
- 如权利要求1所述的按摩装置、其特征在于,所述按摩装置还包括:无线信号接收器以及遥控模块;其中,所述遥控模块连接所述无线信号接收器;所述无线信号接收器连接所述控制模块。
